Get PDFLampung is in the top ten lowest positive cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia from June 2020. Even so, the Covid-19 pandemic still affects people\u27s interest in buying a house. Amid the pressure of the pandemic, real estate developers must be able to maintain their business continuity through a good marketing strategy. The study aims to determine the marketing strategies carried out by housing developers during the Covid-19 pandemic in Sukarame, Bandar Lampung. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis techniques. Four aspects of the marketing mix theory, namely product, price, promotion, and place, are used as variables in the study. Of the four aspects, only product aspects are not affected by pandemic conditions. Developers are still using the same marketing strategies as before the pandemic. Even so, developers are still carrying out new marketing strategies through online media to get consumers during the Covid-19 pandemic
Analysis of the Effect of Profitability, Liquidity, and Firm Size on the Timeliness of Financial Report Submission
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reports submitted to Indonesia Stock Exchange-listed manufacturing companies in the various industrial sectors. Profitability, liquidity, and firm size are the independent variable in this research, whereas the timeliness of financial report submission is the dependent variable. The population in this research were various industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2012 to 2016. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method to obtain 14 sample companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the IDX website. The analytical method used is logistic regression analysis. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis with a significance level of 5%, the results of this research suggest that profitability (ROI) has no significant effect on the timeliness of financial report submission, while liquidity (CR), and company size (TA) have a significant effect on the timeliness of financial report submission

The product moves from one workstation to the next in sequence to go through the stages of the process. Products are composed of components, sub-assemblies, or assemblies. During production activities, it is possible to change materials which are part of a product structure. This happened because of the proposal from the company staff which is submitted through an engineering order. Submissions are made for technical reasons or production costs. The decision to approve or reject the engineering order is determined by designer. The approved engineering order resulted in changes to the product structure and material requirements at the workstation where the material was changed. The process for handling new materials can also change depending on the designer\u27s decision whether to use the old or new process. It is necessary to determine whether the old process is still used or not if designer decides to use a new process. Therefore, a system is needed to manage engineering orders so that changes can be updated automatically. The engineering order management system media is a web-based application. It is vital to model the system based on real-world situations before designing a web application. The object-oriented modeling concept, which is expressed in a class diagram, is used to model the system. Prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur Desa Kecemen berdasarkan pada skala prioritas yang paling penting untuk segera ditindaklanjuti dan dalam pelaksanaanya dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan masyarakat Desa Kecemen untuk memperkuat fondasi perekonomian, mempercepat pengentasan kemiskinan, mengurangi kesenjangan sosial dan kesenjangan antar wilayah dusun, meratakan pembangunan dan solusi bagi perubahan sosial desa. Pembangunan infrastuktur berbasis pada pendapat masyarakat dan merupakan bentuk dari proses perencanaan pembangunan infrastruktur Desa Kecemen yang partisipatif.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu suatu bentuk penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran umum sebagai macam data yang dikumpul dari lapangan secara objektif dengan tipe fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara terhadap sejumlah informan, dan dari dokumen-dokumen tertentu yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan model analisa interaktif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pilar pembangunan sekaligus sebagai pihak ketiga atau pihak swasta bertujuan meningkatkan pelayanan masyarakat, mendorong pemberdayaaan untuk peningkatan produksi, pendapatan yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat warga kecemen yang sejalan dengan prinsip demokrasi. Peran kepala desa dalam pembangunan infrastruktur sudah cukup baik namun perlu untuk ditingkatkan agar lebih optimal dilihat dari perannya sebagai motivator, fasilitator dan innovator. No full textSalam sehat untuk para pembaca setia JMP. Mulai terbitan Volume 12 Nomor 1 Edisi Desember 2022 ini merupakan momen istimewa bagi JMP. Untuk pertama kalinya, Edisi Desember 2022 ini menampilkan jumlah artikel terbanyak, yaitu sejumlah 20 artikel terpilih. Ini merupakan bukti komitmen Dewan Editor JMP untuk meningkatkan kapasitas terbitan artikel ilmiah secara kontinyu. Selain itu, edisi kali ini mayoritas diisi artikel-artikel berbahasa Inggris yang akan mendukung proses yang dilalui JMP menjadi jurnal internasional. Bahkan, salah satu artikel yang tersaji pada edisi kali ini merupakan hasil karya penulis dari luar negeri. Ini membuktikan pula bahwa JMP semakin dikenal luas oleh para penulis bidang manajemen, koperasi, dan kewirausahaan dari seluruh dunia.Dengan menghadirkan kapasitas lebih banyak untuk publikasi artikel-artikel hasil penelitian terpilih, khususnya yang berbahasa internasional, JMP berharap agar diseminasi pengembangan keilmuan melalui publikasi karya ilmiah di bidang manajemen, ko-perasi, dan kewirausahaan (maksipreneur) semakin meningkat seiring dengan semangat dan antusiasme penulis dari berbagai belahan dunia. Get PDFRenewable energy (RE) power plants can reduce the use of fossil fuel power plants that damage the environment related to CO2 emissions. Solar power centers and wind/wind power plants (PLTB) have intermittent characteristics related to their performance which is strongly influenced by environmental conditions such as fluctuations in solar radiation & wind speed. This creates problems in the stability & reliability of the electricity system so that its utilization is not optimal. Pumped storage hydropower (PSH) is a renewable energy-based technology that can store excess energy production in the electricity system at low load conditions to be distributed when the system is in peak load conditions. This study aims to determine the use of PSH concerning increasing the penetration of RE generators in the electricity system. Pastel & SWOT (Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat) analysis methods were used in this study. From the results of the discussion & discussion, it was found that PSH technology can support the penetration of RE power plants in Indonesia, especially PLTB & PLTS because it can eliminate the intermittency nature of these plants in the electricity system. In addition, PSH is also a mature energy storage medium on a large & economical scale, making it suitable for application in large & complex electrical systems. The strength of PSH is its mature technology, especially from the aspect of its large and economical capacity. The weakness of PSH is related to its utilization depending on the location due to the need for the area to have sufficient water potential with hilly natural conditions (their elevation), and relatively large land. The opportunity offered by PSH is that Indonesia has many areas that have the potential to be developed into PSH. In addition, the use of PSH can reduce the cost of production and increase the penetration of PLTS & PLTB. The threat of PSH is the trend of decreasing storage costs & increasing battery performance
Analisa Pekerjaan Squeeze Cementing dengan Metode Balance Plug Berdasarkan Data CBL & VDL pada Sumur “GZ” Lapangan “BHARA”
Get PDFSalah satu tujuan yang sangat penting dalam penyelesaian sumur adalah mendapatkan hasil penyemenan yang baik, akan tetapi pekerjaan penyemenan (primary cementing) yang dilakukan tidak selalu berjalan dengan lancar seperti yang direncanakan. Penyemenan merupakan pekerjaan yang membutuhkan biaya yang cukup besar dan resiko yang tinggi dalam mengerjakannya, dan masalah – masalah pada pekerjaan penyemenan diantaranya yaitu : channeling, microannulus, dan freepipe. Sebagai solusi menangani masalah tersebut yaitu dengan dilakukannya pekerjaan squeeze cementing. Squeeze cementing ialah penyemenan kembali yang dikerjakan untuk salah satu cara perbaikan sumur dengan menginjeksikan bubur semen dengan volume yang kecil pada zona atau area yang terdapat masalah, dalam tugas akhir ini metode yang dipilih adalah metode balance plug. Pemboran sumur X bertujuan sebagai tempat penambahan area resap hidrokarbon dilapisan reservoir Batupasir TAF. Dari hasil Pemboran sumur – sumur lapangan Z yang ada telah dinyatakan dapat memperoleh hidrokarbon dari lapisan batupasir pada lapisan TAF-2, TAF3.1, TAF-3.2, TAF-3.3 dan TAF-4. Sumur usulan diperkirakan menembus bagian puncak reservoir tersebut, dan dibor directional dari cluster JAS-C sampai total kedalaman 3250 mTVDSS/3400.93 mD (Total Depth). Pada proses logging pertama setelah dilakukannya primary cementing didapatkan hasil data log dari logging Cement Bond Log (CBL) dan Variable Density Log (VDL) yang menunjukan bahwa adanya kejanggalan, masalah, atau sesuatu yang tidak baik pada data log. Terlihat adanya kenaikan nilai amplitudo sebesar 70 – 80 mV dan grafik yang tinggi pada kedalaman 2460.63 ft – 2624.67 ft yang menunjukan adanya freepipe pada area tersebut, maka dari itu perlu dilakukannya secondary cementing yaitu squeeze cementing dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki primary cementing yang bermasalah supaya tidak terjadi hal – hal yang tidak diinginkan.
Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Stres Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening pada PT Batanghari Barisan Padang
Get PDFThis study aims to determine how much influence workload and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance with work stress as an intervening variable. Sampling was conducted by random sampling technique with the Slovin method to determine 74 respondents who are permanent employees of the company. Analysis of this research used multiple linear regression techniques to find the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable and used path analysis to examine the effect of the intervening variables. The analysis of the research used the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative and insignificant effect on work stress, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Furthermore, workload and work environment have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance partially. Workload and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work stress. In line with these results, workload and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study also confirms that work stress is not able to mediate the effects of workload and work environment on employee performance respectively
Diriku Berharga: Pelatihan Mindfullness untuk Meningkatkan Self-Esteem Remaja Homoseksual
Get PDFHomosexuals are a minority group ostracized by society in Indonesia. They get stigma and discrimination that resulting in low-self-esteem. This condition is also experienced by adolescent homosexuals. Whereas, self-esteem plays an important role in the process of finding identity in adolescents. Meanwhile, mindfulness training in several studies can increase self-esteem for it fosters greater awareness. Moreover, it can also increase more positive self-understanding. Thus, this study aims to increase the self-esteem of homosexual teen through mindfulness training. This study involved 20 homosexual teens who are members of a homosexual organization. The method employed was quasi-experimental research using a non-randomized one group pre-test post-test design. The self-esteem aspect was measured using the Coopersmith Inventory Self-esteem. The results then were analyzed using Wilcoxon\u27s non-parametric statistical analysis which showed a significance of 0.00 (0<0.05) and Z score of -3.927. The distribution of training participants\u27 data presents that three participants experienced increased by one grade, 12 participants experienced an increase in two grades, and eight participants did not experience any change. This study concluded that most participants had a moderate level of self-esteem caused by social support from members of the organization. This is in contrast with the findings of a previous study which concluded that homosexuals had a low level of self-esteem. This study also found that mindfulness training can improve the self-esteem of homosexual teens
