The main function of the abattoir is to guarantee the production of good quality meat and provide a sense of physical and spiritual security to consumers, for that UPT. RPH Blitar City continues to strive to meet customer satisfaction by implementing an excellent service system (Excellent Service) to achieve customer loyalty.
The purposes of this study are a) To determine the effect of customer satisfaction strategy on Customer Loyalty of Slaughterhouse Services at UPT.RPH Blitar City, b) To determine the effect of Excellence Service on Customer Loyalty of Slaughterhouse Services at UPT.RPH Blitar City and c) To determine the simultaneous effect of customer satisfaction strategies and Excellence Service on Customer Loyalty of Slaughterhouse Services at UPT.RPH Blitar City.
The research method used is to use multiple linear regression analysis to determine the significant positive direct effect both partially and simultaneously from the variables studied.
The results obtained after carrying out the research are: 1.) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant direct effect on customer loyalty at UPT. Blitar City RPH. This means that an increase in customer satisfaction will have an effect on increasing customer loyalty at UPT. RPH. Blitar City. 2) Excellent Service has a positive and significant direct effect on customer loyalty at UPT. Blitar City RPH. This means that an increase in Excellent Service will have an impact on increasing Customer Loyalty at UPT. RPH. Blitar City. 3) Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence have a positive and significant direct effect on customer loyalty at UPT. Blitar City RPH. No full textPeningkatan jumlah produksi kedelai di Indonesia belum dapat mengimbangi laju peningkatan kebutuhan masyarakat dan industri sehingga jumlah impor kedelai terus meningkat. Peningkatan produksi kedelai dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya dengan menggunakan benih varietas unggul dan pemberian pupuk organik berbahan dasar kotoran ayam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kombinasi dosis pupuk bokashi kotoran ayam dan varietas kedelai terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai (Glycine max L. Merrill). Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktor tunggal dengan 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, yaitu: A (Bokashi 0 ton/ha + Varietas Anjasmoro), B (Bokashi 0 ton.ha + Varietas Grobogan), C (Bokashi 0 ton/ha + Varietas NS), D (Bokashi 10 ton/ha + Varietas Anjasmoro), E (Bokashi 10 ton/ha + Varietas Grobogan), F (Bokashi 10 ton/ha + Varietas NS), G (Bokashi 20 ton/ha + Varietas Anjasmoro), H (Bokashi 20 ton/ha + Varietas Grobogan), I (Bokashi 20 ton/ha + Varietas NS), J (Bokashi 30 ton/ha + Varietas Anjasmoro), K (Bokashi 30 ton/ha + Varietas Grobogan), L (Bokashi 30 ton/ha + Varietas NS). Hasil penelitian memberikan pengaruh nyata pada seluruh parameter kecuali parameter kadar air biji kedelai. Perlakuan K (Bokashi 30 ton/ha + Varietas Grobogan) memberikan hasil bobot 100 biji dengan rata-rata tertinggi yaitu 2,70 ton/ha.

PENGARUH EKSTRAK ETANOL DAUN MAHONI (Swietenia mahogani L.) SEBAGAI FUNGISIDA NABATI DALAM MENGENDALIKAN Colletotrichum acutatum PENYEBAB ANTRAKNOSA PADA CABAI MERAH (Capsicum annuum L.)
Get PDFColletotrichum acutatum is a fungal pathogen that causes anthracnose which usually attacks chilies. Generally, in controlling anthracnose disease.. The use of synthetic fungicides that are used for a long time can cause various harmful effects, especially on the environment. So other alternatives by using vegetable fungicide obtained from ethanol extract of mahogany leaves. This study aims to determine the effect of ethanol extract of mahogany leaves and determine the best concentration of ethanol extract mahogany leaves as vegetable fungicide in controlling Colletotrichum acutatum causes anthracnose disease in red chili (Capsicum annuum L.). This study used a completely randomized) design with seven concentrations of mahogany leaf extract, namely 0 %; 0.5 %; 1 %; 1.5 %; 2 %; 2.5 %; 3 %. Each treatment repeated four times. The data obtained were analyzed by ANOVA and continued with the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test with a level of 5 % (α= 5 %). The results showed that ethanol extract of mahogany leaves had a significant effect on mushroom colony diameter and fruit weight loss. However, it had no significant effect on disease severity and fruit weight loss. The best concentration of ethanol extract of mahogany leaves was shown in 1.5 % treatment.
 
UJI EFEKTIVITAS JAMUR ANTAGONIS ASAL LIMBAH JAMUR TIRAM TERHADAP INTENSITAS PENYAKIT LAYU FUSARIUM (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cepae ) PADA TANAMAN BAWANG MERAH (Allium ascalonicum L.)
Get PDFBawang merah merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang paling penting setelah cabai, terutama untuk kebutuhan pengolahan makanan. Penyakit layu fusarium yang disebabkan oleh Fusarium oxysporum f.sp cepae patogen yang menimbulkan kehilangan hasil sampai 50%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perlakuan jamur antagonis Trichoderma sp. dan Gliocladium sp. asal limbah jamur tiram manakah yang paling mampu menekan penyakit layu fusarium (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp cepae ) pada tanaman bawang merah. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktor tunggal yang terdiri dari 9 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu; T0 = (Kontrol), T1 = (Aplikasi Fungisida), T2 = (Antagonis Trichoderma sp. 1), T3 = (Antagonis Trichoderma sp. 2), T4 = (Antagonis Trichoderma sp. 3), T5 = (Antagonis Trichoderma sp. 4), T6 = (Antagonis Gliocladium sp. 1), T7 = (Trichoderma sp. Komersial), dan T8 = (Gliocladium sp. Komersial). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh nyata pemberian jamur antagonis asal limbah jamur tiram terhadap intensitas penyakit layu fusarium pada tanaman bawang merah namun perlakuan terbaik ditunjukkan oleh perlakuan T6 (Antagonis Gliocladium sp. 1) yang memberikan nilai skala terkecil sebesar 16,53%. Dan tidak memberikan perbedaan nyata pada hasil pengamatan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, diameter umbi, bobot basah umbi, dan bobot kering umbi

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to examine the effect of leadership style and work culture on employee performance at PT Bintang Kadiri Kediri through motivation as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative, involving exogenous or independent variables, most likely leadership style and work culture. The subjects of this research are employees who work at PT Bintang Kadiri. A total of 48 respondents will be sent the questionnaire by Google Form and hard copy. This research uses data collection methods. Path analysis is the data analysis employed. The result of this study indicate that: (1) The leadership style has no significant influence on the motivation of the employee. (4) The organizational culture has a significant impact on the performance of employees. (5) The employee's motivation is significantly influenced by the job's performance. (6) Leadership style on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable has an insignificant influence. (7) The organization's culture on employees' performance in the PT Bintang Kadiri through motivations as a variable intervening has a non-significant impact. The advice that can be given based on the results of this research, in order for the performance of employees to remain good, then the company must always maintain and even improve aspects of a good leadership style, the organizational culture aimed at achieving the goals of the organization, as well as a high work motivation for every employee of PT Bintang Kadiri

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of discipline, the team work and cooperation on performance in ( e-kinerja ) Ngantru Police Tulungagung District. This study using descriptive quantitative methods. With a population and those members of the Police Ngantru District Tulungagung totaling 28 respondents. A method of collecting the data using a questionnaire, literature and methods of observation field. While the data analysis using analysis linear regression.
The results of this study show that discipline, work motivation and teamwork against performance (e-kinerja). It is supported by the result of r square or coefficient determination (KD ) shows 83.8 % so interpreted if variable X1 (work discipline ), X2 (work motivations) and X3 (team cooperation ) have a contribution of 83.8 % to variable Y the performance (e-kinerja ) and 16.2% others are influenced by other factors besides variable X. In addition, in the f count 18,077 receive is worth of 0,000 sig. Analysis of Work Factors on Employee Performance Mediated by Job Satisfaction in Manufacturing Company
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work motivation, rewards, and compensation on employee performance, as well as the mediating variableof job satisfaction. The method used in this research is a quantitative analysis method and a survey method by distributing questionnaires and producing 404 respondents from manufacturing companies in the city of Batam. This research was tested using the Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) model, namely a model that uses partial least squares based on partial and total probability. The results of this study show that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, awards have a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work environment, the work environment is mediated by job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation mediated by job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, rewards mediated by job satisfaction have an effect on employee performance, and compensation mediated by job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this research are able to illustrate what factors can produce employees with high qualifications

Get PDFThe government's internal oversight apparatus has a strategic role in supporting and strengthening the effectiveness of the internal control system in order to ensure effective, efficient, and accountable governance. Blitar District Inspectorate, in its role as Quality Assurance, is able to bring the Government of Blitar to the Warrant Opinion Without Exclusion (WTP) for 13 consecutive times from BPK RI on inspection of the Financial Report of the Regional Government (LKPD). However, in the implementation of the duties and maintenance of the government, there are still findings and recommendations of the results of inspection from BPC RI as well as BPKP and other APIPs that are included in the Examination Results Report. This descriptive qualitative research was conducted aimed at studying the implementation of enterprise risk management in the Blitar District Inspectorate and conducting an analysis of the factors that are inhibiting the supervision of the inspectorate as an APIP in order to strengthen the control of the risk of fraud on strategic projects in Blitar City. The results of the research showed that the Inspectorates of Blitar Region Inspection have implemented Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in the supervision of the strategic project of the City of Blitar in five (5) aspects of the ERM. Nevertheless, based on the observation data, interviews, and documentation, there are still challenges faced by the Blutar District Inspection in its task of supervising and managing the risk of the strategic projects of the city of Blitar

Digital transformation has had a significant impact on the banking industry, influencing the way banks operate and interact with customers. In the current era of technological advancement, banking faces new challenges and unlimited opportunities. This study aims to analyze digital transformation for the future of banking, focusing on the challenges and opportunities faced. The research method used is literature study and secondary data analysis. The research results show that digital transformation has changed the banking landscape in various ways. The main challenges faced by banks are data security and privacy, rapid technological developments, changes in consumer behavior, and increasingly fierce competition. To overcome this challenge, banks need to adapt quickly and develop innovative strategies. Overall, digital transformation brings challenges and opportunities for banking in an era of technological advances. Banks that are able to overcome these challenges and take advantage of existing opportunities will become leaders in the future banking industry.

Efektivitas Penerapan Djp Online Pada Pelaporan Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (SPT) Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kediri
Get PDFPenelitian ini membahas efektivitas penerapan DJP Online dalam pelaporan Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (SPT) Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kediri. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana DJP Online memudahkan pelaporan SPT dan meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan responden yang terdiri dari wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DJP Online terbukti mempermudah pelaporan dengan rata-rata waktu pelaporan sekitar 15 menit dan sebanyak 72% dari 50 wajib pajak merasa puas dengan pelaporan menggunakan e-filling. Sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan dalam perekaman data, perhitungan otomatis, dan fleksibilitas dalam waktu pelaporan. Meski ada beberapa kendala terkait pemahaman pengguna, secara umum, DJP Online dinilai efektif dalam mendukung pelaporan pajak yang lebih efisien, aman, dan tepat waktu.
