حقوق العمال في الرعاية الاجتماعية والإدارية في الفقه الإسلامي
A worker's right to choose work, he has the right to social and psychological care,which tally with one’s interest and society’s.Also,the workers right to security and safety,because these embodents the element of freedom in human’s life and it is respected in Islam,the freedom to embrace Islam is a human right itself, the Muslims took the initiative to apply, pursuant to the teachings of their holy religion as a principle of human’s life, and social welfare rights ; the appropriate dressing at work, and the way to dress in Islam Lester body in order to protect someone from the view of people and defects, and apparelling differently from what has been underlined by Islam would cause overwhelming pride in people, and there exists some institutions which aims to maintain some of the freedom and indulgence, and organizational and management rights to form trade unions, which are regulatory and administrative rights for workers, and the unions are formed knowing the number of trade unions among themselves according to their will, whether on the level of trade or craft or geographic scope, and others, The research methodologies applied in the research were quantitative, in which it is field study that use qualitatively which is documentations research that apply deductive and inductive method. In executing this research, a combination of fieldwork and library research was conducted, The Result findings of the study are that women should choose the clothes that do not require great attention, which can be worn with clothes originally owned, and compensation for damages legitimate project, strike strike in Islamic jurisprudence, although it is permissible to say the most likely.Keyword: workers right, social welfare, Administrative, Islamic jurisprudence
IDENTIFYING FALSE HADITH GUIDELINES
A false hadith is hadith that has been created, fabricated or falsified in the name of Prophet SAW, either intentionally or otherwise. The dissemination of falsified hadith has a negative impact on the aqidah and syariah. It could raise questions on the authenticity of the hadith and also raise doubts when accepting the hadith as a source of legal reference. The religious scholar who contributed most in safeguarding the sanctity of the hadith was Imam Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah (IQJ) with his scripture entitled Naqd al-Manqul. This article focused on several general views adduced by IQJ on identifying falsified hadith so that people would be able to identify it, beware of disseminating falsified hadith, and subsequently contribute towards eradicating the spread of falsified hadith in society. Religious scholars and academicians should play a role in disseminating authenticated hadith and provide explanations and information on falsified hadith if it exists. KEFAHAMAN TERHADAP AL-ASMA’ AL-HUSNA DAN KAITANNYA DENGAN CIRI AL-AMANAH MENURUT AL-GHAZALI DALAM KITAB AL-MAQSAD AL-ASNA
The understanding of al-Asma’ al-Husna is important in Islam, as clearly indicated in the hadith of the Prophet (P.B.U.H). Any direction and instruction from the Prophet (P.B.U.H) have its significant benefits and advantages to individuals, especially Muslims. Among these benefits is inculcating the characteristics of trust in the mind of Muslims. Thus, this paper aims at examining al-Ghazali’s explanation of the methods of understanding al-Asma’ al-Husna. The paper also aims at clarifying the correlation between the understanding of al-Asma’ al-Husna and the characteristics of trustworthiness in Muslim individuals. The collected data is based on content analysis research on al-Maqsad al-Asna fi Sharh Asma’ Allah al-Husna. The paper concludes that a true comprehension of al-Asma’ al-Husna, according to al-Ghazali’s thought in al-Maqsad al-Asna, is capable of developing Muslims’ amanah (trustworthiness) because of the correlation between the understanding of al-Asma’ al-Husna and amanah (trustworthiness). Setiap yang diarahkan oleh baginda s.a.w sudah pasti ada keistimewaannya dan kelebihannya kepada seseorang individu itu khususnya dalam kalangan umat Islam. Antara keistimewaan tersebut ialah dorongan menyemai ciri al-amanah dalam diri seseorang individu Muslim. Kertas kerja ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kaedah memahami al-Asma’ al-Husna menurut al-Ghazali (m. 505). Hubung kait di antara kefahaman terhadap al-Asma’ al-Husna dan ciri al-amanah dalam diri seseorang individu Muslim juga diperjelaskan. Kertas kerja ini menggunakan metodologi analisis kandungan (content analysis) yang difokuskan kepada kitab tulisan al-Ghazali iaitu al-Maqsad al-Asna fi Sharh Asma’ Allah al-Husna. Kertas kerja ini merumuskan bahawa kaedah kefahaman terhadap al-Asma’ al-Husna yang betul akan membantu dan mendorong seseorang individu Muslim itu memiliki ciri al-amanah kerana terdapat hubung kait yang signifikan di antara kefahaman terhadap al-Asma’ al-Husna dan ciri al-amanah tersebut.Kata kunci: al-Asma’ al-Husna, al-Amanah, al-Ghazali, al-Maqsad al-Asna
KAEDAH MENINGKATKAN KESEDARAN MENUTUP AURAT DALAM KALANGAN MURID SEKOLAH RENDAH
Islam sets out guideline to the believer in order to distinguish themselves with the non-Muslims, whether in traditional, religious or personal. One of the significant difference is guidelines for covering aurah. This study aims to discover awareness in covering aurah, expose and educate standard six student in protecting their aurah according to Islamic teaching obligate the Islamic Law. Observation and interview were used in this study. The sample consisted of 10 standard six students and four teachers. Overall, the study showed that some girls have practically cover their aurah, while others only cover when learning of Islamic subject. After the Islamic subject lesson finish, there are students who open their scarf. During the Physical subject exercise activities and co-curricular activities, more students choose not to cover their aurah. Through the interview, teachers proposed several method to increase awareness among student in cover aurah, thera are; “Role model" to students, using power, campaigns and workshops, giving gift and Da’wah Fardiyah. ABSTRAK Agama Islam menggariskan satu panduan kepada umatnya untuk membezakan diri mereka dengan orang-orang bukan Islam, sama ada dalam adat, ibadat mahupun peribadi. Salah satu perbezaan yang ketara ialah garis panduan pemeliharaan aurat. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kesedaran menutup aurat seterusnya memberikan pendedahan dan pengetahuan kepada murid tahun enam khususnya, dalam penjagaan aurat yang merangkumi pensyariatan pakaian yang memenuhi tuntutan syariat Islam. Kaedah pemerhatian, dan temubual telah digunakan dalam kajian ini. Sampel kajian terdiri daripada 10 orang tahun enam dan 4 orang guru yang telah dipilih oleh sebagai responden. Secara keseluruhannya, dapatan kajian menunjukkan sebahagian murid perempuan telah menutup aurat dengan sempurna, manakala sebahagian lagi hanya menutup aurat ketika belajar Pendidikan Islam. Selepas habis waktu Pendidikan Islam, terdapat murid yang membuka tudung. Sewaktu menjalankan aktiviti Pendidikan Jasmani dan kegiatan ko- kurikulum lebih ramai murid yang tidak menutup aurat dengan sempurna.. Para guru mencadangkan, “Role model” kepada Murid, menggunakan Kuasa, kempen dan Bengkel, memberi Hadiah dan Dakwah Fardiyah. Kata kunci: Aurat, Pengajaan, Pendidikan Islam

The conversion invitation process to the religion of Islam (Da`wah to Allah) today is contaminated by misconceptions and content manipulations out of its actual high purposes and into the swamp of the sectarianism and political parties’ interests. It’s necessary to search for contemporary language means to deliver a holistic curriculum that encompasses all of the divisions, but places the benefits of the society above the individual interests. After the observation and research, it’s clear to the researcher that the curriculum of Habib Umar bin Hafiz encompasses all of those high values, far from hyperbole and extremism, appealing to a lot of people’s hearts, in which he follows the moderation in both his methods and speech. This research focuses on the concept of the Islam invitation (Da`wah to Allah) from Habib Umar’s perspectives, and analyzing his speech and his opinions in these areas. The researcher depends on descriptive analytical methods and field data analysis to eventually obtain results and important recommendations for scholars and advocates to adopt and use to highlight the global applicability of Islam that encompasses all of the divisions.Key Words: Habib Umar bin Hafiz, Da`wah to Allah, global applicability of Isla
ELEMEN PEMBINAAN AKHLAK AL-IMAM AL-GHAZALI MENERUSI KARYA KLASIK KALILAH WA DIMNAH
Situasi pergolakan yang melanda kerajaan Abbasiyyah telah mendorong Abdullah Ibnu al-Muqaffamenggerakkan usaha menterjemah kitab Kalilah Wa Dimnah dari bahasa Parsi ke dalam bahasa Arab. Usaha tersebut bertujuan mengembalikan kesedaran para pemimpin serta masyarakat Abbasiyyah dengan menjadikan kitab Kalilah Wa Dimnah sebagai ‘medium’ mendidik dan menyalurkan nilai murni. Kitab Kalilah Wa Dimnah merupakan karya klasik arab yang terkenal dan memiliki pengaruh besar dalam sejarah kesusasteraan Islam. Kemunculannya telah memacu gaya penulisan prosa Arab menggunakan dialog dan watak haiwan sebagai latar dengan tujuan memperbaiki dan membina akhlak manusia. Keistimewaan ini menjadikan kitab Kalilah Wa Dimnah memiliki nilai peradaban yang tinggi dan tarikan yang tersendiri. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek nilai murni yang terdapat dalam kitab Kalilah Wa Dimnah berdasarkan elemen pembinaan akhlak yang diperkenalkan oleh Al-Imam Al-Ghazali r.a. Metode analisis data melibatkan analisis kandungan teks digunakan bagi mendapatkan kesimpulan terperinci tentang pecahan nilai murni yang terkandung di dalam setiap gagasan pemikiran yang cuba diketengahkan. Pelbagai aspek nilai murni dikenalpasti dan diklasifikasi bersandarkan empat elemen penting iaitu al-Hikmah (kebijaksanaan), al-Syaja’ah (keberanian), al-‘Iffah (kesucian) dan al-‘Adlu (keadilan). Matlamat akhir pendekatan al-Imam al-Ghazali r.a. dijadikan rujukan untuk menunjukkan manfaat kitab Kalilah Wa Dimnah khususnya dalam mendidik jiwa menerusi penerapan nilai murni yang menjadi tunjang pembentukan akhlak manusia sejagat. Di samping mengetengahkan keupayaan prosa Arab berbentuk kisah (al-Qissah) sebagai medium penting dalam pembentukan akhlak, ia bagi memastikan kelangsungan mesej yang dibawa dapat diterjemah dengan jelas untuk kefahaman dan manfaat pembaca. ABSTRACTThe situation turbulence that hit the Abbasid empire has created a deep passion to Abdullah Ibnu al-Muqaffato mobilize efforts to translate the book of Kalilah Wa Dimna from Persian into Arabic. These efforts aim to restore awareness and community leaders to make the book Kalilah Wa Dimna as a 'medium' to educate and disseminate values. Kalilah Wa Dimna book is the work of famous classical Arabic and have a major influence in the history of Islamic literature. Its presence has spurred Arabic prose writing style using dialogue and character of the animal as a background with the aim to improve and develop human morality. This feature makes Kalilah Wa Dimna has a high civilization values and attractions of its own. This study aims to investigate aspects of the moral values found in the book of Kalilah wa Dimna under cultivation element introduced by Al-Imam Al-Ghazali r.a. The method of data analysis involves the analysis of text content is used to obtain detailed conclusions about the breakdown of moral values implicit in the idea of thinking in every point raised. Various aspects of moral values have been identified and classified based on the four key elements, namely as al-Hikmah (wisdom), al-Syaja'ah (courage), al-'Iffah (purity) and al-Adlu (justice). The goal of the approach end of al-Imam al-Ghazali r.a. as a reference to show the benefits of the book Kalilah Wa Dimna especially in educating people through the application of moral values which are the backbone of moral development of mankind. PEMIKIRAN AL-FARUQI DAN SUMBANGANNYA DALAM TRANSFORMASI ISLAM DI MALAYSIA MELALUI ISLAMISASI ILMU

Ia memfokuskan kepada manhajnya dalam menggerakkan perubahan dalam tradisi pemikiran dan intelek di Malaysia. Manhaj ini direalisasikan dalam gagasan Islamiyyat al-Ma‘rifat (Islamisasi Ilmu - Islamization of Knowledge) di Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia (UIAM). Visi yang dirangkanya memberi kesan dan impak yang signifikan dalam mengilhamkan perubahan dan reformasi pendidikan dan usaha pengislaman Ilmu yang diterapkan secara komprehensif di UIAM. Perbincangan ini menfokuskan kepada peranan dan sumbangannya yang penting terhadap transformasi nilai dan praktik Islam di Malaysia dan hubungannya dengan UIAM, dengan melihat kepada tiga dasar pengislaman di UIAM yang terkesan dari fikrah dan idealismenya (1) Islamisasi ilmu, (2) integrasi ilmu dan nilai dan (3) metode pengajian agama yang dikembangkan di Kulliyyah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan al-Faruqi telah memberi sumbangan yang besar kepada transformasi Islam di Malaysia dengan kekuatan nilai dan aspirasi tauhid yang dibawanya dan usaha pengislaman ilmu yang membawa idealisme pembaharuan dalam manhaj pemikiran. Strategi Dakwah Islam melalui Media Online Nahdlatul Ulama (www.nu.or.id)
ABSTRACTConventional dakwah strategies have a problem with the time & space. Thus, dakwah in this era of information technology has a big challenge in society. Meanwhile, online media have become basic requirement of modern society. Everyone can access online media easily. Unfortunately, the media is more likely to be used for information and entertainment purposes only, even it is misused frequently. Without the right strategies, Dakwah through online media will not succeed. The objective of this study was to identify strategies for Islamic dakwah adopted by Nahdlatul Ulama Online Media (www.nu.or.id called: NU Online) in Indonesia. This research applied library research with technical content analysis along with the views of some figures in the modern Islamic dakwah. The results showed that the strategies of the message of Islam through online media NU are; first, cooperation with the media having the same vision. Secondly, increase media messages so that visitors feel convenient in getting knowledge about Islam with a variety of discussion topics. Third, develop the latest information technologies such as mobile versions of websites and android applications. The results of this study can be used as a basic guideline by the missionaries both individual and institutional, as well as the entire Muslim community who want to make dakwah (propaganda) through the media online effectively. Kerana itu dakwah diera teknologi informasi ini memiliki tantangan yang cukup besar di masyarakat. Sementara itu media online sudah menjadi keperluan sehari-hari masyarakat moden. Semua kalangan kini boleh mengakses media online dengan sangat mudah. Namun sangat disayangkan media ini lebih cenderung digunakan untuk mendapatkan maklumat dan hiburan sahaja, bahkan tidak jarang yang menyalahguna. Tanpa strategi yang tepat, dakwah melalui media online tidak akan berkesan dan berjaya. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti strategi dakwah Islam yang diterapkan oleh Media Online NU (www.nu.or.id disebut: NU Online) di Indonesia. Kajian ini berbentuk kajian perpustakaan berserta teknikal analisis kandungan , disamping pandangan dari beberapa tokoh- tokoh dalam dakwah modern. Hasil kajian ini mendapati bahawa antara bentuk strategi dakwah Islam melalui media online NU ialah: pertama, kerjasama dengan media-media yang satu visi. Kedua, memperbanyak mesej media sehingga pengunjung senang mendapat ilmu pengetahuan seputar Islam dengan pelbagai topik perbincangan. Ketiga, mengembangkan teknologi maklumat terkini seperti laman web versi mudah alih dan aplikasi android. Hasil penulisan ini dapat dijadikan panduan asas oleh golongan pendakwah baik individual maupun institusi serta masyarakat Islam keseluruhan yang ingin melakukan dakwah melalui media online dengan berkesan. AKTIVITI DAKWAH JAKIM TERHADAP MASYARAKAT ORANG ASLI: PELAKSANAAN DAN CABARANNYA
This research paper observes the implementation of dakwah activities by JAKIM and their acceptance by the indigenous people in the state of Terengganu. This research also focuses on the extent of understanding and practising Islam in their everyday lives. It is essential to conduct this research to determine that JAKIM’s dakwah activities for the indigenous people thus far have been successful. This research is carried out qualitatively using two methods of data collection; field study and document study. For the field study, the writers use interviews and observations during their visits and involvements in the indigenous people’s activities to obtain accurate facts. For the document study, information is gathered from documents such as annual reports, minutes of meeting, project papers, calendars provided by JAKIM to help enhance the findings of the research. The findings of this research prove that JAKIM has contributed significantly in dakwah activities to the indigenous people. Even though JAKIM has been successful in its mission, there are still some weaknesses and challenges that need to be considered. As a whole, despite the many dakwah activities done by JAKIM, the indigenous people’s response and appreciation of the teachings of Islam are still poor. ABSTRAKKajian ini adalah bertujuan melihat aktiviti atau program dakwah yang dilaksanakan oleh JAKIM kepada masyarakat Orang Asli di samping mengkaji apakah cabaran-cabaran yang dihadapi oleh JAKIM dalam usaha berdakwah kepada golongan tersebut. Kajian ini adalah penting untuk mempastikan aktiviti dakwah JAKIM kepada masyarakat Orang Asli selama ini telah mencapai matlamat sepenuhnya. Bagi mencapai tujuan tersebut, penulis telah menggunakan dua kaedah utama pengumpulan data iaitu kajian lapangan dan kajian dokumen. Dalam kajian lapangan penulis menggunakan metode temu bual dan pemerhatian serta melalui sesi lawatan atau penyertaan bersama mereka dalam aktiviti yang dijalankan supaya maklumat yang diperolehi lebih tepat. Begitu juga pencarian maklumat diperoleh daripada dokumen yang disediakan oleh pihak JAKIM seperti laporan tahunan, minit mesyuarat, kertas kerja, senarai takwim dan lain-lain untuk lebih memantapkan lagi hasil kajian ini. Hasil daripada kajian ini, penulis mendapati telah banyak aktiviti atau program yang dilaksanakan oleh pihak JAKIM terhadap golongan sasaran. Secara keseluruhannya dapat dibuat kesimpulan bahawa walaupun aktiviti dakwah kepada masyarakat Orang Asli telah banyak dilakukan oleh JAKIM, namun sambutan dan penghayatan mereka kepada ajaran Islam masih lagi lemah dan berada di tahap yang rendah. MANHAJ DAKWAH AL-HISSI DALAM Al-QUDWAH AL-HASANAH MELALUI UMMUHĀT AL-AKHLĀK : AL-HIKMAH, AL-SYAJA’AH, AL-‘IFFAH DAN AL-‘ADL (An Analysis Of The Methods Of Al-Hissi Da’wah In Ummuhāt Al-Akhlāk : Al-Hikmah, Al-Syaja’ah, Al-‘Iffah Dan Al-‘Adl)
Delivering da’wah (preaching) is effectively executed if Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) examplary of akhlaq is inculculated in the recipients of da’wah. In this case, all prophet’s (PBUH) verbal and non-verbal actions are deemed necessary for all preachers to follow. Muslim preachers have to be alert to any religious deviations which may exploit humans’ natural behaviour; that is, to be easily influenced and coaxed by new ideas and views, by getting ashtray from the right path. Starting from this ground, Islamic preachers are higly recommended to employ the al-Hissi method of da’wah as a means of bringing up a generation of Muslim ummah that possesses good thinking and behaviours. This study aims to analyse the al-Hissi methods of da’wah exemplified in the book ummuhāt al-akhlak which include al-Hikmah, al-Syaja’ah, al-‘Iffah dan al-‘Adl. Using the content analysis approach and inductive method, this study analyses the primary sources of data (Al Quran and Ahadith) through the lens and perspectives of Muslim scholars’ and preachers. Results showed that the al-Hissi method of da’wah is very effective in delivering da’wah. Besides, Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) method of da’wah was contended to be the best guidance for a beginner Muslim preacher to deliver his message. This study is significant in terms of uncovering the essentail role played by a preacher as an ambassador to chain and strengthen the relationship among communities (الربط العام). Dalam hal ini, Rasulullah s.a.w merupakan contoh teladan bagi para pendakwah dalam semua perilaku Rasulullah s.a.w, baik ucapan mahupun perbuatan. Golongan pendakwah masa kini hendaklah peka terhadap para penyebar dakyah sonsang yang telah mempergunakan kecenderungan tabiat meniru manusia supaya mengikuti cara hidup manusia yang sesat dan menyimpang. Maka, bertitik tolak daripada persoalan pelaksanaan dakwah masa kini, golongan pendakwah hendaklah menggunakan manhaj dakwah al-Hissi supaya dapat menggerakkan fikiran dan perasaan manusia untuk mengikuti yang baik dan mulia. Maka, objektif kajian ini ialah untuk menganalisis manhaj dakwah al-Hissi dalam ummuhāt al-akhlak iaitu al-Hikmah, al-Syaja’ah, al-‘Iffah dan al-‘Adl. Kaedah kajian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kandungan yang disokong dengan sumber-sumber primer iaitu al-Quran dan hadith melalui analisis induktif dan perbandingan pandangan tokoh-tokoh dalam bidang pengajian Islam dan disiplin ilmu dakwah. Hasil kajian didapati, kepentingan manhaj dakwah al-Hissi bertujuan untuk menyampaikan mesej dakwah yang dapat dilihat dan berkesan. Selain itu, kewajipan mencontohi Rasulullah s.a.w adalah penting sebagai panduan asas dakwah bilhal kepada seorang pendakwah dalam masyarakat. Oleh itu, kajian ini telah mendedahkan kepentingan seorang pendakwah untuk bertindak sebagai pengikat hubungan kemasyarakatan yang dikenali sebagai (الربط العام).
