ENGLISH LITERATURE STUDY PROGRAM STUDENTS MINDSET OF GRAMMAR FOR SPEAKING PRACTICE
No full textSpeaking in English language learning has significant benefit for communication in this era. Moreover, this is a requirement for English Study Program students since they get Speaking courses for several times in the university academic year. They also need this skill to support their professionalism in future career. However, in the real practice, the students seem to face obstacles to reach this objective. Accordingly, this study describes the student's problems in Speaking English in depth understanding. The data are taken from interview with 5 students of the second semester in English literature Study Program of Dehasen University. The results show that the students have problems in conducting English communication, namely low Grammar mastery, and nervousness. From this finding, it is expected that the students do some efforts to overcome their problems

No full textTokoh perempuan seringkali digambarkan sebagai sosok yang pasif dan tidak berpengaruh di dalam cerita, terutama dongeng. Melalui penelitian ini, akan ditunjukkan adanya peran penting dalam diri tokoh perempuan meskipun tidak dijadikan sebagai tokoh utama di dalam alur cerita. Sekecil apapun keberadaannya, tindakan yang dilakukan oleh tokoh perempuan akan berdampak besar terhadap alur cerita dan tokoh-tokoh lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori strukturalisme Levi-Strauss untuk dapat menunjukkan adanya peranan penting dalam karakter tokoh perempuan dari enam cerita yang sudah terpilih. Keenam cerita tersebut adalah: (1) Dewi Duri; (2) Perihal Tiga Butir Telur Dewa Antaboga dalam Hikayat Ular dan Katak; (3) Dewi Pohung; (4) Perempuan Berambut Akar; (5) Dongeng Perlawanan di Sepanjang Tepi Sungai Ini Bernama: Antu Banyu; dan (6) Hikayat Bumi Pertiwi. Dengan menguraikan miteme dari setiap episode dalam cerpen tersebut, akan ditemukan relasi dan transformasi tindakan setiap tokoh perempuan yang ada di dalamnya. Relasi tersebut akan menunjukkan adanya sikap tertentu yang selalu dilakukan, yaitu pengorbanan diri dan pemberi peringatan. Penelitian ini berfokus menganalisis penggambaran perempuan dari struktur dan miteme yang ada didalam cerpennya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan menggabungkan jenis analisis dan deskriptif, meliputi pendeskripsian data dengan memaparkan sinopsis dari masing-masing cerpen yang telah dipilih
Analisis Semiotika Subordinasi Perempuan Dalam Web Series “TILIK THE SERIES”
No full textSubordinasi gender adalah suatu anggapan atau pemikiran bahwa suatu peran yang dilakukan oleh satu jenis kelamin dianggap lebih rendah dari yang lain. Perempuan seringkali dipandang sebagai manusia nomor dua dibanding laki laki di banyak kebudayaan maupun di lingkungan sosial. Hingga saat ini masih banyak yang beranggapan bahwa perempuan adalah manusia yang hanya berkutat di dapur, sumur, dan kasur serta anggapan bahwa perempuan kurang pantas untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin. “Tilik the Series” adalah salah satu web series yang didalamnya terdapat isu ketidaksetaraan gender yaitu subordinasi pada perempuan, tokoh utama dalam series tersebut sering direndahkan dan dianggap tidak mampu oleh lawannya saat kampanye pemilihan kepala desa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya subordinasi pada perempuan dalam Tilik the Series melalui analisis semiotika Ferdinand De Saussure. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif karena hasil penelitian ini berupa penjabaran makna dari adegan dan dialog beberapa scene yang memuat isu subordinasi pada perempuan dalam Tilik the Series. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendapatkan adanya empat bentuk subordinasi perempuan yang ada dalam delapan scene pada Tilik the Series sebagai berikut: 1) Perempuan Harus Tunduk Kepada Laki-Laki, 2) Identitas Laki-Laki Melekat Pada Perempuan, 3) Perempuan Dianggap Lemah, 4) Janda Menjadi Aib
The Function Of State Duty In Providing Legal Assurance On Online Buying Selling Agreements
No full textstudy aims to examine the function of the stamp duty in the online sale and purchase agreement and the legal certainty given by the stamp duty to the online sale and purchase agreement. The research method used in this study is a normative approach. The results of the research obtained are the function of the stamp duty in the online sale and purchase agreement as stated in the latest Stamp Duty Law, namely Law Number 10 of 2020 concerning Stamp Duty. The conclusion obtained is that the function of the stamp duty in the online sale and purchase agreement has a function as the basis for providing tax on documents and legal certainty on the online sale and purchase agreement is a form of the contents of the agreement letter
Legal Effects Of Fiduciary Guarantee Registration In Online Systems
No full textFiduciary security institutions are regulated through legislation, Act No. 42 of 1999. This law governs the obligation of the registration of fiduciary security in order to provide legal certainty to the interested parties and this fiduciary security registration gives the rights of preference to the fiduciary recipient of other creditors. In 2013, the Government issued a regulation to Administration System of Fiduciary Security Registration electronically in order to improve services to people who need legal services in the field of fiduciary security. Laws of Fiduciary Security are positive law applicable to the fiduciary security, but there are some things that are not regulated in the law, that is, the registration done with the online system and the legal consequences that are not registered. This study used normative legal research, which explains the existence of the absence of norms in the Law of Fiduciary Security, i.e. the registration done with the online system and the legal consequences of fiduciary security which are not registered. This study used a source of legal materials consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results showed that registration of fiduciary security with the online system is regulated through the Regulation of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 9 of 2013 concerning the electronic imposition of Fiduciary Security and Regulation of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2013 concerning the System for Registration of Fiduciary Security done Electronically. The legal consequence of the Agreement of Fiduciary Security which is not registered with the online system is that it does not produce the collateral agreement of the fiduciary security so that the collateral character such as droit de suite and the rights of preference is not inherent in the creditor of the grantor of the fiduciary security and it does not have the executorial power
Human Smuggling In Immigration Perspective Associated With The Theory Of State Sovereignty
No full textHuman smuggling is one of the transnational crimes that threatens all countries in the world. Indonesia as a maritime country is often used to smuggle people because of its geographical location and the character of its people. This study discusses in detail the people smuggling that occurs in Indonesia which is then analyzed from an immigration perspective and is linked to the theory of state sovereignty. The type of research used is a qualitative normative legal research. The results showed that people smuggling that occurred in Indonesia began with the emergence of the Kunjuangan Visa Free Policy and changes in the requirements of foreign workers. Illegal immigrants in Indonesia are dominated by Chinese citizens. The handling carried out by the Indonesian government is through the judicial process and immigration actions. In the theory of state sovereignty, people smuggling is regulated in Law No. 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration. The embodiment of state sovereignty can also be explained through the theory of selective immigration policy, namely as a fundamental principle that is widely applied to all countries in the world. The problem of state sovereignty as well as the existence of asylum seekers and refugees in Indonesia cannot be separated from the intervention of international institutions that use human rights as a justification
TATA CARA PENGINPUTAN DAN PELAPORAN PAJAK STATISTIK KOTA BOGOR FOR INPUTTING AND REPORTING TAX STATISTICS OF THE CITY OF BOGOR
No full textABSTRAK Dalam instansi pemerintah contohnya Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Bogor, profesi perpajakan ditugaskan kepada Bendahara Pemerintah yang berkewajiban untuk memotong / memungut pajak, menyetorkan, dan melaporkan pajak terutang. DJP memiliki laman khusus untuk instansi pemerintah, sehingga penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui cara penginputan dan pelaporan PPh 21 pada instansi pemerintah, yaitu Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Bogor. Penginputan dan pelaporan PPh 21 menunjukkan bahwa penginputan data perpajakan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan 2 metode, yaitu penginputan langsung dan tidak langsung. Metode penginputan langsung dilakukan pada situs resmi DJP pada menu SPT 21 Instansi Pemerintah dengan mengisi format perekaman tersebut. Sedangkan metode penginputan tidak langsung dilakukan dengan menggunakan formulir bukti potong yang terdiri dari 4 lembar kerja dan hanya 3 lembar kerja saja yang perlu diisi, yaitu lembar kerja rekap, 21, dan dasar pemotongan. Kata kunci : PPh 21, Tarif Pajak, e-SPT ABSTRACTIn government agencies, for example the Bogor City Central Statistics Agency, the tax profession is assigned to the Government Treasurer who is obliged to withhold/collect taxes, deposit and report taxes owed. DJP has a special page for government agencies, so the author is interested in knowing how to input and report PPh 21 to government agencies, namely the Bogor City Central Statistics Agency. Inputting and reporting PPh 21 shows that tax data input can be done using 2 methods, namely direct and indirect input. The direct input method is carried out on the official DJP website in the SPT 21 Government Agency menu by filling in the recording format. Meanwhile, the indirect input method is carried out using a proof of deduction form which consists of 4 worksheets and only 3 worksheets need to be filled in, namely recap worksheet, 21, and basic deductions.Keywords: PPh 21, Tax Rates, e-SP

No full textThe Soekarno Hatta - Ibrahim Adjie Intersection is an intersection that has a red light duration that is quite long, reaching 5 minutes. Setting the duration of traffic lights that are not adjusted to the density of vehicles against the capacity of the road can cause congestion which affects traffic violations by drivers such as running red lights which can cause accidents. Therefore, this study aims to optimize traffic management using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. The data on the number of vehicles, road capacity, and traffic light duration are data taken from direct observation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Soekarno Hatta - Ibrahim Adjie intersection required a shorter total traffic phase duration to reduce vehicle waiting time thereby reducing congestion
Validity of Teaching Animal Media Booklet (Gastropods)
No full textEducation is an important element for developing knowledge and forming a person's character. The use of varied learning media has been proven to be able to increase student activity in class. Media in the form of booklets is suitable for Gastropod material which tends to require students to memorize. In Gastropod material, there is a lot of material whose application is difficult to find in life and has very broad learning objects. The aim of this research is to test the validity of the Gastropod booklet as an interesting learning resource that suits students' needs. This research uses the Research Development method with the ADDIE development model, but is only carried out to the Develop stage, namely to the validity stage. The results of this research show that the Gastropod booklet learning media is included in the very valid category. It can be concluded that the booklet teaching media is very valid to use for learning science, animalia material, Gastropod sub-material
Development Handout about Bambusa vulgaris Population Structure in the Lake Sari Embun Region, Kalimantan Selatan as Supporting the Plant Ecology Course Material
No full textLearning activities can not be separated from the involvement of teaching materials, the use of teaching materials is one effort to create meaningful and quality learning. The students' environment and the surrounding area are rich in local potential, especially the diversity of animal and plant species. This potential can be used as an alternative to support the learning process. Plant population structure is the composition of plant populations that exist in a place. The Yellow Bamboo Plant has the potential to be a source of learning, so the results of the population structure study were made in the form of a locally based handout. The aim of this research is to determine the population structure of Yellow Bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris) in the Danau Sari Embun area, Tanah Laut Regency and to determine the suitability of Bambusa vulgaris population structure handout in the Danau Sari Embun area, Tanah Laut Regency as supporting material for Plant Ecology courses . The method used is the research and development method of the 5 phase Plomp model. The research results show that the population structure of Bambusa vulgaris in the Danau Sari Embun area shows that the Bambusa vulgaris population is in critical condition. The handout regarding the population structure of Bambusa vulgaris was declared very valid, while the readability test by students obtained very good criteria. It can be concluded that the Handout regarding the population structure of Bambusa vulgaris is worthy of being used as teaching material
