    AKTOR KRITIS PEREMPUAN DALAM PEMBAHASAN RUU PKS DI DPR PERIODE 2014–2019

    Representasi substantif perempuan anggota DPR diartikan sebagai hadirnya wakil perempuan yang membawa kepentingan perempuan dalam proses perumusan kebijakan. Melalui penerapan kuota pencalonan perempuan sebagai anggota legislatif, jumlah keterpilihan perempuan di DPR, baik pusat maupun daerah dalam pemilihan umum di Indonesia, mengalami peningkatan meski belum mencapai angka massa kritis untuk menyuarakan agenda atau kepentingan perempuan. Tulisan ini membahas tentang lambatnya proses pembahasan rancangan undang-undang (RUU) tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual (RUU PKS) di DPR periode 2014 – 2019, pro kontra yang terjadi, dan peran perempuan anggota DPR dalam mendorong pengesahan RUU PKS. Teori yang dipakai adalah teori representasi dari Hanna Pitkin, dan representasi substantif dari Celis dan Childs yang menyebutkan hadirnya critical actors atau aktor kritis dalam representasi substantif. Pembahasan RUU PKS berjalan lambat dan disertai perbedaan pendapat yang tajam baik di internal fraksi-fraksi DPR dan di masyarakat. Temuan studi menunjukkan kehadiran aktor kritis di antara perempuan anggota DPR mampu bertindak mengadvokasi kepentingan perempuan, bersinergi dengan gerakan perempuan di luar DPR, dan menjalin kerja sama lintas partai politik dalam mendorong pembahasan dan pengesahan RUU PKS.     BLENDED CURRICULUM OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL BASED ON PESANTREN AS TOOL ONTO FORM JUVENILE CHARACTER AT URBAN AREA

    This article aims to investigate the Curriculum of Vocational High School base on pesantren as the main core of education which especially at urban area and to discover character as impact of it. It is expected that the brawl between schools in the city can be reduced. The brawler is dominated by students of vocational high school, moreover it comes up since a Youtuber explained his story on YouTube media. This is reinforced by the start of the vacuum of middle school students in studying religion. This research used a qualitative approach and the type of the research is field research. Informants in this study were Kyai, Principal, Teachers and Students. Data collection used interviews, direct observation and documentation. Data validation utilized triangulation by three of data resources and triangulation by three of data collecting technique. The data analysis used was the Miles and Huberman model. The steps were data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing and verification. The research results presented that Curriculum of Pesantren-Based Vocational High School is a combination of general curriculum of Vocational High School and Pesantren Curriculum. This consists of curriculum objectives that students are able to master General Science as well as Religious Science. Second, the content / subject is in the form of vocational lessons and kitab kuning. Third, the teaching method uses bandongan, lecture, question and answer and practice methods. Fourth, the organizations that play a role are all stakeholders of schools and Islamic boarding schools. Fifth, evaluation is carried out in teacher meeting forums, teacher personal evaluations and meetings between teachers and Kyai. Sixth, the characters formed consist of religious, tolerance, discipline, National spirit and Love of homeland, tolerance, social caring and Friendly/communicative

    Micro waqf Bank in Sumenep is necessary due to workforce absorption of 486,196 people, making the Sumenep city a capital with the largest number of UMKM five of East Java. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to reveal the implementation of qardh al-hasan payment in small and medium-sized micro-enterprises and the role of qordul-hasan accounts in the creation of small and medium-sized micro-enterprises. This study is a qualitative study with phenomenological approach. The data was obtained through with interview data sources, observations and documentation. Janice Mc Drury's theory was employed to analysis the data, finding themes, writing models, determining coding and deciding to reach the facts. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of these qardh al-hasan accounts through the level of identification, socialization, qualification testing, pre-PWK, PWK and “Halaqah Mingguan” (HALMI). The role of the qardh al-hasan account provided by the Micro Waqf Bank Alpen Barokah Mandiri has had an impact on the expansion of the efforts carried out in the passport

    Analisis Kesalahan Umum dalam Penerjemahan Berita Arab pada Situs Wesite

    This study aimed to determine the forms of errors in the translation of Arabic news texts and translation methods that are often used so that improvements are needed in translation results. The urgency of this research is based on the nature of translation that is not just mastering the source language (Bsu) and target language (Bsa), But also mastering translation theory so as to produce effective and efficient translation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature analysis techniques (library research) through analysis of word structure (syntax), sentence structure (morphology), discourse structure, and semantic structure. Based on the analysis of common errors in the translation of Arabic news on the website, several errors were made, this is based on the used of translation methods that need attention again. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that many translation errors are caused by translation that is too focused by referring to one of the translation methods, including the word-for-word translation as in sentences مدير الأمن العام interpreted as “kepala keamanan umum” The truth is “direktur keamanan publik”, literal translation as in sentences  التاسع من ذي حجة interpreted as “yang kesembilan dari Dzulhijjah” the truth is “tanggal sembilan Dzulhijjah”, faithful translation as in sentences  وأيدينا طويلة interpreted as “dan tangan kita panjang” the truth is “kami siap menolong”, and semantic translation as in the word  النفرة interpreted as “nafra” the truth is “lempar jumrah”

    This paper discusses the communication strategy carried out by the West Metro Nahdlatul Ulama Representative Council (MWCNU), in order to maintain the practice of nahdliyin residents to remain istiqomah. In addition to maintaining the amaliyah of nahdliyin residents, the communication carried out by MWCNU Metro Barat also aims to foster nahdliyin residents to have awareness to be solemn with the teachings of ahlussunnah wal jama'ah. The results of this study discuss how the communication strategy is carried out by MWCNU Metro Barat in maintaining the amaliyah of Nahdliyin residents. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative field research. While the data sources used are divided into two parts, namely primary and secondary data sources. Methods of collecting data obtained by using the method of interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that MWCNU Metro Barat first prepares a communication strategy in conveying messages to nahdliyin residents, then applies it to nahdliyin residents, so that the messages conveyed can be well received and the impact of amaliyah nahdliyin residents will be easily accepted and istiqomah carried out by nahdliyin residents in West Metro . This is based on Aristotle who explains the three arts of using persuasive language, namely: Ethos (the appearance of character and credibility of the speaker who can persuade the audience), Pathos (the speaker's skill in managing emotions when speaking) and Logos (broad and deep knowledge of what will be said or conveyed)

    TUHAN, IZINKAN AKU BERNYANYI: ROCKER MUSLIMAH SUNDA DAN RESISTENSI TERHADAP STEREOTYPE

    This paper provides an analysis of resistance carried out by a rock band called Voice of Baceprot (VoB). VoB is a group of heavy metal musicians consisting of three young Sundanese Muslimah from Garut, Indonesia. Sundanese women are usually portrayed as having ambiguous characteristics, especially as depicted in the media. Physically, they are often perceived as attractive and ageless, while their personality traits are considered hard-working, assertive, principled, smart, and trustworthy. These perceptions thus create a negative stereotype of Sundanese women, especially since it is still taboo for muslim women to do rock music. This article aims to explain how these young Sundanese muslimah resist and negotiate their freedom as expressed through heavy metal music. Content analysis is used to analyze the data, such as the interview and the lyrics of their songs. The result shows that the values of religion still prevent women, especially young women, to pursue a career in arts. How VoB fight for freedom is not driven in a frontal and disruptive way, but they use their own vulnerability as their resistance.  Through the lyrics, the way they dress, and how they express themself in the media, these young women show that freedom will never oppose from being shari’a muslim

    The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the use of the Pre-reading Plan technique in social studies learning (2) the effect of class VIII student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Sumber Cirebon (3) how much influence the use of the Pre-reading Plan technique in social studies learning had. on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumber. In this study, the population and sample were students of SMP Negeri 2 Sumber, class VIII B, amounting to 37 students and class VIII C totaling 37 students. According to the methodology, this type of research is quantitative. Data analysis using the "t" test formula for two large samples that are interconnected with each other, presenting data in the form of group data. Based on the analysis of the "t" test from the results of the study, it shows that to is equal to (3.12) is much greater than t, both at the 5% level (2.03) and 1% at (2.72), namely 2.03 <3 ,12>2.72. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that between variables X and Y there is a significant effect. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Pre-reading Plan technique in social studies learning on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumber

    The general objective of this analysis is to identify Imam Al-Ghazali's definition of Islamic religious education. The specific objective of this analysis is to understand al-Ghazali's views on science and Islamic educational theory. Study. The literature review method is used in this literature research, which includes theories related to the conditions of analysis. This structure of analysis conveys that happiness in the world and beyond can be obtained from knowledge. When compared to other creatures, science will change humans to create noble and dignified individuals. Al-Ghazali's views on the idea of Islamic education. First, the educational aspects of Islamic education, namely a) the Qur'an and Hadith are used as the main educational foundation because the main goal of education is the happiness of the world and the hereafter; b) An educator must have the initial goal of bringing students closer to God, being an example for them, and proficient in teaching; c) Students must study with the intention of getting closer to Allah, refraining from committing crimes because insight is pure and does not need to be conveyed to the immoral, respecting mentors, and diligently seeking knowledge through studying the knowledge conveyed; d) The study program as a means of teaching must be balanced through the individual needs of students; e) Students must avoid negative friendships because negative areas will have an impact on their development, especially in the family, school or community environment. Second, the development of educational organizations that incorporate elements of Islamic education into their study programs, such as midday prayers, reading the holy verses, and congregational prayers mark the implementation of educational values from al-Ghazali's point of view in the modern era

    Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state . Character is the universal valuesof human behavior that includes all human activities, both in the context of relating to God, with oneself, with fellow humans, as well as with the environment, which are manifested in thoughts, attitudes, feelings, words, and actions based on norms. Religious norms, laws, etiquette, culture, and customs of Madrasas play a role in producing students who are smart in science, but also in character and personality. Through the example of Islamic figures and scholars discussed in Islamic Cultural History learning, especially the patience, persistence, and fortitude of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, his companions, scholars, and great figures in Islam so that some characters are built for students such as: religious, honest, disciplined, responsible, independent, social care and hard work

    This Article explain the involvement of women’s organization in the legislation process of marriage regulations in Indonesia. The research data for this study was obtained from a literature review on history of Islamic Family law reform in Indonesia and an examination of the surrounding historical context. The involvement of women in the legislative process aims to ensure that regulations on marriage and divorce in Law number 22 of 1946 ang Law number 1 of 1974 do not result in discrimination and violence againt women but instead provide protection and equality for all parties involved. Trough astudy of literature on family law reform, specially regarding divorce regulations, this article enables readers to understand that the struggle for justice and equality in family relations must continue beyond the legislative process and extend to the implementation level, as well as efforts to improve the reforms.Artikel ini menjelaskan keterlibatan organisasi perempuan dalam proses legislasi peraturan perundang-undangan tentang perkawinan di Indonesia. Data-data penelitian ini didapatkan dari kajian literatur tentang sejarah pembaharuan hukum keluarga Islam di Indonesia dan pembacaan terhadap konteks historis yang melingkupinya. Keterlibatan perempuan dalam proses legislasi untuk memastikan regulasi perkawinan dan perceraian pada Undang-Undang No 22 tahun 1946 dan Undang-Undang No 1 tahun 1974 tidak mengakibatkan diskriminasi dan kekerasan terhadap perempuan melainkan memberikan perlindungan dan kesetaraan bagi masing-masing pihak. Melalui kajian terhadap literatur tentang pembaharuan hukum keluarga dan secara spesifik tentang regulasi perceraian, artikel ini memampukan pembaca memahami bahwa perjuangan untuk keadilan dan kesetaran dalam relasi keluarga harus terus dilakukan tidak berhenti pada proses legislasi tapi juga sampai pada tataran impelementasinya dan kembali pada upaya menyempurnakan pembaharuannya
