    The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of operating cash flow, firm size, and financial ratios affect stock returns. The present study will employ proxies for the financial ratios, i.e. the debt-equity ratio, return on assets, total asset turnover, and current ratio. Purposive sampling was used to select 15 food and beverage companies that were listed on the IDX between 2018 and 2022 for the research sample. The financial reports of manufacturing businesses in the food and beverage subsector provided the research data. The data is processed using SPSS 26, and the data analysis techniques employed are classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination test (R squared), and descriptive statistics. The study\u27s findings indicate that while return on assets and total asset turnover have a positive and not significant impact on stock returns, the current ratio and debt-equity ratio have a negative and not significant effect. Stock returns are significantly impacted by operating cash flow in a positive way and by firm size in a negative way

    One of the characteristics of the Indonesian nation is cooperation one of the differentiating factors that play an important role in the resilience of the national economy which is based on unity and diversity (Pancasila) to continue to grow. Economic recovery and an increase in the growth trend of cooperatives are signals and momentum for utilizing cooperatives as an alternative route for national economic recovery. The background of this paper aims to map the potential and obstacles faced by cooperatives to support national economic recovery and offer applicable recommendations for policymakers in economic recovery schemes that are more inclusive and adaptive to dynamics using qualitative descriptive methods and literature study. This research provides recommendations on an applied basis, which is the establishment of a centralized authority that handles cooperatives in an integrated cooperative called Indonesia Crowdfunding Cooperatives (IC Coop) to integrate the development of the national cooperative system starting from the licensing (legal), operation (operation), supervision (supervision) stages, mentoring, and upgrading cooperatives in supporting the national economy based on Sapta Tantra by becoming a cooperative as an integrated community for an integrated economy

    Geothermal is one of the renewable energies that is intensively developed during the energy transition. Indonesia is a country with the second largest geothermal potential in the world with a geothermal potential of 23,765.5 Mwe. The M.M.S.C.F field is classified as a volcanic geothermal system with liquid dominated developed with binary cycle technology. The use of conventional working fluid in binary cycle has low energy efficiency. Geothermal nanofluids particles consist of 2 or more nano-sized particles (1-100 nm), these particles are suspended and dissolved in the base fluid which can improve thermal conductivity and accelerate heat transfer in the heat exchanger. However, this technology has disadvantages including large Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) costs. This research applies CuO - Al2O3 to increase energy efficiency in heat exchangers directly proportional to the increase in thermal conductivity. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis by comparing economic indicators when using a conventional binary cycle system with a hybrid nanoparticle fluids binary cycle system in the M.M.S.C.F field heat exchanger and qualitative analysis based on previous literature studies. This technology has the advantage of increasing the heat transfer rate due to the increase in thermal conductivity value, the hybrid nanoparticle fluids thermal conductivity value is 0.79 W/m˚C when compared to the base fluid of 0.56 W/m˚C which has an increase of 23%. Based on the calculation of economic indicators, the payout time (POT) value as well as PI, IRR, and NPV of this technology are more positive than the conventional binary cycle. The effects of this research will be useful for the industry to improve the efficiency of the binary cycle

    When wells are produced continuously, the reservoir pressure will continue to decrease resulting in decreased production performance from the well. To optimally increase the rate of production, optimization is carried out using an Artificial Lift Electrical Submersible Pump. Based on data from the journal, "MFR-21" well had previously been installed Electrical Submersible Pump but was no longer functioning due to the condition of ESP pump not running or dead due to damage, so the author\u27s goal is to optimize the pump and predict the condition of the well in the future until when the pump is no longer optimal by using Wiggins 3 Phase IPR and carrying out a scenario of decreasing reservoir pressure to predict the Future IPR "MFR-21" well. The results of 3 Phase Wiggins IPR curve analysis obtained a total production rate (Qt/Qmax) 6257 bfpd. Obtained a target production rate of 5005.6 bfpd it is recommended to use the ESP design with the Centrilift GC-8200 pump which has a production recommendation 4400 – 10000 bfpd with a number of stages 168, Horse Power 281 HP, and pump efficiency 69%. As well as using the Future IPR method to reduce 3 reservoir pressures, namely 1750, 1000, 500. When the reservoir pressure reaches 1000 and 500 psia the pump is no longer optimum because the target Q at reservoir pressure is not included in the pump production recommendations. So at reservoir pressure 1000 and 500 psia it is necessary to re-optimize the pump again according to the condition of well

    This research aims to determine the relationship between smartphone addiction and employee work concentration. The research subjects were employees of the magazine publishing section at CV. Andi Offset Yogyakarta. The research method uses quantitative methods. The data collection method uses scales, namely the smartphone addiction scale and the work concentration scale. Data analysis method using product moment correlation analysis techniques. The research results show that the coefficient value is rxy= 0.097, the significance is 0.612 or above the significance of 0.05. This shows there is no corelation between smartphone addiction and work concentration. The influence of addiction to smartphones has an impact on work concentration of only 0.9% (r2 = 0.009). This value is very small, because almost 100% of work concentration disorders are influenced by other variables. The research results can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between smartphone addiction and employee work concentration

To reduce the burden of the Government against a coal-fired power supply as well as increase the independence of the energy sector for the industry, then the existence of this energy source can be utilized more broadly to support the activities of the industry, in particular the tourist industry that area around the slopes of Mount Ungaran. The results of the analysis showed that geothermal Gedongsongo worth in subtitution of  the Power of  Plant coal. Geothermal power plant scale pico (5kWe - 10 kWe) can be utilized in geothermal field Gedongsongo and can reach out to the surrounding area five object tourism slopes of Mount Ungaran

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the laws and regulations governing the legal position and role of justice collaborators, especially regarding the criteria for a person to be designated as a justice collaborator and what is the limit of legal reduction for a justice collaborator. This research is a normative juridical research that is descriptive and analytical, using a legislative approach related to the role and position of justice collaborators in corruption crimes. Data is obtained through document studies and analyzed using qualitative normative methods.Based on the results of the research, it is known that the determination of a person to be able to serve as a Justice Collaborator has not been expressly regulated in the Criminal Code or laws and regulations governing corruption crimes and there are no rules governing the amount of sentence reduction that can be received by a justice collaborator. The suggestion of this research is the need for a special regulation on justice collaborators which regulates the determination as a cooperating whistleblower (justice collaborator), especially about the definition of “Main Perpetrator” and the need for a clear determination of the amount of sentence reduction that can be given to a justice collaborator as a guideline for law enforcers in determining a person as a justice collaborator in a corruption case

    Teknologi pencetakan tiga dimensi (3D printing) berkembang pesat dalam berbagai industri, memungkinkan pembuatan objek presisi tinggi dalam waktu singkat. Namun, penggunaan teknologi ini juga menghasilkan limbah filament 3D yang tidak terurai alami, menyebabkan dampak lingkungan negatif. Solusinya adalah mendaur ulang limbah filament 3D menjadi bahan baku kembali dalam proses 3D printing. Masalah limbah plastik diperparah oleh pencetakan 3D yang populer, meningkatkan jumlah limbah plastik. Pencetakan 3D ekstrusi material, bagian dari manufaktur aditif (AM), digunakan secara luas. Salah satu jenis filament 3D umumnya Polylactic Acid (PLA/PLA+), yang ramah lingkungan karena dapat didaur ulang. Penelitian ini fokus pada dampak variasi suhu dalam proses daur ulang pada sifat fisik dan mekanik filament daur ulang PLA/PLA+. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan suhu 135℃-150℃ dengan pemanasan selama 30 menit dan putaran motor 75 rpm menghasilkan hasil terbaik

    ABSTRACT This study discussed the relationship between self-esteem and meaningfulness of life in elderly residents living in nursing home X in Sleman Yogyakarta. The number of residents of the nursing home is 113 elderly, of which 100 elderly are regular program participants and the remaining 13 are cross-subsidy program participants. The research sample was 50 elderly (25 women and 25 men), with characteristics of age 60-70 years, healthy physical condition, and able to communicate. The hypothesis of this study is proven, namely the higher the self-confidence of an elderly person, the higher the meaningfulness of his life with rxy = 0.434 with (p) = 0.002 (p <0.01).
