Get PDFAs a result of the research on improvement of labour safety in the conditions of changing parameters of cranberry production the mathematical model has been developed. The model allows determining optimal values of the factors when the maximum value of fullness of safe cutting of cranberry shoots is reached. It is established that the process of shoots raising, brushing and cutting is the greatest danger for a machinery operator to be injured on a cranberry check.В результате проведенных исследований по повышению безопасности труда в условиях изменяющихся параметров производственной среды промышленного выращивания клюквы крупноплодной разработана математическая модель, которая позволяет определить оптимальные значения факторов, при которых достигается максимальное значение полноты безопасной обрезки стелющихся побегов клюквы. Установлено, что наибольшую опасность для травмирования механизатора на клюквенном чеке представляет выполнение технологического процесса по поднятию, расчесыванию и обрезке стелющихся побегов клюквенника

No full textStudied is the influence of purebred Duroc and Pietren boars of French selection on the quality indicators of lean and fat tissue of young animals to be bred from parent pigs F1 Л×Й and Й×Л. It’s established that the use of Duroc and Pietren boars in crossing with parent pigs F1 Л×Й and Й×Л doesn’t make worse physical and chemical properties of meat and fat of young animals. The animals of (КБ×Л) ×Д, (Л×Й) × Д, (Л×Й) ×П, (Й×Л) ×П crosses have a tendency to the reduction of water content in meat (72.34–72.91 %) and increase of intramuscular fat (6.65–8.19 %), what ensures a higher quality of pork.Изучено влияние чистопородных хряков пород дюрок и пьетрен французской селекции на качественные покзатели мышечной и жировой тканей откормочного молодняка, получаемого от родительских свинок F1 Л× Й и Й× Л. Установлено, что использование в скрещивании с родительскими свинками F1 Л× Й и Й× Л хряков породы пьетрен и дюрок не ухудшает физико-химические свойства мяса и сала у помесного молодняка. У животных сочетаний (КБ× Л) × Д, (Л× Й) × Д, (Л× Й) × П, (Й× Л) × П наблюдается тенденция к снижению в мясе содержания воды (72,34–72,91 %) и увеличению внутримышечного жира (6,65–8,19 %), что обеспечивает более высокое качество полученной свинины.Табл. 3. The interrelation of the first limiting amino acid with the required norm makes an amount of complete sets of an "ideal" protein in fodder. Fodder ranging with reference to the content of an “ideal” protein and its cost has been conducted.Разработан алгоритм расчета наличия «идеального» протеина в кормах для свиней на основе данных по нормам содержания незаменимых аминокислот в полнорационных комбикормах и их содержания в основных кормах. Соотношение первой лимитирующей аминокислоты с нормой потребности составляет число комплектов «идеального» протеина в корме. Проведено ранжирование кормов по содержанию в них «идеального» протеина и его стоимости

Get PDFChina is currently experiencing a transition period for its agriculture development. Innovation in science and technology will play a crucial role in achieving the modernization of agriculture in China. Over the last decades, agriculture in China has primarily been of extensive style with an undiversified conformation. There has been a poorish correlation among the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, the three-industry, resulting in a less developed agro-processing industry and shortened industry chain. Jilin province is a typical ecotype area of agriculture in northeast China and an epitome of the northern agriculture. Belarus has well developed machinery, food and potato industries. These are ideal complements to the agricultural economics in northeast China. Thus, induction of talents and the advanced technologies in food processing industries from Belarus would be a wise choice to overcome the shortage in agro-products processing industries, so as to promote the coordinated development of the three-industry in China. Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences (JAAS) has a prestige history of some 100 years. Scientists there have contributed greatly to both national and regional agriculture with their remarkable achievements in cereal breeding, pomology, edible fungus, vegetables, and animal husbandry. Together with the broad market potential for farm products processing industry in China, these have provided Belarus with a great opportunity of collaboration with China. This article overviews the agriculture and agricultural related science and technology in Jilin. Further, a comparative analysis was conducted aiming at clarification of the advantages in agricultural sciences between Jilin and Belarus. Finally, the feasibility and future perspectives of the collaboration between the two parties are also discussed
