The issue of low sweet corn yields and the underutilization of organic waste highlights the need for sustainable agricultural innovation. This community service program aimed to introduce and apply the use of cow manure waste enriched with mycorrhizae to improve sweet corn yields in the "Karya Usaha Bersama" farmer group, Moncok Karya, Ampenan. The program was implemented using an andragogical approach (Adult Education Method), consisting of: (1) education on the benefits and application of mycorrhiza-based cow manure (20% theory), (2) training in the production and application of biofertilizer, (3) field demonstrations and participatory action research (80% practice), and (4) evaluation of farmers’ understanding, enthusiasm, and the impact on crop yield. The results showed improved farmer knowledge and skills in processing organic waste into biofertilizer, enhanced soil fertility, and increased sweet corn productivity. This activity also raised awareness among farmers about the importance of environmentally friendly and sustainable agricultural practices

Puyahan Hamlet in South Lembar Village is one of the traditional crab peeling centers (Portunus pelagicus) on the west coast of Lombok Island. Women in the informal work system dominate this activity without social protection or quality standards. Despite playing an important role in Indonesia's crab export supply chain, women peelers still face major challenges in technical and institutional aspects. This service activity aims to increase technical capacity and strengthen the institution of women crab peeler groups through training in the processing of fishery products based on the principles of food sanitation and facilitating the formation of legal business organizations. The methods used include participatory social mapping, technical training based on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), group institutional formation, and participatory evaluation. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in participants' hygiene understanding and practices, with an average pre-test score of 35.4 and a post-test score of 82.1. In addition, the establishment of organizational structures and institutional legalization allowed groups access to advanced training and wider economic opportunities. This intervention has been proven to be able to encourage behavior change, strengthen women's socio-economic position in the fisheries value chain, and support the gender empowerment agenda in coastal areas in a sustainable manner. The program recommends replication in other coastal areas with a gender-responsive participatory approach to strengthen the economic resilience of women's fishing communities

This community service was carried out in one of the wholesale grocery business units, at BUM Desa Remasa Kekait. This community service was held because BUM Desa Remasa Kekait had not implemented inventory management, so that it was difficult to know the amount of merchandise inventory. This community service aims to assist BUM Desa Remasa Kekait in managing inventory in the wholesale grocery business, so that it will be easier to determine the value of merchandise inventory, for the needs of preparing BUM Desa financial reports. In mentoring Activities at BUM Desa Remasa Kekait, the Community Service Team has prepared an inventory flowchart, that can be a Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for Inventory Assessment, so that the inventory calculation method is easier to do. As a result, through warehouse cards or inventory cards and physical calculations (stock opname) of inventory, it is hoped that inventory assessment can be carried out more practically, and facilitate recording by BUM Desa employees. Community service activities are expected to continue to the next stage

The problem of dust pollution at the service partner "Concha Handycraft" is at the core of program activities. Controlling dust from its source is the main goal, namely replacing blower style vacuum cleaners with centrifugal type vacuum cleaners. The centrifugal type was chosen because it has a simple shape, the motor is separate from the fan, so the motor is protected from dust. The activity method begins with designing, purchasing materials, manufacturing in the workshop, testing, minor repairs, application and assistance. The results obtained are that the centifugal model vacuum cleaner that has been applied has advantages. The electrical power used from previously 260 watts to 120 watts. Working time can also increase because the motor used is a DC motor so it doesn't heat up quickly. If you use a blower model, the electric motor heats up quickly because it gets dust and needs to be cooled. The ability to suck up dust is also increased, with a fan at a 30 degree angle the ability to suck up and throw out is balanced. By using a centripugal model vacuum cleaner, 95% of the dust produced by the grinding machine can be sucked into the dust collection chamber.  Concha Handycraft partner SME owners and employees are very happy with the new machine, so they can be more productive at work, and stay protected from exposure to dust in the workplace

Guntur Macan Village is a hilly area located in the Gunung Sari sub-district, West Lombok Regency. The sandy hill soil, characterized by a significant slope, lacks cohesion, making the area prone to landslides, especially during heavy rainfall, flooding, or tectonic earthquakes. Landslides are further exacerbated by soil cracks filled with water, either from rain or other sources, which reduce the safety factor compared to soil without cracks. The closer the cracks are to the sliding surface, the more the safety factor decreases. In Guntur Macan Village and the surrounding areas of Gunung Sari sub-district, bamboo is widely planted. Bamboo, being cost-effective and environmentally friendly, can be utilized as a retaining structure to mitigate landslides. This Community Empowerment Program (PKM) commenced with a location survey conducted two weeks before implementation, followed by a two-day execution phase. On the first day, educational sessions were provided, covering topics such as bamboo cutting, preservation, and the construction of bamboo retaining walls. On the second day, bamboo retaining walls were built on residential land in Guntur Macan Village. Through this PKM activity, the residents of Guntur Macan are now capable of constructing bamboo retaining walls to prevent landslides
