The Use of Physical Therapy in Gymnastics: A Systematic Review
Gymnastics is a popular sport with hundreds of thousands of participants. Gymnastics also has a high injury rate among participants. Unfortunately, gymnastics requires specific rehabilitation and not much information exists on how to properly rehab gymnasts. The goal of this paper was to find existing literature about treating gymnasts’ injuries and analyze the results. Finally, recommendations were made in terms of future research

Intergenerational Initiatives in Rural Communities: A Catalyst for Social Connectedness in Men
Intergenerational connections are interactions and exchanges between individuals from different age groups. Individuals of all ages who experience these connections often yield several mental health benefits as a result of their participation. Structured intergenerational programs are typically designed to facilitate these connections, though these programs vary significantly in design. Older men participate in social programming less often than older women despite program benefits. This is likely due to gendered marketing practices and norms around masculinity. Older men residing in rural areas face additional barriers, including limited access to formal support services. The primary purpose of this literature review is to explore programs that foster intergenerational connections and analyze the impacts these relationships have on older individuals using research conducted over the past ten years. How programs can better meet the needs of older men, particularly in rural communities, will be emphasized
Athanor: Faivre-based Comparative Interface for Empirical Esoteric Study; Applied Analysis of Dusty White’s Astrology
Athanor is a research interface that turns Faivre’s six features into structured analysis cards, prompting explicit decisions for each category. Two tab groups organize the work: Currents (a prepopulated survey of major esoteric streams, with dated notes and sources) and Sources (primary or contemporary materials under review). The survey layer lowers entry costs and provides a consistent factual baseline for future comparative work. Shared glossary, biography, and bibliography banks—presented as sortable tables—reduce duplication and keep references transparent. As a demonstration, I apply Athanor to Dusty White’s The Easiest Way to Learn Astrology, Ever!, analyzing the text through the rubric’s four esoteric prerequisites: correspondences, living nature, imagination and mediations, and experience of transmutation. While no direct comparison is drawn to the surveyed currents in this study, the structure enables future researchers to situate such analyses within a larger, comparative map of historical and contemporary esoteric currents
Mechanistic Study of the Evan\u27s anti-Aldol Reaction
The Evans Aldol reaction can make a syn product with a boron, lithium, or titanium catalyst. The anti product is catalyzed by magnesium instead. Our goal is to understand the mechanism behind the formation of the anti product. We used WebMO to model what the lowest energy reaction pathways would be with a magnesium catalyst. We played with coordination to the magnesium and electron geometry to see if that would generate a low energy pathway that is likely to occur. We can use our information gathered to help determine the anti mechanism
