No full textEl objetivo de la investigación es evaluar el monitoreo farmacoterapéutico a usuarios hipertensos del Centro de Salud Pacanga, Chepen 2023. El estudio es de tipo descriptivo, retrospectivo- prospectivo, no experimental, la muestra lo constituyeron 79 usuarios hipertensos. Los resultados referentes a los posibles problemas relacionados con medicamentos (PRM) en usuarios hipertensos el 55,7% presentaron PRM de seguridad y el 40,5% presentaron PRM 5. Respecto a las causas de los posibles problemas relacionados con medicamentos en usuarios, el 55,7% presentaron PRM por la prescripción. En conclusión, el SFT sirvió como medio para la detección y solución de Problemas Relacionados con el uso de Medicamentos.The objective of the research is to evaluate the pharmacotherapeutic monitoring of hypertensive users of the Pacanga Health Center, Chepen 2023. The study was descriptive, retrospective-prospective, non-experimental, and the sample consisted of 79 hypertensive users. The results regarding possible drug-related problems (DRP) in hypertensive users showed that 55.7% presented safety-related DRP and 40.5% presented DRP 5. Regarding the causes of possible drug-related problems in users, 55.7% presented DRP due to prescription. In conclusion, the SFT served as a means for the detection and solution of problems related to the use of medications

No full textLa investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación calidad de atención respecto a la dispensación y la satisfacción de dicho proceso de los usuarios que acudieron a la botica Ángeles Farma, en el distrito de Ate Vitarte - Lima, durante los meses octubre y noviembre de 2023. La investigación fue de diseño no experimental descriptivo de tipo transversal y observacional, la muestra fue conformada por 120 usuarios. En los resultados la calidad de atención percibida en la dispensación fue de 75%, satisfacción del proceso dispensatorio de medicamentos el 100% y una buena percepción de la calidad de atención de la dispensación fue de 75%. Se concluyó que existe una relación significativa, positiva y débil entre la calidad de atención respecto a la dispensación y la satisfacción de los usuarios.The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the quality of care regarding dispensing and the satisfaction with this process of the users who went to the Ángeles Farma drugstore in the district of Ate Vitarte - Lima, during the months of October and November 2023. The research had a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional and observational design, and the sample consisted of 120 users. In the results, the perceived quality of care in dispensing was 75%, satisfaction with the medication dispensing process was 100% and a good perception of the quality of care in dispensing was 75%. It was concluded that there is a significant, positive and weak relationship between the quality of care regarding dispensing and user satisfaction

No full textEl objetivo de la investigación fue determinar cómo el uso del protector solar se relaciona con el nivel de conocimiento del cuidado de piel en adolescentes usuarios de la Botica Innova Farma, Huaral 2023. El método fue básico, descriptivo, cuantitativo, no experimental. la muestra la constituyeron 79 adolescentes. Los resultados muestran que el 49,4% presentan un nivel de conocimiento bajo sobre el cuidado de la piel, el 30,4% medio y el 20,3% alto. Respecto al uso de protector solar el 43,0% de los encuestados hacen uso medio del protector solar, el 31,6% hacen uso correcto del protector solar y el 25,3% es bajo. En conclusión, existe relación estadística entre el nivel de conocimiento del cuidado de la piel y el uso de protectores solares en los encuestados.The objective of the research was to determine how the use of sunscreen is related to the level of knowledge of skin care in adolescent users of the Botica Innova Farma, Huaral 2023. The method was basic, descriptive, quantitative, non-experimental. 79 adolescents constituted the sample. The results show that 49.4% have a low level of knowledge about skin care, 30.4% medium and 20.3% high. Regarding the use of sunscreen, 43.0% of the respondents make medium use of sunscreen, 31.6% make correct use of sunscreen and 25.3% are low. In conclusion, there is a statistical relationship between the level of knowledge of skin care and the use of sunscreen in the respondents
Perception and use of generic drugs among users of the Brisfarma Ii-Huancayo Pharmacy 2023.
No full textEl siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo conocer la percepción y uso de medicamentos genéricos entre los usuarios de la botica Brisfarma II Huancayo, 2023. El tipo de investigación utilizado fue cuantitativo, descriptivo, de diseño de investigación no experimental-transversal. La muestra ha estado conformada por 81 usuarios. Los resultados muestran que un porcentaje menor (30,9%) tiene una percepción negativa y sólo un porcentaje mínimo (8,6%) tiene una percepción positiva. En conclusión, se observa que, en cuanto a la calidad, fiabilidad y eficacia de los medicamentos, la mayoría de los pacientes (60,5%, 54,3%, y 66,7% respectivamente) los pacientes consideran que los medicamentos genéricos y comerciales tienen similares características.The objective of the following study was to determine the perception and use of generic drugs among the users of the Brisfarma II Huancayo drugstore, 2023. The type of research used was quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental-transversal research design. The sample consisted of 81 users. The results show that a minor percentage (30.9%) has a negative perception and only a minimal percentage (8.6%) has a positive perception. In conclusion, it is observed that, regarding the quality, reliability and efficacy of the drugs, the majority of patients (60.5%, 54.3%, and 66.7% respectively) consider that generic and commercial drugs have similar characteristics

No full textLa presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los pacientes oncológicos que acuden al Hospital Militar Central. El método de estudio es de tipo aplicativo, descriptivo, prospectivo, no experimental, transversal, descriptivo. La muestra la conforman 79 pacientes. Los resultados muestran que el 55,7% refieren que fue buena la satisfacción sobre la fiabilidad, el 57,0% refieren que fue buena la satisfacción sobre la capacidad de respuesta, el 60,8% refieren que fue buena la seguridad, el 60,8% refieren que fue buena la empatía y el 64,6% refieren que fue buena la satisfacción sobre la tangibilidad de las instalaciones del servicio de farmacia. En conclusión, el 64,6% de los pacientes oncológicos en el nivel de satisfacción refieren que fue bueno en el Servicio de Farmacia.The purpose of this research is to determine the level of satisfaction of oncology patients attending the Hospital Militar Central. The study method is applied, descriptive, prospective, non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive. The sample consisted of 79 patients. The results show that 55.7% report that satisfaction with reliability was good, 57.0% report that satisfaction with responsiveness was good, 60.8% report that safety was good, 60.8% report that empathy was good and 64.6% report that satisfaction with the tangibility of the pharmacy service facilities was good. In conclusion, 64.6% of oncology patients in the level of satisfaction refer that it was good in the Pharmacy Service

No full textEl objetivo es determinar la prevalencia de caries dental y el índice de severidad ceod en niños de educación primaria de la Institución Educativa “Coronel Juan Valer Sandoval”, del distrito de Santa María, provincia de Huaura, departamento de Lima, 2023. El método fue observacional, descriptivo, de corte transversal. La muestra fue conformada por 120 niños de ambos sexos de 6 a 9 años de edad. Los resultados muestran el índice de severidad ceod se incrementa con la edad, en los niños de 6, 7, 8 fue de 4.53, 5.20, 6.60, respectivamente; en los niños de 9 años el índice descendió a 4.87. En conclusión, se encontró una elevada prevalencia de caries dental en todos los grupos de edad y un índice de severidad ceod alto entre los escolares.The objective was to determine the prevalence of dental caries and the ceod severity index in primary school children of the "Coronel Juan Valer Sandoval" Educational Institution in the district of Santa Maria, province of Huaura, department of Lima, 2023. The method was observational, descriptive, cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 120 children of both sexes aged 6 to 9 years. The results show that the ceod severity index increases with age; in children aged 6, 7, 8 it was 4.53, 5.20, 6.60, respectively; in children aged 9 years the index decreased to 4.87. In conclusion, a high prevalence of dental caries was found in all age groups and a high ceod severity index among school children

No full textLa presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la relación entre la automedicación y el nivel de conocimiento de los usuarios sobre los AINEs en la botica la Libertad, Trujillo, La Libertad. El estudio es de tipo descriptivo y correlacional, no experimental y transversal; la muestra lo constituyeron 79 usuarios. Los resultados muestran que el 49,4% tuvieron un nivel de conocimiento medio sobre AINEs. Respecto a la frecuencia de la automedicación del consumo de los AINEs en los usuarios el 89,9% alguna vez si se automedicaron con AINEs. En conclusión, podemos afirmar que existe relación estadística entre la automedicación y el nivel de conocimiento de los usuarios sobre los AINEs.The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between self-medication and the level of knowledge of users about NSAIDs in the La Libertad pharmacy, Trujillo, La Libertad. The study is descriptive and correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional; the sample consisted of 79 users. The results show that 49.4% had a medium level of knowledge about NSAIDs. Regarding the frequency of self-medication of NSAID consumption in the users, 89.9% had ever self-medicated with NSAIDs. In conclusion, we can affirm that there is a statistical relationship between self-medication and the users' level of knowledge about NSAIDs
Evaluation of the Antimicrobial Activity of Actinomycetes of the Genus Streptomyces against Three Pathogenic Strains Lima 2023.
No full textEl objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar la actividad antimicrobiana de actinomicetos del género streptomyces frente a tres cepas patógenas Lima 2023. El método básico, experimental. La muestra corresponde a tres tipos de Actinomicetos aislados de muestras de suelo orgánico y que presentaron actividad antimicrobiana en estudios previos. Los resultados muestran que tres cepas (AcM 2-1, AcM 2-15 y AcM 1-7) fueron seleccionadas sobre la base de su actividad antagonista contra Staphylococcus aureus y que el (13%) presentaron actividad antibacteriana frente a Staphylococcus aureus. En conclusión, los suelos son una fuente rica de Actinobacterias que podrían producir agentes antimicrobianos de amplio espectro y los porcentajes de inhibición de las cepas evaluadas variaron entre 57.5% y 77.4% siendo mayores en los enfrentamientos contra Staphylococcus aureus.The objective of the research was to evaluate the antimicrobial activity of actinomycetes of the genus streptomyces against three pathogenic strains Lima 2023. The basic method was experimental. The sample corresponds to three types of Actinomycetes isolated from organic soil samples and that presented antimicrobial activity in previous studies. The results show that three strains (AcM 2-1, AcM 2-15 and AcM 1-7) were selected on the basis of their antagonistic activity against Staphylococcus aureus and that (13%) showed antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus. In conclusion, soils are a rich source of Actinobacteria that could produce broad spectrum antimicrobial agents and the inhibition percentages of the evaluated strains varied between 57.5% and 77.4% being higher against Staphylococcus aureus
Comparative analysis of methods of the risk of impaction of maxillary canines in orthopantomograms of children and adolescents in Huancavelica 2023.
No full textLa investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el análisis comparativo de métodos del riesgo de impactación de caninos maxilares en ortopantomografías de niños y adolescentes en Huancavelica 2023. La metodología fue de tipo descriptivo – comparativo, la muestra estuvo representada de 114 radiografías panorámicas con 228 caninos maxilares permanentes. Teniendo como resultado de acuerdo con el pronóstico del riesgo de impactación de caninos maxilares para el método de Power & Short el pronóstico desfavorable fue 8,77% (N=20) y para el método de Warford fue 10,08& (N=23). En conclusión, no existen diferencias estadísticas significativas entre los métodos de Power & Short y Warford y a mayor edad el pronóstico se vuelve menos favorable.The objective of the research was to determine the comparative analysis of methods of the risk of impaction of maxillary canines in orthopantomographies of children and adolescents in Huancavelica 2023. The methodology was descriptive-comparative, the sample was represented by 114 panoramic radiographs with 228 permanent maxillary canines. As a result, according to the prognosis of the risk of maxillary canine impaction, the unfavorable prognosis for the Power & Short method was 8.77% (N=20) and for the Warford method it was 10.08& (N=23). In conclusion, there are no significant statistical differences between the Power & Short and Warford methods and the older the age, the less favorable the prognosis

No full textLa presente investigación tiene por objetivo conocer cuáles son los motivos más frecuentes para el consumo de colágeno hidrolizado entre los usuarios que acuden a la botica SaludFarma del distrito de Chiclayo, Lambayeque, 2023. Se utilizó un diseño de estudio de tipo observacional, descriptivo, de corte transversal. Para la muestra fueron seleccionados 120 usuarios. Los resultados muestran que la prevalencia de uso de colágeno es de un 69,2% entre los usuarios. Los factores que motivan al uso de colágeno hidrolizado son en un 32,5% para aliviar el dolor en las articulaciones y un 24,1% para mejorar la firmeza de la piel, la recomendación fue en un 30,1% de un familiar y en 28,1% conocimiento propio. En conclusión, el motivo de uso más frecuente fue por dolor en articulaciones o firmeza en la piel.The objective of this study was to determine the most frequent reasons for the consumption of hydrolyzed collagen among users who go to the SaludFarma drugstore in the district of Chiclayo, Lambayeque, 2023. An observational, descriptive, cross-sectional, descriptive study design was used. A total of 120 users were selected for the sample. The results show that the prevalence of collagen use is 69.2% among the users. The factors motivating the use of hydrolyzed collagen were 32.5% to relieve joint pain and 24.1% to improve skin firmness, 30.1% were recommended by a relative and 28.1% by self-knowledge. In conclusion, the most frequent reason for use was joint pain or skin firmness
