Get PDFPerkembangan layanan Ojek daring (ojol) dewasa ini nampaknya menjadi fenomena yang amat menarik, karena selain membuka sejumlah lapangan kerja juga mampu menjadi solus problem transportasi publik masyarakat. Problemnya, transisi layanan ojek ini sering menimbulkan konflik dengan layanan konvensional. Pertanyaannya, mengapa model layanan baru ini seakan tak terbendung ? kualitas layanan baru ini yang menjadi pendorong percepatan lahirnya layanan ojek modern ?Penelitian dilakukan secara survai dengan memanfaatan kuesioner, wawancara mendalam dan observasi untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif memanfaatkan logika penelitian kualitatif.Data lapangan menunjukkan bahwa Ojol secara signifikan memiliki kualitas layanan yang dianggap lebih baik di bidang penampilan driver dan kendaraannya, kecepatan merespon order, kepastian harga dan layanan serta rasa aman kepada penggunannya. Get PDFThe growth of the Islamic economy is currently growing rapidly. This can be seen from the number of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that adopt the principles of Islamic business. Sharia MSME is a means of creating jobs and encouraging economic progresses, and advancing private sector businesses. The emergence of many new entrepreneurs who adopted the sharia system in Aceh becomes a great opportunity as a center for sharia products. Not only sharia products, Sharia MSMEs more broadly include the application of the Islamic financial system, including culture, entertainment, lifestyle, and tourism. The need for Aceh\u27s flagship products wrapped in nuances of Islamic principles is still very limited in Aceh. It becomes an obstacle to make Aceh as a tourist destination with Islamic principles. The number of embroidery craftsmen is still less compared to the number of requests. This condition is based on the work that is still traditional and has not used a computerized machine yet. The limitations of human resource capabilities often become obstacles for using technology, production processes, and business development. The increase in sharia tourism will have a positive impact on the improvement of sharia MSMEs. This can be seen from the level of creativity, knowledge, and marketing according to tourist demand. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence of creativity, knowledge, and marketing to the improvement of Islamic MSMEs. This research has been conducted with questionnaires for the entrepreneurs’ MSMEs of embroidery products in Aceh. The results of this study indicate that createvity, knowledge, and marketing simultaneously influence the improvement of sharia MSMEs. Partially, creativity and knowledge variables do not influence the improvement of sharia MSMEs, while marketing affects the improvement of sharia MSMEs significantly
Peran Mediasi Self-Efficacy dan Peran Moderator Knowledge Sharing pada Empowering Leadership dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Employee Performance di UKM Batik HM. Sholeh Tuban
Get PDFThis study uses objects in one of the Batik industries in Tuban, which is currently experiencing a fairly rapid growth in the increasingly competitive business environment. The focus of this research is on employee performance. This study aims to investigate the mechanism between empowering leadership and perceived organiza-tional support for employee performance by using self efficacy as mediation and knowledge sharing as a moderator. This quantitative study is based on data collected using questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents of UKM Batik HM. Sholeh emplo-yees and using partial least square (PLS) technique for data analysis. In the results of the analysis using PLS, it was found that self-efficacy mediates the relationship of empowering leadership and perceived organizational support for employee perfor-mance. In addition, the role of knowledge sharing moderates or strengthens the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance. Training of need analysis is necessary according to the more dynamic movement of the business world, especially in the batik industry. It is a rapidly growing industry, both from competitors and the technology used. So in this case, an innovation is also necessary to be able to compete effectively and to fill consumers’ needs
DESKRIPSI KESADARAN FAKTOR PROTEKTIF DAN FAKTOR RISIKO DALAM PROSES REINTEGRASI SOSIAL PADA NARAPIDANA PEREMPUAN
Get PDFObjective of this research is to describe the protective and risk factors in the social reintegration program within a penitentiary. Thirty female convicted criminals were participated in this survey research. At the next several months, they would be released from that penitentiary. They were asked to fill in the Protective and Risk Factor Scale. The scale consists of 15 protective aspect statements 15 risk aspect statements. There were 4 alternative answers for each statement. Validity of those statements was examined through the expert validity, and the reliability score of the scale was .884. Through the descriptive statistics it was revealed that the empirical mean (42.87) was higher than the hypothetic mean (37.5), for the protective factor. For the risk factor, the similar result was found which the empirical mean (40.80) was much higher than the hypothetic mean (37.5). This result showed that those convicted criminals were fully aware that protective factors will support their intention live convenience after being released. On the other hand, they also realize that some factors will obstruct their intention to live happily after being released. At the discussion session, the author suggests to consider the convicted criminal’s culture background. It is because the culture background will color people’s stigma on the exconvicted criminal

KESIAPAN KARYAWAN ADMINISTRASI YANG TERKENA ROTASIKERJA PADA BAGIAN PEMASARAN
Get PDFObjective of this reserach is to know employee’s readiness whom experiencing job rotation from administration into selling division. Their readiness (knowledge and skill) were important since their new position was very different from the previous position. Nine employees participated in this research. They were from an organization which was nearly ruin because of management changes. In order to continue to exist, those employees had been rotated into the selling devition. This research revealed that the employee’s previous knowledge and skill were less appropriate to the selling division requirement. They had difficulties in public speaking and information technology. They were also more likely ashamed with the organization although their work tenure was more than 20 years. This was shown from their answer that they had limited knowledege about the positive aspects of the organiation. At the discussion session, we explain that this research result could be a good base for planning and organiziang job rotation. Beside that the middle age employees should be taken care when they experience job rotation. Management should organize several trainings which emphasize on repetitive tasks. That kind of training will more likely to stimulate cognitive condition much better
Perencanaan Pipa Dua Fasa pada Fasilitas Produksi Panas Bumi Dieng
Get PDFLapangan Panas Bumi Dieng beroperasi sejak tahun 2004 dengan kapasitas turbin 60 MW serta memiliki target produksi sebesar 55 MW selama tigapuluh tahun. Lapangan ini, masih layak untuk dilakukan pengembangan dengan total sebesar 110 MW. Dalam mengoptimalkan kualitas uap (steam quality) dari kepala sumur sampai dengan input turbin maka perlu adanya perencanan mengenai dimensi dari pipa yang mengalirkan uap. Parameter yang diperhatikan dalam perencanaan pipa dua fasa yaitu diameter pipa dan penurunan tekanan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menentukan diameter pipa dua fasa dan penurunan tekanan pada salah satu sumur pengembangan lapangan Panas Bumi Dieng. Metodologi perhitungan dimensi pipa ini menggunakan standar ASME dalam penentuan diameter pipa dan menghitung besarnya penurunan tekanan sebelum input turbin menggunakan software pipesim. Hasil perhitungan salah satu sumur yang memiliki masa aliran sebesar 60 kg/s didapatkan jenis pipa Xtra Strong (XS) kualitas uap 0.176 dengan diameter pipa 8 inchi serta kecepatan aliran yang optimal sebesar 27.33 m/s serta penurunan tekanan dari well head menuju separator adalah 7, 476 bar dengan tekanan input turbin sebesar 22,985 bar.Dieng Geothermal Field operates since 2004 with a 60 MW turbine capacity and has a production target of 55 MW for thirty years. This field is still feasible for development with a total of 110 MW. In optimizing the quality of steam (steam quality) from the wellhead to the turbine input, it is necessary to plan on the dimensions of the pipe that flows steam. Parameters that are considered in planning two-phase pipes are pipe diameter and pressure drop. The research objective was to determine the two-phase pipe diameter and pressure drop at one of the wells in the Dieng Geothermal field development. The methodology for calculating the pipe dimensions uses the ASME standard in determining pipe diameter and calculating the amount of pressure drop before the turbine input using pipesim software. The calculation results of one well that has a flow period of 60 kg / s obtained Xtra Strong (XS) pipe type vapor quality 0.176 with 8 inches pipe diameter and optimal flow velocity of 27.33 m / s and pressure drop from well head to separator is 7 , 476 bars with turbine input pressure of 22,985 bars

This research involved 3policemen in Yogyakarta since they had predisposition to act aggressively when opposing acriminal suspect. This was a descriptive qualitative research. This research revealed that therewere either internal or external factors underlying the aggressive behavior, especially whenthey were opposing criminal suspect. The internal factor was the low level of self-regulation.The external factor related with work environment such as huge assignments from theirseniors. PRESTASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA DITINJAU DARI SIKAP SISWA TERHADAP MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA
No full textHaving positive atitude on a difficult subject was a tough basic on having a good academicachievement. Although this was really a classic issue, however, this research was interesting.This research was conducted in a rural areas. Hypothetically, students would have goodmathematic achievement when they had posititve attitude on that subject. Forty two villageelementary students, grade fourth and fifth, participated in this research. Students’ attitudedata were collected through the attitude scale and the range of validity value was .318-.670.The students’ achievement in math was collected through their report cards. This researchrevealed that there was no correlation between students’ attitude on math and their mathachievement, rho = .037, p = .818. Reason of this research finding might be from students’life style. They were student villagers, and villagers usually were reluctant to express their realattitude. They might be unhappy with the teacher’s method in teaching math, however, theywere reluctant to deal with the teacher. Other reasons were also discussed.Keywords: Mathematic, attitude, achievement
Kajian Pengembangan Kewirausahaan pada Kawasan Transmigrasi
Get PDFThe development of entrepreneurship in transmigration areas is obstacles so that targets cannot be achieved effectively. This study aims to: (1) study the development of entrepreneurship implemented in the transmigration community; (2) reviewing the obstacles to developing entrepreneurship in transmigration areas; and (3) formulating efforts needed to increase entrepreneurship development in trans-migration areas. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research in the Musi Rawas area. The results of the study indicate that the development of entrepreneurship has increased capabilities and is beneficial for business development, but has not effectively increased entrepreneurship and business development capabilities. In general, the constraints of developing entrepreneurship are not focused, diffusion of knowledge, and skills are not effective, have not been connected with entrepreneurship development programs in other technical sectors/ units, and there has been no change in the way of thinking in formulating business development needs
