Transferencia, contratransferencia y vínculo: enfoque clínico
Get PDFThis paper summarizes the presentation for the panel "Transference, countertransference and bond: a clinical approach", which was held as a semi plenary session in the XXVIII Congreso Latinoamericano de Psicoanálisis de Fepal (Bogotá September 2010). The writer\u27s comment on the subject stems from a clinical material which was submitted to the Scientific Committee of the congress in order to be used as a starting point for the presentation. The material describes 4 sessions of the analysis of an adult male patient who shows great concern about his sexuality and identity. The notions of transference, countertransference and bond are discussed, emphasizing the way in which these notions were conceived of and used in the clinical material. The writer mentions the analytic theories that emerge in her mind as she reads the clinical material. The paper also indicates how necessary it is for certain aspects of the analytic theory to be reconsidered as regards homosexuality. The paper shows, as well, how the metaphors used in the interpretive activity of the analyst consolidate the establishment of the analytic bond, at the same time as they facilitate the processesbof psychic change.Trabajo presentado en la Semiplenaria del Congreso sobre el tema: Transferencia, contratransferencia y vínculo: enfoque clínico.
El presente trabajo resume la ponencia al tema "Transferencia, contratransferencia y vínculo: enfoque clínico" realizada en Semiplenaria en el XXVIII Congreso Latinoamericano de Psicoanálisis de Fepal (Bogotá Setiembre de 2010). La autora elige realizar su comentario al tema a partir de la transcripción de un material clínico que le ha hecho llegar el Comité Científico del Congreso con la consigna de que el mismo pudiera ser usado como base para la presentación. Se trata de 4 sesiones del análisis de un paciente hombre, con gran preocupación por su sexualidad e identidad. En el presente trabajo la autora expone ideas sobre las nociones de transferencia, contratransferencia y vínculo, poniendo el énfasis en el modo en que estas nociones fueron concebidas y usadas en el material recibido. Expone también las teorías analíticas que van surgiendo en su mente a medida de que toma contacto con el material clínico. Señala también la necesidad de repensar aspectos de la teoría psicoanalítica en relación con la problemática de la homosexualidad. El trabajo muestra asimismo cómo las metáforas usadas en la actividad interpretativa del analista afianzan el establecimiento del vínculo analítico al mismo tiempo que facilitan procesos de cambio psíquico

Nota sobre la obra de G. Koolhaas: A propósito de la recepción de las ideas de Lacan en el Río de la Plata
Get PDFNear the beginning of 1970 a change happened in the theoretical and technical influences in Uruguayan psychoanalysis. The reception of new ideas is a complex cultural process, in which the receiver\u27s attitude can go from a "mimetic" position to an"anthropophagic" one. Some differences about the reception of Lacanian ideas in Montevideo and Buenos Aires are underlined.To go deeper into this analysis, the transition from a Kleinian to a Lacanian influence in the work of Gilberto Koolhaas is examined.Clinical examples from him are analyzed which make explicit the relation between his philosophical ideas, which play a core role inhis thinking, and his concern to understand in an accurate way the clinical experience with the patient. The "mimetic" concern during the reading of the texts was followed by an "antropophagic" attitude when he was working as analyst and developing his own thought.A comienzos de 1970 se produjo un cambio en las influencias teóricas y técnicas en el psicoanálisis uruguayo. La recepción de ideas nuevas es un proceso cultural complejo, en la que la actitud del receptor puede ir desde una postura "mimética" a una con características "antropofágicas". Se señalan algunas diferencias sobre la forma en la que se dio la recepción de las ideas lacanianas en Montevideo y Buenos Aires. Para profundizar en este análisis se pasa revista a la obra de Gilberto Koolhaas, examinando la forma en la que se dio la transición desde una influencia predominantemente kleiniana a una lacaniana. Se analizan ejemplos clínicos tomados de su obra, que ponen de manifiesto la forma en la que en él se articulan la discusión crítica de ideas filosóficas, que ocupan un lugar central en su pensamiento, con la preocupación por captar en forma fiel la experiencia clínica con el paciente. La preocupación "mimética" en la lectura de los textos dejaba paso a una actitud "antropofágica" en el momento de trabajar analíticamente y de desarrollar su propio pensamiento

The text deals with different forms of female violence,cstemming from three different places and historical moments. Thecfact that children could be the object of violence emerging fromcadults was an initial source of reflection for psychoanalysis;cexamples of this can be found in S. Ferenczi, R.Fliess andcJ.Moussaiev MassoncAt the same time, our discipline has probed the "specificallycfemale aspects" of hate. However, female violence has becomecinvisible. Razonamiento deductivo en la teorización psicoanalítica
Get PDFThere are two types of inference involved in the construction of knowledge, whether of common sense, scholarship or science. These are inductive and deductive inferences. The place of inductive inference is fundamental in so far as it is these inferences that enable us to establish the relationship of our ideas to reality. Nevertheless, deductive reasoning also contributes and can be used to good effect in theory building. This paper is a study of Freud\u27s use of deductive reasoning in his development of psychoanalytic theory. Of particular interest are deductive inferences from theoretical ideas that work out the implications of these ideas for what should be observed if they are true. In this way deductive reasoning becomes the handmaiden for inductive reasoning.La construcción de conocimiento, sea este de sentido común, académico o científico, implica dos tipos de inferencias: inductiva y deductiva. El papel de las inferencias inductivas es fundamental en tanto son estas las que nos permiten establecer la relación entre nuestras ideas y la realidad. Sin embargo, el razonamiento deductivo también contribuye y puede ser usado con resultados beneficiosos en la construcción de teorías. El presente trabajo es un estudio sobre la forma en la que Freud hace uso del razonamiento deductivo en su desarrollo de la teoría psicoanalítica. Resultan de particular interés las inferencias deductivas realizadas a partir de ideas teóricas que dan pista sobre lo que implican esas ideas para aquello que debería ser observado si dichas ideas son verdaderas. De la sublimación. Vigencia de la pulsión y sus destinos
Get PDFThe paper refers to the Freudian concept of effective reality (Wircklichkeit) in order to emphasize the effects of the parental and social Other that constitutes us. Unconscious subjectivity and the social environment of every period of time make the subject unique. The word constitutes the psychic subject from the structure of the ties of kinship in any period of time or place. Sexuality and discourse mutually belong to one another. In this way, gaze and voice build an image where the mirror-like quality is the foundation of identifications. All of them typical elements of what is specific of psychoanalysis. Every unconscious representation brings up to the present incarnated experiences of the wish that do not correspond to any material aspect that we can have any evidence of, other than through its effects. The essence of the eventful life of the drive and its vicissitudes or defenses does not change, but it is rather the fantasized contents which mould subjectivities that change. We witness new forms of presentation of the pain, hate, love and guilt, the unconscious sexuality that embraces them and which calls for our attention. But the metapsychological tools that give them shape do not change. The structural difference between the ideal and the idealizations, where the idealized violence is rooted and it indicates the pathology of the ideal, is briefly described. There is a renewed look at the drive and its vicissitudes that gives rise to the unconscious subjectivity. The idea of the five vicissitudes of the drive is revisited, a dynamic situation of interrelation, which is essential, between each and every one of them. The relation between repression and sublimation is privileged regarding the changes undergone by the ideal in our present time. The ideal is nurtured by the effects of the symbolic castration; it points to the sublimation in play and, in turn, to its strong tie to repression. The ideal emerges from the acceptance of limits, not from their transgression. Typical elements of the sublimatory function are listed, together with their vicissitudes, which have an early start in the life of the subject. Insomuch as we are born tied to the drive, we cannot live without sublimating. And given the fact that we depend on the parental and social Other for our lives, we are living witnesses of the changing position of the law all along the centuries.Se retoma el concepto freudiano de realidad efectiva (Wircklichkeit) para enfatizar el lado de efectos del otro parental y social que nos constituye. Subjetividad inconciente y el entorno social de cada época singulariza al sujeto. La palabra constituye al sujeto psíquico desde la estructura de parentesco en cada tiempo y lugar. Sexualidad y discurso se copertenecen mutuamente. Así, mirada y voz construyen imagen donde lo especular es fundante de identificaciones. Todos ellos, elementos propios de la especificidad del psicoanálisis. Toda representación inconciente hace presente vivencias encarnadas de deseo, pero no corresponden a ninguna materialidad evidenciable más que por sus efectos. No cambia lo esencial de la peripecia pulsional y sus destinos o defensas, sino que cambian los contenidos fantasmáticos que moldean subjetividades. Asistimos a nuevos modos de presentarse el dolor, el odio, el amor, la culpa… la sexualidad inconciente que los abarca y que reclama nuestra atención. Pero no cambian las herramientas metapsicológicas que configuran. Se describe brevemente la diferencia estructural entre ideal e idealizaciones donde la violencia idealizada echa raíces y señala la patología del ideal. Se realiza una mirada renovada sobre la pulsión y sus destinos dando lugar a la subjetividad inconciente. Retomo la idea de montaje para los cinco destinos de pulsión. Situación dinámica de interrelación, imprescindible, entre todos y cada uno de ellos. Privilegio la relación entre represión y sublimación en relación a los cambios que sufre el ideal en nuestra actualidad. El ideal se nutre de los efectos de la castración simbólica, señala a la sublimación en juego y a su vez su lazo fuerte con la represión. El ideal emerge desde la aceptación de los límites, no de su trasgresión. Se pormenorizan elementos propios de la función sublimatoria y sus avatares, que comienzan tempranamente en la vida del sujeto. En la misma medida que nacemos atados a la pulsión, no podemos vivir sin sublimar. Y dado que dependemos del Otro parental y social para la vida, somos testimonio vivo de los lugares cambiantes de la ley a lo largo de los siglos

Sostenemos que la vergüenza, tal vez, más que la culpa, sería la expresión afectiva privilegiada, tanto del narcisismo, como de las formaciones idealizadoras, y que nos permite, en tanto encrucijada de significaciones, acercarnos a un entramado psíquico donde vamos construyendo- deconstruyendo reconstruyendo nuevos sentidos. Luego de un muy sintético recorrido desde Freud a nuestros tiempos, intentaremos abordarla desde distintos ángulos: en tanto Afecto; en la construcción de Subjetividad; en su relación con la Furia narcisista; en su relación con la Culpa y en su relación con la Cultura
El método psicoanalítico y la consulta terapeútica
Get PDFThis work aims to conceptualize some aspects of the psychoanalytic method regarding clinical consultation. I intend to give basis to clinical psychological consultation as a possible therapeutic tool addressed within the framework of psychoanalytic theory. In our listening we privilege the inclusion of the conflict in a new structure of meaning considering the defensive structure based on the transferential field, to enable patient to give first steps towards a better understanding of the problem. We believe usefulness differentiation between psychoanalytic method as what remains more firm than technique which is liable to change and where we can always "create" without "betraying" psychoanalysis.Este trabajo pretende conceptualizar algunos aspectos del método psicoanalítico en su relación con la consulta clínica. Pretendo dar fundamento a la consulta psicológica clínica como posible instrumento terapéutico, abordada en el marco de la teoría psicoanalítica. En nuestra escucha, privilegiamos la inclusión de la conflictiva en una nueva estructura de sentido considerando la estructura defensiva, en función del campo transferencial, que permita dar los primeros pasos hacia una mejor comprensión de lo planteado como motivo de consulta. Creemos de utilidad la diferenciación entre el método psicoanalítico, como aquello que permanece más estable, de la técnica que es pasible de modificación y donde podemos siempre "crear" sin por eso "traicionar" al psicoanálisis
