Pengaruh Sumur Injeksi Terhadap Reservoir Panas Bumi Dominasi Air pada Simulasi Lapangan Panas Bumi Dieng Unit II Menggunakan Software Tough-2
Dieng merupakan salah satu lapangan panas bumi yang sistem reservoirnya didominasi air. Lapangan dengan reservoir dominasi air memerlukan separator untuk memisahkan fasa uap dan fasa cair, karena fluida didominasi air, fasa cair yang dihasilkan tentu lebih banyak daripada fasa gas sehingga perlu dilakukan injeksi untuk menghindari polusi.Kesetimbangan energi merupakan persamaan dengan prinsip dasar bahwa energi yang masuk kedalam suatu sistem sama besarnya dengan energi yang keluar dari sistem tersebut tanpa ada akumulasi. Prinsip ini digunakan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kondisi reservoir panas bumi Dieng di masa lalu sehingga dapat dijadikan pembelajaran untuk kasus serupa di masa sekarang dan masa yang akan datang. Massa yang keluar sistem antara lain dapat berupa manifestasi permukaan seperti fumarole dan hot springs. Proses ekstraksi fluida juga mengurangi massa yang ada dalam sistem. Sedangkan massa yang masuk kedalam sistem dapat berupa injeksi alami dan injeksi. Metodologi penelitian ini, menggunakan prinsip kesetimbangan energi yang disimulasikan dengan bantuan simulator Tough-2. Hasil penelitian dapat menentukan keefektifan injeksi terhadap tekanan reservoir. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini, bahwa injeksi perlu dilakukan sedini mungkin pada reservoir dominasi air untuk menghindari tekanandrop yang besar di awal produksi. Namun perlu diperhatikan juga posisi sumur injeksi yang akan difungsikan sebagai sistem recharge, karena akan berpengaruh pada temperatur reservoir, khususnya temperatur pada sumur produksi yang terdekat dengan sumur injeksi.Dieng is one of the geothermal fields where the reservoir system is dominated by water. A field with a water domination reservoir requires a separator to separate the vapor phase and liquid phase, because the fluid is dominated by water, the liquid phase produced is certainly more than the gas phase so injection needs to be done to avoid pollution. Energy balance is an equation with the basic principle that the energy that enters a system is as large as the energy coming out of the system without any accumulation. This principle is used to analyze how the condition of the Dieng geothermal reservoir in the past so that it can be used as learning for similar cases in the present and in the future. The mass that exits the system can be in the form of surface manifestations such as fumaroles and hot springs. The fluid extraction process also reduces the mass in the system. While the mass that enters the system can be either natural injection or injection. The research methodology uses the principle of energy balance simulated with the help of the Tough-2 simulator. Research results can determine the effectiveness of injection of reservoir tekanan. The conclusion of this study, that injection needs to be done as early as possible in the reservoir of water dominance to avoid a large tekanan at the beginning of production. However, it should be noted also that the position of the injection well will function as a recharge system, because it will affect the reservoir temperature, especially the temperature at the production well closest to the injection well
Analisa Geoelectrical Strike Metode AMT untuk Identifikasi Awal Potensi Sistem Panas Bumi di Daerah Gunung Pancar Bogor Jawa Barat
Satu daerah yang diduga terdapat sistem panasbumi adalah daerah Gunung Pancar, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Beberapa mata air panas yang muncul di sekitar daerah penelitian memperkuat dugaan adanya sistem panasbumi di daerah tersebut. Metode geofisika yang dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi sistem panasbumi adalah Metode Audio Magnetotelurik (AMT). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AMT untuk mendapatkan gambaran bawah permukaan dengan pemodelan 1D dan pemodelan 2D. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software MT Editor, Interpex, dan Petrel. Geoelectrical strike digunakan untuk mengetahui arah strike bawah permukaan dimana nilai kontras resistivitasnya dapat diindikasikan sebagai gangguan geologi. Data yang digunakan adalah data angle dan radius pada software MT Editor. Sementara software yang digunakan untuk membuat diagram roset adalah software GeoRose. Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan adanya komponen panasbumi berupa claycap (1 Ω.m – 10 Ω.m) dan reservoir (10 Ω.m – 20 Ω.m) pada kedalaman 300 m hingga 2000 m. Lapisan young sedimentary rock diinterpretasikan sebagai zona aliran air panas dengan nilai tahanan jenis sebesar 10 Ω.m – 100 Ω.m. Sistem panasbumi di daerah penelitian diduga dikontrol oleh struktur geologi berupa sesar mendatar, antiklin, dan sinklin yang berkembang di bagian timurlaut daerah penelitian. The areas that possibly had geothermal system is Mount Pancar, Bogor, West Java. There are several hot springs found around the study area. The geophysical method that can be used to identify the geothermal system and geological structure is the Audio-Magnetotelluric Method (AMT). AMT method is used to obtain subsurface overview with 1D modeling and 2D modeling. Data processing is done by using MT Editor, Interpex, and Petrel software. Geoelectrical strike is used to determine the direction of the subsurface strike by resistivity value. The most dominant angle and radius data from software MT Editor is used to make rosette diagram to show the geoelectrical strike. The results of 1D modeling showed the geothermal component such as claycap (1 Ω.m - 10 Ω.m) and reservoir (10 Ω.m - 20 Ω.m) at a depth of 300 m to 2000 m. The young sedimentary rock layer is interpreted as a discharge zone with a resistance value of 10 Ω.m - 100 Ω.m. The geothermal systems in the study area might be controlled by geological structures in the northeast of the study area
Pelatihan Efikasi Diri untuk Menurunkan Stres Kerja Pada Anggota Polri Ditsabhara Polda DIY
Objective of this study is to understand the influence of self-efficacy training on decreasing work stress among 22 policemen in Yogyakarta. They worked as the community protectors. They were divided randomly into 2 groups i.e. the experiment group (11 policemen) and the control group (11 policemen). The experimental design was the pretest-posttest control group. For this research, we created two instruments to measure the independent and dependent variables respectively i.e. the self-efficacy scale and the work stress scale, and the intervention was the self-efficacy improvement training. The research data were analyzed based on the Wilcoxon Rank Test (to understand the difference of work stress level between the pre-test and posttest groups) and the U-Mann Whitney statistical techniques (to understand the difference of work stress scores between the post-test experiment and control groups. The first hypothesis was confirmed that the Wilcoxon Rank Test Z score = -2.936 (p = .003) was significant. In other words, the work stress level at the post-test ( = 113,91) was much higher because of self-efficacy training than the pre-test ( = 49,09). The second hypothesis was also confirmed that the U-Mann Whitney Z score = -3.977, p = .000 (p<.001) was very significant. In other words, the work stress level at the post-test experiment group ( = 49.09) was much lower than the control group ( = 112.55). Key words: Work Stress, Self-Efficacy Training, Policema
Hubungan Antara Stres Kerja dengan Prestasi Kerja Pada Tenaga Sales Motor Yamaha (Studi Pada CV. Sumber Baru Niaga Yogyakarta)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja dengan prestasi kerja pada sales motor Yamaha (CV. Sumber Baru Niaga Yogyakarta). Penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel tergantung dan variabel bebas yaitu prestasi kerja dan stres kerja. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan skala pada sales di CV. Sumber Baru Niaga Yogyakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa hasil analisis korelasi product moment (Pearson) ini menunjukkan = -0.026 dengan taraf tidak signifikan p = 0,889 (p > 0,01) artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara stres kerja dengan prestasi kerja maka hipotesis yang diajukan ditolak. Analisis Kebangkrutan Perusahaan yang Terancam Delisting di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Corporate bankruptcy can be seen from the performance of the company\u27s financial statements. The purpose of this study is to find out how the performance of companies with suspension status in 2018 from January to October in the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 2016-2017 financial statement research. There are 13 companies that have suspension status in 2018 and still publish their financial statements between 2016-2017. The detection tool used in this study is the modified Altman Z-score Multiple Discriminant Analysis. With the results of this study there are six companies in healthy positions in two years between 2016-2017, five companies in bankruptcy positions, one company with the first year in a healthy position while the second year going bankrupt, and one company experiencing bankruptcy in the first year and grey area in the second year
Data Produksi Untuk Analisis Penurunan Produksi Uap
Saat ini, Lapangan Panasbumi PPL menghasilkan listrik 56.2 MWe, dari Unit 1 sejak 2014 dan nilai ini akan diupayakan untuk mencapai 60 MWe. Usaha yang dilakukan, dengan melakukan optimasi peralatan produksi, sehingga akan meminimalisir terbentuknya kondensat di sepanjang pipa produksi, akibat penurunan tekanan dan temperature. Total produksi uap semula terproduksi dari setiap sumur adalah 370,175 ton/jam, akan tertapi saat ini berkurang menjadi 365,175 ton/jam. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain kebocoran pipa scaling, serta terbentuknya kondensat berlebih yang menyebabkan produksi pembangkit listrik hanya menghasilkan 56,2 MWe. Dalam menghitung kehilangan tekanan dan temperature pada pipa digunakan simulator. Sedangkan pengambilan data adalah pembacaan langsung alat di lapangan dan data civil construction untuk rute dan spesifikasi pipa. Data dimasukan kedalam simulator untuk melakukan kalibrasi pada satu segmen pipa. Dilanjutkan uji validasi hingga persentase kesalahan <10, dilanjutkan dengan membuat model jaringan pipa lapangan. Terakhir adalah penentuan nilai Pwh optimum, penurunan exergy serta penurunan enthalpy setiap segmen pipa main line, sehingga dapat ditentukan kehilangan exergy dan enthalpy terbesar, dan diketahui faktor-faktor penyebab menurunnya supply uap menuju turbin. Hubungan Antara Kesetaraan Gender Terhadap Sikap Memilih Jurusan pada Siswa SMA X di Kabupaten Klaten
This research is aimed to knowing the relations between gender equality toward the actions in choosing major of the students of SMA X in Klaten Regency. The more of major which perceived as masculine major, they were interested by female students. Also on the other hand, a lot of male students who are interested to take major that identic to the nature of feminine.The kind of this research is quantitative research using collecting data by scale. The subject of this research are students of grade XII of SMA X in Klaten Regency. Data analysis technique used a correlation of Product Moment of Pearson.The research result shows that a correlation coefficient rxy=0,376 and p=0,001 (p<0,01). It means that there is a positive relationship between gender equality toward the action in choosing major of the students of SMA X in Klaten Regency. Effective contributions the gender equality toward the actions in choosing major totaling 14,13 % than other factors. The conclusion of this research is the higher the understanding of gender equality, therefore the higher of actions in choosing major of students of SMA X in Klaten Regency. Perbedaan Kepuasan Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan PT. X Yogyakarta Pada Nasabah Desa dan Nasabah Kota
Objective of this research is to understand the satisfaction difference between rural and urban customers toward the PT. X finance service. This customer’s satisfaction was very crucial point for service industry continuities such as bank and life insurance. Customer’s satisfaction was their main interest, since the satisfied customers would pass on their good comments to others. It was likely an informal advertisement but very powerful in influencing others. However, rural and urban customers presumably had different criteria on service quality. The hypothesis was that the rural customers were more likely to satisfy toward PT. X finance service quality than the urban customers were. The urban people were more likely to complain expressively about company’s service than the rural people were. The former customers also searched more on facilities such as bonuses and free opportunity to attend seminar about self-potential improvement. Forty customers participated in this research, 20 people had rural small industries and therefore they called as rural customers. The rest people had small industries in urban areas. We also used the Consumer’s Satisfaction Scale (71 items) as the main instrument to collect data. The scale consisted from five aspects i.e. product, price, place, promotion, and people. The validity score ranged from .226 - .838 and the reliability scores on each aspect respectively were acceptable i.e. .756, .930, .852, .851, and .920. This research revealed that there was significant difference between rural and urban satisfaction regarding the PT. X finance service quality (t = 2.416, p = .021 or p<.05). The rural people ( = 273.15) were more likely satisfy than urban customers do ( = 246.45). The rural people were more likely to continue their satisfied comments to their families and friends than the urban customers were. Higher appreciations toward the PT X’s staffs when serving customers were more prone from rural than urban costumers were. The urban people were more likely to make comparison among other similar finance enterprises. They were stricter on judging enterprise’s service quality. Apparently, many finance enterprises were more available in urban areas and they had tight competitions. In this research, we also suggested that the future researcher should invite the ex-customers to participate in this research. Those specific customers usually had rich dissatisfaction comments on enterprise’s service quality. Key words: Customer’s Satisfaction, Rural, Urban Customers.
Rancang Bangun Cooler Box Termoelektrik dengan Air Sterilizer sebagai Tempat Pengiriman Air Susu Ibu (ASI)
The growing trend today is the exclusive breast milk given to the baby until the baby has a sufficient age. This is certainly not too problematic for housewives who most of the time are at home, so it can menyusi baby without interference. But this is different from career women who have babies and want to provide exclusive breast milk, a great distance between home and workplace and time constraints become a barrier factor that makes exclusive breast milk becomes very difficult given career woman to her child. Cooler box can keep asi temperature remain in cold condition prevent damage of breast milk content. Inside the cooler box put ice gel to keep the temperature cool. The ice gel can keep the temperature cool for 3-4 hours. Another problem is the hygiene of the cooler box and storage container from the breast milk. Not infrequently the cooler box into a source of bacteria that can spread to the breast milk contained in the cooler box, this can be caused moisture or from the hands that are not sterile. This is because in the process of pumping and transfer into the cooler box is still using the manual by hand. The researcher will design a cooler box build by using thermoelectric as cooling from cooler box and have water sterilizer, which is useful to decrease the amount of bacteria by using uv light. Low levels of bacteria will make the cooler box becomes more hygienic as a storage area when it will be shipped
PENYUSUNAN TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB KARYAWAN PADA UNIVERSITAS X
Objective of this research is to verivy that having undetailed job description will give impact on low work effectiveness. Five empoyees participated in this research. They were taken purposively since they had problem when working in a team, and therefore their work effectiveness were low. They had less understanding on their detailed job description. Observation, interview, and documentation research methods were used in order to collect the data. This research revealed that those employees had low understanding on their duty and responsibility. Indeed, this research should warn the top leader to monitor and evaluate their employees regularly, including the middle leader. Work monitoring and work evaluation should also checked all employee’s understanding on their job description
