Get PDFA公立大学看護学部の学生FDメンバー11名に「学生に求められるFD活動」をテーマにラベルの自主提出を求めた。そのラベルを基に「学生とともに進めるFD活動とは」をテーマに類似性に従って分類・命名し、図解した。
提出されたラベルは57枚で、21のカテゴリに整理できた。カテゴリおよびカテゴリの関連性から導きだされた図解のイメージは波紋で、「楽しく活動することで、大学を好きになり、学びやすく・働きやすい環境を創ること！」が導き出された。また、カテゴリは内容・方法や意図が交錯し、密接に関わり合っていた。今後は、明らかとなったFD活動を教職員が学生とともに取り組み続けることが重要である。departmental bulletin pape
The change in trainees' images of peer supporters for cancer before and after peer supporter training
Get PDFがんピアサポーター養成研修前後の受講生が描くピアサポーター像を明らかにし、研修の成果と課題を検討することを目的に質的に分析した。研修前後とも【コミュニケーション技術】【ピアサポーターとしての心構え】【ピアサポーターとしての存在意義】【期待される社会的役割】の4カテゴリーに分類された。研修後はがんピアサポーターに関する内容の多様化、および表現の具現化が見られた。がんピアサポーターに求められる知識や技術、対等な立場で共に考える姿勢、ピアサポーターの自覚と責務が醸成され、研修成果を得たと考えられる。今後は最新のがん知識を取り入れたカリキュラムの更新、受講生への心理的支援の必要性が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
