Pembuatan Biofuel dengan Proses Pirolisis Berbahan Baku Plastik Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) pada Suhu 250 °C dan 300 °C
The level of fuels’ consumption as an energy source in the world is currently experiencing huge increase. When the use of the oil as fuels is not managed properly, it can be sure that the oil will run out and triggered the world’s energy crisis. Currently, plastik waste become a serious problem that can lead into the environment contamination if not properly managed. One of the solution to overcome the energy crisis and environmental polution is to find and create a renewable energy such as biofuel. The research was conducted in order to know the effect of combustion temperature on pyrolisis process based on the Low Density Polythylene (LPDE) plastic material to produce biofuel. The eraly stages of the research was start with pyrolisis process of the LDPE plastic which comes from the bottle and glass logo waste with the reactor temperature of 250 ºC and 300 ºC. The weight of each material was 2 kg. After getting the crude oil, the researcher examined the crude oil characteristic from pyrolisis process using viscosity test, density test, caloric value test, and flash point test. From the test results, the test results that the gigher the temperature in the pyrolisis reactor, the production of the biofuel oil from pyrolisis were more and have a better quality. The result of the experiment pointed out that the higher the pirolysis reactor temperature , the greater the yield and the better quality. The pyrolisis result was crude oil with each of the weight was 240 ml on the 250 ºC reactor temperature and 260 ml on the 300 ºC reactor temperature. The viscosity test showed the results 3.128 mm²/s on the 250 ºC reactor temperature and 2.698 mm²/s on the 300 ºC reactor temperature. The density on the 250 ºC reactor temperature was 0.9984 and 0.9085 on the 300 ºC reactor temperature. The caloric value test on the 250 ºC reactor temperature showed the results 9084.101 kal/g on the first test and 8765.253 kal/g on the second test. Whereas the caloric value test on the 300 ºC reactor temperature were 9588.312 kal/g on the first test and 9507.779 on the second test. The results of the crude oil flash point test on 250 ºC and 300 ºC showed the same temperature result at 28.5 ºC. From the characteristic test results it can be concluded that the crude oil from the pyrolisis process has approaching the kerosene characteristic and entered into the fuel category

From the results of P-impedance inversion and S-impedance inversion, the values of lambda-rho and mu-rho are derived as a result of their derivatives. The range of values of P-impedance inversion, S-impedance, density, lambda-rho and mu-rho in porous limestone formation i.e. the P-impedance value around 11000-13500 m/s*g/cc, the S-impedance value around 6500-7400 m/s*g/cc, the density value around 2.52-2.6 g/cc, the lambda-value rho around 36-70 Gpa*g/cc and your value around 41-59 Gpa*g/cc. Based on the P-impedance inversion map slice, S-impedance inversion map slice, density inversion map slice, lambda-rho inversion map slice and mu-rho inversion map slice can be known the area of hydrocarbon distribution in the Baturaja formation. Hydrocarbon spread is around the TT well
OPTIMALISASI REGULASI DALAM RANGKA PENCEGAHAN TRAFFICKING DI INDONESIA
This article discusses the understanding, actors, and the drivers of trafficking and also the impact of trafficking in Indonesia. Trafficking is one form of violence committed against children, which concerns physical, mental and/or sexual violence. The purpose of writing this article is to explore the trafficking issue from the human rights perspective and to understand its impact and to seek the solution to this kind of crime. In article 4 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) it has been argued that slavery and trade of slaves in any form shall be prohibited. In addition to the provisions of this article, the prohibition of human trafficking as a violation of human rights is also contained in Article 8 of the ICCPR. Trafficking practices have been conducted in various ways, including threats, coercion, kidnapping, and fraud. Traffickers include the initial trading party, the providing party and the end party ie the recipient or the buyer. The vulnerable targets for trafficking victims are the children, especially street children. In short, people who are looking for work and do not have enough knowledge will also be targeted. So then the women and children who are in conflict areas or become refugees. In addition to the list, women, and children from poor families and women and children residing in border areas between countries, as well as women and children whose families are in debt. The targets expanded to the victims of domestic violence and victims of rape. The list shows us that it can be concluded that the main factor of the rampant crime of trafficking is poverty. As a result of this crime, from the physical aspects, the victim will get the disease, and from the psychological side, the victim will experience the depression. The solutions could be obtained from two ways: people follow government counseling on employment system, or the government expanding employment fields. It is expected that the government, along with religious leaders and parties concerned with criminal acts of trafficking in Indonesia, to be willing to provide counseling to the community. The government is also expected to maximize the performance of the national child protection commission, national human rights commission, and the government is expected to maximize SMEs (UMKM) in order to make the field work more widely
PELAKSANAAN PERATURAN DAERAH KOTA YOGYAKARTA NO. 18 TAHUN 2009 TENTANG PENYELENGGARAAN PERPARKIRAN DITINJAU DARI ASPEK SOSIOLOGIS
Indonesia is a State of law based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Any regulation concerning the life of a state shall be governed by law, including the regulatory mechanisms undertaken by the Yogyakarta City Government concerning parking. Increased use of motor vehicles will be accompanied by the need for parking lots which in turn can disrupt road users, especially in Malioboro Street. Local Regulation of Yogyakarta City No. 18 of 2009 on the Administration of Perpakiran is the legal basis for parking arrangements in Yogyakarta City. This research is related to Implementation of Yogyakarta City Regulation Number 18 Year 2009 About the Implementation of Parking by using population and sample method and using approach method of juridical-sociological approach. In addition, this study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through observation or observation done in Malioboro Street to pedestrians who status as tourists and local residents who are in Malioboro Street and interview to Yogyakarta City Government, Yogyakarta City Parliament, figure around Malioboro Street and parking attendant, while secondary data obtained through literature research, including: laws and regulations related to this research, in particular the Yogyakarta City Local Regulation No. 18/2009 concerning the Administration of Parking, books, journals and other materials relevant to the research. Parking Management in Malioboro area is submitted directly to Forum Koumintas Penata Parkir (FKPP), so the technical implementation becomes the responsibility of Forum Koumintas Penata Parkir (FKPP). Implementation of parking management Malioboro still leaves many problems that must be resolved, especially the emergence of illegal parking that can not be disciplined. But on the other hand, the relocation of Malioboro parking to Jalan Abu Bakar Ali makes Malioboro more comfortable and friendly, especially for pedestrians. The relocation of the Malioboro Parking Area in general is relatively smooth although accompanied by the rejection of Malioboro parking attendants and food vendors in Malioboro
PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP, DAN PERILAKU PENDUDUK DESA TENTANG SEPREI DI DAERAH HILIR ENERGI
Objective of this research was to identify subject’s knowledge, attitude and behavior toward bed sheets. This research was interesting since that subject had lived in Rewulu Yogyakarta, a village near a downstream area of energy. This area was chosen since air pollution occurred frequently. Therefore people’s bed sheets have to be changed twice per week. This research intended to identify whether subject also changed her bed sheets twice per week. Method of data collection was interview and observation. Research result revealed that subject already had good knowledge about bed sheet. However, her behavior contradicted with her knowledge. She changed her bed sheet once per two months. She felt bothered when washing bed sheet twice per week. Apparently subject was inconsistent between knowledge, attitude and behavior. Recommendation of this research was that the CSR of the bed sheet industry could do two things simultaneously i.e. educate people on how to care their bed sheet healthy and also sold good bed sheets
