    Program Studi Kedokteran, Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu Kesehatan, Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya (FKIK UAJ) menyelenggarakan kegiatan edukasi berupa workshop pembuatan apusan tinja dengan pewarnaan lugol dan demo preparat parasitologi. Kegiatan dirancang untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai pembelajaran dalam program studi kedokteran terutama saat berada di tahap preklinik. Ilmu parasitologi merupakan salah satu ilmu yang wajib dikuasai oleh lulusan kedokteran. Hal tersebut relevan karena sebagai salah satu negara beriklim tropis, penyebaran penyakit infeksi akibat parasit masih banyak ditemukan di Indonesia. Kegiatan edukasi dilakukan di laboratorium FKIK UAJ diikuti oleh siswa/i SMA Pahoa Gading Serpong. Evaluasi keberhasilan kegiatan dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai pre-test dan post-test menggunakan aplikasi Quizizz. Hasil perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test terdapat kenaikan sebesar 27,7%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan umum siswa/i di bidang parasitologi. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap program pengenalan kampus FKIK UAJ dan meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa/i terhadap bidang ilmu kedokteran khususnya parasitologi. Sehingga kegiatan serupa dapat dilakukan secara berkesinambungan

    Analisis Korelasi Aspek Teknik dalam Kegiatan STEAM Fair pada Minat Belajar Matematika Peserta Didik

    The rapid advancement of technology requires education to prepare students not only as users but also as innovators. Mathematics, as a key discipline, is often avoided by students, making STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) an alternative approach by linking concepts to engineering applications. This study analyzed the correlation between engineering aspects in a STEAM Fair and students’ interest in mathematics at Mutiara Harapan Islamic School. Results show that 72% of students agreed with the use of engineering aspects (average score 15.7/20), and 64% reported increased interest in mathematics (average score 29.3/44). Correlation tests (Kendall’s Tau-b and Spearman’s Rho) revealed a significant but low correlation. Regression analysis indicated the SEE value was smaller than the standard deviation, confirming that engineering aspects can reliably predict students’ interest in learning mathematics

    Analisis Batuan Andesit Sebagai Bahan Konstruksi Jalan Di Daerah Pringgabaya Lombok Timur Nusa Tenggara Barat

    Andesite is an intermediate volcanic igneous rock commonly used in construction for its mechanical strength. This study evaluates the suitability of local andesite as a road construction material through laboratory-based engineering tests. Physical characterization showed moderate porosity (18.29%) with corresponding compressive strength of 360.6 kg/cm², meeting the requirements of the Indonesian National Standard for natural building stone (SNI 03-0394-1989). Uniaxial compressive strength testing yielded 8.5 MPa, further confirming its adequacy for use in bollards and roadside stone. These results demonstrate that the studied andesite has sufficient strength and durability for road construction, highlighting its potential to support infrastructure development using locally available resources

     One of the media can be used to improve customer’s brand recognition issouvenirs which depict the company's identity. Unique and interesting souvenirswill make a special impression on consumers. PT Panasonic Gobel Indonesia(PGI) is currently planning to create unique souvenirs for both company guestsand employees. This souvenir is planned to be made of chocolate using thecompany logo. The problem in the plan to make this souvenir is the need forseveral alternative souvenirs in 3D or 2.5D form, using company logos that havenever been translated into 3D or 2.5D in detail. This research will focus onefforts to build a design and prototype for chocolate souvenirs to meet the needsof PT Panasonic Gobel Indonesia and is planned in 3D or 2.5D form. Productdesign is carried out using ArtCAM Pro software to obtain detailed textures andreliefs of chocolate, while the prototyping process will be carried out using theSubtractive Rapid Prototyping (SRP) method using a Computer NumericalControl (CNC) machine to obtain precise results according to the design. Thefinal results of the research are a 2.5D PT PGI souvenir chocolate design, aprototype chocolate mold pattern made from pine wood with dimensions of 260x 200 x 25 mm, a chocolate mold prototype made from rigid polyvinyl chloride(PVC) sheet plastic with a thickness of 0.5 mm, and a 2.5D chocolate prototypewith dimensions 216 x 136 x 20.5 mm.

    PENGARUH TRANSAKSI PIHAK BERELASI, LEVERAGE, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP PENGHINDARAN PAJAK DENGAN MANAJEMEN LABA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

    This study purposes to examine related party transactions, leverage, firm size, as well as profitability on tax avoidance effect, with earnings management as a moderating variable. Sample of this study comprises 30 industries in the non-cyclical consumer sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2023, selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 120 observations. Secondary data were gained from financial statements and annual reports. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression via the EViews 9 application. The results indicate that leverage has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance, while related party transactions, firm size, as well as profitability show no significant influence. Additionally, earnings management moderates the relationship between firm size as well as tax avoidance but does not moderate the relationships among the other independent variables and tax avoidance. These findings suggest that earnings management is not actively used as a tool for tax avoidance strategies in this sector.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh transaksi pihak berelasi, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap penghindaran pajak, dengan manajemen laba sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 perusahaan sektor consumer non-cyclical yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020–2023, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, sehingga menghasilkan 120 observasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda dan uji Sobel menggunakan aplikasi EViews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak, sedangkan transaksi pihak berelasi, ukuran perusahaan, dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, earnings management tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel independen dengan penghindaran pajak. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengelolaan laba tidak digunakan secara aktif sebagai alat dalam strategi penghindaran pajak pada perusahaan-perusahaan sektor ini

    Komunitas Parengu Wunga (KO MANUNGGA) merupakan kelompok masyarakat pemuda yang mempunyai salah satu aktivitas yakni beternak kuda Sandalwood di pedesaan. Komunitas peternak yang tergabung dalam komunitas ini berlokasi di Desa Wunga, Kecamatan Haharu yang terletak di Pulau Sumba bagian Utara, Kabupaten Sumba Timur, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. KO MANUNGGA sudah memiliki badan hukum dengan akta notaris pendirian nomor: 05 Tanggal 02-12-2022 akta notaris Pau Djara   Liwe, SH dan saat ini memiliki 50 orang anggota aktif dan 20 orang anggota yang sedang melakukan beternak kuda sandalwood. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan adalah edukasi dan penyuluhan malnutrisi ternak kuda Sandalwood, pelatihan pakan MINEBUS, sosialisasi manajemen pemeliharaan ternak kuda, sosialisasi desain logo kemasan produk, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yakni sosialisasi dan edukasi malnutrisi ternak kuda sandalwood, edukasi dan penyuluhan teknologi Pakan MINEBUS, identifikasi peternak yang memiliki ternak kuda malnutrisi, pelatihan teknologi pakan MINEBUS, sosialisasi pemeliharaan ternak kuda Sandalwood, dan sosialisasi cara pembuatan logo dan desain kemasan, aplikasi teknologi pakan MINEBUS, monitoring dan evaluasi hasil produk MINEBUS. Kegiatan pengabdian ini didukung dengan keterlibatan mahasiswa MB-KM, dengan target capaian indikator kinerja utama (IKU) yakni produksi produk pakan MINEBUS, publikasi di jurnal pengabdian, publikasi di media massa, publikasi kegiatan di YouTube Program Studi Peternakan Unkriswina Sumba.     ANALYSIS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP ON JOB SATISFACTION MEDIATED BY SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FOR MILLENNIAL EMPLOYEES AT THE AGD GOVERNMENT INSTITUTION

    The study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership mediated by soft development skills on millennial employee job satisfaction at the AGD Government Institution. The research method used was quantitative with survey techniques. Data collected from 100 millennial employees at the AGD Government Institution through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Process Macro SPSS which was developed by Andrew Hayes to test the transformational leadership influence, the soft development skills on millennial employee job satisfaction. Research suggests that transformational leadership and soft development skills have a significant and significant impact on the job satisfaction of millennial employees. The findings suggest that transformational leadership and the development of soft skills are key factors in promoting millennial employee job satisfaction. The implications of this study are the importance of institutions implementing leadership transformation and developing millennial worker soft skills to increase their job satisfaction.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership dengan mediasi pengembangan soft skill terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan milenial di Institusi Pemerintah AGD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Data dikumpulkan dari 100 karyawan milenial di Institusi Pemerintah AGD melalui kuisioner. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Process Macro SPSS yang dikembangkan oleh Andrew Hayes untuk menguji pengaruh transformational leadership, pengembangan soft skill terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan milenial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership dan pengembangan soft skill memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan milenial. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership dan pengembangan soft skill merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan milenial. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya institusi untuk menerapkan transformational leadership dan mengembangkan soft skill  karyawan milenial untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja mereka.     EU DEFORESTATION REGULATION AND PALM OIL:  ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OR NON-TARIFF BARRIER?

    The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) requires all European Union–based companies to ensure that their imports and exports are free from deforestation and that human rights are upheld throughout their international supply chains, including with respect to palm oil commodities. The palm oil industry, which is closely associated with deforestation issues, is the most affected by the enactment of the EUDR. The issuance of the EUDR is therefore regarded as a form of non-tariff barrier imposed by the European Parliament to protect domestic products from competition with palm oil commodities. The EUDR may be considered as a form of green protectionism or a green barrier applied by the European Union under the pretext of environmental protection, specifically deforestation arising from oil palm plantation expansion in forest areas. Indonesia, as the world’s largest producer of palm oil, has undertaken various measures to address deforestation, including through regulatory frameworks such as the Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) certification, the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), and other national regulations. Numerous efforts have been advanced in response to the issuance of the EUDR, which is discriminatory in imposing unfair rules or requirements on products from certain countries.     Continuous Method: A Flexible Solution for Metal Length Expansion Measurement in the Modern Manufacturing Industry

    Measurement of metal length expansion is crucial in the modern manufacturing industry as it impacts product design, production, and performance. Current conventional method (Discrete Methods/DM) relies on an initial reference length (L0), which limits the flexibility of in-situ and continuous measurements. This study compares the accuracy and flexibility of DM with the Continuous Method (CM), an approach that potentially eliminates the need for L0 after the initial measurement. Using numerical simulations on five metals, this study analyzes calculations for estimating metal length expansion under various heating scenarios. The results show that both methods provide similar differences in metal length thermal expansion values (difference <0.0001 m), confirming their comparative accuracy. However, CM proves significantly more flexible as it allows the calculation of metal length thermal expansion estimates at arbitrary temperatures without the need to refer to L0, unlike DM, which requires L0 for consistency. This flexibility makes CM more practical for both incremental and real-time measurements, supporting the integration of automation into precision manufacturing processes. Implications for the manufacturing industry include increased efficiency of in-situ measurements, reduced reliance on initial data, and the potential for better integration with continuous quality control systems and Digital Twins
