The functioning of the philosophical themes «solitude», «silence», «reading», «freedom» in the author's works is noted. The role of the philosophical and allegorical novel in the works of P. Quignard is revealed. The article reveals the role of the technique "philosophical allegorization" in the author's works. Philosophical allegorization allows one to distance oneself from obvious moral and ethical conclusions, and is also aimed at pushing the reader to go beyond the boundaries of everyday life and give him the opportunity to discover the primacy of spiritual values.Выявляется специфика философско-эстетических взглядов своременного французского писателя Паскаля Киньяра. Отмечается функционирование философем «одиночество», «молчание», «чтение», «свобода» в произведениях автора. Раскрывается роль философско-аллегорического романа в творчестве П. Киньяра. В статье раскрывается роль приема «философская аллегоризация» в произведениях автора. Философская аллегоризация позволяет отстраниться от явных морально-этических умозаключений, а также направлена на то, чтобы подтолкнуть читателя выйти за границы повседневности и предоставить ему возможность открыть первостепенность духовных ценностей

Full text linkAs we have all clearly observed from the fact, the “One Belt, One Road” project has had a profound impact on global international economic cooperation since its inception.
This article systematically analyzes the evolution of the “One Belt, One Road” project and explores its innovative path. Based on the in-depth analysis of a large number of relevant literature and statistics, the article describes the three main stages of this project since its announcement and the direct construction of the project itself, namely the initial theoretical exploration, the subsequent deepening and broadening of theory and practice, and the functional trade and economic system that has been gradually formed at present.
The article also analyzes in detail the innovative directions and development paths of the “One Belt,
One Road” project in terms of interdisciplinary integration, application of new data and methods, differentiation of research for different countries and regions for sustainable development. In the initial stage of theoretical research, scholars mainly focused on the direct stimulating effect of the One Belt, One Road project on trade, investment, infrastructure construction, etc., and the research was based on the traditional theories of international trade and investment, which laid the foundation for subsequent research.
Moreover, as the “One Belt, One Road” project progressed, the theoretical research expanded from the traditional trade and investment research to multidimensional and comprehensive analysis of other components affecting macroeconomic growth itself, industrial restructuring, regional coordinated development, etc. New theoretical proposals and analytical frameworks such as new economic geography, institutional economics, etc. have also been introduced to make further research more in-depth and comprehensive.
At present, the “One Belt, One Road” project integrates the theoretical resources of multiple disciplines in the formative stages, covers the analysis of comprehensive macroeconomic growth, corporate behavior, industrial organization, international trade and investment, regional economic cooperation and other aspects, which provides a more comprehensive, systematic and dynamic understanding of the economic opportunities of the “One Belt, One Road” project, and promotes the thorough study of the relationship and synergy between the various efficiencies and synergies of the “One Belt, One Road” project.
To date, these theoretical studies have made significant progress in explaining the complex economic effects of the “One Belt, One Road” project, not only revealing the positive impact of the project on economic growth, industrial structure optimization and coordinated regional development of countries along the project routes, but also providing a solid theoretical and practical basis for the development of relevant policies in practice. All this has indeed played an important role in practical guidance and management.В данной статье систематизировано анализируется эволюция проекта «Один пояс — один путь» и исследуется его инновационный путь. На основе глубокого анализа большого количества соответствующей литературы и статистики в статье описываются три основные этапа данного проекта с момента его объявления и непосредственно строительства самого проекта, а именно: первоначальные теоретические изыскания, последующее углубление и расширение теории и практики, функциональная торгово-экономическая система, которая постепенно сформировалась в настоящее время.
В статье также анализируются инновационные направления и пути развития проекта «Один пояс — один путь» с точки зрения междисциплинарной интеграции, применения новых данных и методов, дифференциации исследований для разных стран и регионов с целью устойчивого их развития. На начальном этапе теоретических изысканий ученые в основном фокусировались на прямом стимулирующем эффекте проекта «Один пояс — один путь» - на торговлю, инвестиции, строительство инфраструктуры и т.д., и исследования основывались на традиционных теориях международной торговли и инвестиций, что заложило основу и для последующих исследований. Более того, по мере продвижения проекта «Один пояс — один путь» теоретические исследования расширились с традиционного исследования торговли и инвестиций до многомерного и всестороннего анализа других составляющих, влияющих на сам макроэкономический рост, структурную перестройку промышленности, региональное согласованное развитие и т. д. Также были введены новые теоретические предложения и аналитические рамки, такие как новая экономическая география, институциональная экономика и т.д., чтобы сделать дальнейшие исследования более глубокими и всесторонними.
В настоящее время проект «Один пояс — один путь» объединяет на этапах формирования теоретические ресурсы множества дисциплин, охватывает анализ всестороннего макроэкономического роста, поведения корпораций, промышленной организации, международной торговли и инвестиций, регионального экономического сотрудничества и других аспектов, что обеспечивает более полное, систематическое и динамичное понимание экономических возможностей проекта «Один пояс — один путь», а также способствует тщательному изучению взаимосвязи и синергию между различными эффектами данного проекта.
И на сегодня эти теоретические исследования достигли значительных успехов в объяснении сложных экономических эффектов проекта «Один пояс — один путь», не только выявив положительное влияние данного проекта на экономический рост, оптимизацию промышленной структуры и скоординированное региональное развитие стран вдоль маршрутов проекта, но и обеспечили прочную теоретическую и практическую основу для разработки соответствующей политики в практической деятельности. Это все действительно сыграло важную роль в руководстве и управлении в практической плоскости

Standardized methods of assessment of physical fitness and development of young children were used. It was revealed: the validity of uniformity of assessment of physical fitness of children in the “health zone”; similar age trends of balanced development of young children with an increase in excess body weight in boys, corresponding to the world trends.Изучались возможности единообразного оценивания физической подготовленности и физического развития детей 6-10 лет России и Беларуси. Применялись стандартизированные методы оценки физической подготовленности и развития детей. Выявлены правомерность единообразия оценки физической подготовленности детей в «зоне здоровья» и схожие возрастные тренды физического развития детей с нарастанием избыточной массы тела у мальчиков, соответствующие мировым тенденциям

Full text linkThe article examines the new challenges that Belarusian banks and bank holding companies have faced in recent years in the course of their activities and the management of related risks. Contemporary challenges include new international and national regulatory approaches to risk management in the context of corporate governance, the ESG agenda, transition to IFRS, cyber threats, emerging risks, and personnel deficit. The measures taken to counter these challenges in Belarusian banks and bank holdings are analyzed, and recommendations for additional measures are given, new emerging risks are identified and management tools are proposed.В статье рассмотрены новые вызовы, с которыми сталкиваются в последние годы белорусские банки и банковские холдинги в ходе своей деятельности и управление связанными с ней рисками. Среди современных вызовов – новые международные и национальные регуляторные подходы к управлению рисками в контексте корпоративного управления, ESG-повестка, переход на МСФО, киберугрозы, возникающие риски, дефицит персонала. Проанализированы меры, принимаемые для противостояния этим вызовам в белорусских банках и банковских холдингах, и даны рекомендации по дополнительным мерам, выявлены новые возникающие риски и предложены инструменты управления ими

Methods of analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and ways to optimize content to attract users' attention are also discussed. Finally, the importance of adapting promotional strategies to changing market conditions and consumer preferences in the era of digitalization is emphasized.В статье рассматриваются современные подходы и стратегии совершенствования технологий продвижения туристических продуктов в социальных сетях. Уделяется внимание анализу текущих тенденций в цифровом маркетинге, включая использование различных платформ и инструментов для достижения целевой аудитории. Основная цель работы – выявить ключевые аспекты, способствующие повышению конкурентоспособности туристических продуктов и улучшению взаимодействия с клиентами через социальные каналы. Также обсуждаются методы анализа эффективности рекламных кампаний и способы оптимизации контента для привлечения внимания пользователей. The work examines in examples of the most successful and large-scale tourism clusters in the world, including the features of their organizational structure, operating mechanisms and achieved results. Based on the conducted research, a comprehensive analysis of the potential and strategic prospects for the creation and development of tourism clusters in the Republic of Belarus is carried out, taking into account the specifics of the country, available resources and existing restrictions.В данной статье проводится анализ международного опыта формирования и развития туристических кластеров как эффективного инструмента сохранения культурного, исторического и природного наследия, а также стимулирования социально-экономического развития регионов. В работе рассмотрены примеры наиболее успешных и масштабных туристических кластеров мира, включая особенности их организационной структуры, механизмы функционирования и достигнутые результаты. Налоговая стратегия организаций в аспекте задач и принципов ее построения

To study the essence of the organization's tax strategy, taking into account the tasks and principles of its implementation, which allows, under the influence of factors of the external and internal environment of the functioning of business entities, to maximize its resource and tax potential for strategic development. Research materials and methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the article was the results of research by scientists in the field of taxation and tax management, the norms of the tax legislation of the Republic of Belarus. The methods applied are the following: observation, analysis and synthesis, deduction, generalization. Results. The article presents a brief overview of theoretical views on the essence of taxes as an important source of state revenue and as an effective tool for influencing economic processes; a number of factors of strategic tax management was substantiated. The factors include the current tax legislation with a set of tax regimes, the tax system, their mandatory elements and tax benefits, the specifics of the payer's financial and economic activities that determine the size of the tax base and the size of the tax liability, the introduction of the concept of tax security at the macro and micro levels. Through the prism of key tasks, the essence of the organization's tax strategy is formulated, the principles of forming a tax strategy are defined and the expediency of their compliance is reasoned. Conclusion. The suggested theoretical basis of the tax strategy from the standpoint of solving its logically interrelated and multifaceted tasks, compliance with substantiated constructive principles as necessary conditions for achieving the set strategic goals serves to identify and put into practice approaches, mechanisms, tools through which an effective tax strategy of the organization is formed.Цель – исследование сущности налоговой стратегии организации с учетом поставленных задач и принципов ее реализации, позволяющей в условиях влияния факторов внешней и внутренней среды функционирования субъектов хозяйствования максимально использовать ее ресурсно-налоговый потенциал в целях стратегического развития. Материалы и методы. Теоретико-методической базой статьи послужили результаты исследований ученых в области налогообложения и управления налогами, нормы налогового законодательства Республики Беларусь. Применены следующие методы: наблюдение, анализ и синтез, дедукция, обобщение. Результаты. В статье представлен краткий обзор учений о сущности налогов как важного источника доходов государства и как действенного инструмента воздействия на экономические процессы; обоснован ряд факторов стратегического управления налогами, к которым относятся действующее налоговое законодательство с набором режимов налогообложения, системой налогов, их обязательными элементами и налоговыми льготами, особенности финансовохозяйственной деятельности плательщика, предопределяющие величину налоговой базы и размер налогового обязательства, внедрение концепции налоговой безопасности на макро- и микроуровне; через призму ключевых задач сформулирована суть налоговой стратегии организации, определены принципы формирования налоговой стратегии и аргументирована целесообразность их соблюдение. Заключение. Предложенный теоретический базис налоговой стратегии с позиций решения ее логически взаимосвязанных и многогранных задач, соблюдения обоснованных конструктивных принципов как необходимых условий достижения заданных стратегический целей служит для выявления и внедрения в практику подходов, механизмов, инструментов, посредством которых формируется эффективная налоговая стратегия организации
