Desain Underwater Rotor Untuk Memanfaatkan Laju Aliran Sungai Sebagai Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air
This study aims to design an underwater rotor to utilize the flow rate of the river as a hydroelectric power plant. In this study, an underwater rotor design model will be made with three variations in the number of blades, namely three, six, nine blades. The test parameter observed in this study is the turbine performance through the value of the power coefficient (cp) and the moment coefficient (cm). The method used in this research is an experimental method, namely by making a turbine model with a laboratory scale. The results show that the underwater rotor designed with aspect ratio = 2.0, overlap ratio = 0, end-plate diameter = 1.1d then the barrier plate design with L/D ratio = 1.2 60º provides the highest power coefficient and moment coefficient, namely respectively 0.15 and 0.27 in the design with the number of blades 3 (three
Analisa Pengaruh Parameter Proses Terhadap Uji Tarik Produk Hasil 3D Printing Berbahan Polylatic Acid
Fused Deposition Method (FDM) is one of the additive manufacturing methods or methods used by 3D printers. This FDM technology can produce models with a fairly good level of accuracy and strength. However, until now information about the magnitude of the value of accuracy, and the value of strength is very minimal. Because of this, it is necessary to do a test to determine the strength value of the specimens produced using 3D technology printing. The tests carried out aim to obtain settings optimal parameters on a 3D printer using PLA material which is measured by the magnitude of the tensile strength value of the resulting product. The test is carried out by measuring the amount of stress that occurs when the tensile test is carried out. The test was carried out using 81 samples that were printed using the parameters of infill print speed, fill density, extruder temperature, and layer height. Based on the test results, the highest stress value is 1.092 N/m2 with a combination of parameters infill print speed 60 mm/s, fill density 40%, extruder temperature 200oC, and layer height 0.1 mm. The results of the analysis show that the parameter extruder temperature has the greatest influence on the magnitude of the tensile test value, while the layer height parameter has the smallest effect on the value of the test specimen
Pengaruh Safety Climate dan Perceived Supervisor Safety terhadap Safety Performance yang Dimediasi oleh Psychological Strain: Studi pada PT PAL Indonesia (Persero)
The role of human research is basic to determine the objective of an organization or company. The case of a work accident can be detrimental for workers and can decrease the safety performance of the company. Some factors could affect it for instance human factors (unsafe actions), which are caused by undiscipline in applying regulation of work, worker\u27s skilled less in mastering production tools, etc. While environmental factors can be caused by various things for instance an unsafe circumstance of work which concerns all equipment or machinery, and also buildings. The purpose of this research is to obtain the knowledge to gain broader knowledge about the influence of Safety Climate, Perceived Supervisor Safety, and Psychological Strain on Safety Performance. The research population is about 115 employees consist of 45 supervisors and 70 active employees in the Commercial Ship Division of PT PAL Indonesia (Persero), Surabaya. Due to a total population of 115 employees which consist of 45 supervisors, and 70 active employees are used as respondents to the commercial ship division. The data analysis in this research uses partial least square (PLS). The result obtained from this research is that safety climate and perceived supervisor safety are low practice, so the company\u27s safety performance will be low as well and for the psychological strain highly level could make a negative impact on the company\u27s safety performance
Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Pada Era New Normal Di Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Kabupaten Gunungkidul
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan sistem pelayanan publik untuk mencapai kualitas pelayanan publik dan faktor-faktor kesenjangan kualitas pelayanan publik pada era new normal di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Kabupaten Gunungkidul.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada dua kebijakan sistem pelayanan untuk mencapai kualitas pelayanan pada era new normal yakni sistem pelayanan online dan tatap muka dengan protokol kesehatan. Adanya faktor kesenjangan kualitas pelayanan publik pada era new normal yakni Gap 1(persepsi manajemen) dan Gap 2 (persepsi kualitas). Faktor Gap 1 yakni orientasi penelitian yang kurang dan faktor Gap 2 yakni kurang tepatnya persepsi feasibilitas. Faktor pendukung masing-masing gap antara lain terpenuhinya sistem pelayanan, tujuan dan manfaat sistem pelayanan sejalan, layanan aduan, komunikasi ke atas, mekanisme pengaduan, struktur organisasi sederhana, komitmen organisasi kuat, aturan jelas, tujuan organisasi dan spesifikasi kualitas sesuai, kemampuan pegawai, standar kinerja, sarana prasarana, kekompakan, penempatan, peran dan kompetensi pegawai tepat; teknologi, kontrol pengawasan, evaluasi kinerja, koordinasi, keterbukaan informasi, jaminan pelayanan dan keamanan keselamatan pengguna. Faktor penghambat masing-masing gap antara lain ketidakmampuan sebagaian masyarakat menggunakan teknologi, sistem online paten, bertahap, mis komunikasi, kurang sosialisasi, sarpras yang belum terpenuhi, kurangnya riset, standar pelayanan belum ditingkatkan, belum ada lembaga pemantau investasi, dan belum ada jam ekstra
Upaya Administratif Pembebasan Jabatan Paska Berlakunya UU Nomor 30 Tahun 2014 Tentang Administrasi Pemerintahan : Studi Kasus Perkara Nomor 23/G/2020/PTUN-Jkt
Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration (UU AP) as an instrument in realizing the principles of good governance to increase public trust is not flawless, in its application, it can lead to legal uncertainty and even lead to injustice especially for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who was sentenced to disciplinary release from office.This research is juridical-normative research that is descriptive-analytical with a case approach, historical approach, and conceptual approach to answering how the administrative measures for exemption from ASN positions under the Statutory Regulations and Invitations and how the regulatory implications are intended for legal protection and justice for ASN.The results of the research show that the Administrative Efforts in the AP Law and Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning ASN (UU ASN) cause conflicting norms that resulting confusion and emptiness of the law for ASN who are sentenced to disciplinary Exemption from Position due to Article 33 Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 concerning Discipline Civil Servants, disciplinary punishment is set to not be submitted administrative efforts.The condition is eliminating legal protection for ASN in obtaining certainty and justice. Suggestions from this research need to be immediately issued a new Government Regulation in accordance with the mandate of Article 129 paragraph (5) UU ASN whose arrangements are harmonized with Administrative Efforts in the Government Administration Act
Perlindungan Anak Sebagai Korban Eksploitasi Seksual
Children are not adults in miniature, they need the support, and protection from adults, families, communities, governments, and countries. More and more girls are victims of child exploitation and their rights as children have been taken away. The research method was carried out by library research using primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The research method used was doctrinal legal research or literature research with qualitative methods presented descriptively.The results of this study indicate that repressive legal protection is to apply Article 66 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection through the dissemination and/or socialization of the provisions of laws and regulations relating to the protection of economically and/or sexually exploited children, monitoring, reporting, and imposing sanctions; and the involvement of various companies, trade unions, non-governmental organizations, and the community in the elimination of economic and/or sexual exploitation of children. While preventive protection is the State, Government, Regional Government, Community, Family, and Parents or Guardians are obliged and fully responsible for the implementation of Child Protection
Potensi Batuan Induk Hidrokarbon Serpih Warukin di Tampang Tumbang Anjir, Kabupaten Gunung Mas Propinsi Kalimantan Tengah
Identifikasi interval batuan yang mungkin berpotensi sebagai batuan induk merupakan langkah awal eksplorasi yang penting, oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang potensi batuan sedimen yang mengandung bahan organik dengan kadar tertentu, yang oleh panas dan waktu dapat menghasilkan hidrokarbon dalam bentuk minyak atau gas secara tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi fasies dan potensi batuan induk hidrokarbon Formasi Warukin di Tampang Tumbang Anjir, Cekungan Barito.Analisis geokimia guna mengetahui potensi dan kualitas batuan induk dilakukan pada serpih penyusun Formasi Warukin. Hasil analisis potensi dan kualitas Batuan Induk menunjukkan kandungan TOC 17,97% termasuk “sangat baik”. Rock-Eval menunjukkan bahwa serpih berpotensi “baik” sebagai batuan induk hidrokarbon (S2 = 67,87 mg/g). Angka Tmax 405 menunjukkan tingkat pematangan hidrokarbon belum tercapai. Nilai HI yang relatif tinggi mencerminkan bahwa batuan ini jika mencapai kematangan akan cenderung menghasilkan minyak dan gas. Nilai HI antara 378 mgHC/g umumnya berasal dari kerogen tipe II yang secara dominan mengandung unsur organisme laut dan darat
Analisis Pengaruh Wetabilitas pada Kinerja Injeksi Air dan CO2 Menggunakan Metode Material Balance Pada Lapangan SNP
Saat ini, CO2 flooding adalah salah satu teknik pemindahan yang paling menarik di lapangan-lapangan minyak. Injeksi CO2 akan memungkinkan minyak berinteraksi dengan CO2 dan memberikan peningkatan positif, sehingga minyak akan lebih mudah mengalir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan skenario penginjeksian terbaik yang memberikan perolehan minyak tertinggi antara injeksi air, injeksi CO2, serta injeksi air dan CO2 secara kontinyu pada kondisi batuan reservoir dengan kebasahan minyak dan reservoir dengan kebasahan air. Penelitian dilakukan pada Lapangan SNP menggunakan simulasi model material balance dengan lama penginjeksian sekitar 30 tahun. Lapangan SNP memiliki tiga regional (antiklin). Pengamatan dilakukan pada Region 2 dan Region 3. Untuk setiap region dibuat sepuluh skenario dengan variasi laju injeksi air dari 0 hingga 2000 STB/D dan variasi injeksi CO2 dari 0 hingga 0.5 MMSCF/D. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan perolehan minyak pada Region 2 berkisar antara 40.90% hingga 52.65%. Sedangkan perolehan minyak pada Region 3 berkisar antara 48.88% hingga 60.08%. Dari hasil perbandingan keduapuluh skenario pada kedua region, diperoleh bahwa injeksiCO2 memberikan kinerja terbaik pada reservoir oil wet. Sedangkan pada reservoir water wet kinerja injeksi air lebih baik daripada injeksi CO2. Skenario terbaik pada reservoir water wet adalah dengan penginjeksian air dan CO2 secara kontinyu
Analisa Kuat Arus Listrik dan Waktu Electroplating Nickel-Chrome terhadap Kekerasan dan Ketebalan Lapisan Permukaan Baja Karbon Rendah
The metal plating industry needs not only for corrosion resistance, but also for the strength of the material, having a decorative appearance, and having high economic value. Several types of coatings can be used to prevent or slow down the level of damage and increase the mechanical strength of the metal, one of which is electroplating. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in electric current strength and time of electroplating nickel-chrome on the hardness and thickness of the surface layer of low carbon steel. Experiments were carried out by observing changes in the independent variables, namely the electroplating process time of 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and 20 minutes. The controlled variable in this study is the 5 Ampere power supply current. While the current strength used in this study is 0.5 A, 1 A and 1.5 A. The test results show the electroplating process with a strong current of 0.5A in 10, 15 and 20 minutes, namely 132.63 VHN, 189.03 VHN, and 172.36 VHN. The electroplating process with a current of 1A obtained hardness values of 201.66 VHN, 187.96VHN, and 187.53VHN. The electroplating process with a current of 1.5A obtained hardnessvalues of 191.13VHN, 195.1VHN, and 182.13VHN. The highest hardness was at 1A, the coating time was 10 minutes. While the lowest hardness was at 0.5A current, the coating time was 10 minutes
Pendidikan Kesehatan Reproduksi Untuk Penurunan Perilaku Seksual Pranikah pada Remaja
This research aims to examine the effect of reproduction health education toward the reduction of premarital sexual behavior on adolescents. The research subjects were 34 subjects who were assigned into 2 groups; 17 subjects were experimental group while 17 subjects were there control group. The research design use the pretest-postest control group design. The data analysis use the U Mann Whitney to examine the score difference in the experimental and the control group and the Wilcoxon Rank Test to examine the score difference in the experimental group before and after treatment. Based on the data analysis by the U Mann Whitney, it is found that there is different level of premarital sexual behavior on the group which was exposed to the reproduction health education committed to the group that was not exposed proven by Z = -3.089 p = 0.002 (p<0.05).The premarital sexual behavior on the group which had the reproduction health education is lower than group are not given reproduction health education. The analysis by the Wilcoxon Rank Test found that there is different score in the premarital sexual behavior in the experimental group after it was given the reproduction health education proven by the score Z = -3.219 p = 0.001<0.05. This result indicates that there is significant difference in the premarital sexual behavior on the subjects before and after the reproduction health education was given. The level of premarital sexual behavior after given reproduction health education is lower compared to before given reproduction health education
