Basic Values and Morality Islamic Education Leadership
A good leader is always associated with the success of a school that is led. There is a significant correlation between school performance and effectiveness. A leader in an Islamic education institution must have the ability to regulate, influence and direct must be based on the values and leadership ethics governed in the Qur'an and al-hadith. An effective leader always has a clear vision, which is then implemented into a clear work program. To be a good leader must have a social mission about the school, which will be a factor influencing the effectiveness of leadership, then become a necessity to explore the success competence of an educational institution. Principals who maintain good ethics and morality will create a conducive and comfortable school climate, then these conditions will support the creation of effective and efficient learning conditions.Pemimpin yang baik selalu berhubungan dengan keberhasilan sekolah yang dipimpin. Ada korelasi yang signifikan antara kinerja sekolah dan efektifitas. Seorang pemimpin dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam harus memiliki kemampuan mengatur, mempengaruhi dan mengarahkan harus didasarkan pada nilai dan etika kepemimpinan yang diatur dalam al-qur'an dan al-hadits. Seorang pemimpin yang efektif selalu memiliki visi yang jelas, yang kemudian di implementasikan ke dalam program kerja yang jelas pula. Untuk menjadi pemimpin yang baik harus memiliki misi sosial tentang sekolah, yang akan menjadi faktor berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan, kemudian menjadi suatu keharusan menggali kompetensi keberhasilan sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Penerapan Manajemen Hubungan Sekolah dan Masyarakat dalam Perspektif Islam
School relationship management with the community is the design of a series of activities to create harmonious relationships between formal institutions and the community through oraganisasi ongoing and mutually support for common goals and needs. This is because the school as a social institution organized and owned by the community, must meet the needs of the community. Society is a group of individuals who need education so that comes from these needs then the community organizes the education. Originally, they have interrelated interests, which can be said that schools as formal institutions play a role and gain the confidence to educate, train and equip the young generation for their future while the community acts as an implication of that education. The purpose of the establishment of public relations management such as as a means of determining the source and needs of learning, the availability of research places, the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure, the fulfillment of financial resources and human resources are revealed in the creation, taste, intention, and his work. In this text will be discussed how the management of public relations in the perspective of Islam.Manajemen hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat merupakan rancangan rangkaian kegiatan untuk menciptakan hubungan harmonis antara lembaga formal dan masyarakat melalui oraganisasi yang berlangsung secara kesinambungan dan saling mendukung untuk tujuan dan kebutuhan bersama. Hal ini disebabkan sekolah sebagai lembaga sosial yang diselenggarakan dan dimiliki oleh masyarakat, harus memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakatnya. Masyarakat merupakan sekelompok individu yang membutuhkan pendidikan sehingga berasal dari kebutuhan tersebut maka masyarakat menyelenggarakan pendidikan itu. Berasal dari sinilah keduanya memiliki kepentingan yang saling berkaitan, yaitu dapat dikatakan bahwa sekolah sebagai lembaga formal berperan dan mendapat kepercayaan untuk mendidik, melatih dan membekali generasi muda guna masa depannya sedangkan masyarakat berperan sebagai implikasi dari pendidikan tersebut. Tujuan diadakannya manajemen hubungan masyarakat diantaranya adalah sebagai sarana penentuan sumber dan kebutuhan belajar, tersedianya tempat-tempat penelitian, pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana, pemenuhan sumber dana dan daya manusia yang terungkap dalam cipta, rasa, karsa, dan karyanya. Character Education Development Pattern: Efforts to Empower School Managers
Character education is a good thing. In Islam, characters are identical with morality, namely the tendency of the soul to behave automatically. The righteousness that is by Islamic teachings is called the ultimate morality or noble morality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the patterns, implementation, and implications of character education in private Islamic education institutions in remote districts. The research method uses the interpretive paradigm through a qualitative approach, the type of case study. The analytical tool used is a qualitative analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study are character education patterns through habituation of habituation and habituation in learning, exemplary teacher, employees and leaders, and board administrators and a system of punishment and appreciation and communication has accommodated the ideal character education pattern. The implementation of character education has both involved the community so that the synergy between all elements and evaluations is done at the end of the year. The implications of character education on the role of parents or guardians are less significant; the perception of the people who have not changed has left all responsibilities to schools unattended outside the school.
Pendidikan karakter adalah sesuatu yang baik. Dalam Islam, karakter identik dengan akhlaq, yaitu kecenderungan jiwa untuk bersikap secara otomatis. akhlaq yang sesuai ajaran Islam disebut dengan akhlaqul karimah atau akhlaq mulia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pola, implementasi dan implikasi pendidikan karakter di lembaga pendidikan Islam swasta di daerah kabupaten terpencil. Metode penelitian menggunakan paradigma interpretif melalui pendekatan kualitatif, jenis studi kasus. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah model analisis kualitatif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pola pendidikan karakter melalui pembiasaan ubudiyah dan pembiasaan dalam pembelajaran, keteladanan guru, karyawan dan pimpinan serta pengurus pondok dan sistem hukuman dan penghargaan serta komunikasi sudah mengakomodir pola pendidikan karakter yang ideal. Implementasi pendidikan karakter sudah baik melibatkan masyarakat sehingga sinergi antar semua elemen dan evaluasi di lakukan pada akhir tahun. Implikasi pendidikan karakter pada peran orang tua atau wali yang kurang signifikan, persepsi masyarakat yang masih belum berubah menyerahkan semua tanggung jawab ke sekolah tanpa pengawasan di luar sekolah
The Effect of Interest In Al-Quran And Arabic Language Ability Towards The Achievement of Tahfizh Al-Qur'an
The enthusiasm of Muslims in memorizing the Qur'an from time to time is increasingly felt. This can be observed in the emergence of boarding school programs that focus on the Qur'an or more precisely the Tahfidzul Al-Qur'an boarding school. Interest in memorizing the Qur'an and the ability to speak Arabic can be a person's influence in achieving the recitation of the Qur'an. The focus of this research will be to discuss the influence of the interest in memorizing the Qur'an and the ability of the Arabic language to memorize Al-Qur'an's achievements in the hope of contributing ideas for the future of Al-Qur'an education in Indonesia.Pesatnya animo dan semangat umat Islam dalam menghafal Al-Qur'an dari waktu ke waktu kian terasa. The role of leadership in decision making: analyzing uncertain or risky situations; identify problems, formulate alternatives, evaluate decisions, obtain and use data by asking other questions; rational, creative, choosing between alternative actions; digest problems, identify alternatives, set priorities and take steps. In a decision-making organization is highly regarded by the leaders of the organization, because of the decisions that determine the progress and success of an educational organization. The decisive, swift and rational decision that leads to an organization achieves the success and progress of a led education.Pengambilan keputusan adalah pemilihan alternatif perilaku dari dua alternatif atau lebih tindakan pimpinan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi dalam organisasi yang dipimpinnya dengan melalui pemilihan satu diantara alternatif-alternatif yang dimungkinkan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan: Informasi yang diketahui perihal permasalahan yang dihadapi, tingkat pendidikan, personality, proses adaptasi, dan cultur. Building Religious Characters Through a Biological Perspective
Character education is the answer to addressing the problems of the nation's life at this time, through this education students will have a better attitude in accordance with the purpose of education which is to form a noble personality. to be a man of faith and devotion to God Almighty, noble, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and a democratic and responsible citizen, as mandated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. Biology is a lesson that studies all living things in this world. Biology is also a science that can change one's mindset to be scientific because it uses rational, empirical and universal reasoning. Although universal, biology can also build religious characters that may not be universal. Because biology is also systematically told in the scriptures. Scripture justifies the natural processes that occur. Like the Koran is a divine revelation that can increase the faith and devotion of the faithful. So that biology can be one way to improve religious character other than worship activities, listening to lectures or reading books. The problem is how to see the relationship between biology and religious values and how to build character values through biology. The improvement of religious character through biology is by providing additions to biological material with the holy verses of the Koran which are relevant to the content of the discussion on the biological material. As the discussion on reproductive material is related to the Al-Quran verse Al-Mu'minun verse 14 and the material for the classification of living things is explained in Al-Quran Surat An-nur verse 5.Pendidikan karakter menjadi jawaban menyikapi problematika kehidupan bangsa saat ini, melalui pendidikan ini siswa akan memiliki sikap yang lebih baik sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan yaitu membentuk kepribadian yang berahlak mulia. menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, dan menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab, seperti yang diamanatkan dalam UU no 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Biologi adalah pelajaran yang mempelajari seluruh mahluk yang hidup di alam ini.Biologi juga merupakan ilmu yang dapat merubah pola pikir seseorang menjadi ilmiah karena menggunakan nalar rasional, empirikdan juga bersifat universal.Walaupun bersifat universal, biologi juga dapat membangun karakter religius yang mungkin tidak universal.Karena biologi juga diceritakan secara sistematis di dalam kitab suci. Kitab suci menjadi pembenaran akan proses alami yang terjadi. Seperti Al-Quran merupakan wahyu ilahi yang dapat meningkatkan keimanan dan ketaqwaankaum beriman.Sehingga biologi dapat menjadi salah satu cara meningkatkan karakter religius selain dari pada kegiatan ibadah, mendengarkan ceramah atau membaca buku. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana melihat hubungan biologi dengan nilai religius dan bagaimana caramembangun nilai karakter melalui biologi. Peningkatan karakter religius melalui biologi adalah dengan memberikan penambahan pada materi biologi dengan ayat-ayat suci Al-Quran yang relevan dengan konten pembahasan materi biologi tesebut. Impact of Ratification of Government Regulations Substituting Law Number 2 of 2017 Becomes Act on Society in Running Activities of Islamic Community Organizations in Indonesia
The adoption of government regulations instead of law number 2 of 2017 instead of law number 17 of 2013 concerning community organizations certainly creates a lot of polemic in society. The controversy gave rise to the pros and cons of the law. The community feels freedom in organizing is castrated, while on the other hand, some people agree with the new law and this has an impact on society. The result in society is an unusual social symptom to study, considering that there are so many forms of community organizations in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The number of kinds of community organizations, the government feels that a new regulation is needed, namely perppu number 2 of 2017 instead of law number 17 of 2013 concerning community organizations that have passed into law. With the enactment of Perppu number 2 of 2017 into law, there have been many turmoils in the community in responding to this matter, starting from those who agree and those who do not conform to the promulgation of the Perppu, but the impact in the community is not significant because the organizations legally dissolved they are illegal, they still run religious activities as they should by not violating applicable laws.Disahkannya peraturan pemerintah pengganti undang-undang nomor 2 tahun 2017 pengganti undang-undang nomor 17 tahun 2013 tentang organisasi kemasyarakatan tentunya menimbulkan banyak polemik di dalam masyarakat. Polemik tersebut memunculkan pro dan kontra tentang undang-undang tersebut. Masyarakat merasa kebebasan dalam berorganisasi terkebiri, sedangkan di sisi lain sebagian masyrakat setuju dengan aturan hukum baru tersebut dan hal inilah yang menimbulkan dampak di dalam masyrakat. Dampak di dalam masyarakat merupakan gejala sosial yang menarik untuk diteliti, mengingat begitu banyak bentuk organisasi kemasyarakatan yang ada di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Banyaknya bentuk organisasi kemasyarakatan, pemerintah merasa perlu dibentuk regulasi baru yaitu perppu nomor 2 tahun 2017 pengganti undang-undang nomor 17 tahun 2013 tentang organisasi kemasyrakatan yang telah disahkan menjadi undang-undang. Dengan disahkannya perppu nomor 2 tahun 2017 menjadi undang-undang, banyak gejolak di dalam masyrakat dalam menyikapi hal tersebut, mulai dari yang setuju dan yang tidak setuju diundangkannya perppu tersebut, akan tetapi dampak di masyarakat tidak terlalu signifikan dikarenakan ormas yang mendapat sanksi pembubaran secara hukum mereka illegal, secara kegiatan keagamaan tetap mereka jalankan sebagaimana mestinya dengan tidak melanggar undang-undang yang berlaku
Social Capital: Trust Building As a Strategy of Developing Madrasah
The developent of madrasa should not depend on financial capital, like infrastructure and media. There is another variabel which has an important role, thai is social capital. If the two variables are maximally used by the headmaster, madrasah will increase rapidly, moreover that madrasa has geneologically the big mass basis. Practically, there are many madrasas that have that two modals, but still some of them that can manage to be a power to develop madrasa. One of them is Madrasah Istiqomah Sambas Purbalingga which uses social capital, espesially trust, as a strategi in developing madrasa. How Islamic elementary school (MI) Istiqomah Sambas Purbalingga uild and manage the social capital of trust. In addition, this reseacrh will find out a good strategy in developing madrasa and strengthen the social capital. To collect data, the writer performed observation and interviewed some informans and collect some needed documentation. The collected data were then anlyzed and connected to the theory used and finally was made conclusion. The conclusion of this research is that social capital of trust was buit by philosophical, practical and institutional trust. The inclusive character of madrasa can also help to build trust

Education is believed to be a force and an awareness to make human beings civilized and dignified, which in the Islamic conception of education is aimed at becoming a "grace" for all. Critical Discussion Between Islamization and Development of Science
