Dinamika Psikologis Penderita Diabetes: Studi Kasus Perempuan Dewasa Madya Penderita Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2
Get PDF Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a non-communicable chronic disease. DM disrupts the body\u27s metabolism which is characterized by chronic hyperglycemic conditions with disorders of fat, carbohydrate and protein metabolism. DM is classified into two, namely type 1 and type 2. Most DM sufferers are classified as type 2. Type 2 DM sufferers need to undergo routine medical treatment such as taking medication regularly. Type 2 DM sufferers also need to carry out a series of other health maintenance activities and manage stress more adaptively so as not to worsen their DM condition. So far, most treatments for type 2 DM still focus on medical treatment such as taking medication. In fact, type 2 DM can also be worsened by depressed/stressful psychological conditions. Some type 2 DM sufferers experience stress, especially sufferers who are female and in the middle adulthood age category. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting a case study on middle-aged women suffering from type 2 DM. The results of the research show that the psychological dynamics of DM sufferers can influence their disease. The dynamics of DM include views about the disease and its treatment, cognitive assessments and the emotions felt due to the disease suffered, as well as the pressure/stress felt.
Job Boredom, Work Overload, dan Cyberloafing: Uji Peran Mediasi Rumination dan Job Stress Pada Karyawan Generasi Milenial
Get PDFInternet usage at the workplace has the potential for misuse with employees engaging in cyberloafing activities. Therefore, this research was conducted to examine the relationship between job boredom and work overload on cyberloafing with the mediation of rumination and work stress. This research uses quantitative methods and respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique, namely workers belonging to the millennial generation and working using internet technology from various industrial sectors, totaling 311 respondents. The data testing technique used is SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. There are five hypotheses accepted out of eight hypotheses in total. Excessive workload has a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing. Work boredom has a positive and significant correlation with rumination. Meanwhile, workload has a negative and significant influence on work stress. Rumination has a positive but not significant relationship with cyberloafing. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing. Meanwhile, for the mediation results, it was found that work boredom had a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing if mediation was carried out with rumination. Excessive workload has a positive but not significant correlation with cyberloafing if mediated by work stress

The method used in this design is a mathematical calculation method with. This tunnel is designed to have dimensions of 8 meters long, 1.75 meters wide and 1.75 meters high. With a maximum planned wind speed of 30 m/s. The design results state that the head loss in the test section is 1.28 m, in the contraction chamber is 0.52 m and the head loss in the diffuser is 0.49 m so the total head is 2.29 m so a pump power of 11.94 hp is needed to be able to simulate a maximum wind flow of 30 m. /
Conversion of CO2 to Formic Acid Using a Solid-State Electrolyte Device at Different Voltages
Get PDFA potential environmentally beneficial method to reduce greenhouse gas emissions is the electrochemical conversion of CO2 to useful products like formic acid. However, a number of challenges must be addressed in order to synthesize formic acid at high concentrations. One of them is the generation of formate mixtures in conventional liquid reactors, which requires extensive purification processes to generate pure formic acid. A three-compartment reactor that introduces a solid-state electrolyte (SSE) between the anode and cathode has been developed to solve this issue. Numerous factors, such as the flow rates at which liquid and gas are utilized, have an impact on the reactor\u27s performance. In this investigation, pure CO2 gas was used with flow rates of 0.05 to 0.15 lpm entering the anode and 0.035–0.095 lpm of deionized water (DI) entering the cathode compartment at different voltages (2,98 V and 4,42 V). The results of this study demonstrate that a higher CO2 gas flow rate increased Faraday Efficiency (FE), as did the rise in DI flow rate. Furthermore, the inclination of HCOOH concentration was related to the increasing CO2 flowrate, but it declined along with the rise of DI flow rate. This trend was similar for the two voltages used in this experiment, but the reactor’s performance at 4,42 V was slightly better than its performance at 2,98 V. The highest formic acid concentration that could be produced in this experiment was 3.3% with a CO2 gas flow rate of 0.15 lpm and a DI water flow rate of 0.035 lpm

Hal tersebut mengakibatkan kekurangan sayuran di pasar. Teknologi smart greenhouse menjadi solusi alternatif dalam mengatasi kurangnya lahan pertanian diIndonesia. Adanya sistem monitoring berbasis Internet of Things dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, fleksibilitas, dan kualitas panen selada. Mikrokontroler yang digunakan sebagai otak utama sistem adalah ESP32 DevKitC V4, empat output pengendali yaitu kipas, lampu UV, pompa air, dan LCD sebagai penampil informasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, sistem berhasil berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan dan memenuhi tujuan dari pembangunan Sistem Monitoring Smart Greenhouse dengan menggunakan Android. Hasil pembacaan sensor dan actuator pada penelitian diuji agar dapat mengetahui kinerja dari sensor dan aktuator serta sistem monitoring. Berdasarkan Hasil pengujian kerja sensor dengan otomati sensor memiliki tingkat keberhasilan 100%, sedangkan pada sistem monitoring berbasis IoT sudah bekerja dengan baik dimana data yang ditampilkan sesuai dengan pembacaan sensor dan status aktuator. Pertumbuhan tanaman selada sendiri setelah dibandingkan memiliki perbedaan nilai keefektifan yaitu untuk didalam smart greenhouse sebesar 90% dan nilai keefektifan diluar smart greenhouse sebesar 4%

Nurses as human resources play an important role in providing health services in hospitals. Quality nursing services are realized through the provision of nursing care based on nurses\u27 caring behavior because it can influence client satisfaction and is an indicator of the quality of nursing services. This research has a goal to examine the effect of emotional intelligence training and motivation on caring behavior with soft skills as a mediation variable. This research was carried out at X hospital in City Salatiga. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The distribution of questionnaires is made by distributing questionnaires online to respondents. In this study, the population was medical nursing employees at X hospital in City Salatiga. The number of samples obtained was 113 respondents who met the research criteria. The research results showed that emotional intelligence training did not affect on soft skills and caring behavior. On the other hand, motivation influences nurses\u27 soft skills and caring behavior. Furthermore, soft skills do not mediate emotional intelligence training on caring behavior, but soft skills have a role in mediating motivation and caring behavior

Currently, the company only measures financial aspects and cannot describe the company\u27s overall performance. It was conducted to measure the company’s performance by identifying key metrics from three perspectives: financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth. Underpinned by the Analytical Hierarchy Process weighting system, the Objective Matrix, and the Traffic Light System rating system, the company\u27s performance achieved an overall index score of 9.15. Of a total of 30 KPIs, 10 are yellow KPIs, which means the company\u27s performance is in line with realistic goals, and the remaining 20 are green KPIs. It shows that the company\u27s overall performance is in line with company goals. The 30 KPIs consist of 4 KPIs for financial, 8 KPIs for customer, 12 KPIs for business internal process, and 6 KPIs for learning and growth
How to increase Repurchase Intention at the Indonesian Post Office
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the role of service quality, price, and security on customer satisfaction and their impact on repurchase intention at the Indonesian Post Office in Sidoarjo City. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research consists of customers of the Indonesian Post Office in Sidoarjo City. This research involved a sample of 100 customers of the Indonesian Post Office in Sidoarjo City who were selected using accidental sampling techniques. The primary data used in this research was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Quantitative data analysis techniques using statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The statistical method used is Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). Based on the research results, it was found that service quality, price, and safety influence customer satisfaction. Apart from that, it was found that service quality and price affected on repurchase intention, while security did not affect on repurchase intention. It was also found that customer satisfaction influences repurchase intention at the Indonesian Post Office in Sidoarjo City
