Pola Baru Ekspansi Perizinan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Akses dan Relasi Kuasa Dalam Kawasan Hutan Di Indonesia
No full textIndonesia is one of the largest contributors to palm oil in the world. Palm oil is one of the leading commodities that supports the running of the national economy in Indonesia. The high influence of palm oil economic growth in Indonesia has caused a shift in the cultivation of rubber and other conventional cash crops at the community level, turning into palm oil regardless of the role of palm oil for the nation's economy. The oil palm plantation industry is not welcomed by the Indonesian people, this is because the practice of oil palm plantations in Indonesia is suspected to be one of the triggers for various environmental and social problems, such as deforestation, peatland clearing, forest fires, biodiversity loss, and tenure conflicts. The total area of Indonesia's oil palm plantations is around 16.8 million hectares, of which about 3.47 million hectares are located in forest areas. The expansion of the palm oil industry in forest areas is partly due to the granting of oil palm plantation licensing authority to local governments, which is annulled as a trigger for new land clearing for oil palm plantations in the region. Without an accountable and strict control system in the licensing process, it will have an impact on the number of oil palm plantation permits issued that tend to violate many spatial planning requirements. In addition, further regulation of palm oil policies in the job creation law will actually increase the length of the conflict that occurs and make the process of improving palm oil governance much more complicated. The application of the "white wash smell" model as a settlement effort will only reduce the chances of settlement, ignore permits, be non-transparent, and ultimately harm the community.

Tingginya pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi sawit di Indonesia telah menyebabkan pergeseran budidaya tanaman karet dan tanaman komersial konvensional lainnya di tingkat masyarakat, berubah menjadi sawit terlepas dari peran sawit bagi perekonomian bangsa. Industri perkebunan sawit tidak disambut baik oleh masyarakat indonesia, hal tersebut disebabkan karena praktik perkebunan sawit di Indonesia ditengarai sebagai salah satu pemicu berbagai permasalahan lingkungan dan sosial, seperti deforestasi, pembukaan lahan gambut, kebakaran hutan, hilangnya keanekaragaman hayati, dan konflik tenurial. Total luasan kebun sawit Indonesia itu sekitar 16,8 juta hektar, sekitar 3,47 juta hektar di antaranya berada di kawasan hutan. Perluasan industri sawit dikawasan hutan tersebut salah satunya disebabkan oleh pemberian kewenangan perizinan perkebunan sawit kepada pemerintah daerah, yang dianulir sebagai pemicu pembukaan lahan baru untuk perkebunan sawit didaerah. Tanpa adanya sistem pengendalian yang akuntabel dan ketat di dalam proses perizinan akan berdampak pada banyaknya izin perkebunan sawit yang diterbitkan cenderung banyak melanggar ketetuan tata ruang. Selain itu pengaturan lebih lanjut kebijakan mengenai kelapa sawit dalam undang-undang cipta kerja justru akan semakin menambah panjang konflik yang terjadi serta membuat proses pembenahan tata kelola kelapa sawit menjadi jauh lebih rumit. Penerapan model “white wash smell” sebagai upaya penyelesaian justru hanya akan mengurangi peluang penyelesaian, mengabaikan izin, tidak transparan, dan pada akhirnya merugikan masyarakat.

The purpose of this study is to find out how far the knowledge of UIN North Sumatra students is about online loans and cases experienced by UIN North Sumatra students after using fintech. This study used data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study, researchers used data validity tests through data triangulation. The data analysis used draws on the Miles and Huberman model. In this study, there were 4 people as informants, consisting of UIN North Sumatra students who had made online loan transactions. The results showed that the positive side of online loans is that the procedure for borrowing money in online-based applications is easier and faster to meet their emergency fund
Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Joepardy Game terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih
Get PDFJeopardy Game is a media designed to emphasize information management for students. Jeopardy Game improves student’s skill to identify and remember information. This study aimed to discover student’s critical thinking skills in grade VIII students at Mts Ar-Riddha Rengas Pulau. This research employed quantitative methods using non-equivalent control group design techniques. Samples of this study are class VIII A as a control class and class VIII B as an experimental class. The researcher provided 5 oral questions that must be answered in writing to measure students’ critical thinking level. Data analysis technique used is the paired sample t-test analysis test. The results showed that students who were taught using the Jeopardy Game had an average critical thinking score of 80.4 in contrast to the Non-Equivalent Control Group had an average had a critical thinking score of 75.3, it showed that there is positive effect of Jeopardy Game for the students’ critical thinking ability. A Sig 2 Tailed 0.000 < 0.05 so that H0 is tolerated and H1 is accepted. This finding concluded that the use of Jeopardy Games affected students’ activities and critical thinking skills in Fiqh at Mts Ar-Riddha Rengas Pulau

Dreams are mental phenomena that occur during sleep. Precognitive dreams are a type of dream, where these dreams come true in the future. This dream is often experienced by certain people such as prophets, saints and others. The purpose of this article will be to discuss how dreams are from an Islamic point of view. The method in this article is library research. The results of the study show: First, the presence or absence of God's contribution that causes the sacredness of dreams. Second, the comparison of seeing images that appear when dreaming. Third, the difference in terms of dream axiology. Fourth, the ethics of interpretation or interpretation of dreams. All humans experience dreams that are synonymous with sleeping flowers or in the form of images that don't make sense, but dreams actually show the quality of one's spirit or soul. The better and clearer a person's soul is, the more meaningful the truth of his dreams will be. Therefore, it is desirable for humans and Muslims in particular, to always improve themselves both in external and spiritual practices, so that they are able to get dreams that are of good quality and contain truth.

Get PDFKegiatan pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar mengenai kewirausahaan; mengajak peserta berpikir kreatif dan inovatif menemukan ide bisnis dari lingkungan sekitar; Metode yang digunakan yakni dengan ceramah serta diskusi dalam hal menginventarisir potensi ekonomi serta analisis SWOT terkait potensi ekonomi tersebut. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu para peserta mendapat tambahan pengetahuan mengenai bagaimana memulai usaha serta bersama-sama menemukan solusi atas permasalahan yang muncul. Masalah keterbatasan modal dapat diatasi dengan membentuk Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE), membentuk kelompok arisn dan mengajukan proposal bantuan modal kepada Dinas Sosial maupun isntansi terkait. Para peserta juga mendapatkan ide usaha dengan cara mengamati potensi sekitar yakni keripik ikan air tawar; bakso dan abon ikan; keripik pisang aneka rasa; keripik tempe aneka rasa; budidaya jamur tiram putih; jamur krispi; serta kerajinan tapis (tas dan sepatu tapis)

Get PDFThe progress of education in a country is influenced by the quality of teachers and needs to be more creative and innovative in choosing appropriate teaching methods so that the quality of student learning outcomes can be improved. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the implementation of student learning outcomes using the cooperative learning team games tournament method and its advantages and disadvantages. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis method, with data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The results of the analysis carried out by the researcher after the implementation of the team representative duels, there is an ideal increase in the quality of educational outcomes, which proves that this model has a positive effect on student education, and can be observed in terms of participation, interaction, discussion and competition. In general, students like to apply this model because they considered was useful and fun. It was concluded that team games tournament is a model that provides opportunities for students to be more active, answer questions, share opinions and increase student activity in teaching so that the quality of learning outcomes can increase

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perubahan karakter pada anak melalui pembelajaran sejarah yang telah diterapkan pada proses pelaksanaan. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif studi pustaka dengan cara pengumpulan data melalui pemahaman dari teori-teori dari berbagai literature. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter merupakan faktor pelopor utama dalam pengembangan moral manusia. Kehadiran pendidikan karakter telah menjadi wajah baru berdasarkan nilai-nilai yang terkandung, yang mempunyai pengaruh besar dalam tatanan kehidupan sehari-hari. Pembentukan pendidikan karakter telah berkembang sejak lama di Indonesia, terutama diperkenalkan oleh Ki Hajar Dewantara melalui Taman Siswa. Proses pendidikan karakter pribadi meliputi pengenalan etika berupa nilai-nilai moral luhur yang kemudian dipraktikkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Implementasi pendidikan karakter yang dilakukan pemerintah Indonesia telah diintegrasikan ke dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di pendidikan Indonesia. Pendidikan karakter kolaboratif melalui pembelajaran sejarah merupakan salah satu proses pembentukan karakter. Hal ini mengarah pada pengaruh pahlawan nasional dengan memberikan kontribusi berupa nilai-nilai karakter yang dapat diterapkan dalam praktik khususnya pada anak-anak agar terhindar dari perilaku yang menyimpang dari standar yang berlaku saat ini
Pelestarian Budaya Tarian Khas Lampung Melalui Organisasi UKM IMPAS di Kampus IAIN Metro
Get PDFSeni tari merupakan salah satu cabang seni yang sangat erat dengan budaya yang ada di Indonesia, dan tari sembah merupakan salah satu seni tari khas daerah provinsi Lampung yang sangat terkenal, sehingga perlu adanya pelestarian seni Tari Sembah agar terus terjaga kelestariannya, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya melestarikan tari Sembah melalui organisasi UKM IMPAS. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Analisis data yang digunakan yakni verifikasi data, reduksi data, dan penyajian data. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan beberapa data diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh UKM IMPAS yakni diadakannya latihan secara terprogram dengan cara menetapkan tari Semabah sebagai materi tetap bahan ajar di devisi tari, setiap ada anggota baru yang masuk maka yang pertama diajarkan adalah tari Sembah sebelum mempelajari tari yang lain yang diajarkan oleh devisi tari, pementasaan sendiri biasanya dilakukan oleh anggota devisi tari yang sudah benar-benar bisa dan menguasai tari sembah, serta ada pula upaya melestarikan tari Sembah yang dilakukan pihak UKM IMPAS yakni bekerjasama dengan pihak Kampus, misalnya mementaskan tari Sembah disetiap kesempatan dan hari-hari penting contohnya seperti acara wisuda di Kampus IAIN Metro
