No full textEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo de estudio determinar la relación entre calidad de atención y satisfacción en los pacientes de farmacia del centro de salud metropolitano de Puno, 2023. El tipo de investigación es de nivel básico; el diseño de la investigación fue de tipo descriptivo correlacional no experimental. Teniendo como muestra 108 pacientes. En los resultados se determinó la relación (p valor 0), lo que indica que hay una relación significativa positiva alta entre calidad de atención y con un coeficiente de correlación (Rho de spearman = 0,720). En conclusión, según los resultados obtenidos en nuestra investigación se determinó que es existente una relación entre calidad de atención y satisfacción de los pacientes.The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between quality of care and patient satisfaction in the pharmacy patients of the metropolitan health center of Puno, 2023. The type of research is basic level; the research design was descriptive correlational non-experimental correlational. The sample consisted of 108 patients. In the results, the relationship was determined (p value 0), which indicates that there is a high positive significant relationship between quality of care and with a correlation coefficient (Spearman's Rho = 0.720). In conclusion, according to the results obtained in our research, it was determined that there is a relationship between quality of care and patient satisfaction

No full textEl objetivo principal de esta tesis fue determinar la relación entre calidad de vida y salud bucal geriátrico en portadores de prótesis dental del Centro de Salud de Huayucachi, 2023. La tesis fue de tipo observacional, además de un nivel relacional y de diseño transversal donde se encuestaron a 78 adultos mayores del centro de salud de Huayucachi, el muestreo fue de tipo no probabilístico por conveniencia y se utilizó los instrumentos: Calidad de vida oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP-14) e Índice Oral Geriátrico. Los resultados obtenidos revelaron: La mediana de edad fue 68 años, rango 60-69 años (49,7%), sexo femenino (63,3%). La salud bucodental geriátrico fueron según el sexo el nivel bueno fue mayor en el sexo masculino (13,8%) y en el nivel regular el sexo femenino (57,1%).The main objective of this thesis was to determine the relationship between quality of life and geriatric oral health in dental prosthesis wearers of the Huayucachi Health Center, 2023. The thesis was of observational type, in addition to a relational level and cross-sectional design where 78 older adults of the Huayucachi health center were surveyed, the sampling was of non-probabilistic type by convenience and the instruments used were: Oral Quality of Life Health Impact Profile (OHIP-14) and Oral Geriatric Index. The results obtained revealed: The median age was 68 years, range 60-69 years (49.7%), female sex (63.3%). The geriatric oral health was good according to sex, the good level was higher in males (13.8%) and the fair level was higher in females (57.1%)

No full textLa presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la prevalencia del uso de antibióticos betalactámicos en usuarios atendidos en la botica Lucy Farma, Chiclayo 2023. El estudio fue de tipo básico, y de enfoque cuantitativo de corte transversal, retrospectivo, observacional y no experimental; La muestra lo constituyeron 79 usuarios. Los resultados muestran que el 77,2% no conocen la dosis del medicamento que utilizan, el 51,9% toman el medicamento una vez al día, 46,8% de los usuarios toman medicamentos betalactámicos de 5 a 7 días, el 65,8% de los usuarios toman medicamentos betalactámicos comercial o de marca cuando presentan alguna infección, el 70,9% la vía de administración del medicamento betalactámico es por vía oral. En conclusión, la prevalencia puntual de la utilización de antibióticos betalactámicos en los usuarios es del 88,6%.The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of beta-lactam antibiotic use in users of the Lucy Farma drugstore in Chiclayo 2023. The study was basic, quantitative, cross-sectional, retrospective, observational and non-experimental; the sample consisted of 79 users. The results show that 77.2% do not know the dose of the drug they use, 51.9% take the drug once a day, 46.8% of the users take beta-lactam drugs for 5 to 7 days, 65.8% of the users take commercial or brand name beta-lactam drugs when they have an infection, 70.9% take the beta-lactam drug orally. In conclusion, the point prevalence of the use of beta-lactam antibiotics in users is 88.6%

No full textLa presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el nivel de inteligencia emocional de los estudiantes de la Universidad Privada Franklin Roosevelt. El método fue tipo descriptivo transversal, no experimental. La muestra la constituyeron 79 alumnos. Los resultados indican que el 49,4% presenta una capacidad emocional intrapersonal regular, el 43,0% presentan una capacidad emocional de adaptación regular, el 46,8% presentan una capacidad emocional del manejo del estrés regular. Referente al nivel del componente del estado de ánimo, el 51,9% de los estudiantes a veces no tienen días malos. En conclusión, se determinó que el 48,1% de los estudiantes encuestados presentan un nivel de inteligencia emocional regular.The objective of this research was to determine the level of emotional intelligence of the students of the Universidad Privada Franklin Roosevelt. The method was descriptive transversal, non-experimental. The sample consisted of 79 students. The results indicate that 49.4% present a regular intrapersonal emotional capacity, 43.0% present a regular emotional capacity of adaptation, 46.8% present a regular emotional capacity of stress management. Regarding the level of the mood component, 51.9% of the students sometimes do not have bad days. In conclusion, it was determined that 48.1% of the surveyed students present a regular level of emotional intelligence

No full textLa presente investigación tiene por objetivo: Identificar la relación que existe entre la gestión de quejas o reclamos y mejora de la satisfacción del usuario en el Hospital Nacional Ramiro Prialé Prialé de Essalud Junín - 2022. Metodología; Estudio tipo transversal y correlacional, diseño no experimental, con muestra de 160 clientes atendidos. Resultados: En cuanto a la percepción de los usuarios sobre la gestión de quejas, la mayoría (48.1%) fue regular, seguido de un porcentaje menor que fue buena (37.5%), y una proporción pequeña la evaluó como mala (14.4%). Se concluye que una gestión mejorada de quejas o reclamos se vincula con una mayor satisfacción de los usuarios.The objective of this research is: To identify the relationship between the management of complaints or claims and improvement of user satisfaction at the Ramiro Prialé Prialé Prialé National Hospital of Essalud Junín - 2022. Methodology: Cross-sectional and correlational study, non-experimental design, with a sample of 160 clients attended. Results: Regarding users' perception of complaint management, the majority (48.1%) was fair, followed by a smaller percentage that was good (37.5%), and a small proportion evaluated it as bad (14.4%). It is concluded that improved management of complaints or grievances is associated with greater user satisfaction

No full textLa investigación tiene por objetivo determinar los factores asociados a la automedicación con antiparasitarios en niños del Centro de Salud Puente Chao, Distrito Chao-La Libertad 2023. El estudio adopta el método científico, enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo, diseño no experimental-transversal. La técnica de estudio fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario, la muestra estuvo conformada por todos los pacientes que acuden al centro de salud. Resultados los casos de automedicación prevalece en las mujeres con edades entre los 9 a 11 años, con problemas de apetito, automedicados principalmente con Albendazol, con una frecuencia de consumo de 1 vez al mes, por recomendación del farmacéutico; Conclusión los factores que se asocian a la automedicación con antiparasitarios en niños son los factores sociales y económicos.The objective of the research is to determine the factors associated with self-medication with antiparasitic drugs in children of the Puente Chao Health Center, District Chao-La Libertad 2023. The study adopts the scientific method, quantitative approach, descriptive level, non-experimental-transversal design. The study technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire; the sample consisted of all patients attending the health center. Results The cases of self-medication prevailed in females aged 9 to 11 years, with appetite problems, self-medicated mainly with Albendazole, with a frequency of consumption of once a month, on the recommendation of the pharmacist; Conclusion The factors associated with self-medication with antiparasitic drugs in children are social and economic factors

No full textEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el conocimiento sobre hipertensión arterial y prácticas saludables en personas adultas atendidas en el puesto de salud de Huari-2023. Fue un estudio de tipo básico, de diseño no experimental, correlacional y de corte transversal. La muestra fue seleccionada a través de un muestreo no probabilístico. Los resultados muestran que el 80% tuvo un nivel bajo de conocimiento sobre hipertensión arterial y el 45% tuvo un nivel inadecuado de prácticas saludables. En conclusión, se determinó que existe relación entre el conocimiento sobre hipertensión arterial y prácticas saludables.The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between knowledge of arterial hypertension and healthy practices in adults treated at the Huari-2023 health post. It was a basic, non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional study. The sample was selected through non-probabilistic sampling. The results show that 80% had a low level of knowledge about arterial hypertension and 45% had an inadequate level of healthy practices. In conclusion, it was determined that there is a relationship between knowledge of arterial hypertension and healthy practices

No full textEl objetivo de la investigación es identificar creencias y actitudes sobre el uso del cannabis medicinal en usuarios de la farmacia Superfarma Chilca - 2023. Se empleó el método científico con un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño no experimental - transversal. Con una muestra de 105 encuestados. Los resultados revelan que la mayoría de los usuarios tienen entre 27 y 59 años, siendo el 51% hombres y el 49% mujeres. El conocimiento sobre el cannabis medicinal es deficiente para el 36% de los encuestados, y muchos dudan sobre su uso. En conclusión, las creencias hacia el cannabis medicinal son predominantemente negativas, aunque las actitudes son positivas, evidenciando una falta de información objetiva y una disposición favorable hacia su uso responsable.The objective of the research is to identify beliefs and attitudes about the use of medical cannabis in users of the pharmacy Superfarma Chilca - 2023. The scientific method was used with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental - transversal design. With a sample of 105 respondents. The results reveal that most of the users are between 27 and 59 years old, being 51% men and 49% women. Knowledge about medical cannabis is poor for 36% of respondents, and many are hesitant about its use. In conclusion, beliefs towards medical cannabis are predominantly negative, although attitudes are positive, showing a lack of objective information and a favorable disposition towards its responsible use

No full textLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar la prevalencia de reacciones adversas a los medicamentos antituberculosos en pacientes ambulatorios atendidos en el Hospital Regional de Huacho, enero a abril 2023. La investigación fue de tipo básica, descriptiva, no experimental, de corte transversal y retrospectivo. La muestra fue de naturaleza censal y se consideró a la totalidad de las historias clínicas Según la dimensión de tipo de reacción adversa de los 95 pacientes, los resultados muestran que el 17.9% (17) reportaron sentir intolerancia digestiva. el 36.84% (35) reportaron presentar reacciones adversas leves, el 36.84% (35) reportaron presentar reacciones adversas graves. En conclusión, se encuentra una alta prevalencia de reacciones adversas asociadas a los medicamentos.The aim of this study was to identify the prevalence of adverse reactions to antituberculosis drugs in outpatients treated at the Regional Hospital of Huacho, January to April 2023. No full textLa investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar los niveles de plomo, cadmio y arsénico en lápices labiales comercializados en un puesto del Centro Comercial Mesa Redonda en el periodo diciembre 2023. La investigación fue básica de nivel descriptivo, diseño analítico, descriptivo, prospectivo y transversal, se tomó una muestra de tres puestos comerciales. En los resultados, la concentración de plomo en lápiz labial fue menor a 0.1729 ppm, la concentración de cadmio fue de 0.0029 ppm, la concentración de arsénico fue de 0.0012 ppm, se realizaron comparaciones con la normativa vigente establecida por la (FDA). Se concluye que la concentración de metales pesados como plomo, cadmio y arsénico no superan los valores establecidos por la FDA.The objective of the research was to evaluate the levels of lead, cadmium and arsenic in lipsticks marketed in a stand of the Mesa Redonda Shopping Center in the period December 2023. The research was basic descriptive level, analytical, descriptive, prospective and cross-sectional design, a sample of three commercial stalls was taken. In the results, the concentration of lead in lipstick was less than 0.1729 ppm, the concentration of cadmium was 0.0029 ppm, the concentration of arsenic was 0.0012 ppm, comparisons were made with the current regulations established by the (FDA). It is concluded that the concentration of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium and arsenic do not exceed the values established by the FDA
