Get PDFA project is a temporary series of activities that takes place within a limited timeframe, with allocated specific resources, and is intended to carry out tasks whose objectives have been clearly defined. In a project, project management is necessary to organize, coordinate, and carry out activities within the project, such as the development project of the PLTD Unit VII Warehouse of Gudang Garam Kediri, which is the subject of this research. Project control is needed to ensure that the project is completed according to plan. Value analysis can be applied to determine the performance index of completed project work. The performance of the project execution in the 20th week in terms of cost shows that project expenses are higher than planned costs, as indicated by the Cost Performance Index (CPI) with a result of 0.898 < 1. Meanwhile, in terms of schedule, there is a delay, indicated by the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) with a result of 0.960 < 1. If the project execution performance in the 20th week remains the same until the end of the project, the estimated total cost of project execution (EAC) required is Rp. 36,421,987,702.67, then the project will incur a loss of Rp. 3,710,669,761.04 or a loss percentage of 11.334% from the planned cost. The estimated project completion time (EAS) based on reporting data in the 20th week is 52.66 weeks, indicating a delay in completing the work of 16.66 weeks or a delay percentage of 46.28% from the planned project schedule of 36 weeks. Some solutions to overcome the occurring delay include adding overtime work hours to critical path activities, implementing shift work systems, and maximizing the productivity of labor and available tools

This qualitative research aims to examine the implementation of the Integration Zone in the Population and Civil Registration Service of the City of Blitar, the obstacles encountered in public service, aswell as possible efforts to improve the quality of public service. The findings show that the Integrity Zone has been implemented well since 2017 and provides increased access to key performance indicators, although some improvements in the service are required so that the agency can become the predecessor of a corruption-free territory that has never been achieved

Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the influence of the monitoring center for prevention and asset inventory on the effectiveness of the utilization of fixed assets in the Kediri Regency government partially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study was all goods administration officials and user goods administrators throughout Kediri Regency, totaling 134 people. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method. The total sample that will be used as respondents from each OPD in this research is 58 people. The sample criteria used in this research are goods administration officials and user goods administrators throughout Kediri Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that: 1) Monitoring Center for Prevention has a significant effect on the Effectiveness of Fixed Asset Utilization; 2) Asset Inventory has a significant effect on the Effectiveness of Fixed Asset Utilization; 3) Monitoring Center for Prevention and Asset Inventory simultaneously have a significant effect on the Effectiveness of Fixed Asset Utilization

Get PDFKemajuan teknologi informasi dan penggunaan komputer serta gadget telah merambah berbagai lapisan masyarakat, termasuk perusahaan, rumah, dan kampus. Perkembangan ini didukung oleh kemajuan teknologi jaringan komputer, terutama peralihan dari media kabel ke nirkabel (Wi-Fi). Kenaikan jumlah pengguna komputer diakses secara individu atau dalam jaringan menyebabkan kebutuhan akan server yang efisien dan media penyimpanan data yang besar. Meskipun demikian, biaya lisensi dan perangkat keras yang tinggi menjadi hambatan. Solusi yang muncul adalah Network Attached Storage (NAS), sebuah server khusus dengan sistem operasi untuk mengelola berkas data. NAS dapat diakses melalui jaringan lokal dengan protokol TCP/IP dan memberikan alternatif yang lebih ekonomis dibandingkan server tradisional. Kelebihan NAS meliputi akses data yang cepat, pengelolaan yang mudah, dan konfigurasi yang sederhana. Jurnal ini mengusulkan pemanfaatan NAS Server dengan STB OpenWRT sebagai solusi penyimpanan data di Balai Desa Gedungan Sumenep. Dengan implementasi sistem penyimpanan data desa, diharapkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dapat ditingkatkan. Beberapa instansi desa sering mengalami kendala dalam memberikan pelayanan maksimal karena kesulitan dalam mengakses dan mengelola data atau surat penting. Sistem penyimpanan NAS diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan biaya pembuatan yang rendah, menjaga keamanan data, dan mengurangi risiko kesalahan manusia atau kesalahan komputer.Advances in information technology and the use of computers and gadgets have penetrated various levels of society, including companies, homes and campuses. This development is supported by advances in computer network technology, especially the shift from wired to wireless media (Wi-Fi). The increase in the number of computer users accessed individually or on a network causes the need for efficient servers and large data storage media. However, high licensing and hardware costs are prohibitive. The solution that emerged was Network Attached Storage (NAS), a special server with an operating system to manage data files. NAS can be accessed over a local network with TCP/IP protocols and provides a more economical alternative to traditional servers. The advantages of NAS include fast data access, easy management, and simple configuration. This journal proposes the use of a NAS Server with STB OpenWRT as a data storage solution at the Gedungan Sumenep Village Hall. By implementing a village data storage system, it is hoped that services to the community can be improved. Several village agencies often experience problems in providing maximum services due to difficulties in accessing and managing important data or letters. NAS storage systems are expected to be able to overcome these problems with low manufacturing costs, maintain data security, and reduce the risk of human or computer error

The results of the research for the formulation of the first problem can be concluded that the dominant characteristics ofrespondents at SwalayanBerkah Mandiriare womenwitha percentage of74%, theaverageageis16-35 years,thelast educationishighschoolwithapercentageof58%,andthe professionofprivate employees isthehighest. dominant withapercentageof36%.Theresultsof theresearchforthesecondproblemformulationcanbeconcludedthatfromtheoveralltestresults theindependentvariableshavearealinfluenceonpurchasingdecisions.Thisdecisionissupported by an R value of 0.875, which means that overall there is a close relationship between the independent variables and the decision to purchase rice products at 87.5%. Get PDFThis research aims to explore the perceptions of oil palm plantation workers regarding work ethic factors that influence work productivity and to analyze the possibility of implementing the People-Centered Implementation (PCI)-Gaps approach to overcome these problems. Although there is a lot of research on work productivity factors, no studies specifically focus on the perceptions of oil palm plantation workers. The research question focuses on workers' perceptions of work ethic factors and PCI-Gaps' use in analyzing change strategies and their impact on work productivity. This research is important because the success of oil palm plantations depends on labor productivity. The research methods include quantitative, qualitative, and descriptive approaches, with research locations determined purposively. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and observations of 60 selected respondents through snowball random sampling. The research results show that high negative perceptions are related to laziness, inability to manage time, lack of discipline, inability to focus, and inability to work in a team. Change strategies such as building a culture of cooperation, teamwork, and communication training and creating a work environment that supports concentration and character development received a positive response. In contrast, efforts such as increasing involvement through reward and recognition programs, enforcing rules and sanctions, and developing focus and concentration training programs received negative responses

Salah satu jenis kopi yang sering dibudidayakan adalah Kopi robusta seperti yang diproduksi oleh PT. JATENG Agro Berdikari PERSERODA Unit Perkebunan Tlogo memiliki kualitas yang cukup baik, dan terdapat inovasi dalam metode pemasarannya. Salah satunya adalah pemberian merek pada produk kopi yang dikeluarkan yaitu Java Coffe Tlogo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepi konsumen terhadap kualitas produk dan juga untuk menguji pengaruh kredibilitas merek terhadap permintaan Produk Java Coffee Tlogo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Expertise, Trustworthiness, Likeability, Harga, dan Pendapatan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis likert dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi konsumen pada produk Java Coffee Tlogo adalah cukup baik. Seluruh variabel berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap permintaan nilai sig. <0.05, dua variabel Expertise, dan Trustworthiness dapat diabaikan karena memiliki pengaruh yang kecil

Tulisan ini menjelaskan bagaimana hasil evaluasi dari pengelolaan atau penggunaan dana desa di Kecamatan Besuki, Desa Tanggulkundung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Untuk mengetahui bentuk kegiatan yang dibiayai oleh dana desa dan kendala pemerintah desa terkait pengelolaan dana desa tersebut, guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Tanggulkundung, (2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan dan pengelolaan dana Desa di Desa Tanggulkundung yang selanjutnya sebagai bahan evaluasi atas penggunaanya atau pengelolaanya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tahapan pelaporan dana desa di Desa Tanggulkundung ada beberapa tahapan dimulai dari pembuatan laporan pertanggungjawaban dana desa tahap 1 sampai dengan tahap 4 yang disusun oleh Bendahara desa. Selain itu Hasil evaluasi menampilkan bahwa pengelolaan atau penggunaan dana desa diperuntukkan untuk pengelolaan pembangunan non fisik dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian fenomenologi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian fenomenologi ini didasarkan pada pengalaman orang lain dengan mempelajari bentuk-bentuk pengalaman dan sudut padang orang yang mengalaminya. Adapun dalam memperoleh informasi dan data pendukung yang diperlukan penulis melakukan observasi , wawancara terhadap pihak terkait, dokumentasi lokasi dan penelaahan terhadap anggaran APBdes serta realisasinya. Dengan adanya abdi desa ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi dan bahan pertimbangan bagi perangkat desa guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Tanggulkundung.

Sebelum adanya dana desa, Desa Sukorejo menghadapi berbagai tantangan serta kesusahan dalam pemerataan pembangunan.
