Get PDF乳児とその親との関わりの有無に着目し、出産前教室が初産婦の夫の対児感情や育児動機に及ぼす影響を明らかにするため、出産前教室に夫婦で参加した初産婦の夫57名に対し、教室前後でアンケート調査を行った。結果、出産前教室受講前に比べ後は、接近得点と育児動機得点が上昇し、拮抗指数が低下した。また出産前教室における乳児参加教室と乳児不参加教室で比較したところ、乳児不参加教室よりも乳児参加教室の回避感情と拮抗指数が低下していた。これらのことから、出産前教室の受講は初産婦の夫が親となる心の準備を整えるために効果的であり、さらに乳児とその親と関わることは乳児への否定的感情を低下させることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
