    The State of Arizona Administrative Digest is an official publication of the state of Arizona and contains the rulemaking activity of the state's agencies, including proposed, final, emergency, summary, and exempt rules. The Department of State, Publications Division printed the Digest monthly. In The Digest may contain the full text of the Governor's Executive Orders and Proclamations of general applicability, summaries of Attorney General opinions, notices of rules terminated by the agency, and the Governor's appointments of state officials and members of state boards and commissions.     This video contains an interview of veteran Jodi Judge. Judge dreamed of being a chiropractor but didn't have a lot of money saved for her college tuition. Therefore, in 1982, she decided to join the Army where she served until 1992. After basic training, Jodi served as a company clerk, handling everything that needed to be done in an office setting. Later, she would serve in Italy, working at a nuclear missile site, interrupting and performing office duties. Upon her return to the US, Jodi found the transition from Europe to America challenging, but found her footing and used her money from the Army to fund her education and obtain her dream career as a chiropractor
