Get PDFThis article aims to describe the corporate zakat implementation model in Metro City, as implemented by the Grand Sekuntum Syariah Metro hotel. This research is a field research, data collection techniques using documentation and interviews. The analysis technique used is a qualitative technique. The results of this study indicate that the distribution of company zakat is carried out by taking into account two criteria, namely consumptive and productive. Consumptive zakat is given directly to mustahik without empowerment. This zakat is distributed directly to the underprivileged people who are around the hotel in the form of consumable needs, such as food, clothing, and housing needs in general. Meanwhile, for productive zakat distribution, the hotel cooperates with the Amil Zakat Institution in Metro City, the hotel gives its zakat funds to the amil zakat institution. The zakat funds are used to support productive zakat distribution programs in Metro City

Get PDFBagi pelajar menengah pertama aljabar merupakan pelajaran yang paling abstrak terlebih lagi dalam menyederhanakan soal cerita matematika sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kesulitan siswa kelas VIII MTs Darun Nasyi’in dalam menyelesaikan soal operasi bentuk aljabar; (2) mengetahui faktor penyebab kesulitan siswa kelas VIII MTs Darun Nasyi’in dalam menyelesaikan soal operasi bentuk aljabar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dari analisis data diketahui kesulitan yang dialami yaitu kesulitan konsep dan prinsip aljabar. Kesulitan konsep meliputi kesulitan dalam menentukan unsur-unsur aljabar seperti variabel, konstanta, koefisien, serta kesulitan menentukan suku sejenis. Sedangkan kesulitan prinsip yaitu kesulitan dalam pengoperasian penjumlahan dan pengurangan antara bilangan positif dan negatif, kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan perkalian bentuk aljabar. Faktor penyebab kesulitan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal operasi bentuk aljabar dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Get PDFVillage mediation as an effort to resolve disputes is an important thing for the community to do. This is because mediation in rural communities emphasizes the harmonization of society and the values of local wisdom. This research is oriented towards explaining the importance of reviving mediation practices at the village level which aims to maintain community harmonization and how to formulate the right law to revive mediation practices at the village level. This research is a juridical-normative research that seeks to analyze legal issues with primary, secondary, and non-legal materials. The results of the study indicate that efforts and urgency to revive dispute resolution through mediation from the village head need to be carried out because there is an essence of moral values and maintaining harmonization in society. The legal formulation to revive the practice of mediation at the village level is to optimize Lawrence M. Get PDFPublic interest in investing their funds as a third party is a factor that plays an important role in the development of Islamic banks in Indonesia. One of them is mudharabah deposits. Mudharabah deposits are one of the third party fund raising products at Islamic banks which have the largest amount of funds compared to other fund raising products. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the level of deposits at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in the 2011-2020 period. This study uses secondary data in the form of BUS financial statements published on the Bank Indonesia website. The sample in this study is 6 BUS which publish their financial statements to BI in the 2011-2020 period. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable amount of profit sharing for Islamic banks has a significant effect on mudharabah deposits. Variables Inflation and Interest Rates have no significant effect on mudharabah deposits

Get PDFMarriage is a bond between a female guardian (prospective wife) and a male (prospective husband) which is carried out in the presence of two witnesses who meet the requirements. Maturity of age is important to form a prosperous family without ending in divorce. So the government sets the age limit for marriage in Law No. 1 of 1974 whose application creates discrimination, then Article 7 which regulates the age limit for marriage in the Law is changed to Law No. 16 of 2019. This writing aims to determine the effectiveness of the age limit for marriage according to Law No 16 of 2019 in East Lampung, based on data obtained from the case tracking information system at the Sukadana religious court, East Lampung, it turns out that there are still many applications for marriage dispensation, almost 80% of which are granted. This article uses interview and documentation methods. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research and qualitative research using data from the Sukadana Religious Court SIPP, this article is in the form of the number of applications for marriage dispensation which is expected to provide an overview through the calculation of the data obtained regarding the effectiveness of the marriage age limit in Law No. 16 of 2019 in East Lampung. Based on the results found, it turns out that the application of the Marriage Age Limit in Law No. 16 of 2019 has not been effectively implemented in East Lampung, especially at the Sukadana Religious Court, seen from the large number of marriage applications that have been granted

Kemudian akan dicari bagimana hukum tidak melakukan sholat jum’at karna suatu wabah penyakit yang berbahaya. Akan dilakukan persamaan hukum asal dengan maslahah mursalah berdasarkan tinjauan filsafat hukum islam. Hukum shalat Jumat adalah fardlu ‘ain bagi laki-laki apabila terpenuhi syarat-syarat wajibnya. Shalat Jum’at adalah shalat wajib dua raka’at yang dilaksanakan dengan berjama’ah diwaktu Zuhur dengan didahului oleh dua khutbah. Wabah Covid-19 tidak hanya merupakan masalah nasional dalam suatu Negara, tapi sudah merupakan masalah global. Dalam Mengantisipasi dan mengurangi jumlah penderita virus corona di Indonesia sudah dilakukan diantaranya memberikan kebijakan membatasi aktifitas keluar rumah. The research method used in this paper is normative legal research, which uses secondary or library data. The results of this study indicate that the application of a web-based online Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) at KUA is a form of modernizing marriage registration which is usually done manually in the KUA sub-district in serving the community. However, it is still not optimal because servers and networks often experience interruptions, which affect application speed. The implementation of the urgency system is an effort to support the implementation of government programs in maximizing IT-based services to the community and assisting KUA officers in the fields of marriage registration, marriage registration, marriage examinations, same marriages, and reconciliation. The quality of the information generated from the system is relevant to the needs and the output is complete and can be directly felt by users of the system and the community as recipients of the information, in this case, the procedure for recording which is usually done in writing by the administrator, can be typed into the SIMKAH program and operated by the administrator. itself so that the shape of the NB, N, and NA models can be printed/printed, and is more effective than writing.
