Vibration Analysis and Riding Comfort for a Simple Vehicle
The basic structure of cars and other vehicles using wheels and function to transport people and cargo has not changed. Based on these background, we investigate vibration acceleration, the main factor of riding comfort for simple-structural vehicles such as wheelchairs and tricycles( trikes) using simple model and analysis method.
Depending on their purpose, vehicles need to meet varying requirements. Some of these are,“ high speed” to overcome time distance,“ high volume” for public transportation, and in general “economy” and “safety.” Furthermore, the demand for “comfort” continues to increase. Vibration acceleration, which greatly affects“ comfort,” induces a safety issue.
This paper focuses on the vibration acceleration of a running vehicle. We use theoretical analysis to calculate natural frequency and clarify the vibration characteristics of the vehicle by a simple method of power spectrum analysis. Our study also examines the adaptability of our proposed method to more complicated structures such as railway vehicles. We have based this vibration acceleration analysis and evaluation of vehicle riding comfort on objective criteria.departmental bulletin pape
Theoretical Considerations Concerning Retail Marketing in the Digital Society
本論文は21世紀に入りデジタル・マーケティングの影響を受けながら進展する小売マーケティングについての理論的研究である。小売マーケティングは製造業のマーケティングの影響下で20世紀の半ば頃から開始された。伝統的な小売マーケティングはリアル店舗を対象に商品の取引を目指して考察されてきた。小売マーケティングは主に戦略論としての業態化、戦術段階での小売ミックス、そしてチェーンストア理論をもとに編成されてきた。21世紀に入り、急速に進展するデジタル社会の影響下でマーケティングはオムニチャネルの顧客体験を重視するように変化した。本論文の目的は、小売マーケティングの課題を提示して進展する小売マーケティングを考察するための理論的フレームワークを提示することである。This paper is a theoretical study of retail marketing evolved in the 21st century, in response
to the influence of digital marketing. Retail marketing first began around the middle of the 20th century under the influence of marketing in the manufacturing sector. Traditional retail marketing has been conceptualized with a focus on the transaction of goods in physical retail outlets. Retail marketing, in the main, has been organized around the formatization as a strategic theory, the retail mix in a tactical dimension, and chain store theory. Factor Analysis of Reducing Technical Inefficiency― Case of Vietnamese Manufacturing SMEs ―
This paper examines the effect of reducing technological inefficiency through management technology transfer using data on the Vietnamese SME manufacturing sector in 2014. Vietnam has seen active foreign direct investment since the 2000s, which has led local firms to obtain international certifications and meet the required standards of foreign-invested firms. Although the actual acquisition of international certification and improvement of management capabilities of companies are largely left to the efforts and learning of the companies, it can be viewed as a kind of technology transfer in the sense that developing countries with little experience can improve their capabilities by adapting to the standards set by developed countries. The bias-corrected DEA by Simar and Wilson( 2007) was used to measure technological inefficiency. This is to estimate the standard error and confidence interval using the bootstrap method for the DEA score, which is deterministically determined by the relative evaluation of each sample. The analysis reveals that (i) having international certification, (ii) spending on advertising and publicity, and( iii) investing in expanding capacity and producing new products are positively associated with reducing technical inefficiency in Vietnamese SMEs.departmental bulletin pape
A Study in the Relationship between“ Strange Sound” and“ Rattling of a House”
「不思議音」とは、聞いた人が首をかしげるような名前であるが、日本騒音制御工学会で制定されたれっきとした学術用語である。学会誌などを見ると、主に集合住宅に発生する発生源不明な音に適用されることが多い。とくに近年集合住宅が大量に建設されたことにより、発生件数も多くなったと思われる。一方、住宅に発生する発生源不明な音は昔から「家鳴り」と名付けられ、妖怪が家をゆすり騒いで発生している音と言われて来た。ここでは、比較的新しい「不思議音」と昔から言われてきた「家鳴り」について、その関連性を明確にしようと試みた。journal articl
