Psychological support for athletes with IT cognitive behavioral therapy
Get PDFCognitive Behavioral Therapy （CBT） is not limited to therapeutic improvement of depression but can support people who are prone to depression in their daily lives. The purpose of this paper is to confirm the suitability of an eCBT system for providing psychological support to athletes. The experiment was conducted on 12 participants with only e-learning and no direct intervention. But since most athletes completed the experiment without using the eCBT system, an intervention experiment using the system to support the intervention was conducted. In this intervention experiment, one injured athlete was given support for 5 weeks, and as a result, the subject was able to acquire multifaceted thinking in daily and competitive life. The results of the experiment show that an eCBT system can be an important tool in providing psychological support to athletes.認知行動療法はうつ状態の改善をはじめとする治療側面のみならず，うつ傾向にある人々の日常生活の支援に用いられている。本研究の目的は，アスリートへこの手法を援用する際に，電子的なシステムの心理サポートへの適切性について確認することとした。実験は，12名の参加者に対してｅラーニングのみで直接的な介入をしない実験を行ったが，ほとんどのアスリートはシステムを用いることなく終えたため，システムを介入のサポートに用いた介入実験を実施した。介入実験では，受傷したアスリート１名を対象として５週間行い，結果，日常及び競技生活について多面的な思考を獲得しえた。このことにより，電子的なシステムは心理サポートにおいて中心的なツールとなりうることが確認された。departmental bulletin pape

“Veil of Ignorance” and Social Security System
Get PDFRawls’s idea of building a social system based on the “veil of ignorance” is becoming possible to quantitatively verify by linking it with experimental economics. Experimental economics has rapidly developed and spread in recent empirical research. A characteristic of experimental economics is its applicability when virtually reproducing transactions in a classroom or terminal room where people actually trade goods and services. Vernon Smith et al. received the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences in 2002 for his role in developing experimental economics, which is now becoming more widespread in Japan. In recent years, various experimental methods have been proposed, and individual risk preferences, time discount rates, altruism, social preferences, etc. can be quantitatively measured.
The purpose of this paper is to clarify how the construction of a social system based on the veil of ignorance in experimental economics will affect the reconstruction of social security systems in modern nations such as Japan.ロールズの提案した無知のヴェールにもとづく社会制度構築の考え方は，実験経済学と結びつくことで定量的な検証ができるようになりつつある。実験経済学は，実証研究の一分野として近年急速に発展と普及をとげている分野である。実験経済学は，実際に人を使って財やサービスの取り引きをおこなわせることを通じて，現実の取り引きを教室や端末室で仮想的に再現できることに大きな特徴がある。2002年にバーノン・スミスらがノーベル経済学賞を受賞することでわが国においても普及が進んでいる分野である。近年では，さまざまな実験手法が提案され，個人のリスク選好，時間割引率，利他性，社会選好などが定量的に測定できるようになっている。

A Study on “Supporting Nurturing Leadership” in the Age of Industry 4.0: With Special Reference to “Collaboration Between Humans and AI” at HaidiLao Hotpot Beijing Smart Restaurant
Get PDFThe current research on the collaboration between humans and AI is still stuck in the division of labor, ignoring the value of humans themselves. Therefore, this study puts forward three viewpoints. First, the essence of collaboration between humans and AI is not just the division of labor between humans and AI. Human beings need to play their own value and find the meaning of work in an environment suitable for work. To achieve this goal, Supporting Nurturing Leadership is playing an active role. Second, on the side of support, leaders need to take the two actions of offering to members, and showing appreciation, to create a labor environment suitable for them to work. Third, on the side of nurturing, leaders need to promote their ability to act quickly, as well as develop their rich creative power. Through these two actions, they can be motivated to bring out their values as human beings themselves. At the same time, leaders need to take the two actions of building careers for their members and helping them realize their vision so that they can find meaning in their work.departmental bulletin pape
