Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Penjualan dan Dividend Per Share Terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2019-2021
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan dan dividend per share pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019-2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019-2021. Sampelnya adalah 30 laporan keuangan perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pertumbuhan Penjualan tidakberpengaruh secara parsial dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dengan signifikasi 0.2190 > 0.05. Dividend Per Share berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dengan nilai signifikasi 0.0008 < 0.05. Pertumbuhan Penjualan dan Dividend Per Share berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Harga Saham dengan nilai signifikasi 0.0000< 0.05.Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Dividend Per Share, dan Harga Saha
Difusi Inovasi Gebyar Inovasi dan Kabupaten Tulungagung 2024 Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Indeks Inovasi Daerah
Get PDFInnovation is an important key in regional development. Through innovation, regions can increase productivity, competitiveness and community welfare. Innovation allows disadvantaged areas to become more competitive. Regions are considered the key to effective innovation system performance. Tulungagung Regency has received the regional innovation title as an “Innovative region” from 2021 to 2024 accompanied by positive developments in the regional innovation score but has not succeeded in increasing its title to become a “very innovative region”. This qualitative research conducted a case study on the Tulungagung Regency Innovation and Technology Festival 2024 using the diffusion of innovation theory in an effort to increase the regional innovation index of Tulungagung Regency. The results of the research show that the Innovation and Technology Festival has been implemented well, 70% of which has implemented the diffusion of innovation, however, it is noted that there is an evaluation of improvements that need to be made in the implementation of subsequent activities in order to optimize the impact and contribute directly to increasing the innovation index of Tulungagung Regency

Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menganalisis peran dokter gigi dalam penurunan pravalensi stunting di Kabupaten Nganjuk. 2) Untuk menganalisis faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan peran dokter gigi dalam penurunan pravalensi stunting di Kabupaten Nganjuk. 3) Untuk menganalisis manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk untuk meningkatkan peran dokter gigi dalam penurunan pravalensi stunting di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti sebagai pengamat berperan serta berpatisipasi, artinya dalam proses pengumpulan data peneliti mengadakan pengamatan dan mendengarkan secermat mungkin sampai pada sekecil-kecilnya. Sumber data ada dua data primer yang meliputi : observasi, wawancara dan sumber data sekunder : membaca, meneliti, memahami, membaca buku-buku managemen sumber daya manusia. Dalam penelitian ini prosedur pengumpulan data melakukan pengamatan (observasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Manajemen sumber daya manusia berperan dalam meningkatkan peran dokter gigi dengan fokus pada kerjasama lintas sektor, membangun komitmen, dan meningkatkan kapasitas dokter gigi melalui pelatihan dan edukasi multidisipliner. Ketiga faktor ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap penurunan prevalensi stunting

Get PDFPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang pentingnya penerapan prinsip Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dalam skema Kerja Sama Pemerintah dengan Badan Usaha (KPBU) pembangunan infrastruktur berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi prinsip ESG dalam regulasi hukum serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap perkembangan infrastruktur di Indonesia. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan dua kesimpulan bahwa prinsip ESG dalam regulasi hukum KPBU menjadi solusi logis pembangunan infrastruktur jangka panjang serta dapat memberikan manfaat sosial, lingkungan, dan ekonomi berkelanjutan. Selain itu, bahwa prinsip ESG dapat membuka peluang investasi yang luas dikarenakan sebagian besar pihak swasta telah menjadikan prinsip ESG sebagai pertimbangan utama dalam membangun relasi kerja sama. Oleh sebab itu, integrasi prinsip ESG dalam regulasi hukum KPBU memberikan dampak positif baik dalam kemajuan hukum di Indonesia maupun potensi investasi dari pihak luar.
Cost Volume Profit (CVP) Analysis As A Tool For Profit Planning In Cigarette Factory "Gudang Rasa" Kediri
No full textThe purpose of this research is to analyze Cost Volume Profit (CVP) as profit planning tool at Gudang Rasa Cigarette Factory, Kediri Regency in 2024. This research type was applied research with quantitative research method. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, literature study, and documentation. The data which was needed was data on production costs in 2021- 2023, sales data in 2021-2023, and data on expected profits in 2021-2023. The results of this research showed that Cost Volume Profit (CVP) analysis at Gudang Rasa Cigarette Factory, Kediri Regency, resulted in sales above the break-even point, which meant that the owner made profit and could cover all costs incurred. The calculation of Margin of Safety (MoS) resulted in sales being above the safe limit while the profit target expected by the owner had not been achieved yet. Gudang Rasa Cigarette Factory, Kediri Regency could implement Cost Volume Profit (CVP) analysis as profit planning tool for the coming year if the sales volume increased annually and the percentage of profit expected to be achieved exceeded Margin of Safety (MoS)

EVALUATING THE IMPACT OF ENGLISH FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES (ESP) PROGRAMS ON ACCOUNTING STUDENTS' JOB READINESS
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to assess how effectively the English for Specific Purposes (ESP) program prepares accounting students for job opportunities. The goal of the ESP program is to provide students with the English language proficiency required in the profession, particularly in the accounting industry, which frequently deals with foreign reporting and global standards. Students, lecturers, and graduates of the accounting study program were surveyed and interviewed as part of this mixed-methods study. The findings demonstrate that the ESP program improves the students' understanding of English-language accounting terminology and their abilities for professional communication in a global environment. However, the survey also found a number of obstacles, including lecturers' lack of training and time limits. These results suggest that the ESP curriculum should be updated to emphasize speaking communication skills and practical aspects, and that lecturers' training be improved in order to fulfil the needs of industry

No full textShallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) is one of the horticultural crop commodities that is widely consumed. One factor to overcome the level of soil fertility is by providing sufficient fertilizer to restore soil fertility. Fertilizer is the main source of nutrients which are very important for plant growth and yields. This research aims to determine the response of shallot plants (Allium ascalonicum L.) to the application of nitrate-based NPK fertilizer. This trial will be carried out at the PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek Screenhouse, from October to December 2023. This research used the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method. There are 6 treatments, namely P0 (control), P1 (Nitrea Urea 0.4g + Phonska 15-10-12 0.6g + NPK Merauke 0.6g + KCl 0.2g), P2 (Nitrea Urea 0.4g + Phonska 15 -10-12 0.6g + NPK Nitroku 0.6g + KCl 0.2g), P3 (Nitrea Urea 0.4g + Phonska 15-10-12 0.6g + NPK 10-10-10 0.6g + KCl 0 .2g), P4 (Nitrea Urea 0.4g + Phonska 15-10-12 0.6g + NPK 10-10-10 0.8g + KCl 0.2g), P5 (Nitrea Urea 0.4g + Phonska 15-10 -12 0.6g + NPK 10-10-10 1g + KCl 0.2g). Each treatment was repeated 4 times to obtain 24 experimental units. The experimental results showed that the application of nitrate-based NPK fertilizer was not able to have a real effect on the growth and yield of shallot plants (Allium ascalonicum L.) for all observations

The PKM team invited the Bukit Bunga Community and other residents to help overcome this problem, namely by opening up the unused land and then using it by planting it with food plants, vegetables and fruit. This time PKM also wants to provide how to choose types of plants that do not need extra care and are strong enough to be planted and are not too fertile. The result of PKM is the formation of a pilot demonstration plot which has been successfully planted. The hope is that residents can be food independent and can also increase their family income in the future

Berdasarkan rapat panitia yang di bina oleh Bapak Ego selaku Ketua RW dan dipimpin ibu Ruli sebagai ketua panitia mengadakan berbagai kegiatan. Tujuan pemberdayaan ini adalah memberi motivasi dan kegiatan yang beragam dalam melakukan peringatan yang mengandung sejarah kemerdakaan Indonesia. Metode pelaksanaan membentuk panitia yang terdiri berbagai koordinator yaitu lomba anak hingga dewasa, bidang malam renungan, bidang upacara, Konsumsi, panggung seni budaya serta jalan kreasi. Hasil pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat menghasilkan juara lomba anak, remaja, ibu PKK, Dan bapak, membuat aneka kue, aneka minuman dan nasi soto, sate ayam, bakso untuk acara tersebut. Kegiatan yang lain adalah memberi pelatihan drama kolosal, tari tradisional, musik rebana, band remaja, dan paduan suara ibu PKK. Jadi dengan adanya peringatan hari ulang tahun kemeerdaan Republik Indonesia memberi motivasi untuk melanjutkan pembangunan segala bidang
