ANALISIS KOMPARATIF CINTA MENURUT TEORI TRIANGULAR ROBERT STERNBERG DALAM THE GREAT GATSBY DAN TENGGELAMNYA KAPAL VAN DER WIJCK
Sternberg's Triangular Love theory (1986) is used to examine love's intricacy in The Great Gatsby (Fitzgerald, 1925) and Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck (Hamka, 1939). The imbalance of passion, closeness, and commitment and culture's impact on relationships are the primary issues. Comparing the three components in Western and Eastern civilizations was the goal. We employed qualitative textual analysis to analyze important quotes and storylines from both novels. Results: (1) Gatsby-Daisy has illusory desire without intimacy or actual commitment, while Zainuddin-Hayati has normative commitment and repressed passion. (2) Individualistic and communal cultures regulate the imbalance. The analysis shows that societal pressures and love imbalances cause the catastrophic conflicts in both works. This work advances Sternberg's theory in comparative literary analysis.Teori Triangular Love dari Sternberg (1986) digunakan untuk meneliti kerumitan cinta dalam The Great Gatsby (Fitzgerald, 1925) dan Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck (Hamka, 1939). Ketidakseimbangan antara hasrat, kedekatan, dan komitmen serta dampak budaya terhadap hubungan menjadi isu utama. Membandingkan ketiga komponen tersebut dalam peradaban Barat dan Timur adalah tujuannya. Kami menggunakan analisis tekstual kualitatif untuk menganalisis kutipan-kutipan penting dan alur cerita dari kedua novel tersebut. Hasil: (1) Gatsby-Daisy memiliki hasrat ilusi tanpa keintiman atau komitmen yang nyata, sementara Zainuddin-Hayati memiliki komitmen normatif dan hasrat yang direpresi. (2) Budaya individualistik dan komunal mengatur ketidakseimbangan tersebut. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa tekanan sosial dan ketidakseimbangan cinta menyebabkan konflik yang dahsyat dalam kedua karya tersebut. Karya ini memajukan teori Sternberg dalam analisis sastra komparatif
OPTIMALISASI IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN MEMBACA PUISI DI SMP NEGERI 1 TAYAN HULU
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran membaca puisi, kendala dalam pembelajaran membaca puisi, dan upaya guru dalam mengoptimalkan pembelajaran membaca puisi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tayan Hulu dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara, dan teknik dokumentasi. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan dokumen. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran membaca puisi dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kendala yang dihadapi guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran membaca puisi berasal dari faktor internal, seperti rendahnya minat dan pemahaman siswa terhadap puisi, serta faktor eksternal seperti keterbatasan media pembelajaran dan waktu yang tersedia. Upaya yang dilakukan guru untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran membaca puisi yaitu dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi, melibatkan siswa dalam kegiatan praktik pembacaan puisi, serta memberikan motivasi dan bimbingan secara intensif
BLENDED LEARNING STRATEGIES TO ENHANCE ACADEMIC WRITING SKILLS IN UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
Blended learning in Malaysia has become a popular educational approach as it integrates online and face-to-face learning to provide students with a more flexible and engaging experience. Many higher education institutions have adopted this approach to meet the needs of digitally savvy students while maintaining quality education. Using the UBI20402 Academic Reading and Writing course as a case study, the paper evaluates the integration of digital tools, multimodal resources, and structured teaching methodologies to achieve CEFR B2-level learning outcomes. A mixed-methods methodology was employed, comprising the analysis of student performance metrics, surveys to capture student feedback, and instructor observations. The results highlighted that blended learning significantly enhanced students' understanding of academic writing structures and processes. These include students who found the integration of digital tools and multimodal resources highly engaging and helpful for understanding complex academic texts, whilst instructor observations revealed that structured teaching methodologies increased classroom participation, collaboration, and students' critical thinking and analytical skills when combined with digital tools. In conclusion, blended learning strategies offer a solid foundation for teaching academic writing while effectively meeting the needs of a wide range of students. Future research could explore mobile-friendly platforms and examine the long-term impact of blended learning on students’ academic achievement
CULTURAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL INFLUENCES ON SCHOOL BUILDING DESIGN: A COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN THAILAND AND INDONESIA (CIVIL ENGINEERING PERSPECTIVE)
This study examines how cultural and environmental factors influence school building design in Thailand and Indonesia from a civil engineering perspective. The research focuses on the relationship between local traditions, climatic conditions, and structural design principles used in educational facilities. Field observations were conducted at SriChiwan Wittaya School in Yala, Thailand, and compared with similar public schools in East Java, Indonesia. The study employed a qualitative comparative method supported by structural analysis, environmental assessment, and documentation review. Findings indicate that Thailand’s school designs adopt more climate-responsive features such as elevated foundations, cross-ventilation, and lightweight roof systems to adapt to tropical weather and flooding conditions. In contrast, Indonesia’s schools prioritize structural rigidity using reinforced concrete frames and heavy roofing, influenced by cultural perceptions that equate strength with durability. Environmental adaptation in Thailand is enhanced by national design guidelines emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency, while in Indonesia, such implementation remains limited due to cost and policy constraints. The study concludes that integrating environmental engineering approaches with local cultural understanding is essential to achieve sustainable, resilient, and contextually appropriate school designs in Southeast Asia
Pengaruh Kombinasi Pupuk Organik Cair Urin Kelinci dan Pupuk Fosfor Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kacang Hijau (Vigna radiata L.)
Kacang hijau (Vigna radiata L.) adalah tanaman legum penting yang memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan, namun tingkat produktivitasnya masih tergolong rendah. Salah satu upaya yang dapat ditempuh untuk meningkatkan hasil adalah dengan memupuk menggunakan kombinasi pupuk organik cair (POC) urin kelinci dan pupuk fosfor (SP-36), yang berfungsi memperbaiki kesuburan tanah serta menunjang pertumbuhan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi POC urin kelinci dan pupuk SP-36 terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kacang hijau varietas Kutilang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Januari–Mei 2025 di Kebun Benih TPH Tohudan, Karanganyar, menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (RAKL) dua faktor, yaitu konsentrasi POC (0, 30, dan 60 ml/L) dan dosis SP-36 (0, 200, dan 300 kg/ha) dengan sembilan kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang tiga kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa POC urin kelinci lebih berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan vegetatif, sedangkan SP-36 memengaruhi fase pembungaan, jumlah bunga, jumlah polong, bobot biji kering per tanaman, serta bobot 100 biji. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada kombinasi tanpa POC urin kelinci (0 ml/L) dengan dosis pupuk SP-36 sebesar 200 kg/ha, yang memberikan hasil generatif tertinggi pada tanaman kacang hijau
Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kangkung secara Organik akibat Pemberian Dosis Pupuk Hayati Cair dan Jenis Pupuk Kotoran Hewan Padat
Populer di kalangan masyarakat umum, kangkung merupakan sayuran dengan nilai gizi yang lengkap dan nilai ekonomi yang signifikan. Memanfaatkan pupuk organik dan pupuk hayati, yang aman bagi lingkungan dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas fisik, kimia, dan biologi tanah, merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan hasil panen kangkung secara berkelanjutan. Diharapkan tanaman kangkung darat akan berkembang sebaik mungkin ketika kedua bentuk pupuk ini dikombinasikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli dan Agustus 2024. Pendekatan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial, yang memiliki dua faktor dengan tiga level, digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dosis pupuk hayati cair merupakan faktor pertama, dan jenis pupuk kotoran hewan padat merupakan faktor kedua. Sembilan kombinasi perlakuan dibuat dari dua elemen ini, dan diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Panjang tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar, berat segar tanaman per petak, dan berat segar per hektar adalah contoh parameter pengamatan. Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) dilakukan pada taraf 5% jika data dianalisis menggunakan analisis varian (ANOVA) dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kangkung lebih baik dengan pupuk kascing dan dosis 30 l/ha pupuk hayati cair dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya
H. ASAN SAMPIT AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT: AIR TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE STRATEGY FOR THE GROWTH OF THE CENTRAL KALIMANTAN REGION
The development of H. Asan Sampit Airport is a strategic step to support increased mobility, economic growth, and regional connectivity in East Kotawaringin Regency. Based on the analysis of demand projections, the number of passengers is expected to increase to 2,300 passengers per day by 2035, or an increase of more than 90% compared to 2018 conditions. However, the current infrastructure condition is inadequate, characterized by a PCN value of only 24/F/C/X/T, well below the minimum standard of 45–50 required for a large body aircraft such as the Airbus A320. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and Fishbone analysis to identify the root of the problem which includes human aspects, methods, machines, materials, environment, and management. The results of the study show the need to increase the runway to 2,250–2,400 meters, increase the PCN, expand the terminal, and modernize facilities according to ICAO Annex 14 standards. With the right infrastructure and managerial interventions, H. Asan Airport has the potential to increase the regional economic contribution by 0.8–1.3% of GDP per year

The architecture of the archipelago is rich in cultural values that have been inherited from generation to generation. By adopting local architectural elements into modern designs, we help preserve and preserve Indonesia's cultural heritage. Respect for Local Wisdom: Traditional architecture is designed based on centuries of experience that takes into account the local environmental and cultural conditions. Proud of the Nation's Identity: Showing the architecture of the archipelago in the midst of the era of globalization is a form of appreciation for local wealth that is often forgotten. The typical architecture of the archipelago is rooted in the principle of respecting nature and contextualizing it with the surrounding environment. Traditional houses are often in harmony with the topography, vegetation, and surrounding natural conditions. In the modern context, this can mean maintaining environmental sustainability and creating harmony with nature. Conceptualizing a modern residential house with typical archipelago architecture is not only about beauty, but also about functionality, cultural preservation, and responsibility for the environment. This approach offers a blend of modern conveniences and local wisdom that has proven effective over the centuries. The concept of a modern residence with traditional Balinese architecture combines contemporary elements with local Balinese wisdom, creating a harmonious residential atmosphere between tradition and modernity. The research method used to examine the concept of traditional Balinese architecture requires a comprehensive approach, considering that this architecture is very rich in cultural, spiritual, social, and environmental values. The results of this study are: The concept of using guardrails and vegetation that is quite dense in terms of function to reduce the source of noise from outside the site and inside the site. The concept of building placement is in or away from the road. ; The use of vegetation can filter the air to cool so that it can affect the air conditioning in the building. ; Use of voids in Buildings. ; The Indonesian wind moves from the Southeast to the Northwest. ; Maximizing natural ventilation without compromising comfort in the building. ; The addition of a small canopy or tritisan as a barrier to sunlight that directly enters the building with later added curtains inside to reduce heat. ; The concept of circulation in this building is the main entrance which functions as an in-out vehicle. ; Drainage Creation in the house entrance area to accelerate the descent of rainwater. ; Rainwater reservoir by directing towards the front sewer. ; The concept of parking this building will be made one because it is considered for a private house
PELATIHAN DESIGN THINKING SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING IRT KERIPIK BAYAM BERKAH BAROKAH
The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the competitiveness of the home industry (IRT) "Keripik Bayam Berkah Barokah". The activity was carried out through training based on the design thinking approach. The problems faced by the partner include simple product packaging, limited production equipment, and a lack of knowledge in business management. The training materials provided covered business motivation, creativity and innovation, as well as marketing strategies. The training was conducted using lectures, discussions, and practical sessions. The results of the training showed increased motivation, creativity, and innovation in product and packaging development, as well as the use of social media for promotion. In this program, the team also provided spinner and hand sealer equipment to support the improvement of product quality. Overall, the community service activity made a significant contribution to improving the partner's business management quality and competitiveness

The Application of Illustrated Media in Learning Asmaul Husana to Improve Students' Memory: A Case Study of Grade VII at SMPN 1 Tunjungan Blora

The social fact underlying this research is the low ability of students to memorize and understand the meaning of Asmaul Husana.HAsmaul Husna is deeply studied due to learning methods that are still conventional and less engaging. This issue is important to examine because Asmaul Husna is not only related to cognitive aspects but also plays a role in shaping students' spiritual character. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach, through observation, interviews, and documentation of teachers and students. The results showed thatpThe use of pictorial media significantly increases students' memory and enthusiasm in recognizing and memorizing AsmaulHusna. Engaging visualizations help students connect the names of Allah with their contextual meanings, making learning more meaningful and enjoyable. ConclusionpThis study confirms that pictorial media is an effective strategy in Islamic religious education, particularly in strengthening memory and spiritual understanding. The researchers recommend that teachers continue to develop innovative, interactive and contextual learning media to support optimal learning outcomes
