Get PDF本研究の目的は、臨地実習で看護学生（学生）が関係した倫理的問題の事象を、看護教員がどのように捉え、判断し、応答したのかについて事例検討を行い、どのような気づきを得たのかを明らかにした。事例検討会は、臨地実習が終わってもなお気がかりとなっていた5つの事例を持ち寄り実施した。臨地実習で学生が関係した倫理的問題に対する看護教員の気づきには３のカテゴリー【学生に対する未熟な対応】【関係性を重視した守りの姿勢】【振り返り語ることでの充足感】と９のサブカテゴリーが抽出された。事例検討会は、看護教員としての倫理的感受性を高めるに留まらず、看護基礎教育における看護倫理教育力の向上につながることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF豪雨災害を経験した市町村の職員を対象に質問紙調査を実施し、災害への備えにおける保健師と職員との協働について検討した。豪雨災害時、職員は保健師とともに住民の健康や生活と身近に接する支援等に従事していた。災害支援経験をもとに、今後の自然災害への備えにおける職員と保健師との連携として【災害時要援助者支援のための情報活用】【避難生活のニーズに配慮した環境整備】【災害支援体制の相互理解】【住民のニーズに対応した防災教育】【災害支援能力の向上】が必要とされていた。両者の協働について、相互理解を基盤に互いの自主・自律的な活動と連携した取組が災害への備えを発展させていく可能性が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
