The Effects of Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions (Case Study: Kaliombo Coffee Shop)
No full textCoffee is Indonesia's mainstay agricultural commodity and an export earner in addition to palm oil. National coffee production in aggregate increased from 2017-2022 by 5.31%. This is in line with the increase in coffee consumption in Indonesia which grew by around 8.22% per year from 2017-2022.The location of the research was conducted at Kaliombo Coffee Shop, City District, Kediri City. Respondents Kaliombo Coffee Shop at least have made purchases 2 times. Data collection methods with 2 types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained with questionnaire tools distributed to research respondents at Kaliombo Coffee Shop and using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the output above, R Square is 0.611, this means that the variables X1 (product quality) and X2 (brand image) simultaneously affect variable Y (purchase decision) by 61.1% and the remaining 29.9% is influenced by other factors. This emphasizes that product quality and brand image are critical to consumer purchasing decisions and offers practical implications for businesses in the coffee industry. The rigorous research methodology and clear presentation of the outcome of the study enhance its relevance academically and practically, making it a valuable contribution to understanding consumer behavior and making strategic decisions in a competitive market

For new English students, listening skill is more difficult than other English skills. Listening needs more practice than one instance in hearing. The use of the tool in the process of teaching and learning listening skill is very necessary. The optimizing WhatsApp was carried out to give guidance for students to practice their listening skill and they did not only rely on the learning in the main class because the main listening class was carried out only three meetings for three months in Basic Training Class. The research aimed to find out Basic Training Class students’ perception on optimizing WhatsApp to support the main listening class. The researcher used descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique was observation, interview and documentation. After analysing data, the researcher found that the optimizing of WhatsApp to support the main listening class gives the positive impact. It can be seen from the students’ perception. They are motivated and interested in practicing listening regularly, they don’t only rely on the learning in the classroom, and they can improve their listening skill

ARIMA price forecasting method is a forecasting method that traders and investors can use to help make decisions.This study is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach with the aim of analyzing, explaining, and concluding the analysis of price forecasting using the ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) method on investment decisions in banking companies listed in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection technique in this study is documentation of the LQ45 Banking Index Stock Price on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.The results obtained in this study are that the model used in forecasting banking stock prices is the best model, the models include BBCA ARIMA (5.2.0), BBRI ARIMA (5.2.0), BMRI ARIMA (5.2, 0), BBNI ARIMA (2,2,0), and BBTN ARIMA (5,2,0). BBCA's share price decreased by -14.9%. BBRI's share price decreased by -5.8%. BMRI's share price decreased by -6.8%. BBNI's share price decreased by -58.5%. BBTN's share price decreased by -18.8%.106. Investors should not buy shares in banking stocks listed in the LQ45 index. This is because prices tend to fall and make investors suffer losses. However, if trading or investing in the near future, investors will buy shares of BBRI and BBTN companies, because within 1 month the shares will increase and investors or traders can get capital gains

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality, system quality, information quality, and perceived usefulness on user satisfaction of e-Rapor information systems at SMAN 1 Gondanglegi, in addition to finding which variables have the most dominant influence. The analysis technique in this study uses the DeLone Mclean model (2003) and the Acceptance Technology Model (TAM) (2003). The object of this research is the e-Report information system with the subject being teachers and staff. The number of samples used as many as 49 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Test the validity with the product moment method. To test the reliability using the alpha formula. And for regression testing, the assumption test method and significance model testing were used, using SPSS version 26 software. The results of this study that all the results of the questionnaire are valid and reliable. For the relationship of variables depending on each variable, namely, service quality and information quality have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction. System quality and perceived usefulness have a negative and partially insignificant effect on user satisfaction. Get PDFSMK bertujuan untuk menyiapkan lulusan siap kerja, ironisnya SMK menjadi penyumbang pengangguran terbesar di Indonesia. Upaya SMK untuk mengatasi pengangguran adalah mengadakan program Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dan manajemen BKK SMK Negeri 1 Kediri dalam meningkatkan keterserapan lulusan, serta mengetahui keberhasilan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi BKK.
Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Tempat penelitian di SMK Negeri 1 Kediri. Informan penelitian ditentukan secara purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan peran BKK dalam meningkatkan keterserapan lulusan ditunjukan dengan cara kerjasama industri, penawaran lulusan, pemberian bimbingan, rekrutmen, job fair, dan penelusuran lulusan. Manajemen BKK dilakukan dengan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Secara keseluruhan BKK SMK Negeri 1 Kediri telah berhasil menjalankan perannya walaupun terdapat faktor-faktor penghambat yang dialami

Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the human resource management (HRM) strategy implemented in improving employee performance at UPI Zero Waste, Tulungagung Regency. The main focus of the research is evaluating the effectiveness of HRM policies and their impact on employee satisfaction, participation, efficiency and effectiveness of performance. The research method used is a qualitative and quantitative approach by conducting interviews, observation and quantitative data analysis. The research results show that the implementation of HRM policies contributes positively to employee satisfaction, which is reflected in their active participation in employee development programs. Performance efficiency and effectiveness have also increased as a result of a well-planned HRM strategy. Apart from that, good performance management and giving appropriate rewards are important factors in encouraging employee motivation. This research provides a comprehensive picture of effective HRM strategies in improving employee performance at UPI Zero Waste. The implications of these findings can provide a basis for similar organizations to improve and optimize HRM policies to achieve higher and sustainable performance goals
