PENGARUH MACAM BAKTERI DEKOMPOSER PADA MEDIA PENGOMPOSAN YANG BERBEDA DENGAN PEMBANDING BAKTERI SUBTILIS TERHADAP HASIL KOMPOS
Bacteria play a role in processing agricultural waste into compost. Rice and corn straw waste has potential as organic fertilizer. This research aims to compare the effectiveness of decomposer bacteria in the composting process. The research was carried out in Bowan, Klaten, February-June 2023, using a completely randomized factorial design consisting of 8 treatments and 4 replications. The first factor is the type of bacteria consisting of no bacteria, cellulotic+rhizomonas, cellulotic+BRS, rhizomonas+subtilis, subtilis, while the second factor is the type of composting media, namely straw and corn. Observations include water hold capacity, time, weight and compost water content. The results of the research show that the type of bacteria influences the water hold capacity, time and weight of the compost. In the composting process, corn waste is more effective than straw. The interaction of the type of bacteria and composting media influences the water holding capacity, time and weight of the compost. In conclusion, subtilis bacteria play an important role in accelerating composting, increasing efficiency through the correct interaction of bacteria and waste. Corn waste is superior to straw in producing high quality compost
Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Intensi Turnover Dimediasi Oleh Quiet Quitting Pada Karyawan
This research is titled "Job Satisfaction towards Turnover Intention Mediated by Quiet Quitting of Generation Z Employees in East Java Companies". The main focus of this research is to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction, quiet quitting, and turnover intention among Generation Z employees. Generation Z, known for having unique characteristics and a demand for work-life balance, tends to engage in quiet quitting, which is reducing involvement in work without formally resigning. Through interviews and data analysis, this study found that job satisfaction has a significant negative influence on turnover intention. Furthermore, quiet quitting acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. This research provides insights for companies to understand the dynamics of Generation Z employees and emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive work environment to increase job satisfaction and reduce turnover rates. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for companies in formulating more effective human resource management strategies.

Mengkaji Ulang Pertanggungjawaban Sistem Pembebasan Bersyarat Di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung
Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang sistem pembebasan bersyarat merupakan bagian dari kebijakan pemidanaan pembebasan bersyarat di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ulang aspek aspek yuridis dalam penerapan sistem pembebasan bersyarat di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum Empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembebasan bersyarat di wilayah tersebut masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk dalam aspek kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, mekanisme pengawasan, serta peran lembaga pemasyarakatan dan Balai Pemasyarakatan dalam memastikan narapidana yang dibebaskan tetap menjalani kewajiban hukumnya. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan antara aturan hukum dan praktik di lapangan, yang dapat memengaruhi efektivitas sistem ini dalam menekan angka residivisme. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan regulasi serta peningkatan koordinasi antarinstansi terkait guna menjamin akuntabilitas dan efektivitas sistem pembebasan bersyarat di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung
Peningkatan Kapasitas Produksi Bibit Pisang “Sang Mulyo” di Desa Dampit Kabupaten Malang
Desa Srimulyo berada di kecamatan Dampit terkenal dengan pisang Sang Mulyo dan Kopi Dampit. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam produksi pisang Sang Mulyo adalah ketersediaan bibit karena peningkatan permintaan bibit pisang sangat tinggi bahkan ada target untuk menghasilkan 1 juta bibit sampai tahun 2026. Petani sudah melakukan teknik pecah bonggol, pemisahaan anakan dari indukan. Tujuan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan produksi bibit pisang Sang Mulyo dengan aplikasi zat pengatur tumbuh (ZPT) prokar dan pronas secara ex vitro pada bonggol pisang. Metode yang dilakukan melalui diskusi untuk mengenalkan ZPT buatan dan praktek untuk aplikasi ZPT buatan. Praktek yang dilakukan adalah membandingkan ZPT buatan dan alami serta pemotongan bonggol. Petani dapat menerima inovasi pemakaian ZPT buatan karena jumah tunas yang diperoleh lebih banyak dibanding ZPT alami yang sudah dipakai petani namun masih dianggap lebih mahal dibandingkan ZPT alami. Pemotongan bonggol secara terpisah meningkatkan jumlah potongan yang busuk dan disarankan pemotongan bonggol tidak sampai terpisah satu sama lain tetapi bagian dasar bonggol masih menyatu
EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM RUMAH TIDAK LAYAK HUNI (RTLH) BAGI MASYARAKAT TIDAK MAMPU MANUSIA SUKU LAUT DI KABUPATEN LINGGA, PROVINSI KEPULAUAN RIAU
One of the government programs, namely the Uninhabitable House Program (RTLH), aims to improve the standard of living of underprivileged communities, such as the Suku Laut community in Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the RTLH program has been implemented and how it impacts the welfare of the Suku Laut community. By using semi-structured interview techniques, document analysis, and observation, an empirical legal research methodology is used. The research employs an empirical legal research method, utilizing semi-structured interviews, observations, and document studies as techniques. The findings indicate that the RTLH program has contributed to improvements in housing conditions, health, and access to basic facilities. However, challenges were identified in program implementation, such as uneven aid distribution and logistical issues that affect overall program effectiveness. Therefore, it is recommended that improvements be made in planning, transparency, and periodic evaluation to ensure that the program's benefits are comprehensively and sustainably experienced by the community
Manajemen Sumber Daya Aparatur Inspektorat Kabupaten Kediri Dalam Mewujudkan Good Governance
This research aims to describe the management of Inspectorate apparatus resources and the factors that influence the management of apparatus resources as well as describe the steps for implementing regional guidance and supervision policies towards regional apparatus in realizing good governance. Data was obstained from interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the Kediri Regency Inspectorate in realizing good governance has strenghthened supervision by increasing apparatus resources through a management function approach including planning, organizing, directing and supervising. Factors that influence include infrastructure, adequate budget for increasing competence, routine and mandatory tasks and increasing the capabilities of the Inspectorate. The Kediri Regency Inspectorate has implemented regional guidance and supervision policies for regional officials into the Annual Supervision Work Program every year
Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi, dan Kualitas Produk Gadai Emas Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Pada PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Kediri Hayam Wuruk
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Kediri Hayam Wuruk. Layanan gadai emas yang ditawarkan oleh bank ini menjadi solusi keuangan yang diminati masyarakat, sebagaimana terlihat dari peningkatan jumlah nasabah dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Faktor kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan kualitas produk diyakini memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan jumlah responden sebanyak 165 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis parsial (uji t) dan simultan (uji F). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen, yaitu kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan kualitas produk, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah baik secara parsial maupun simultan.
Secara individu, kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, diikuti oleh kualitas pelayanan dan promosi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek transparansi, kemudahan proses, serta nilai tukar yang kompetitif dari produk gadai emas sangat berperan dalam menciptakan kepuasan nasabah. Strategi promosi yang efektif melalui berbagai media komunikasi mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk bank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, direkomendasikan agar PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Kediri Hayam Wuruk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan mempercepat proses layanan dan meningkatkan empati karyawan. Selain itu, promosi melalui media digital perlu diperluas dengan menawarkan insentif khusus untuk menarik lebih banyak nasabah. Bank juga diharapkan terus menjaga daya saing produk gadai emas serta memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan layanan kepada nasabah
Transformasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Inklusi Sosial UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno Dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat
A library’s transformation based on social inclusion can be understood as a library that offers information services open to a whole community with a variety of backgrounds, characteristics, abilities, status, condition, ethnicity and culture to develop its own potential to support economic well-being. This qualitative research was carried out at UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno Library to find out the implementation of transformation of library based on social inclusion, obstacles encountered and efforts to optimize in order to improve the well-being of the public. The results of the research indicate that library transformation base on social inclusiveness has been well implemented with some obstacles the number of participants exceeds the available capacity, budget constraints, the distribution of participants is not even, including not reaching disability, the limitation of competent sources, the absence of training or refreshment to the committee (SDM), limited activities in training, not continuing on the accompaniment of management, marketing, until market availability according to product segments or business matching, and the stigma of the community that the library is an exclusive place raises reluctance to visit. The optimization of the library transformation program based on social inclusion has been carried out in a manner; conducted pre and post test as well as public satisfaction survey on the implementation of library Transformation activities based on Social inclusion, measurement of success rates and search of impact story data of the training results followed, conducted evaluation process of each end of the activity to see the existing shortcomings and then improved on the subsequent activities, performed a study on the impact of the resulting of the activities of the transformation of libraries based on social inclusion on the community who become participants of such activities, as well new improvements every year
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, serta Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Quantum King Sulaiman
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Quantum King Sulaiman. Kinerja karyawan dipandang sebagai faktor krusial dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan. Variabel eksogen yang dianalisis mencakup gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, serta lingkungan kerja, sementara variabel endogen yang diteliti adalah kinerja karyawan.
Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner online yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT Quantum King Sulaiman Group. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan kompensasi serta lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Faktor yang memberikan dampak paling besar terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah kompensasi serta lingkungan kerja
Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi, Perilaku Pemimpin dan Pengembangan Karier terhadap Kinerja Pegawai
This researchaims to: 1) Analyze the influence of motivation, leadership behavior, and career development on the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat in Blitar Regency, 2) Analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat in Blitar Regency, 3) Analyze the influence of leadership behavior on the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat in Blitar Regency, 4) Analyze the effect of career development on the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat in Blitar Regency, and 5) Analyze which factors among motivation, leadership behavior, and career development have a dominant influence on the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat in Blitar Regency. This research employs a quantitative research approach, which aims to explain the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. The independent variables are X1 = Motivation, X2 = Leadership Behavior, X3 = Career Development Opportunities, and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). Data collection techniques are conducted through questionnaires and surveys, consisting of primary and secondary data. Subsequently, the data is analyzed quantitatively using statistical models in computer programs, employing descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Motivation, leadership behavior, and career development opportunities each have an influence on the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat of Blitar Regency, 2) Motivation is the dominant variable influencing the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat of Blitar Regency, and 3) The performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat of Blitar Regency has largely been supported by their work results meeting the established quality targets, as well as their willingness to work overtime to complete tasks within the set time frame
