Study pertaining to the preparation status of disaster-emergency / stocked food and factors associated with prevention awareness
Get PDF本研究ではA大学看護学部の1、2 年生137 名を対象とし学生の災害への備えの「非常食」現状、および防災意識の関連を明らかにして平常時の非常食備蓄に対する影響要因を検討した。
この結果、非常食の備蓄に対する影響要因として「他者( 専門職・大学)から受ける支援」、「非常用のリュックや袋の準備」、「食器や棚が倒れてこないように工夫している」の3 要因が示された。また、学生は非常食の準備の必要性を感じていたことから、他者からの支援に関する情報提供や具体的な防災手段の紹介は、「防災意識」と「防災行動」を高め、非常食の準備を促す動機づけになることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

The Influence of Social Capital and Lifestyle Habits on Cognitive Functions Among People Living in Rural Area : Cross-sectional Study
Get PDF中山間地域在住者における認知機能と生活習慣，ソーシャル・キャピタル（SC）の関係を明らかにすることを目的に， Shimane CoHRE Study のデータを用いた横断研究を行った。2011 年に島根県の中山間地域在住者で健康診査を受診した491 名を対象者とし，生活習慣，SC に関するデータを収集した。認知機能はCognitive Assessment for Dementia, iPad version（CADi）にて評価した。2 群化したCADi 得点を従属変数とし, 生活習慣等に関する5 項目を独立変数とする多変量ロジスティック回帰分析を行った。
その結果，CADi 得点に対して，統計的に有意な正の関連が認められたのは食塩摂取量，教育年数，構造的SC，負の関連が認められたのは年齢，収縮期血圧であった。departmental bulletin pape

洋文献はCINAHL を使用し「family evaluation」「measurement tool or assessment tool」を検索語として1985年～ 2016年に公表された学術論文31編を検索し、活用頻度の高い家族評価尺度３種類を選出した。和文献は医学中央雑誌Web版で「家族機能」、「尺度」を検索語とし、1974年～ 2017年に公表された原著論文36編を検索し５種類の尺度を選出した。FADとFACESが和・洋文献共通で使用頻度が高かった。研究としては、家族の発達段階や成員の疾患や障がい別の家族特性を明らかにした研究が多かった。departmental bulletin pape
The Program Evaluation of Original Exercise for Worker of Clerical Staff in VDT Work
Get PDFVDT作業労働者にオリジナル健康体操の実施を働きかけた。本研究の目的は介入プログラムの効果の検証である。対象者に１か月間，就業前後の体操実施を促した。実施回数をカードに記録するよう依頼し，調査の終了時に回収した。さらに，介入前後に自記式質問紙調査を行った。評価の主要アウトカムは体操実施状況とした。分析対象者は14名で実施平均は30.73 ± 10.24回であった。職場での健康体操は身体活動として習慣化しやすいことが示唆された。また，副次的アウトカムとした肩こり・腰痛のVAS に有意差はなかったが健康QOL は介入前後で社会生活機能・心の健康が有意に改善し，本プログラムの精神的健康への寄与が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
Removing the puzzles about the relations history of China, Japan and the Soviet Union behind Chen Lifu's visit to the Soviet Union : why was the secret divulged and why did Japan adopt a flexible response?
Get PDF特集There were two puzzles in the relations history of three countries, China, Japan, and the Soviet Union in the 1930s. First, why was the secret about Chen Lifu's visit to the Soviet Union for joint anti-Japanese in late 1935 revealed? Second, why didn't Japan, which has been informed of the secret, take a tough policy that would worry the National Government of China?
This paper gives answers to the two questions above with the historical materials of China, Japan, and the Soviet Union for reference. First, the reason for revealing Chen's visit was not the Japanese spies’ activities, but the whistleblowing of He Jian, Chairman of the Hunan Provincial Government, i.e., "internal whistleblowing". Second, there were three reasons causing Japan not to take a tough policy: 1. The names of Chen Lifu and Chen Guofu confused He Jian; 2. The Sino-Soviet relations cooled around the issues such as the Communist Party of China in the middle of March 1936 when He Jian snitched; 3. Since late March 1936, the Sino-Soviet relations were further aggravated by the impact of the Mutual Assistance Protocol between the Soviet Union and Mongolia, and at the same time, the National Government was planning to get close to Japan. The three reasons above jointly made Japan think that it was unnecessary to take a hard line on China.
At last, the reveal of the secret was nothing but an important reason for the termination of Chen Lifu's plan to visit the Soviet Union, and the deterioration of the Sino-Soviet relations and Chiang Kai-Shek's misjudgment on the relations between Japan and the Soviet Union after the February 26 Incident was also an important background. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the complicacy and versatility of the relations among China, Japan and the Soviet Union when this internal whistleblowing and Japan's responses were observed and discussed.departmental bulletin pape
