Supervision Implementation to Improve Education Quality in Integrated PN Merangin Vocational School
Education is said to be of quality if the education has an increase and results in the Human Resources themselves. The purpose of this research is to examine how the implementation of supervision in educational institutions at the Integrated PN Vocational High School level, precisely in the village of Ampun Baru, West Pamenang District, Merangi Regency, The province of Jambi. the role of supervision in educational institutions at the Integrated Merangin PN Vocational High School is very important, because it can have an impact on an institution's educational quality. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. data collection is done by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The learning process carried out by the instructor, as well as the teacher's lack of expertise and understanding, have a large effect on the high and bad quality of education.Therefore the researcher can formulate the problem that how is the effort to implement educational supervision carried out at educational institutions at the Merangin Integrated PN SMK. because at this SMK institution has a vocational in Animal Husbandry. This supervision is carried out by supervisors at the high school level
Analysis of The Simpang Lolo Educational Forest Tourism Potential as an Alternative Tourism Development In the Gunung Tuleh Sub-District of West Pasaman District
The prospect of the tourism industry is very promising in increasing Gross Domestic Product (GDP), which is 4.1% directly and 9% indirectly. In order for GDP to continue to increase, one of the efforts is to improve the tourism sector. In this study, tourism analysis was carried out in the Simpang Lolo educational forest area, West Pasaman Regency with the aim that tourism in this area can be built and developed so that it can become an attractive tourist icon and can help improve community welfare. This research uses a quantitative SWOT method that emphasizes the External Factor Analysis Summary (E FAS) matrix which includes opportunities and threats with a resulting score of 2.83 and Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) which includes strengths and weaknesses with a resulting score of 2.5. This shows that the Simpang Lolo Education Forest has a strong internal capacity and can make innovations and improvements to further enhance the internal resources that are its strengths. In its external capacity, Simpang Lolo Educational Forest can respond and take advantage of opportunities and threats in the tourism industry, especially in educational forest tourism
Interpersonal Communication and Student Geography Learning Outcomes Through the Talking Stick Type Cooperative Learning Model
One of the problems faced by the world of education is the problem of weakness of the learning process, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic which disrupts the student learning process. Learning activities are a supporting factor for the success or failure of the learning activities carried out. Learning activities can connect the lessons that have been learned with the knowledge they already have. This study aims to describe efforts to improve interpersonal communication and student geography learning outcomes through the talking stick type of cooperative learning model. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The data sources analyzed by the literature can be in the form of books, scientific articles, research journals, research reports, seminar proceedings, and so on. The results obtained concluded that the better the students' interpersonal relationships, the more open people were to express themselves. Through the Talking Stick Type Cooperative learning model, after students receive their learning experience and the results can be used by the teacher to be used as a measure or criterion for achieving an educational goal

Forest is an ecosystem unit in the form of expanses of land containing biological natural resources dominated by trees in their natural environment, which cannot be separated from one another. The study of geography cannot be separated from the reality of human life on the earth's surface as a result of interactions between humans and geographical phenomena on the earth's surface. This study aims to analyze the Utilization of Forest Areas Utilization of Educational Forest Areas of Fastabiqul Khairat Paus Iskarni Rabi Jonggor Village as a source of learning Biosphere Geography material and to find out the factors that inhibit the Utilization of Educational Forest Areas of Fastabiqul Khairat Paus Iskarni Rabi Jonggor Village as a source of learning Geography of biosphere material . Data collection in this study was carried out in a natural setting, that is, primary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study included observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, field notes and literature studies. However, this research will collect more data through observation of the Rabi Jonggor ethnic community, as well as observing the stages passed through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the Rabi Jonggor ethnic community. The environment (physical, social, or cultural) is a very rich source of learning materials. The environment can act as a source of learning, but also as an object of study (learning resource). The use of the environment as a learning resource often makes students feel happy in learning. Utilization of the environment can develop a number of skills such as observing (with all the senses), taking notes, formulating questions, hypothesizing, classifying, writing, and making pictures or diagrams

Sustainability Analysis of Limestone Industrial Area Bukit Tui Kota Padang Panjang
This study aims toanalyze the sustainability of the Bukit Tui area of Padangpanjang City in a multidimensional manner based on ecological, economic, social, institutional and technological dimensions. The data used are primary data, analyzed using a multidimensional scaling (MDS) analysis approach, developed into the Rapfish (Rapid Appraisal of Fisheries) application, Leverage analysis and Monte Carlo analysis and secondary data obtained from the results of field conservation and literature review and related agencies. This research consists of 38 attributes from five dimensions, namely ecological, economic, social, technological and institutional dimensions. The results showed: based on calculations using the multidimensional scalling method, it was formulated that the sustainability status of the Bukit Tui area was multidimensionally in the fairly sustainable category with a value of 50.60 on a sustainability scale of 0-100, with a stress value of 0.132 and R2 0.95. Each dimension has a fairly sustainable sustainability value with a range of values between 41.68 to 54.21. The ecological dimension has the lowest sustainability value, which is 41.68 is included in the less sustainable category and the institutional dimension has the highest sustainability value, which is 54, 21 is included in the moderately sustainable category, then followed by the technological dimension 41.98 is included in the less sustainable category, the social dimension is 52.10 and the economic dimension is 52.83 is included in the moderately sustainable categor
Implementation of the Exo Olo Task Learning Model Integrated Case Method to Improve Students' High Order Thinking Skills (Hots)
This article was written to describe the results of the Application of the EXO OLO Task Learning Model integrated Case Method to improve students' higher-order thinking skills on the distribution of flora and fauna in Indonesia and the world. The research method used is quasi-experimental. The subjects of the study were students of class XI IIS 2 of As-Shofa Islamic High School Pekanbaru as an experimental class and class XI IIS 1 as a control class. Data were collected with observation sheets and learning outcomes tests. The hypothesis is proved by a t-test. The results showed: (1) the high-level thinking skills of experimental class students are higher than the control class in terms of critical thinking skills, problem solving, and transfer of knowledge. (2) the learning outcomes of the experimental class students were higher than the control class shown by the results of the t test with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.200 >significance value of 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the EXO OLO Task integrated Case Method model can improve high-level thinking skills and student learning outcomes so that it can become an alternative learning for teachers. 
Constraints on Oil Palm Plantation in Kanagarian Rabi Jonggor, Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency
Palm oil is one of the mainstay commodities for the national economy and is the country's largest foreign exchange earner in the non-oil and gas sector. Oil palm plantations in West Pasaman were originally developed by companies that established their companies in West Pasaman, this oil palm planting was due to the climatic conditions of West Pasaman which were very suitable for various plantation commodities. Nagari Rabi Jonggor is one of the nagari located in Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency which has a large oil palm plantation. There are several obstacles in oil palm plantations in Kanagarian Rabi Jonggor namely; suitability of land for oil palm, seeds or superior varieties, access to fertilizers, labor, plant cultivation technology, marketing of products, and capital. By conducting an analysis using the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) model, there are four sub-elements that have high driver power and low dependency, namely: E1 (Land suitability for oil palm), E7 (capital), E2 ( Superior seeds or varieties), and E3 (Access to fertilizers). Study This aim know description condition social economics and description level education in Bukit Malintang Village , Sungai Aur District , District West Pasaman in West Sumatra Province . Analysis is done using secondary data and surveys field . Research _ This use approach descriptive qualitative Study This focus analysis on conditions social and economic public Bukit Malintang Village which includes amount population , number of households, background behind ethnicity , religion, interaction social , age , level education , income , and employment ( eyes livelihood ). explain existing phenomenon _ with give description in a manner clear and appropriate with facts on the ground in detail later served in form map , As for the method data collection , namely primary data and secondary data , which was carried out with method survey right on location research and obtained through Bappeda . As for the results analysis performed _ in Bukit Malintang Village The nationality of the Aur River is village resident transmigrants _ originate from The majority of Lolo intersections resident dominant is ethnic group mandailing and a small portion ethnic group java . Livelihoods are dominated by farmers _ garden palm with with percentage of 57.5 %, as farmer besides palm ie paddy fields or fields by 35%, percentage resident as civil servants 5% and residents as head elementary school 2.5%. Resident own income per month with amount Rp . 2,000,000, - the most dominating with percentage of 57.5%. Group working age and as _ head the average family is dominated in the group aged 45-49 years with percentage of 57.5%. At the average education level of the population in Bukit Malintang Village is school elementary (SD) with the percentage is 62.5% and the education level of children in Bukit Malintang Village is also at the highest level Elementary School (SD) but already 17.07% of the population has children Already up to Undergraduate Education (S1).

Local Economic Development Through the Nature Tourism Sector Climbing Mount Marapi in Nagari Aie Angek X Koto Tanah Datar District
The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of local economic development contained in natural tourism climbing Mount Merapi in Nagari Aie Angek, X Koto District, Kabupataen, Tanah Datar. Local economic development (PEL) through natural tourism Climbing Mount Merapi in Nagari Aie Angek has been going well and running with existing rules. High community participation is the key to the survival of tourism and also the economic improvement of the surrounding community. The results showed that local economic development in Nagari Aie Angek has fulfilled six aspects contained in the first PEL target group. The PEL target group in developing the local economy of the Nagari Aie Angek area involves local communities, Second, the factor of Mount Merapi climbing tourism location has been well developed by connecting the main road with easily accessible tourist sites, Third, the synergy of Mount Merapi climbing tourism is an alternative to achieve the welfare of its community. Fourth, sustainable development where the development of natural tourism is the main long-term to improve community welfare. Fifth, partnerships with local governments and BKSDA with the community, Sixth, the management of the natural tourism sector of Mount Merapi Climbing is carried out in a mutual cooperation manner by involving all community stakeholders, traditional leaders and the Nagari government
