No full textEl objetivo es determinar la efectividad del taller “MAC-FREE” en el conocimiento sobre prevención de embarazos adolescente en la I.E. Enrique Gómez Espinoza, Jauja 2024; tipo de estudio aplicada, de diseño pre experimental; el tipo de muestra fue censal con 27 estudiantes; los resultados sobre los derechos sexuales y reproductivos se encontró un R2= 0,540 y con p= 0,000, en relación a métodos anticonceptivos se obtuvo un R2= 0,054 y con de p= 0,000, sobre embarazo precoz se encontró un R2= 0,061 y con de p= 0,000 y sobre maternidad y paternidad responsables se encontró con un R2= 0,030 y con p= 0,000. Concluyendo que se determinó la efectividad del Taller “MAC-FREE” en el conocimiento sobre prevención de embarazos adolescentes posterior al post test con un coeficiente de determinación de 8.41% y con un p< a 0,05.The objective is to determine the effectiveness of the workshop “MAC-FREE” in the knowledge of teenage pregnancy prevention in I.E. No full textEl objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad de atención con la satisfacción de los usuarios, que asisten a la Farmacia Mundial del distrito de El Tambo 2023, el método es de tipo aplicada, con un diseño correlacional, la muestra fue conformada por 130 usuarios. Los resultados muestran que el 36,9% presentan un nivel de calidad de atención media; el 34,6% en alta y el 28,5% baja calidad de atención. El 34,6% presentan insatisfacción; el 32,3% está medianamente satisfecho y 33,1% está satisfecho. Se concluye que existe relación entre la calidad de atención y la satisfacción de los usuarios, que asisten a la Farmacia Mundial.The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the quality of care and the satisfaction of the users who attend the World Pharmacy in the district of El Tambo 2023. The results show that 36.9% present a medium level of quality of care; 34.6% in high and 28.5% in low quality of care. A total of 34.6% were dissatisfied; 32.3% were moderately satisfied and 33.1% were satisfied. It is concluded that there is a relationship between the quality of care and the satisfaction of users attending the World Pharmacy

No full textLa investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la ansiedad y la automedicación en pacientes hipertensos, que acuden a la farmacia de la Clínica Jesús del Norte Independencia, 2024. El método fue de tipo descriptivo correlacional, el diseño es no experimental y de corte transversal, la muestra lo constituyeron 91 pacientes hipertensos. Los resultados muestran que el 26,4% de los pacientes hipertensos presentan un nivel de ansiedad leve, el 62,6% un nivel moderado y el 11,0% un nivel grave, asimismo el 25,3% de los pacientes hipertensos presentan un nivel de automedicación bajo, el 59,3% un nivel medio y el 15,4% un nivel alto. En conclusión, la variable ansiedad está relacionada de manera directa con la variable automedicación en pacientes hipertensos según la correlación de Spearman de 0.564.The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between anxiety and self-medication in hypertensive patients who visit the pharmacy of the Clínica Jesús del Norte Independencia, 2024. The method was descriptive-correlational, the design was non-experimental and cross-sectional, the sample consisted of 91 hypertensive patients. The results show that 26.4% of the hypertensive patients have a mild level of anxiety, 62.6% a moderate level and 11.0% a severe level, likewise 25.3% of the hypertensive patients have a low level of self-medication, 59.3% a medium level and 15.4% a high level. In conclusion, the anxiety variable is directly related to the self-medication variable in hypertensive patients according to Spearman's correlation of 0.564

No full textEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre prevención de caries dental en las gestantes atendidas del centro de salud Samán, 2024. El método fue descriptivo, observacional, transversal y prospectivo, la muestra fue conformada por 82 gestantes del área de odontología del centro de salud Samán. Los resultados muestran que el 42.68% del total, tienen conocimiento regular sobre medidas de prevención de caries dental, el 41.46% tiene un nivel malo, y un 15.85% tienen un conocimiento bueno. En conclusión, el nivel de conocimiento sobre prevención de caries dental en gestantes del centro de salud Samán es regular.The general objective of this research was to determine the level of knowledge about the prevention of dental caries in pregnant women treated at the Samán Health Center, 2024. The method was descriptive, observational, cross-sectional and prospective. The sample consisted of 82 pregnant women in the dental area of the Samán health center. The results show that 42.68% of the total have regular knowledge of dental caries prevention measures, 41.46% have a poor level, and 15.85% have good knowledge. In conclusion, the level of knowledge about dental caries prevention in pregnant women in the Samán health center is fair

No full textEl objetivo de la investigación es determinar el nivel de conocimiento y la frecuencia de uso del anticonceptivo oral de emergencia en usuarias de la Botica Vida & Salud localizada en Villa María del Triunfo, entre febrero a marzo del 2024. Como método, se utilizó el diseño descriptivo tipo básico, transversal y prospectivo. La muestra estuvo formada por 60 usuarias de la Botica Vida & Salud. Los resultados muestran que las jóvenes tienen de 18 a 29 años, además tienen nivel secundario. Asimismo, predomina la religión católica, las cuales en su mayoría son solteras. Se identificó que el 23.3 % presentó un nivel alto, el 63.4% nivel medio y el 13.3% un nivel bajo. Respecto al uso del AOE el 80% de las usuarias tuvieron un uso adecuado. Se concluye que presentan un nivel de conocimiento medio respecto al anticonceptivo oral de emergencia.The objective of the research is to determine the level of knowledge and frequency of use of emergency oral contraceptive in users of the Vida & Salud Pharmacy located in Villa María del Triunfo, between February and March 2024. The method used was a descriptive, basic, cross-sectional and prospective design. The sample consisted of 60 users of the Botica Vida & Salud. The results show that the young women are between 18 and 29 years of age and have a high school education. Likewise, the Catholic religion predominates, and the majority of them are single. It was identified that 23.3% presented a high level, 63.4% a medium level and 13.3% a low level. Regarding the use of the EOC, 80% of the users had an adequate use. It is concluded that they have a medium level of knowledge regarding emergency oral contraception

No full textLa investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la frecuencia de reacciones adversas a los fármacos antihipertensivos en pacientes adultos mayores atendidos en el Centro de Salud Catalina Huanca de enero a junio del 2023. La investigación fue básica, de nivel descriptivo, retrospectivo y de corte transversal, la muestra estuvo conformada por el total de historias clínicas de pacientes con tratamiento ambulatorio. Entre los resultados el 39.6% (19) de los pacientes adultos mayores mostraron reacciones adversas graves, el 37.5% (18) de los pacientes adultos mayores presentaron somnolencia. Se concluye, que los pacientes adultos mayores atendidos en el Centro de Salud Catalina Huanca presentan reacciones adversas graves asociadas en gran medida a factores como la comorbilidad.The objective of the research was to evaluate the frequency of adverse reactions to antihypertensive drugs in elderly patients treated at the Catalina Huanca Health Center from January to June 2023. The research was basic, descriptive, retrospective and cross-sectional, the sample consisted of the total medical records of patients with outpatient treatment. Among the results, 39.6% (19) of the older adult patients showed serious adverse reactions, 37.5% (18) of the older adult patients presented somnolence. It is concluded that older adult patients treated at the Catalina Huanca Health Center present serious adverse reactions associated to a great extent with factors such as comorbidity

No full textLa investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimientos y otros factores relacionados con la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes hipertensos que acuden al Hospital Belén de Lambayeque. El método fue aplicada, descriptiva, correlacional y transversal, no experimental, la muestra lo constituyeron 86 pacientes hipertensos. Entre los resultados se determinó que el 55,8% son adherentes al tratamiento. el 54,7% de pacientes presentan un nivel de conocimiento regular sobre el manejo de la enfermedad el 33,7% son adherentes al tratamiento; el 59,3% tienen un nivel de conocimiento regular sobre el manejo de los medicamentos el 39,5% son adherentes al tratamiento. En conclusión, el nivel de conocimientos y otros factores relacionados en pacientes hipertensos presentan influencia en la adherencia al tratamiento antihipertensivo.The objective of the study was to determine the level of knowledge and other factors related to adherence to treatment in hypertensive patients attending the Hospital Belén de Lambayeque. The method was applied, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional, non-experimental, and the sample consisted of 86 hypertensive patients. Among the results, it was determined that 55.8% are adherent to treatment. 54.7% of patients have a regular level of knowledge about the management of the disease, 33.7% are adherent to treatment; 59.3% have a regular level of knowledge about the management of medications and 39.5% are adherent to treatment. In conclusion, the level of knowledge and other related factors in hypertensive patients influence adherence to antihypertensive treatment
Personal Factors and Work Performance in Workers of the Anglo American Clinic Surgical Center 2024.
No full textEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de los factores personales y el desempeño laboral en los trabajadores del centro quirúrgico de la clínica Angloamericana 2024. El método fue de tipo básico, con diseño no experimental, correlacional y transversal, la muestra ha sido censal con 22 trabajadores. Los resultados muestran que el 77,3% (17) fueron mayores de 26 años, el 54,5% (12) fueron del sexo masculino, el 72,7% (16) fueron contratados con un desempeño laboral bueno; 81,8% (18) el horario fue fijo con un desempeño laboral bueno, el 77,3% (17) sí han recibido capacitación con un desempeño laboral bueno, y finalmente la motivación fue media con el 59,1% (13) con un desempeño laboral regular. En conclusión, se determinó que existen factores personales asociados al desempeño laboral. Según la prueba de Fisher.The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the level of personal factors and work performance in the workers of the surgical center of the Angloamericana 2024 clinic. The method was of basic type, with non-experimental, correlational and transversal design, the sample has been census with 22 workers. The results show that 77.3% (17) were older than 26 years, 54.5% (12) were male, 72.7% (16) were hired with a good work performance; 81.8% (18) the schedule was fixed with a good work performance, 77.3% (17) have received training with a good work performance, and finally the motivation was average with 59.1% (13) with a regular work performance. In conclusion, it was determined that there are personal factors associated with work performance. According to Fisher's test

No full textLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Dispensación (BPD) en oficinas farmacéuticas de la Urb. San Carlos del distrito de Comas, noviembre a diciembre del 2023.El método fue de tipo descriptiva y básica, la muestra estuvo conformada por establecimientos farmacéuticos del distrito de comas. Los resultados muestran que el 88% (36) de los profesionales fueron Técnicos en farmacia y el 12% (5) fueron Químico Farmacéutico, se evidenció un cumplimiento del 42.3%, y para la dimensión de entrega de medicamento e información se evidenció un cumplimiento del 73.2% En conclusión, el personal presenta un cumplimiento del 54.2% de las Buenas Prácticas de Dispensación, durante los meses de noviembre a diciembre del 2023.The objective of this research was to determine compliance with Good Dispensing Practices (GDP) in pharmaceutical offices in San Carlos Urb. of the district of Comas, from November to December 2023, the method was descriptive and basic, the sample consisted of pharmaceutical establishments in the district of Comas. The results show that 88% (36) of the professionals were Pharmacy Technicians and 12% (5) were Pharmaceutical Chemists, 42.3% compliance was evidenced, and for the dimension of drug delivery and information, 73.2% compliance was evidenced.In conclusion, the personnel presented a 54.2% compliance with the Good Dispensing Practices, during the months of November to December 2023
Effect of Over-the-Counter Whiteners on the Color Change of Whitened Tooth Enamel: In Vitro Study - Huancayo-2024.
No full textEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el efecto de blanqueadores de venta libre en el cambio de color del esmalte dental aclarado: estudio in vitro. El método de estudio es de tipo experimental, se seleccionaron 10 especímenes que a su vez fueron remojadas con el té negro para su pigmentación por 3 días. Los resultados muestran que el grupo de Colgate Luminous White presenta la mayor reducción de pigmento amarillo, rojo, y aumenta la luminosidad del esmalte dental seguido de Oral B 3D White. En conclusión, existe efectos blanqueadores de venta libre en el cambio de color del esmalte dental aclarado.The general objective of this research was to determine the effect of over-the-counter bleaching agents on the color change of lightened dental enamel: an in vitro study. The method of study is experimental type, 10 specimens were selected which in turn were soaked with black tea for pigmentation for 3 days. The results show that the Colgate Luminous White group presents the greatest reduction of yellow and red pigment and increases the brightness of the dental enamel followed by Oral B 3D White. In conclusion, there is an OTC whitening effect on the color change of the lightened tooth enamel
