LINKING REMUNERATION STRATEGIES TO EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND PRODUCTIVITY: EVIDENCE FROM MERIT PAY, BONUSES, AND GAIN SHARING SCHEMES
Get PDFThis study examines the relationship between four performance-based pay mechanisms, including merit pay, individual performance bonuses, gain sharing, and group performance incentives, and employee work behaviour. Using statistical analysis, the results reveal strong and significant correlations across all mechanisms, with coefficients of determination ranging from 0.726 to 0.898 and significance levels well below the 0.01 threshold. The findings reject the null hypotheses in all cases, indicating that performance-linked remuneration systems substantially influence employee behavioural outcomes, including work engagement, punctuality, teamwork, and reductions in counterproductive behaviour. Respondent feedback further corroborates the quantitative results, highlighting that merit pay motivates performance improvements across all employee levels, individual bonuses foster engagement and reduce absenteeism, and gain sharing promotes commitment and willingness to exceed role expectations. While group performance incentives enhance collaboration, they may also risk demotivating top performers when individual contributions are overlooked. The study concludes that integrating diverse performance-based pay strategies can positively shape employee behaviour, though organisations must manage fairness perceptions to maximise their effectiveness

Mitra dalam kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah masyarakat Kampung Alor Kuda, Darul Iman Terengganu Malaysia. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yakni permasalahan tutupan lahan dan pengelolaan sampah yang belum baik. Dalam penyelesaian masalah tersebut maka tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah pertama terciptanya kesadaran dan perubahan perilaku masyarakat terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Kedua terwujudnya partisipasi aktif dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Ketiga terwujudnya peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi dan sesi tanya jawab oleh narasumber bersama masyarakat sebagai partisipan. Hasil kegiatan soasialisasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga ekologi. Materi yang disampaikan, yang meliputi pelestarian hutan mangrove, kebersihan kampung, dan pengelolaan sampah mandiri, berhasil memicu diskusi dan tanya jawab yang konstruktif
PEMBINAAN OLIMPIADE SAINS NASIONAL (OSN) BIDANG STUDI MATEMATIKA DI SMP ISLAM TA’ALLUMUL HUDA BUMIAYU
Get PDFMathematics Olympiad is a competition to measure and improve students' mathematics skills. Therefore, guidance and coaching of mathematics olympiad is needed which aims to prepare superior seeds both in terms of material and mental, especially for students at SMP Islam Ta'allumul Huda Bumiayu in facing mathematics olympiad. The method of implementing this community service uses the method of material consolidation (25%), practice questions (60%), and interviews or moderation (15%). The stages of community service include planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. The results achieved in this community service, namely the development of the national science olympiad (OSN) in the field of mathematics study were 100% implemented and students were very enthusiastic in participating in the development of mathematics olympiad. Students' understanding of the olympiad material and various types of mathematics olympiad questions increased significantly, as seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test, namely 80.2 and 90.35 from each sub-chapter of the olympiad material. Students have a competitive spirit and compete intelligently and students have a reference source in the form of drilling mathematics olympiad questions whose credibility has been tested
SAHABAT PERPUSTAKAAN DIGITAL: PENINGKATAN KEMITRAAN SEKOLAH DAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGEMBANGAN LITERASI
Get PDFThis community service program aims to increase partnerships between schools and the community in literacy development through extracurricular activities and the construction of digital libraries at SMAS Islam Diponegoro Wagir. This program is a response to the condition of partner schools that face limitations in reading collections, suboptimal library management, and lack of community participation in supporting literacy culture. Activities are carried out through problem identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of results. Various extracurricular-based literacy activities and the provision of digital reading access are carried out to improve students' literacy skills. The development of digital libraries using the Google Sites platform makes it easier for students to access learning resources. In addition, the involvement of parents and the community is also increased through collaboration in literacy activities. The results show an increase in students' interest in reading, active literacy activities in schools, and the emergence of community support for literacy culture. This program has been proven to be able to strengthen the school literacy ecosystem with a participatory and sustainable approach

Get PDFDesa Karangpandan merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Pasuruan yang terletak di Kecamatan Rejoso. Hasil dari usaha peternakan bebek diolah menjadi produk telor asin yang memiliki peran penting dalam menopang perekonomian rakyat di Desa Karangpandan. Namun, produk telur asin tradisional yang minim inovasi rasa dinilai kurang menarik bagi pasar yang lebih luas. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan pelaku usaha mikro melalui inovasi rasa pada telur asin, dengan mengembangkan varian rasa rendang dan pedas bawang. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas koordinasi dengan mitra lokal, praktik langsung pembuatan telur asin rasa oleh penulis, serta evaluasi proses dan hasil produk berdasarkan uji organoleptik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penambahan bumbu khas nusantara dapat meningkatkan cita rasa, daya tarik visual, serta nilai jual telur asin. Produk varian rasa ini disukai oleh konsumen, khususnya generasi muda, dan berpotensi memperluas pasar serta meningkatkan omzet usaha. Inovasi sederhana ini menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha mikro berbasis pangan lokal. Kegiatan ini sekaligus menunjukkan pentingnya penguasaan teknik produksi dan strategi pemasaran berbasis inovasi rasa dalam mendukung kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat Desa Karangpandan

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the influence of employee performance, management, and clean water service provided by HIPPAMS on community satisfaction levels in Tlanak Village, Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency. The study is based on the importance of clean water access as a basic human need and the strategic role of HIPPAMS as a clean water provider in rural areas not yet covered by PDAM. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using surveys and questionnaires distributed to 9 HIPPAMS administrators. Data analysis is conducted with SPSS using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that employee performance, management, and service significantly affect community satisfaction both simultaneously and partially. Among the variables, service has the most dominant effect on improving community satisfaction. The study provides recommendations for HIPPAMS to continue enhancing the quality of clean water services to ensure public satisfaction and well-being
Legal Consequences Of Self-Promotion By Notaries Through Social Media
Get PDFSocial media is one example of the many uses of technology due to the current of globalization. One profession that uses social media is the profession of notary to promote themselves. The form of self-promotion by Notaries through social media is a violation of Article 4 paragraph (3) of the Notary Code of Ethics, that Notaries are prohibited from publishing or promoting themselves, either alone or together by including their name and position, using print and/or electronic media, in the form of advertisements, congratulations, thanks, marketing activities, sponsorship activities, whether in the social, religious, or sports fields. The purpose of this study is to determine the results of legal self-promotion by notaries through social media. The research method used is normative juridical with a regulatory-statute approach and a conseptual approach. The results of the study revealed that the legal consequences for notaries who promote themselves through social media are only regulated in Article 6 paragraph (1) and (2) of the Notary Code of Ethics, the legal consequences of paragraph (1) include: Reprimand, Warning, Schorsing (temporary dismissal) from the Association, Onzetting (dismissal) from the Association, and Dishonorable Dismissal from the Association. Then, paragraph (2) states that sanctions imposed on members who violate the Code of Ethics are adjusted according to the quantity and quality of the violations committed. In conclusion, self-promotion by Notaries through social media is only regulated in Article 4 paragraph (3) of the Notary Code of Ethics. There is still ambiguity in Article 17 paragraph (1) letter i of the Notary Law, which only stipulates that Notaries are prohibited from engaging in other work that conflicts with religious norms, morality, or propriety that could affect the honor and dignity of the Notary position. However, it does not further regulate what work falls within the qualifications to affect the honor and dignity of the Notary position. This certainly creates legal uncertainty for Notaries

Get PDFModeling the Independent Graduation Decision of Conditional Cash Transfer ( CCT) Beneficiary Families aims to explain the relationship between several independent variables and the dependent variable. This model is a multiple linear regression equation. In this study, we model the factors influencing the graduation decision of Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT ) beneficiaries in Pesanggrahan Village, Montong Gading District. The research method used in this study is quantitative, with data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that internal factors include self-awareness (79.5%) and entrepreneurship (81.8%), and external factors include the influence of P2K2 activities (82.5%) and family support (79.6%). Based on the results, 86.1% of the variation in the Graduation Decision variable can be explained by variations in the four independent variables (Self-Awareness, Entrepreneurship, P2K2 Activities, and Family Support). The remaining 13.9% is explained by factors outside the research model. In this study, P2K2 activities are the most dominant factor influencing graduation decision
ANALISIS EFISIENSI KINERJA JALAN DITINJAU DARI VARIASI HAMBATAN SAMPING (STUDI KASUS: JALAN TIRTO RAHAYU, KABUPATEN MALANG)
Get PDFJalan raya mempunyai peranan penting dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Terlepas dari perspektif apapun, jalan raya adalah kekuatan pendorong perekonomian dan kemajuan suatu negara. Kita selalu dikelilingi oleh masalah lalu lintas, apakah ada jalan berlubang atau terlalu banyak mobil yang lewat sehingga menimbulkan kemacetan. Kabupaten Malang mengalami kemajuan luar biasa di bidang pariwisata, pendidikan, dan perekonomian seiring perkembangan zaman. Hal ini berdampak pada bertambahnya jumlah kendaraan di Kabupaten Malang yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan tingkat kemacetan yang selalu meningkat di tiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jalan Tirto Rahayu, Landungsari, Kabupaten Malang. Adanya aktivitas pasar Desa Landungsari pada jalan ini, serta adanya toko-toko lain di kanan dan kiri jalan menjadikan sering terjadi kemacetan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja ruas jalan Tirto Rahayu akibat adanya hambatan samping. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pasar Desa Landungsari terletak di Jalan Tirto Rahayu, bersama pertokoan lain di kiri dan kanan jalan. Hasil analisis volume menunjukkan bahwa pada hari Sabtu tanggal 14 Juni 2025 kawasan Jalan Tirto Rahayu mempunyai presentasi volume lalu lintas tertinggi (4054,8 smp/jam), kecepatan arus bebas (39,5 km/jam), kapasitas (2593,7 smp/jam), derajat kejenuhan (0,56), tingkat pelayanan F, dan bobot hambatan samping (4692). Jenis hambatan samping yang paling banyak terlihat disebabkan oleh mobil yang berhenti atau berbelok ke kiri dan kanan, adanya pedagang kaki lima, dan mobil yang keluar masuk ruas Jalan Tirto Rahayu
