Regional culture for Arctic Lamprey and its harvest change in rural rivers of Noto Peninsula,Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan
Get PDF能登半島における絶滅危惧種カワヤツメの過去からの分布状況と利用文化、漁獲量、減少要因を明らかにするため、能登半島を流れる11 河川流域において地域住民へアンケート調査と、漁師への聞き取り調査および文献調査を行った。この結果、2000 年以前は9 河川で捕獲・生息が確認されていたが、2000 年以降は2 河川しか確認できなくなっていた。最も捕獲利用されていたのが、町野川であり、カワヤツメはカンコと呼ばれる特殊な漁具を使って捕獲されており、捕獲されたヤツメはかば焼きなどで利用され、春の風物詩として地域文化を担っていた。漁獲量は1980 年以降急激に激減しており、その原因として河川改修による影響を挙げた人が多かった。治水のために行われた河川改修工事はカワヤツメの産卵環境や幼生の生息環境を悪化させた可能性がある。今後の展望としては、能登半島の地域資源であるカワヤツメを保全するための取り組みや、独自の文化を継承していくため地域の子ども達に対して環境教育や啓蒙活動を行っていくことが望まれる。A regional and unique culture （food, fishing） related to the endangered species Arctic Lamprey（Lethenteron japonicum ） was studied in Noto Peninsula, Ishikawa. The objective of the study is to clarify the culture, the declining factor and its harvest of this species by tracing the memory of local people who lived in Noto Peninsula for many years. We interviewed to elders over the age of 60 living beside 11 rivers in Noto Peninsula about 1） experience of catching lamprey, 2） way of obtaining lamprey and utilization lamprey, and 3） the factor affecting decline of this population. Prior to 2000, arctic lamprey was captured and utilized in 9 rivers out of 11 rivers in the Noto Peninsula. Most of local people caught lamprey with their bare hand. Especially in the Machino River watershed, there was a unique and original Lamprey fishing gear called “Kanko Fishing”. Lamprey was mainly grilled as “Kabayaki”, which was a seasonal sign to show the spring coming. However, our bibliographic survey indicated that the harvest of arctic lamprey has been decreasing rapidly since 1980. After 2000, arctic lamprey was captured at only two rivers. Most local people felt that the factor of river improvement work was mainly responsible for declining lamprey. River improvement work for disaster prevention could possibly have deteriorated the spawning environment and the larval habitat. In the future, we need to conduct conservation of Arctic Lamprey which is a regional resource in the Noto Peninsula, and inheritance of lamprey culture by conducting environmental education and enlightenment activities for to local children.departmental bulletin pape
Development of progressive freeze-concentration as a new method for high-quality concentration
Get PDF液状食品の濃縮法として、凍結濃縮法は蒸発法や膜濃縮法と比較して最も高品質が得られるものの、これまでにあまり実用化されていない。凍結濃縮法の一つである界面前進凍結濃縮法について、そのいくつかの技術的課題を克服することによって、その実用化への可能性を見出すことができた。本方法の最大の特長は濃縮前後において成分分布プロフィールがほとんど変化しないことである。本方法をいくつかの石川県特産品に適用した。その結果、加賀棒茶高品質濃縮品、高濃度濃縮日本酒（アルコール濃度 27.1 vol%）、補糖不要のブルーベリーワイン、ルビーロマンワインなど、これまでにない高品質濃縮食品新素材を提案することができた。Although freeze concentration is known to give the best quality among the methods for the concentration of liquid food including evaporation and membrane concentration, the practical application of freeze concentration is still limited. Progressive freeze-concentration （PFC）, as a method for freeze concentration, was improved in its technical shortcomings for its practical application. The marked advantage of PFC exists in the concentration process without changing component profile. PFC was applied to concentrate several local foods in Ishikawa Prefecture. As a result, a high-quality concentrated Kaga roasted stem-tea（ bocha）, a highly concentrated Japanese sake（ alcohol content at 27.1 vol%）, wines without chaptalization（ sugar addition） from blueberry and Ruby Roman grape have been successfully proposed.departmental bulletin pape
Secular trends in physique and motor fitness among elementary school students in Ishikawa Prefecture :Numerical comparison between the years 1985 and 2015
Get PDF本研究は石川県における30 年前（1985 年）と現在（2015 年）の児童の体格・運動能力について比較検討するとともに、近年の体力向上に関する取組の効果について明らかにすることを目的とした。石川県の児童を対象に行われた運動能力テストのデータを採用した。比較データとして、1985 年に同様の調査を行った際のデータを利用した。30 年前と比べ体格は大きくなっていた。しかし近年は頭打ちの兆候を示した。50m 走、ソフトボール投げ、および握力は低下していた。ソフトボール投げの低下は男女とも顕著で、男子の低下が著しかった。これらの低下傾向は幼児期から持ち越されていることが示唆された。最近10 年間の取組の効果を検証するため2007 年と2016 年の体力総合評価（段階別割合）の比較を行った結果、「優れる」および「やや優れる」児童が増加していることがわかった。県教育委員会が推奨してきた“ 体力アップ1 校1 プラン” 等の成果といえるだろう。This study differentiates between elementary school students in the years 2015 and 1985 with regard to their physique and motor fitness. The participants included 5,223 healthy students, aged 11 years, from Ishikawa Prefecture. Data collected for 1,953 students in 1985 provided representative values （mean and standard deviation） for comparison. Additionally, the study compared data for the years 2007 and 2016 to evaluate the efficacy of a physical fitness program being used since the last 10 years, to improve motor fitness. Although the results revealed that students today have a slightly healthier physique than that of students in 1985, they show signs of leveling off in recent years. The data suggest that students’ motor fitness activities, which include 50-meter sprint time, softball throwing, and grip strength, have decreased when compared with those of students from 30 years ago. The decline in softball-throwing ability is significant in both sexes and is noted to be higher in boys than in girls. Further , the tendency of this decline is present since infancy. In addition, the average of repeated sideways jumps showed an increase in both sexes; however, the reason for the increase remains unclear. The number of students who excelled in motor fitness assessments increased after the shift to a new physical fitness test. These positive outcomes were brought by physical-strength development programs recommended by the Prefectural Education Board.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿は、チェコの大学の女性研究者の問題とチェコにおけるジェンダー研究、問題解決へのアプローチを明らかにすることを目的としている。女性研究者の割合は職階の上昇に伴い減少する傾向にあり、出産育児世代が研究職を断念せざるを得ない雇用体制、業績制度があることを指摘した。チェコのジェンダー研究を担うコンタクト・センターは、女性研究者個人の経験の中から問題点を抽出し、その問題を組織的問題として女性研究者間、あるいはチェコ社会、ヨーロッパの中で構築する役割を果たしている。その目指すところは、研究チームや管理職におけるジェンダー・バランス、あらゆる研究分野におけるジェンダー・ディメンションを確立することである。ポジティブ・アクションに依拠せず、個人の声の蓄積を通して、社会と組織の意識変容を目指すボトム・アップの手法にその特色が見られる。The problem of the female researchers at Czech universities and a gender study in Czech, the approach to a solution to that problem are analyzed. As job-ranking rises, the ratio of woman researchers decreases. I pointed out that there were the employment and achievements system that were disadvantageous to the child rearing generations. The National Contact Center which studies gender in science extracts problems from the voices and the experience of female researchers. The center is trying to build these problems among the female researchers or in the Czech society and Europe as organizational problems the Czech academic society has. Their expecting goals are to make gender balances in the research teams and in the decision making organizations and to establish gender dimension in all research fields. Its method of reform is deductive and bottom-up, not inductive and top-down. A study on a system characteristics of companies facing a voluntary activity about environmental management

Relationship between Well-Beings of Mothers with Infants and Work-Family Fit
Get PDFThis research examined relationship of married womenʼs well-beings with work-family fit,even when effects of work and family experience were controlled. Both 222 full-time employed and 255 part-time employed women were asked to complete a series of questionnaires. Age of their youngest child was less than 6-year old.
At first,confirmative factor analyses revealed four independent components in work-family fit scale; facilitation from family to work,facilitation from work to family,conflict from family to work,and conflict from work to family. It was shown that womenʼs satisfaction with job and family experiences,most notably,spousal support,were positively related to her well-beings. And the results of hierarchical regression analyses demonstrated that components of workfamily fit contributed independently to her well-beings.departmental bulletin pape
