Философско-аллегорическая проекция прозы Д.А.Ф. де Сада
Get PDFFor the first time, the features of the functioning of allegory in French prose of the 18th century are revealed. The specificity of the philosophical and allegorical narration in the novels "Justine, or the Unfortunate Fate of Virtue", "The Story of Juliette, or the Successes of Vice" by de Sade is studied. The features of the functioning in the narrative of the work of the allegory of Vice and Virtue as an artistic and aesthetic means of the text and a constructive factor in the organization of the whole prose are revealed. The author's strategies in solving moral, ethical, philosophical and ontological problems are presented.Впервые раскрываются особенности функционирования аллегории во французской прозе XVIII века. Исследуется специфика философско-аллегорического повествования в романах ««Жюстина, или Несчастная судьба добродетели», «История Жюльетты, или Успехи порока» де Сада. Раскрываются особенности функционирования в нарративе произведения аллегории Порока и Добродетели как художественно-эстетического средства текста и конструктивного фактора в организации прозаического целого. Get PDFThe purpose is to investigate the directions of unification of the rules for classifying territories as unfavorable for agricultural production in the context of economic integration of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
Materials and methods. The basis for the research was the normative legal acts of Belarus and Russia on the definition of territories unsuitable for the production of agricultural products, as well as scientific and practical literature in this area. In the process of research, the following methods were used: monographic, abstract-logical, system and comparative analysis, system linking, abstraction.
Results. The normative legal acts defining the rules for classifying territories as unfavorable for the production of agricultural products of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation in the following areas are studied.
Conclusion. Conclusions are drawn about the need to improve and unify the rules for classifying territories as unfavorable for agricultural production in the context of economic integration of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.Цель – исследовать направления унификации правил отнесения территорий к неблагоприятным для производства сельскохозяйственной продукции в контексте экономической интеграции Республики Беларусь и Российской Федерации.
Материалы и методы. Основой для исследований послужили нормативно-правовые акты Беларуси и Росси по определению территорий неблагоприятными для производства сельскохозяйственной продукции, а также научно-практическая литература по данному направлению. В процессе исследований применялись методы: монографический, абстрактно-логический, системного и сравнительного анализа, системной увязки, абстрагирования, идеализации и др.
Результаты. Исследованы нормативно правовые акты, определяющие правила отнесения территорий к неблагоприятным для производства сельскохозяйственной продукции Республики Беларусь и Российской Федерации.
Заключение. Сделаны выводы о необходимости совершенствования и унификации правил отнесения территорий к неблагоприятным для производства сельскохозяйственной продукции в контексте экономической интеграции Республики Беларусь и Российской Федерации
Phenomenological features of the digitalization of education as one of the determining factors in the innovative development of society in the Republic of Belarus
Get PDFЦель – выявление феноменологических характеристик процесса цифровизации образовательной сферы, представляемого в качестве одного из факторов, которые определяют инновационное развитие современного общества в Республике Беларусь, становление и развитие экономики знаний и человеческого капитала.
Материалы и методы. При написании статьи использована источниковедческая база, в рамках которой для изучения представлены научные публикации по проблематике исследования, а также положения Концепции цифровой трансформации процессов в системе образования Республики Беларусь на 2019–2025 гг. В исследовании использованы методы: контент-анализ источников, сравнительно-сопоставительный метод.
Результаты. В ходе исследования выявлены феноменологические черты цифровизации образования, которые в условиях технологизации позволяют рассматривать цифровую трансформацию данной сферы в качестве одного из детерминирующих факторов высокотехнологичного развития современного социума.
Заключение. Цель исследования достигнута. Выявлены основные характеристики цифровизации образования, позволяющие в их диалектическом единстве определять изучаемое явление как сложный и многоаспектный социально-культурный феномен, являющийся предметом исследования автора данной статьи применительно к проблематике обеспечения преемственности на системных уровнях образовательной сферы.Objektive: identification of phenomenological characteristics of the process of digitalization of the educational sphere, which is presented as one of the factors that determine the innovative development of modern society in the Republic of Belarus, the formation and development of the economy of knowledge and human capital.
Materials and methods. When writing the article, a source study base was used, within the framework of which scientific publications on research issues were presented for study, as well as the provisions of the Concept of digital transformation of processes in the education system of the Republic of Belarus for 2019-2025. The study uses methods: content analysis of sources, a comparative-comparative method.
Results. In the course of the study, phenomenological features of the digitalization of education were identified, which, under conditions of technologization, allow us to consider the digital transformation of this sphere as one of the determining factors in the high-tech development of modern society.
Conclusion. The purpose of the study has been achieved. The main characteristics of the digitalization of education have been identified, allowing in their dialectical unity to determine the studied phenomenon as a complex and multifaceted socio-cultural phenomenon, which is the subject of research by the author of this article in relation to the problem of ensuring continuity at the systemic levels of the educational sphere

Get PDFThe article reveals the features of the organization of physical education of students in the physical culture and sports environment of a higher education institution. The possibilities of self-realization of students in physical culture and sports are revealed through the construction of an individual trajectory of their development (educational, recreational, developmental and athletic). The structural possibilities of the physical culture and sports environment are revealed in the article. They are characterized by the relationship between the currently existing infrastructural capacities and sports equipment, staff potential and corporate culture of HEIs, types and forms of organization of physical culture and sports activities, methodological basis of the educational process and pedagogical supervision, which provides the environment with a variety of opportunities for personal development and matching the personal needs of students. The possibilities of the physical culture and sports environment in the conditions of implementation of the individual trajectory for the development of students in their chosen types of physical culture and sports activities for physical self-education, self-development and self-realization are revealed. The article reveals ways to increase the effectiveness of physical education, presents research approaches (systemic, environmental and personality-oriented) to the creation of a physical culture and sports environment of a higher education institution, in which conditions for a balanced development of students and their self-realization in physical culture and sports are created.В статье раскрываются особенности организации физического воспитания студентов в физкультурно-спортивной среде учреждения высшего образования. Раскрываются возможности самореализации студентов в физической культуре и спорте, посредством построения индивидуальной траектории их развития (физкультурно-образовательной, физкультурно-оздоровительной, физкультурно-развивающей, физкультурно-спортивной). Раскрыты структурные возможности физкультурно-спортивной среды, которые характеризуются взаимосвязями между имеющейся материально-технической базой и спортивным оборудованием, кадровым потенциалом и корпоративной культурой УВО, видами и формами организации физкультурно-спортивной деятельности, программно-методическим обеспечением образовательного процесса и педагогическим контролем, что обеспечивает комплекс возможностей для развития личности и удовлетворения личностных потребностей студентов. Раскрыты возможности физкультурно-спортивной среды в условиях реализации индивидуальной траектории развития студентов в избранных ими видах физкультурно-спортивной деятельности для физического самовоспитания, саморазвития и самореализации. В статье отражены пути повышения эффективности физического воспитания, представлены исследовательские подходы (системный, средовой и личностно-ориентированный) к созданию физкультурно-спортивной среды учреждения высшего образования, в которой создаются условия для гармоничного развития личности студента и его самореализации в физической культуре и спорте

Get PDFThe purpose of the study is to identify trends and assess the results achieved in the development of renewable energy in the world and the Republic of Belarus, including the agricultural sector, in the context of the implementation of energy conservation and energy efficiency policies.
Materials and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of official information sources of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus, the World Network on Energy Policy in the Field of Renewable Energy REN21, an independent research company for the analysis and forecasting of energy and climate issues Enerdata. Applied general logical (analysis, synthesis) and mathematical (statistical, visualization) methods of scientific research.
Results. The article analyzes the activity of increasing the world's renewable energy capacity by types of RES, determines the share of RES in the structure of the fuel and energy complex and analyzes the dynamics of energy intensity of production in the global and national economies, assesses the energy efficiency of the functioning of renewable energy installations used and planned for commissioning in the Republic of Belarus and agriculture.
Conclusion. The key reasons for the formation of prevailing trends in the development of renewable energy in the world have been identified. The level and efficiency of fuel and energy consumption in the Republic of Belarus and agriculture in the context of global trends are revealed. Based on the target indicators, the necessity of further implementation of energy saving measures in the agricultural sector of Belarus is substantiated.Цель исследования – выявление тенденций и оценка достигнутых результатов развития возобновляемой энергетики в мире и Республике Беларусь, в том числе аграрном секторе, в условиях реализации политики по энергосбережению и повышению энергоэффективности.
Материалы и методы. Исследование проведено на основе официальных информационных источников Национального статистического комитета Республики Беларусь, Министерства природных ресурсов и охраны окружающей среды Республики Беларусь, Министерства сельского хозяйства и продовольствия Республики Беларусь, Всемирной сети по энергетической политике в области возобновляемой энергетики REN21, независимой исследовательской компании по анализу и прогнозированию вопросов энергетики и климата Enerdata. Применены общелогические (анализ, синтез) и математические (статистический, визуализации) методы научного исследования.
Результаты. В статье проанализирована активность наращивания мировых мощностей возобновляемой энергетики по видам ВИЭ, определена доля ВИЭ в структуре ТЭР и проведен анализ динамики энергоемкости производства в условиях мировой и национальной экономик, дана оценка энергетической эффективности функционирования используемых и планируемых к вводу установок ВИЭ в Республике Беларусь и сельском хозяйстве.
Заключение. Установлены ключевые причины формирования преобладающих тенденций развития возобновляемой энергетики в мире. Выявлены уровень и эффективность потребления ТЭР в Республике Беларусь и сельском хозяйстве в условиях глобальных трендов. На основе целевых показателей обоснована необходимость дальнейшей реализации мер по энергосбережению в аграрном секторе Беларуси

Get PDFThe article presents the results of a study on the development and justification of an integrated physical culture and sports environment in the physical education of students. The methodology for creating an integrated physical culture and sports environment in a higher education institution is presented, the consistent implementation of its stages is disclosed: analytical, basic and evaluative. Innovative transformations in the system of physical education of students are presented on the basis of fundamentally new approaches to the organization of physical education classes. The article reflects the results of physical education of students in an integrated physical culture and sports environment based on: analysis of the effectiveness of physical education of students, which is expressed in the changes in the indicators of physical fitness of the experimental groups of female students from the EG/f and male students from the EG/m and control groups of male students from the CG/m and female students from the CG/f; the results of the dynamics of the level of physical fitness of the experimental groups and control groups obtained in the course of the pedagogical experiment. The structural prospects of the physical culture and sports environment are revealed, which are characterized by the interaction between the existing material and technical foundations and sports equipment, staff potential and corporate culture of HEIs, types and forms of organization of physical culture and sports activities, software and methodological support of the educational process and pedagogical supervision, established traditions and relations between students, which provides a set of opportunities for personal development and satisfaction of their personal needs. The conditions of the physical culture and sports environment for the manifestation of the abilities of students in their specific types of physical culture and sports activities chosen for pursuing physical self-education, self-development and self-realization are presented in the article.В статье представлены результаты исследования по разработке и обоснованию интегрированной физкультурно-спортивной среды в физическом воспитании студентов. Представлена методика создания интегрированной физкультурно-спортивной среды в учреждении высшего образования, раскрыта последовательная реализация ее этапов: аналитического, базового и оценочного. Представлены инновационные преобразования в системе физического воспитания студентов на основе принципиально новых подходов к организации занятий физической культурой. В статье отражены результаты физического воспитания студентов в интегрированной физкультурно-спортивной среде на основе анализа эффективности физического воспитания студентов. Это выражается в изменении показателей физической подготовленности экспериментальных групп девушек ЭГ/д и юношей ЭГ/ю и контрольных групп юношей КГ/ю и девушек КГ/д; результатов динамики уровня физической подготовленности экспериментальных групп и контрольных групп, полученных в ходе педагогического эксперимента. Раскрыты структурные возможности физкультурно-спортивной среды, которые характеризуются взаимосвязями между имеющейся материально-технической базой и спортивным оборудованием, кадровым потенциалом и корпоративной культурой УВО, видами и формами организации физкультурно-спортивной деятельности, программно-методическим обеспечением образовательного процесса и педагогическим контролем, сложившимися традициями и отношениями студентов, что обеспечивает комплекс возможностей для развития личности и удовлетворения их личностных потребностей. Раскрыты условия физкультурно-спортивной среды к проявлению способностей студентов в избранных ими видах физкультурно-спортивной деятельности для физического самовоспитания, саморазвития и самореализации
