No full textNávrh řadového polyfunkčního bytového domu v Praze 8, Libni na parcele č. 8, v rámci regulace Města ve městě. Objekt má jedno podzemní a čtyři nadzemní podlaží. V přízemí se nachází kavárna a jóga studio, ve vyšších podlažích je umístěno 18 bytových jednotek. Návrh reaguje na prostředí Libně a usiluje o soudobé, funkční a kontextuálně citlivé řešení.The project designs a row-type mixed-use residential building in Prague 8, Libeň, plot No. 8, within the framework of the Cities within City urban regulation. The building consists of one underground and four above-ground floors. A café and a yoga studio are located on the ground floor, while the upper floors contain 18 residential units. The design responds to the character of Libeň and aims for a contemporary, functional and context-sensitive architectural solution

No full textBakalářská práce obsahuje projekt bytových řadových domků, jež se nachází poblíž centra Suchdole na Praze 6. Celkovou hmotu tvoří opakující se řadové domky, které jsou rozděleny do tří stejně velkých bloků. Tvar odskočení jednotlivých bloků kopíruje současné zakřivení pozemku Brandejsova statku. Terén, který od středu statku klesá, umožnil části bloků zapustit do terénu a vytvořit tím oddělenou intimní zónu pro obyvatele domků. Projekt je navržen tak, aby svojí vizuální stránkou a dispozicí zapadl mezi další budovy tohoto statku, nijak je vizuálně nerušil, byl v celkovém kontextu Suchdole a vytvořil bydlení pro všechny věkové skupiny, včetně lidí s handicapem. Trvalý pobyt osob by tak navrátil život do areálu Brandejsova statku.The bachelor's thesis includes a project of terraced houses located near the center of Suchdole in Prague 6. The total mass consists of repeating terraced houses, which are divided into three blocks of the same size. The shape of the rebound of the individual blocks copies the current curvature of the Brandeis farm plot. The terrain, which descends from the center of the estate, allowed parts of the blocks to sink into the terrain and thereby create a separate intimate zone for the residents of the houses. The project is designed in such a way that its visual aspect and layout fit in with the other buildings of this estate, did not visually disturb them in any way, was in the overall context of Suchdole and created housing for all age groups

No full textBakalářská práce rozpracovává architektonickou studii do rozsahu DPS/DSP. Předmětem návrhu je novostavba studentského bydlení v Praze v Holešovicích. Navržený objekt je součástí urbanistické koncepce pracující s výškovými dominantami, jejichž cílem je zlepšit čitelnost a orientaci v pravidelně strukturovaném území Holešovic. Budova je navržena jako věž, tvořená postupně ustupující hmotou. Hlavní funkcí je studentské ubytování situované ve věžové části. Součástí objektu je také část s výtvarnými ateliéry a dílnami, určená pro veřejnost.The bachelor's thesis elaborates an architectural study to the level of construction and building permit documentation. The subject of the design is a new student housing building located in PragueHolešovice. The proposed building is part of an urban concept that utilizes height dominants to improve legibility and orientation within the regularly structured area of Holešovice. The building is designed as a tower composed of a gradually receding mass. Its primary function is student accommodation, located in the tower portion. The project also includes a publicly accessible section with art studios and workshops

No full textDům se rozvíjí v sekvencích ulice, parter, dvůr, terasa. Nic tu nekončí ostře. Komerční prostory přecházejí do komunitních, společné do soukromého. Dům nevytváří hranici, ale prostředí prostor mezi soukromým a společným, mezi městem a dvorem, mezi jednotlivými rytmy. Pavlače nejsou jen průchody, ale tenká místa styku lehký provoz každodennosti. Bydlet tady znamená mít prostor pro sebe, ale zároveň být součástí něčeho většího. Sdílet každodennost bez nátlaku, mít možnost se zapojit nebo zůstat stranou, když je potřeba. Dům nenabízí jen bydlení, ale rytmus, který vytváří komunita.The building unfolds in sequences street, ground floor, courtyard, terrace. Nothing ends abruptly here. Commercial spaces flow into communal ones, communal into private. The building doesnt create a boundary but an environment a space between private and shared, between city and courtyard, between different rhythms. The deck access walkways are not just shared paths, but subtle places of connection the gentle hum of everyday life. Living here means having space for yourself while also being part of something larger. Sharing daily life without pressure, with the option to join in or step aside when needed. The building offers not just apartments, but a rhythm that shapes a community
Establishing Criteria for the Selection of Smart Protective Measures to Enhance the Protection of Intervention Units
Full text linkBakalárska práca sa zameriava na možnosti zvýšenia ochrany členov zásahových jednotiek prostredníctvom inovatívnych chytrých ochranných prostriedkov. Teoretická časť práce približuje súčasný stav tradičných balistických viest, pričom v závere predstavuje problematiku chytrých ochranných prostriedkov. Náplňou praktickej časti práce je prostredníctvom dotazníkového šetrenia zistiť požiadavky členov zásahových jednotiek na chytré ochranné prostriedky. Pomocou porovnávacej analýzy boli porovnané varianty dostupných chytrých ochranných prostriedkov určených pre potreby policajných jednotiek. Na základe výsledkov dotazníkového šetrenia, a predchádzajúcej literárnej rešerše, boli stanovené kritériá pre voľbu chytrých ochranných prostriedkov. Výsledky porovnávacej analýzy ukázali, že v súčasnosti nie je na trhu dostupný chytrý ochranný prostriedok, ktorý by spĺňal všetky stanovené kritériá a požiadavky koncových užívateľov.This bachelors thesis explores ways to enhance the protection of intervention unit members through innovative smart protective equipment. The theoretical section reviews the current state of traditional ballistic vests and concludes by addressing the topic of smart protective gear. The practical part of the thesis aims to identify the needs of intervention unit members regarding smart protective equipment through a questionnaire survey. A comparative analysis was conducted to evaluate various available smart protective equipment options designed for police units. Based on the questionnaire results and the preceding literature review, criteria for selecting smart protective equipment were established. The findings of the comparative analysis revealed that currently, no smart protective equipment on the market meets all the defined criteria and end-user requirements

Full text linkV dnešním světě existují situace, kdy je nezbytné včas informovat velké množství lidí o určité události. Takové scénáře vyžadují rychlou a spolehlivou aplikaci, která je schopna zvládnout velkou zátěž a zároveň zajistit úspěšné doručení oznámení všem relevantním příjemcům. Cílem této práce je navrhnout, implementovat a nasadit robustní systém, který informuje velké množství lidí o různých událostech. Systém se skládá ze dvou hlavních komponent: desktopové aplikace v jazyce Java vyvinuté v JavaFX, která je nasazena lokálně v rámci organizací, a backendu založeného na mikroslužbách hostovaného v cloudu, který slouží ke zpracování a doručování oznámení. Práce zahrnuje integraci s několika rozhraními API pro různé oznamovací kanály, implementaci aplikace Spring Boot, komunikaci prostřednictvím Apache Kafka a končí nasazením systému v cloudovém prostředí s cílem zajistit škálovatelnost a dostupnost na produkční úrovni.In today's world, there are situations where it is crucial to inform a large number of people about a certain event in a timely manner. Such scenarios require a fast and reliable application capable of handling a heavy load while ensuring that notifications are successfully delivered to all relevant recipients. The goal of this work is to design, implement, and deploy a robust system that notifies a large audience about various events. The system consists of two main components: a desktop Java application, developed with JavaFX, which is deployed locally within organizations and a microservices-based backend hosted in the cloud for processing and delivering notifications. The work includes integration with multiple APIs for different notification channels, the implementation of a Spring Boot application, communication through Apache Kafka, and concludes with the deployment of the system in a cloud environment to support production-grade scalability and availability

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na finanční analýzu společnosti Metrostav a. s. v období hospodářských let 2019 až 2023. Bakalářská práce zkoumá finanční vývoj před dobou pandemie covid-19., dále v průběhu pandemie a po ní. Zároveň se tato práce zaměřuje na to, jak společnost při krizi fungovala a jakým způsobem pandemie ovlivnila finanční chod. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace tohoto podniku v uplynulých letech a navrhnout na základě výsledků finanční analýzy doporučení pro zvýšení jeho ekonomické efektivnosti. Analýza využívá metod kvantitativních, včetně horizontální a vertikální analýzy, analytické metody, poměrových ukazatelů. Součástí zkoumání budou také řízené rozhovory se zaměstnanci společnosti Metrostav a. s. Užitečný přínos vypracování této práce pro veřejnost je takový, že na základě hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti se mohou její manažeři, investoři a další zainteresované strany lépe rozhodovat o případných investicích nebo spolupracích. Zároveň na základě této finanční analýzy Metrostav a. s. vznikají návrhy a konkrétní doporučení pro zlepšení finanční situace a celkového řízení firmy.This bachelor thesis focuses on the financial analysis of Metrostav a. s. in the period of economic years 2019 to 2023. The bachelor thesis examines the financial development before the time of the pandemic covid-19., during the pandemic and after it. At the same time, this thesis focuses on how the company operated during the crisis and how the pandemic affected the financial operations. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of this company in the past years and to propose recommendations for increasing its economic efficiency based on the results of the financial analysis. The analysis uses quantitative methods, including horizontal and vertical analysis, analytical methods, and ratios. The research will also include guided interviews with employees of Metrostav a. s. The useful public benefit of producing this work is that, based on the evaluation of the company's performance, its managers, investors and other stakeholders can make better decisions about potential investments or collaborations. At the same time, on the basis of this financial analysis of Metrostav a. s., suggestions and specific recommendations for improving the financial situation and overall management of the company are made

Jejím cílem je prozkoumat podmínky slaďování těchto oblastí, posoudit priority studentů týkající se osobních, školních a pracovních aktivit a navrhnout možná zlepšení jejich vyvážení. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů school-life balance a work-life balance a jejich dopadu na každodenní fungování studentů. Praktická část vychází z dotazníkového šetření, které analyzuje časové možnosti, potřeby, postoje a prefe-rence studentů ve vztahu k jejich studijním, pracovním a osobním závazkům. Výsledkem prá-ce jsou konkrétní návrhy, které mohou napomoci lepší harmonizaci jednotlivých životních sfér v rámci vysokoškolského studia.This bachelors thesis addresses the issue of balancing personal, academic, and work life among university students. The aim is to explore the conditions for balancing these areas, assess students priorities regarding personal, academic, and work-related activities, and pro-pose potential improvements to support this balance. The theoretical part focuses on defin-ing the concepts of school-life balance and work-life balance and their impact on the daily functioning of students. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey that analyses students time availability, needs, preferences, and attitudes in relation to their academic, work, and personal obligations. The outcome of the thesis consists of specific recommenda-tions aimed at improving the harmonization of these life domains within the context of uni-versity studies

Cílem bylo ověřit, jak lze tradiční vitráž interpretovat mimo sakrální či historizující kontext a využít ji jako vizuálně aktivní prvek reagující na světlo a prostředí. Teoretická část se věnuje analýze vitráže jako světelně-prostorového média a možnostem jejího materiálového a výrazového posunu. Praktická část představuje návrh interiérového paravánu kombinujícího techniku fusingu skla s mědí. Práce přináší nové poznatky v rámci teorie i technologie.The thesis focuses on exploring the contemporary form of stained glass and its potential application in modern interior design. The aim was to examine how traditional stained glass can be interpreted beyond sacral or historicist contexts and used as a visually active element that responds to light and space. The theoretical part analyzes stained glass as a light-spatial medium and explores the possibilities of its material and expressive transformation. The practical part presents the design of an interior screen combining glass fusing techniques with copper. The work offers new insights in both theoretical and technological aspects

Objevovala jsem cesty, jak využít světlo k působení na lidské emoce a k tomu značně využívala materiálové možnosti látky. Svítidlo přebírá tvarosloví klasických lustrů a zároveň má i stahovací funkci, čímž se podtrhuje jeho organický vzhled.The thesis deals with the design process of an organic pendant luminaire. I explored ways to use light to affect human emotions, making extensive use of the material possibilities of fabric. The luminaire adopts the morphology of classical chandeliers and also has a pull-down function, thus emphasizing its organic look
