    Disposal of Quranic Literature and Islamic Information Materials: A systematic literature review

    This study explores the disposal of Quranic literature and Islamic informational materials, emphasizing the need for methods that respect religious sanctity and environmental sustainability. A systematic review was conducted using Scopus and Web of Science (2020–2024), guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework. Accordingly, 17 relevant studies were identified and analyzed across four themes: sacred texts and practices, religious-social dynamics, religion-environment intersections, and disposal methods. The findings highlight the roles of scholars, community education, and technology. Furthermore, the study underscores the need for a standardized, eco-friendly disposal framework aligned with Islamic principles, offering insights for policymakers, scholars, and religious authorities

    Effective financial management is one of the key factors that contribute to the success of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). However, inadequate financial management skills can render enterprises ineffective. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify the factors that contribute to inefficient financial management among women entrepreneurs in Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, and theme analysis was employed to assess the information gathered. The study's findings suggest that this research could help cultivate a new generation of competitive, financially savvy entrepreneurs who are ready to tackle challenges

Findings highlight their importance in preserving Tatana identity and the need for cultural continuity. Emphasizing their role in heritage conservation, the study underscores how food traditions reinforce community identity and should be preserved for future generations

    Factors Influencing Healthcare Professionals’ Knowledge, Attitude, and Self-efficacy in CPR: A systematic review

    Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a vital lifesaving intervention for cardiac arrest. The systematic review is to investigate CPR knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy, and influencing factors among health professionals. This review analyzed cross-sectional studies published from 2019 to 2024 using data sources from PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. The result revealed a good knowledge ranging from 11.9% to 89.5%. Approximately 65.0% had positive attitudes, and 89.4% positive self-efficacy. Affecting factors include age, work experience, CPR training, specialty area, and exposure to cardiac arrest cases. The findings highlight the importance of standardized and frequent CPR training, leading to improved quality of care

    Exploring Changes in Healthcare Waste Management Post COVID-19: A qualitative study in a Maldivian health facility

    Healthcare waste management (HCWM) practice is a fundamental activity for all institutions. Improper handling of healthcare waste (HCW) poses health risks and environmental damage. Thus, a qualitative study was conducted using semi-structured interviews with selected participants in a Maldivian health facility to explore HCWM practices before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The content analysis technique was employed to analyze the data generated. The study results identified significant changes to HCWM, including institutional practices and organizational culture, as well as challenges and key interventions that required proper handling, such as training and education, clear guidelines, and institutional changes. Implications are addressed

    Enhancing Workplace Road Safety through the Work-Related Road Safety Support Program

    Work-related road safety is a critical concern in Malaysia, with crashes affecting employee welfare and organizational performance. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Work-Related Road Safety Support Program (WRRSP) in 40 organizations, comprising 20 with the intervention and 20 without. The program, delivered through expert consultations and tailored recommendations, aimed to strengthen management practices and reduce risks. Using a pre- and post-program questionnaire and univariate general linear model analysis, significant improvements were observed in safety management, communication, and employee induction among intervention organizations, confirming the positive impact of WRRSP in enhancing workplace road safety

    Comparing Happiness at the University using PERMAI Model: An analysis between academic and administrative

    Employee happiness is vital for organisational effectiveness in higher education, where staff directly influence student outcomes. This study compares happiness levels between academic and administrative staff at a Malaysian public university using the PERMAI model, covering Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Achievement, and Infrastructure. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire administered in four rounds between 15 March and 31 October 2023, involving an average of 8,975 academic and 10,079 administrative staff per round. Findings indicate consistent participation, with slightly higher engagement among administrative staff. In total, 19,053 responses were analysed, providing insights to guide strategies for improving staff well-being

    Interprofessional Strategy using Stress Management Telemonitoring for reducing Self-Stigma of Tuberculosis

    This study proposes to investigate the impact of stress management due to self-stigma in Tuberculosis using interprofessional collaboration. Intervention applied by the medical and nurse professional students. A total of 36 respondents were investigated for their level of self-stigma, given information, and demonstrated stress management, then follow-ups for one month via WhatsApp platform, a total of 8 sessions. Self-stigma of Tuberculosis was measured before and after the intervention. The paired t-test showed -4.772 and a probability of 0.0001. Interprofessional collaboration might have implications for the education of medical and nurse professional students

    Understanding of Al-Daruriyat Principles for Dialysis Treatment of End-Stage Renal Failure

    Some patients refuse to undergo dialysis treatment because they are not ready and think negatively about the treatment. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the level of understanding of dialysis treatment from the perspective of Al-Daruriyat using qualitative methods, including interview sessions among Muslim patients in Johor Bahru District, Johor, who started dialysis treatment from 2020 to 2024, and library studies. The results of the study found three different categories of understanding, namely coercion by family members, openness to one's own heart, and submission to fate alone. This study shows the extent of the understanding of dialysis treatment according to the principles of Al-Daruriyat. This study shows that patient understanding needs to be improved to ensure that treatment sessions run smoothly
