Hubungan antara Toleransi pada Stress dengan Kecenderungan Mengkonsumsi Minuman Alkohol secara Berlebih-lebihan
No full textOne hundred subjects aged 17-19 years old participated in this study. This study concerned about young generation’s habit on consuming alcohol excessively. They were guests in a caft. Objective of this study is explaining the influence of stress tolerance on the excessively alcohol consumption behavior. The item validation analysis for the Stress Tolerance Scale found that the r„ was ranged .206.756, whilst the ru for the Behavior Tendency on Consuming Alcohol Excessively Scale was ranged .215-.631. The hypothesis analysis using the product moment correlation revealed that the stress tolerance indeed influenced the behavior tendency on consuming alcohol excessively (r ^ ■ -.215, p«.05). Contribution of the independent variable toward the dependent variable was low (4.6%) albeit significant. Several research weakness and recommendations for future research were discussed

No full textEmotional labor is employee\u27s ability to manage affect, and therefore his or her physiognomy and physical gesture are publicly accepted. Emotional labor requires employee to show pleasant behavior, such as smiling, and suppress the negative affect especially when serving consumers. Indeed, it is very difficult since consumer in service industry behaves haphazardly. Objective of this preliminary is to discuss employee’s emotional labor situation. A cafe employee participates in this qualitative research. He is asked to be a research subject since his personal manager reported of frequent laziness when serving consumers. This research revealed that the subject has considerable work experiences. Unfortunately, he has less ability to manage his emotion when serving consumers. He is more likely to adapt surface acting than deep acting in order to manage his emotion

There were 70 students participated on this research. Student’s emotional stability was demonstrated from 9 factors such as the ability to be independent, empathy, sexual maturity, able to control emotion, not impulsive on decision making, able to understand the self, aNc to face the bad situation smartly It was expected that the more established one in controlling emotion, the higher his or her school performance. It’s given these shortcomings, then created a performance measurement method that considers the financial aspects as known as the Balanced Scorecard. Balanced Scorecard performance measurement involves four perspectives: i.e. financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The authors choose to use Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan, dan Aset of Sidoarjo Regional Government Agency, because during the measurement of performance of company remains focused on financial aspects. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach. The data source are secondary data, where it is an overview of the company gained from those authorized in the agency, vision, mission, strategy, and corporate organization sectors. Pengaruh Perlakuan Panas Quenching dan Tempering terhadap Laju Korosi pada Baja AISI 420
Get PDFCorrosion occurs in almost all metals. Even corrosion-resistant metals are corroded, but their corrosion rate is different from ordinary or non-corrosion resistant metals. This study examines the corrosion rate that occurs in stainless steel that is stainless steel. Stainless steel contains high enough chromium levels that can reduce the rate of corrosion that occurs. The metal material to be studied is the AISI 420 steel, which belongs to the Martensitic Stainless Steel class. This study examined the effect of heat treatment on corrosion rate and hardness level of AISI 420 steel. The heat treatment carried out was Quenching at 1020oC with a holding time of 60minutes with an oil cooling medium. After quenching the subsequent heat treatment is tempering with temperature variations of temperature 200oC and 300oC with a resistance time of 45 minutes and air cooling media. The results of this study showed that the base material specimens had the highest corrosion rate of 0.569 mm/y. The lowest corrosion rate is in specimens with quenching process with a value of 0.267 mm/y. The highest Vickers hardness values were found in specimens with quenching process with a value of 551 kg/mm2. The lowest hardness value is in the specimen with tempering process at 300oC with 405 kg/mm2
Penentuan Sumur Pengembangan Lapangan Minyak dengan Analisa Petrofisik dan Jari-Jari Pengurasan Studi Kasus : Lapangan Hanania, Lapisan Lima, Formasi Air Benakat Cekungan Sumatra Selatan
Get PDFLapangan Hanania terletak di Sub-Cekungan Jambi yang secara regional termasuk wilayah Cekungan Sumatra Selatan. Lapisan reservoir yang diharapkan produktif adalah batupasir dari formasi Air Benakat. Cadangan L-5 berdasarkan data lapangan Hanania (1 Januari 2015) sebesar 6,416 MSTB, dengan RF sebesar 24%. Komulatif produksi 306 MSTB dan Remaining reserve sebesar 1,303 MSTB. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan pengolahan data real Lapangan Hanania sehingga diperoleh interpretasi structural, interpretasi fasies, model log fasies, pemetaan geometri dan petrofisik serta jari-jari pegurasan. Hasil cut - off hidrokarbon lapisan L-5 adalah porositas 0.15 fraksi dan saturasi air 0.5 fraksi. Bagian Selatan lapisan lima lapangan Hanania mempunyai kisaran nilai net sand 30 - 34 m, porositas 0.22 – 0.25 fraksi, permeabilitas 50 – 100 mD dan saturasi air 0.55 – 0.7 fraksi. Jari-jari pengurasan, sumur-sumur produksi bagian Selatan mempunyai kisaran jari-jari pengurasan 25 – 50 m dengan kisaran komulatif produksi 34 – 135 Mbbl. Lokasi sumur baru yang dapat direkomendasikan yaitu pada bagian Selatan–Barat Daya.The Hanania Field is located in the Jambi Sub-Basin which is regionally included in the South Sumatra Basin region. The reservoir layer which is expected to be productive is sandstone from the Air Benakat formation. L-5 reserves based on Hanania field data (January 1, 2015) of 6.416 MSTB, with RF of 24%. The cumulative production of 306 MSTB and Remaining reserve of 1,303 MSTB. The methodology used in this research is to do real Hanania Field data processing in order to obtain structural interpretation, facies interpretation, facies log model, geometry and petrophysical mapping, and radius of stretching. The results of hydrocarbon cut-off layer of L-5 are porosity of 0.15 fraction and water fraction of 0.5 fraction. The southern part of the Hanania field five layers has a range of net sand values of 30 - 34 m, porosity of 0.22 - 0.25 fraction, permeability of 50-100 mD and water saturation of 0.55 - 0.7 fraction. Drain radius, South production wells have a drainage radius of 25 - 50 m with cumulative production range of 34 - 135 Mbbl. The location of new wells that can be recommended is in the South-Southwest part

At the higher level, such as strategic management, performance management functions related to the achievement of organizational goals and objectives along with the fulfillment of its mission and vision. Generally, performance management should be viewed as a sepate system within the organization. The greater challenge of the cases above, is how to neutralize the negative effects of the internalization of the achievement principle. Pragmatically, the development of performance management that is important and even arguably strategic. Some of the vague clues but actually contained strongly in the performance appraisal developers are the fancies of power, justice, and rationality. Therefore, in the development of performance management it should be considered some the balance: the balance of ideals, bertween the demands of human achievement, between competitions, and between the actualities of each member of the organizations
SOCIAL AUDIT OF EMPOWERMENT CAPACITY IN VILLAGES PLANNED INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Report of complaint to Ombudsman Institution DIY i.e. village service issues, land acquisition, implementation of infrastructure facilities development and community empowerment for regional growth readiness. The problem is how the benefits of community empowerment can be felt by the citizens as to be capable in the dynamics of the village change in the location? This study aims to find out how the benefits of community empowerment services in the village that became the location of the infrastructure development plan. This research is a type of action research, conducted with qualitative approach. Social audit techniques are used to obtain assessments of citizens who receive community empowerment services as well as stakeholders at the site. The study reported that empowerment capacity has institutional and governance elements as the most influential factor for successful empowerment. This study has informed the importance of citizenship orientation on community empowerment plans, policies and programs/activities organized in an integrated manner based on the same data from the Spatial Detail Plan. This social audit has limited affordability and representation of citizens and stakeholders
