TRANSFORMASI PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN GAMIFIKASI STRATEGI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan strategi gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran serta dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan partisipasi siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru dan siswa di tiga kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen gamifikasi seperti poin, tantangan, dan sistem penghargaan menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, meningkatkan antusiasme siswa, serta mendorong partisipasi aktif. Selain itu, gamifikasi juga terbukti efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai Islami seperti kejujuran, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab. Efektivitas ini terjadi karena gamifikasi mampu menggabungkan pembelajaran kognitif dan afektif melalui pendekatan yang menarik dan kontekstual. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi gamifikasi relevan diterapkan di madrasah, bahkan dalam kondisi terbatasnya sarana teknologi, dan berpotensi memperkaya pendidikan berbasis nilai
POLA INTERAKSI ANTARA SEKTOR KEUANGAN SYARIAH DAN UMKM DALAM MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING EKONOMI LOKAL
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola interaksi antara sektor keuangan syariah dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi lokal. UMKM memainkan peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi daerah, sementara sektor keuangan syariah menawarkan pendekatan inklusif dalam pembiayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sektor keuangan syariah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mendukung pengembangan UMKM melalui pembiayaan yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, pelatihan manajemen keuangan, dan pendampingan bisnis. Namun, terdapat tantangan berupa rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah di kalangan pelaku UMKM serta keterbatasan akses terhadap produk keuangan syariah di daerah tertentu. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan upaya strategis seperti peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah, perluasan akses layanan keuangan syariah, dan penguatan kemitraan antara pemerintah, lembaga keuangan syariah, dan UMKM. Dengan demikian, sinergi antara kedua sektor ini dapat menjadi katalisator utama dalam pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan
BIM UNTUK MASA DEPAN BANGUNAN BERSEJARAH : METODE DOKUMENTASI DAN PERMODELAN DI INDONESIA: BIM FOR THE FUTURE OF HISTORIC BUILDINGS: DOCUMENTATION AND MODELLING METHODS IN INDONESIA
Perkembangan kota yang pesat sering kali mengancam kelestarian bangunan bersejarah, terutama yang belum memiliki dokumentasi yang memadai. Tanpa dokumentasi arsitektur yang akurat, informasi tentang bentuk, struktur, dan elemen arsitektural dapat hilang, menghambat upaya konservasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode dokumentasi dan pemodelan digital yang diterapkan pada bangunan bersejarah di Indonesia serta mengevaluasi kelebihan, keterbatasan, dan prospek teknologi tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber akademik terkait Building Information Modeling (BIM), fotogrametri, pemindaian laser (LiDAR), dan teknologi digital lainnya. Analisis dilakukan terhadap efektivitas, tantangan implementasi, serta potensi pengembangan ke depan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode digital seperti BIM dan LiDAR memberikan akurasi tinggi dalam dokumentasi dan pemodelan bangunan bersejarah. Namun, tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan tenaga ahli, biaya investasi tinggi, serta kurangnya standar regulasi nasional dalam digitalisasi cagar budaya. Kesimpulannya, meskipun teknologi digital berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas pelestarian bangunan bersejarah, diperlukan strategi holistik yang mencakup regulasi, edukasi, serta dukungan kebijakan pemerintah untuk memastikan keberlanjutan digitalisasi warisan budaya di Indonesia
EFFECT OF FORENSIC AUDITING ON THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF QUOTED FOOD AND BEVERAGE FIRMS IN NIGERIA
The number of financial and economic fraud cases have increased recently, but fraud is a dynamic phenomenon, and new ways to mislead people, businesses and society at large. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of forensic auditing on the financial performance of quoted food and beverage firms in Nigeria. The research design employed in this study is ex-post facto research. ex-post facto research determines the cause-effect relationship among variables. The study applies secondary data, the statistical tool used to test the hypothesis was STATA 13 statistical software, using coefficient of correlation which is a good measure of relationship between two variables. The study revealed that forensic auditing has a positive and statistically significant effect on ROA, ROE, and EPS of food and beverage firms quoted on the floor of Nigerian stock exchange at 5% level of significance. The study recommends that to boost profitability, management of food and beverage companies should prioritize and improve the use of forensic audit data. Secondly, if fraud is discovered, the investigation should be carried out by qualified professionals like Professional Forensic Auditors and fraud examiners, and if there is evidence of fraud, appropriate disciplinary action should be taken in compliance with the public service rules. The investigation should also follow the correct forensic audit procedure
RISK MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN NIGERIA: EVIDENCE FROM FINANCIAL FIRMS IN ILORIN
The financial sector is an integral part of the economy, playing a vital role in the overall economic development of a nation, but financial institutions in this sector face a myriad of risks. The risk management process consists of a series of steps, which are establishing the context, identifying, analyzing, assessing, treating, monitoring and communicating risks, which allow continuous improvement of decision making. Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine the impact of risk management on the performance of financial institutions, a case study of some selected financial institutions in Ilorin Kwara State. Additionally, this study employed the survey method with a qualitative approach and the population is 530 of which the sample of 273 questionnaires was distributed among the respondents which comprise of the staffs of Access Bank, Stanbic IBTC Bank and GTCO Bank branches in Ilorin Metropolis. However, a total of 242 copies of questionnaires was successfully filled and returned for analysis. This study therefore utilized simple regression in data analysis with the aid of statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 20. Consequently, this study reveals that risk transfer has significant relationship with financial performance in some selected banks in Ilorin, Kwara State with 0.000 level of significance. The study also discovered that risk selection has significant impact on financial performance of some selected banks in some selected banks in Ilorin, Kwara State in with 0.000 level of significance. Hence, this study therefore recommends that Access Bank, Stanbic IBTC Bank and GTCO Bank and other financial institutions manage its risk effectively in such a way that transparency and reduced loss can be achieved; with this the organizations will be able to secure higher return of investment and reduced potential risk. Also, financial firms should consider assumption of loss responsibilities in order to limit higher losses from a given risk, as this will generate an expected return and financial productivity. It was also suggested that the Access Bank, Stanbic IBTC Bank and GTCO Bank and other financial institutions should secure adequate reserves to manage potential credit loses, as this will them to achieve financial health and business stability in the long run.
OPTIMALISASI HARMONI ISLAM MULTIKULTURAL BAGI MAHASISWA FAKULTAS TARBIYAH IAI HASANUDDIN PARE, KEDIRI
This service program was carried out as an effort to build an understanding of multiculturalism based on several online news reports about the rampant cases of bullying in the educational environment in Kediri district. The IAI Hasanuddin campus, which is located close to Kampung Anh Pare, faces unique social dynamics, a language education center that attracts students from various regions in Indonesia and even abroad, with very diverse religious, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, although it provides great opportunities to learn from each other and exchange experiences, also gives a challenge in maintaining social harmony. This activity targets Tarbiyah students who are prepared as prospective educators and play an important role in shaping the character of the next generations so that they have a more comprehensive understanding of the importance of instilling multicultural values in the teaching and learning process. The Doctoral Teaching Group (KDM) of UNISMA Malang carried out this service using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The results of the service show success that can be seen from the enthusiasm and positive response when discussing as an indication of improving the quality of human resources as the main capital for changes in social dynamics, so that this service can provide solutions to the needs of students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah IAI Hasanuddin Pare in supporting the government program of Strengthening Character Education (PPK) as an effort to realize the 2045 golden generation that is intelligent, character, competitiveness, and the spirit of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the Republic of Indonesia, and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika
Pengaruh Aplikasi Quizizz Sebagai Media Pembelajaaran bahasa Arab Maharoh Kitabah Siswa kelas Tujuh MTs Tarbiyatul Ulum Banjarejo Kedungpring Lamongan
This study aims to measure the effectiveness of using the Quiziziz app as an assessment tool in improving the Arabic writing skills of seventh grade students at the Science Education Secondary School in Bangariga Kdogfrig Lamongan. This study utilises a quantitative comparative method with a pre-test and post-test control group design. The research sample consisted of two randomly selected seventh grade classes, namely the experimental class that used the Qwiziz application and the control class that used traditional assessment methods. Data were collected by administering written tests before and after the treatment. The data obtained was then analysed using a post-hoc test to compare the improvement in writing skills between the two groups.The results showed that there was a significant difference between the improvement in writing skills of students in the experimental group that used the Quizzes and the control group. Students in the experimental group experienced better improvement in writing skills compared to students in the control group. This indicates that using the Quiziziz app as a means of assessment can be an effective alternative to improve students' Arabic writing skills
DAMPAK BULLYING TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN PSIKOLOGIS BELAJAR SANTRI TPQ AL – FURQON LAMPEYAN KEDUNGKUMPUL SUKORAME
This research was conducted to determine the beginning of bullying at TPQ Al-Furqon Lampeyan Kedungkumpul Sukorame. The impact of bullying on the psychological development of students’ learning generally occurs in non formal educational institutions or in the community. The impact of bullying on the psychology of students occurs due to their physical condition, social status, family economy and parents’ educational backgrounf. The aim of this research is to find out the causes of bullying at TPQ Al-Furqon and the impact and impact of bullying on the psychological development of students’ learning and how to prevent it. The research results show. The causes of bullying at TPQ Al-Furqon Lampeyan are verbal, including physical condition factors, family background factors, and broken home factors. The impact of bullying on the psychological development of students is that victims of bullying are often gloomy, silent and late when coming to TPQ, students who are victims of bullying tend to be a solitay person and not group with other students. The way to prevent bullying at TPQ is to involve teachers, students, parents and the community so that when it occurs in the TPQ environment it is the teacher’s responsibillityll
Peran Guru PAI Dalam Mengatasi Bullying “Pada Siswa Kelas X di MA Raudlatul Mutaa’allimin” Moropelang Babat Lamongan
Bullying is one of the serious problems that can have a negative impact on students' psychological and academic development. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers (PAI) in overcoming bullying in the school environment. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of the study are school principals, PAI teachers, and students or students. The results of the study show that PAI teachers have an important role in overcoming bullying through religious and moral approaches. PAI teachers integrate Islamic values in learning, provide advice and guidance, and become role models. In addition, they are active in bullying prevention programs in schools, such as socialization, seminars, and extracurricular activities to increase students' awareness of the negative impact of bullying and how PAI teachers deal with bullying by calling victims and perpetrators for questioning, providing sanctions according to the perpetrator's actions, and sending summons letters to the parents of students involved. For cases of bullying that are very outrageous, teachers record the student's name in the black book
Implementation of Literacy Culture to Increase Students' Interest in Reading At MI Infarul Ghoy
Students' current interest in reading shows a decline, which is influenced by several factors. Education problems in Indonesia still focus on the low level of student literacy. This is largely due to a lack of interest in reading, which is influenced by technological advances and a lack of motivational support from parents and teachers. In fact, reading activities can open up new knowledge, help find information, and expand horizons. This study aims to: (1) assess students' reading interest in MI Infarul Ghoy, (2) evaluate the application of literacy culture in MI Infarul Ghoy, and (3) examine the relationship between students' reading interest and the application of literacy culture at MI Infarul Ghoy. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study at MI Infarul Ghoy showed that students' reading interest was classified in the "moderate" category, with 3 students in the high category (27.3%), 6 students in the medium category (54.5%), and 2 students in the low category (18.2%). Students' interest in reading is influenced by internal factors from within students and external factors from teachers and parents
