A review of performance appraisal research:Focusing on the problem of appraisal criteria
Full text linkThe purpose of this paper is to clarify how the performance criteria for evaluating human resources have been discussed in previous research on performance appraisal and performance management, and to suggest future research questions. Much research on performance appraisal has been conducted in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology and human resource management theory. Research on performance appraisal has expanded from issues of the criteria and accuracy of performance measurement to the management of human resources through performance measurement. However, it seems that the issue of performance criteria has become less of a focus as the scope of the research expanded. This paper reviews the current state of research on performance appraisal and performance management, mainly focusing on previous review articles, and suggests future research questions on the issue of
performance appraisal.在宅勤務やテレワークの増加などの働き方の多様化、人的資本経営やジョブ型雇用への注目といった人的資源管理に直接的な影響を及ぼすものから、企業の社会的責任やSDGs、AI をはじめとする技術の進展といった企業経営全般に影響を与えるものまで、近年の環境の変化は、組織における個人の働きをいかに評価していくかという人事評価の問題に関わってくるものと考えられる。人事評価には多様な定義があるが、高橋（2010）は人事評価の方法として広く日本で普及している「人事考課」の定義に着目し、それらを整理した上で「昇進・昇格、昇給、異動、能力開発などの目的に活用するために、仕事ぶり、成果、業績、能力、知識、適正、態度、意欲などいくつかの評価要素にしたがって、上司その他が評価を行う手続き」と定義し、人事評価と同義のものとして捉えている１。そして人事評価の基準は、時代や場所、企業や職場によって異なる、経営者の期待を表明している（今野・佐藤，2024，p. 149）。したがって、上記の仕事をめぐる環境の変化に応じて企業が個人に求める行動や成果が変わることで、評価の基準や方法に影響を与えると考えられる。人事評価に関する研究は歴史が古く、多くの研究蓄積があるが、上記のような労働環境の変化を踏まえるならば、そうした変化によって生じているこれまでにない新たな問題を明らかにする必要がある。
このような問題意識のもとで、本稿は人事評価に関する既存研究において何がどこまで明らかにされているのかを検討する。主として人事評価およびパフォーマンス・マネジメントの研究に関するレビュー論文を対象として人事評価研究の現状を確認するとともに、主として評価の基準の問題に焦点を当てて、今後の研究課題を検討する。
対象とした文献は、レビュー論文の中でも比較的人事評価の研究の全体について論じている論文やハンドブック、論文集の章を中心としており、人事評価研究のある特定の領域に焦点化されたものや実証分析、メタ分析を行った論文を含んでいない。そのため、本稿のレビューは人事評価研究の先行研究を網羅的にカバーしたものではないが、人事評価研究の全体像を概観し、人事評価において「何を評価するか」という中心的な問題に対して、既存研究において見過ごされている点を示すことは有用であると思われる。departmental bulletin pape
The（Im）possibility of Replication:a Study on Acting Issues in the Film Adaptation of Never Let Me Go
Full text link本稿では，『わたしを離さないで』の翻案映画を取り上げ，「演じる」行為に焦点を当てて，複製の独自性を探求する。そのために，原作者カズオ・イシグロ，原作小説（2005年），そして翻案映画（2010年）それぞれが抱える演じる問題を検証する。これによって，原作小説を高い忠実度で再現する翻案映画のみで生じる固有の現象が浮かび上がり，さらに他の翻案映画との比較によっても本作の特異性が明らかとなる。そして，コピーにだけ生じる普遍的でオリジナルな（不）可能性を考察し，原作小説と翻案映画を「恋人」関係として解釈する。This paper examines the film adaptation of Never Let Me Go, focusing on the concept of ‘acting’ to explore the （im）possibilities of replication. It investigates issues of profound significance to Kazuo Ishiguro which permeate both his original novel （2005） and its film adaptation （2010）. This analysis illuminates the unique circumstances exclusive to the film adaptation, and articulates the work’s distinctiveness by comparing it with other adapted films. Ultimately, this study considers the universal and original （im）possibilities that arise in replication, and it presents an interpretation of an Oedipal romantic relationship between the original novel and adapted film.departmental bulletin pape

Full text linkThe book “Suanshu（ 算書）” Bingzhong（ 丙種） is one of the mathematical books of Qin bamboo slips donated to Peking University in 2009. The aim of our research is to provide a complete translation and annotation of it from the viewpoint of our previous work on ancient Chinese mathematics.
This is the fifth article based on our research and results in which we studied the slips of problems 1 to 19.『算書』丙種は2009年に北京大学に寄贈された算数関係書籍簡の一つである。我々は、我々の中国古算書研究を起点に、『算書』丙種の訳注を完成させることを目的としている。
