Efektivitas Penyelesaian Sengketa Perdata Melalui Mediasi Elektronik: Studi Kasus Implementasi di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan
of its implementation at the South Jakarta District Court. The digital transformation of the judicial system, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, has encouraged the adoption of electronic mediation as a technology-based alternative dispute resolution, which is regulated by PERMA Number 3 of 2022 and supported by the ITE Law as the legal basis for electronic transactions. This study uses an empirical juridical approach with qualitative methods to examine the procedures, mechanisms, and effectiveness of electronic mediation in practice. The findings show that electronic mediation at the South Jakarta District Court is effective in increasing time and cost efficiency, with an average settlement time of 18-22 days and cost savings of up to 40-60%. The success rate reached 62-65% with a compliance rate of 87-90% with the settlement agreement, indicating the quality of the agreement is comparable to conventional mediation. Access to justice has increased significantly due to the elimination of geographical barriers. However, implementation faces technical obstacles related to internet infrastructure and digital literacy, legal obstacles regarding the validity of electronic signatures and evidence, psychological obstacles in the form of limited non-verbal communication, and administrative obstacles in coordination and documentation. Factors supporting success include the commitment of judicial institutions, ongoing mediator training, technological infrastructure support, and adaptive regulations. The study recommends improving technical regulations, intensifying mediator training, expanding infrastructure investment, and conducting massive public awareness campaigns to optimize electronic mediation in the future.
Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas penyelesaian sengketa perdata melalui mediasi elektronik dengan mengambil studi kasus implementasi di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan. Transformasi digital sistem peradilan yang dipercepat oleh pandemi COVID-19 telah mendorong adopsi mediasi elektronik sebagai alternatif penyelesaian sengketa berbasis teknologi, yang diatur melalui PERMA Nomor 3 Tahun 2022 dan didukung oleh UU ITE sebagai landasan legalitas elektronik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris dengan metode kualitatif untuk mengkaji prosedur, mekanisme, dan efektivitas mediasi elektronik dalam praktik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mediasi elektronik di PN Jakarta Selatan efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan biaya, dengan rata-rata penyelesaian 18-22 hari dan penghematan biaya hingga 40-60%. Tingkat keberhasilan mencapai 62-65% dengan tingkat kepatuhan terhadap akta perdamaian 87-90%, menunjukkan kualitas kesepakatan yang sebanding dengan mediasi konvensional. Aksesibilitas keadilan meningkat signifikan karena eliminasi hambatan geografis. Namun, implementasi menghadapi kendala teknis terkait infrastruktur internet dan literasi digital, kendala yuridis mengenai keabsahan tanda tangan elektronik dan pembuktian, kendala psikologis berupa keterbatasan komunikasi non-verbal, serta kendala administratif dalam koordinasi dan dokumentasi. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan meliputi komitmen lembaga peradilan, pelatihan mediator berkelanjutan, dukungan infrastruktur teknologi, dan regulasi adaptif. Penelitian merekomendasikan penyempurnaan regulasi teknis, intensifikasi pelatihan mediator, perluasan investasi infrastruktur, dan sosialisasi masif kepada masyarakat untuk optimalisasi mediasi elektronik di masa mendatang
Product Innovation as the Foundation of Effective Marketing Strategy in the Creative Industry
This study is motivated by the increasing competition in the creative industry, which requires businesses to continuously innovate to maintain sustainability and strengthen competitiveness in the global market. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of product innovation as the foundation for developing effective marketing strategies in the creative industry within the digital era. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach through a library research method, drawing data from scientific journals, books, and academic publications accessed via Google Scholar from 2015 to 2025. The findings indicate that product innovation significantly contributes to marketing effectiveness through value creation, product differentiation, brand image strengthening, and customer loyalty improvement. Innovation also enables creative industry players to adapt to technological changes and dynamic market trends. The implications of this research highlight that marketing success is not solely determined by product quality but also by the ability to integrate continuous innovation throughout all business processes. Consistent and sustainable product innovation is identified as a key driver for the development of adaptive, competitive, and resilient creative industries in the digital age.
 
Analisis Hak Recall Partai Politik Terhadap Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat
The recall right of political parties against members of the House of Representatives (DPR) in Indonesia is regulated in Article 239 paragraph (2) of Law Number 17/2014. The recall mechanism allows for the removal of members of the House of Representatives who are not in line with party policy, even though these members were directly elected by the people. This can shift popular sovereignty as it does not provide space for constituents to be involved in the recall process and can reduce the accountability of DPR members to their voters. The research focuses on the mechanism of recall rights of political parties against members of the House of Representatives based on the People\u27s Sovereignty.
Through a normative inquiry, this research analyzes the provisions on the implementation of the recall right mechanism by political parties against members of the House of Representatives based on People\u27s Sovereignty. The author finds that members of the House of Representatives can be dismissed intermittently if they are absent for three months without information, violate the oath/pledge or code of ethics, are sentenced to a minimum of five years in prison, are proposed by the party, no longer meet the candidate requirements, violate the provisions, lose party membership, or ally with alternative political groups. The mechanism goes through the stages of submitting proposals to the DPR leadership, the president, and the KPU. This research hopes to contribute understanding of the debate on the mechanism of recall rights of political parties without excluding popular sovereignty
Analysis of the Influence of Brand Loyalty, Brand Association, Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, and Country Image on Purchase Intention at Uniqlo Brand in Batam City
The fashion industry, with various international brands, is established in Batam City. With so many international brands, there is very tight competition among these brands, so a right strategy is needed to deal with this competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand loyalty, brand association, brand awareness, quality perception, and country image on significant purchase intention. The object of this research is one of the international brands in Batam City, namely Uniqlo. Sampling in this study was conducted using the purposive sampling technique, and a total of 411 respondents were included in the analysis. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires using Google Forms, which were completed by respondents from Batam who had made purchases at Uniqlo. The data is processed through the SmartPLS 3.0 program using PLS. The study\u27s results indicated that brand loyalty, brand awareness, and perceived quality had a significant positive effect on purchase intention, whereas purchase intention was not influenced by brand association or country image
Implementasi Pengelolaan Sampah Ramah Lingkungan untuk Mewujudkan Kota Kupang yang Berkelanjutan Berdasarkan Perda Nomor 3 Tahun 2011
The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the implementation of an environmentally friendly waste management system in Kupang City based on Kupang City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2011 and to identify the obstacles faced in implementing the waste management system in Kupang City. Data collection techniques were carried out through document studies and in-depth interviews with related parties, especially the Kupang City Environment and Sanitation Service (DLHK).
The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the waste management system in Kupang City has not been running optimally due to various obstacles that can be grouped into three aspects, namely: (1) legal aspects, in the form of the absence of implementing regulations and weak law enforcement; (2) sociological aspects, in the form of low public awareness, participation, and compliance; and (3) institutional and governmental aspects, in the form of limited facilities and infrastructure, weak institutional roles, and minimal coordination between Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) and waste management partners. To overcome these obstacles, efforts are needed in the form of strengthening the legal aspects through the preparation of technical regulations, increasing public awareness through education and community involvement, and strengthening institutions and governance
Healing Environment sebagai Upaya Penyembuhan Psikologis melalui Desain Rumah Sakit
The design of hospitals plays a vital role in supporting patient recovery, both physically and psychologically. However, many hospitals in Indonesia, particularly in Gorontalo, have yet to apply design principles aligned with the Healing Environment concept. This study aims to analyze the design issues of hospitals in Gorontalo and provide recommendations based on environmental psychology theories. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative case study. The results show that poor lighting, inadequate ventilation, spatial configurations that hinder social interaction, and lack of green space are the main barriers to creating a healing environment. Recommendations include the addition of natural elements, calming color schemes, and space designs that encourage social interaction. The Healing Environment concept has proven to be relevant in enhancing comfort, reducing stress, and accelerating patient recovery.
Strategi Self-Regulation Berbasis Cognitive Behavioral Therapy dalam Mengurangi Prokrastinasi pada Mahasiswa: Tinjauan Literatur
Perkembangan teknologi digital telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap perilaku akademik mahasiswa, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kecenderungan prokrastinasi. Prokrastinasi bukan hanya kebiasaan buruk, melainkan masalah psikologis yang berkaitan dengan distorsi kognitif, manajemen waktu yang buruk, dan gangguan emosional. Artikel ini mengkaji pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) sebagai strategi intervensi untuk mengatasi prokrastinasi akademik. CBT bekerja melalui restrukturisasi kognitif, teknik manajemen perilaku, dan self-monitoring guna mengubah pola pikir negatif menjadi pola pikir rasional dan membentuk kebiasaan produktif. Hasil tinjauan literatur menunjukkan bahwa CBT efektif dalam meningkatkan regulasi diri, mengurangi kecemasan akademik, dan mendorong keberhasilan studi mahasiswa. CBT direkomendasikan sebagai pendekatan konseling strategis yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi
Analysis of the Use of English in the Promotion of Environmentally Friendly Products: Green Marketing Practices and Consumer Perceptions in Semarang
This investigation examines consumer perceptions and green marketing practices in Semarang, with a particular emphasis on the use of English in promoting environmentally responsible products. Interviews with company representatives and focus group discussions with consumers are employed as qualitative research methods. The research indicates that companies have implemented a diverse array of green marketing practices; however, there are still deficiencies in their consistent and effective implementation. Green marketing practices are generally well-received by consumers, who are influenced by factors such as environmental awareness, prices, product quality, and confidence in companies\u27 environmentally friendly claims. Diverse perceptions are generated by the utilization of English in promotional materials, with some individuals expressing apprehensions regarding potential confusion, while others find it effective in improving the product\u27s image. The study enhances comprehension of ecological marketing strategies, and the necessity of more balanced approaches and integrated strategies in marketing communication is underscored, as well as consumer perceptions in Indonesia. Theoretical implications encompass the necessity of incorporating contextual factors into global marketing theory and the endorsement of the theory of planned behavior. The research\u27s limitations include the necessity for further exploration and the limited generalization, as well as recommendations for future research
CHARACTERIZATION OF TEMPERATURE AND ELECTRICAL POWER GENERATION IN A GASIFICATION SYSTEM USING CHARCOAL FROM TRADITIONAL MARKET WASTE
The Giwangan traditional market in Yogyakarta City, Indonesia, produces over 4,387.95 kg of waste daily, of which 2.89% consists of wood and twig by-products. However, these wastes are not being effectively used to generate energy and are instead sent directly to the landfill. This study aims to convert waste into energy using a gasification system, focusing on data related to temperature and power generated from 3 kg of charcoal made from wood and twigs. The gasification system includes the following components: (1) a 22.5-litre gasifier reactor, (2) a water cooler, (3) gas filters, (4) a modified generator set with a 2200-watt power capacity, and (5) 100-watt light bulbs. Measurement instruments, including (1) a K-type thermocouple, (2) a voltmeter within a voltage stabilizer, and (3) a clamp meter for AC, were used to track the temperature and power generated by the system. Results indicated that the average reactor temperature during the pre-heating phase before the syngas entered the internal combustion chamber, was 1041°C over a period of 14 minutes. During the syngas operational phase, the maximum, minimum, and average reactor temperatures as a fuel generator were 1035°C, 924°C, and 951°C, respectively. The generator produced an average power of 723.2 watts over 50 minutes, with a maximum output of 1043.6 watts
Pengaruh Citra Merek, Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Layanan dan Persepsi Kualitas terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen iPhone di Semarang
This study aims to investigate the influence of brand image, price perception, service quality, and perceived quality on consumer iPhone purchasing decisions in Semarang. The study population consists of iPhone users in the city. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, which resulted in 105 respondents as the research sample. Data were collected through online questionnaire distribution. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression analysis method to test the relationship between independent variables (brand image, price perception, service quality, and perceived quality) and the dependent variable (purchase decision). The results showed that brand image, price perception, service quality, and perceived quality have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. These findings provide strong empirical evidence of the important role of brand image, price perception, service quality, and perceived quality in shaping consumer iPhone purchasing decisions in Semarang. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance for companies to pay attention to and improve these aspects in their marketing strategies to attract and retain consumers.
