Get PDFSetelah diubahnya dari Sistem Kepenjaraan menjadi Sistem Pembinaan pada Lembaga Permasyarakatan, dapat dilihat bahwa ada hal-hal yang menjadi suatu permasalahan yang bersifat umum apabila dilihat dari visi dan misi serta tujuan dari Lembaga Permasyarakatan tersebut, sehingga yang terjadi apabila Narapidana setelah selesai menjalani pembinaan, apakah mereka akan dapat berubah menjadi lebih baik ataukah akan mengulang tindak kejahatannya kembali. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan, kendala serta mendeskripsikan upaya mengatasi kendala pembinaan Narapidana di Lapas Kelas IIB Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis empiris serta menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis empiris, yaitu pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan menggambarkan atau melukiskan keadaan objek penelitian sekarang, berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak atau sebagaimana adanya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Pembinaan yang diberikan kepada Narapidana yang dilakukan melalui pembinaan kepribadian dan pembinaan kemandirian sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 31 Tahun 1999 (2) Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu dari berbagai segi mulai dari segi kualitas program pembinaan dan sumber daya manusia, dari segi dana, dari segi warga binaan, dan dari segi sarana dan fasilitasnya. (3) Upaya mengatasi kendala dalam memberikan pembinaan yaitu mengoptimalkan kualitas petugas Lapas tepat, tegas dengan program pembinaan. Upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan secara ekonomi warga binaan dengan mengadakan pelatihan kerja, melalui program kerja kemandirian guna menghasilkan PNBP (Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak), bahwa rincian perhitungan bagi hasil kerja 80% untuk warga binaan yang mengikuti program ketrampilan bimbingan kerja, 20% masuk Kas Negara. Model Bisnis Tanaman Florikultura Anggrek Pada Asosiasi Komoditas Anggrek Kabupaten Jombang
Get PDFOrchid is a type of floriculture plant that attracts attention due to its high economic value compared to other horticultural products. However, this potential has not been matched by government attention to the floriculture subsector, which focuses on food crop commodities. Therefore, the Agriculture Office of Jombang Regency is attempting to fulfill its role in implementing policies that support local agriculture through the Orchid Commodity Association, which assists orchid farmers and is expected to increase the overall business potential.
This research aims to (1) map the canvas business model that is being run by the Orchid Commodity Association of Jombang Regency, (2) identify the internal and external environment, strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities of the orchid floriculture business in Jombang Regency, (3) determine the feasibility of orchid floriculture farming in Jombang Regency, and (4) compile an ideal design of orchid floriculture business in Jombang Regency.
This research employed a qualitative methodology with narrative data presentation and analysis. Jombang Regency was selected as the research location because it has a farmer organization under the Orchid Commodity Association engaged in the orchid floriculture business. Data were gathered through interviews, field observation, and documentation. Data analysis employed qualitative analysis, business model canvas analysis, SWOT analysis, cost, revenue, and income analysis, and business model canvas analysis.
The results of this study are as follows: (1) The nine elements in the Canvas Business Model regarding the business of the Jombang Regency orchid commodity association were obtained through in-depth interviews with internal respondents from the management and members. These elements provide an explanation and description of the business model being run; (2) The key success factors in determining the SWOT strategy are as follows: The factors that determine the SWOT strategy include the following: Having experts in cultivation and tissue culture is a strength, The limited area of greenhouse land is a weakness, Joint ventures with professional legal entities and partner plasma farmers are opportunities, The limited area of land to establish greenhouses is a threat. The optimal strategy is one that is both aggressive and expansionary. The Orchid Commodity Association of Jombang Regency has identified several strengths that can be leveraged to capitalize on existing opportunities and overcome challenges in the orchid business; (3) A revenue analysis of Dendrobium orchid farming, from seedling enlargement to adult flowering, indicates that revenue (R) is greater than cost (C). This condition is referred to as profit (R > C). The analysis of business efficiency yielded a ratio of revenue to cost (R/C) of 3.012. This ratio is greater than 1, indicating that the farm is profitable and efficient. This suggests that orchid farming in Jombang Regency is a viable enterprise; (4) The objective of redesigning the Business Model Canvas is to describe the optimal business development model, which is achieved by maximizing strengths, utilizing opportunities, and reducing weaknesses and threats, in accordance with the results of the SWOT analysis conducted previously. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan bantuan analisis SWOT yang dikembangkan untuk mengidentifikasi Strategic Factor Analysis Summary (SFAS). Dengan SFAS ini, bisa diketahui Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) dan External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, ada banyak kekuatan dan kelemahan dari lingkungan internal serta peluang dan ancaman dari faktor eksternal terhadap koperasi Gerih Maju Sejahtera (GEMAS). Meski demikian, koperasi GEMAS masih mampu mengelola faktor-faktor tersebut yang ditunjukkan dengan posisinya pada kelompok tumbuh dan bangun pada Matriks Internal Eksternal serta Kuadran I Grand Strategy Matrix. AN ANALYSIS FOREIGN LANGUAGE ENGLISH SPEAKING ANXIETY AT SMAN 1 KRAMATWATU
Get PDFThis research aims to define the factors of students’ speaking anxiety and how the students’ strategies to overcome speaking anxiety in the classroom. This research is qualitative descriptive. The subjects in this study were English subject one teacher and four students of 12th grade of SMAN 1 Kramatwatu. The instrument is observation and interview guides. According to Miles & Huberman the analysis consists of three streams of activities that occur simultaneously, namely: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the factor causing of the students speaking anxiety to speak in the language classroom are: low English proficiency, lack of confidence, lack of familiarity of task, fear of making mistakes, and incomprehensible inputs. There are several strategiest to overcome those anxiety namely preparation, relaxation, positive thinking and support from teacher and classmates
The Effectiveness of Round-Robin Techniques Aided with Guided Questions on Reading Comprehension
Get PDFThis study evaluates the impact of the round-robin technique with guided questions on reading comprehension among 8th-grade students at SMPN 1 Jogoroto Jombang. Using a quasi-experimental design, the research compared two groups: one using round-robin with guided questions (29 students) and the other using round-robin alone (26 students). Pre-tests and post-tests assessed reading comprehension. ANCOVA analysis showed a significance value of 0.655, indicating no significant difference between the two groups. The study found that covariates like prior English knowledge and vocabulary mastery were influential. Therefore, these factors should be considered when implementing the round-robin technique
INVESTIGATION OF SELF-REGULATED LEARNING IN GRADE 6 STUDENTS OF A PUBLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL IN SINGARAJA IN TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS
Get PDFThis study investigates the implementation of Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) in a sixth-grade classroom at a public primary school in Singaraja. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through classroom observations and semi-structured interviews with teachers and students. The findings reveal that SRL strategies, including goal setting, self-monitoring, and self-reflection, empower students to become active participants in their education. Teachers played a vital role in fostering these practices through scaffolding and guidance, while group activities promoted collaboration and critical thinking. Independent material selection was observed to enhance engagement, critical thinking, and digital literacy, aligning with modern educational frameworks like Indonesia’s Merdeka Belajar initiative. However, challenges such as varying levels of student readiness, limited research skills, and insufficient familiarity with digital tools were noted, highlighting the need for structured teacher support. The study emphasizes the importance of balancing independence and guidance to maximize SRL’s benefits, preparing students for lifelong learning and adaptability in dynamic educational contexts

This article reviews the current practices in teaching EFL speaking, highlighting recent developments and identifying future trends in the field. It discusses key challenges faced in EFL speaking instruction, effective teaching methods, and the role of digital media in enhancing speaking skills. The article also examines psychological factors such as anxiety, motivation, and gender differences, and how these impact students' speaking performance. Using the state of the art method, the review synthesizes current research on pedagogical strategies like role-play, debates, and project-based learning, as well as the integration of platforms like TikTok and Flipgrid in language teaching. Based on this review, the article provides recommendations for EFL teachers and researchers, emphasizing the need for a supportive learning environment, the use of engaging materials, and the integration of technology to improve speaking proficiency among EFL learners.

Analisis Etos Kerja Asn Berakhlak Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai
Get PDFCivil Servants (ASN) play a strategic role as implementers of public policy, contributing significantly to the success of bureaucracy, public service delivery, and national development. Law Number 5 of 2014 underscores the duties of ASN in public service, governance, and development, thereby requiring them to possess high levels of competence, integrity, and work ethic to realize good governance. To support this, the government has established the Core Values of ASN, known as BerAKHLAK, which consist of: Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative. These core values serve as the foundation for cultivating a positive work ethic, which in turn drives productivity and employee responsibility, ultimately influencing performance. A quantitative study was conducted involving 37 ASN employees in the General Affairs Division of the Regional Secretariat of Blitar Regency. The objective was to analyze the relationship between work ethic, grounded in BerAKHLAK values, and employee performance in the division. The results of hypothesis testing using linear regression analysis revealed a significant influence of work ethic on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 and a t-value of 7.681. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening a work ethic based on BerAKHLAK values to enhance ASN performance, which is essential for organizational advancement and improved public service delivery

Get PDF Dalam industri perdagangan motor bekas, penentuan harga jual seringkali bergantung pada intuisi pemilik showroom, yang dapat menimbulkan ketidakakuratan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi prediksi harga motor bekas menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui web scraping dari OLX dan catatan harga showroom. Model dikembangkan menggunakan algoritma Multiple Linear Regression[1] dan diimplementasikan dalam aplikasi web berbasis Flask. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki tingkat akurasi tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 91,2%. Selain itu, hasil kuesioner user testing memperoleh rata-rata skor 4,5 dari 5, menunjukkan penerimaan yang baik dari pengguna showroom. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi ini mampu membantu showroom menetapkan harga motor bekas secara lebih objektif, cepat, dan efisien, serta mengurangi ketergantungan pada penilaian subjektif.In the used motorcycle trade industry, pricing decisions often rely on the intuition of showroom owners, which can lead to inaccuracies. This study aims to develop a used motorcycle price prediction application using the Multiple Linear Regression method. Data were collected through web scraping from OLX and showroom price records. The model was developed using the Multiple Linear Regression algorithm and implemented in a web application based on Flask. Testing results showed that the model achieved a high level of accuracy with average score 91,2%. Additionally, user testing through questionnaires yielded an average score of 4.5 out of 5, indicating a strong acceptance from showroom users. In conclusion, this application effectively assists showrooms in setting used motorcycle prices more objectively, quickly, and efficiently, while reducing dependence on subjective judgment

Sebagai cara untuk memperkuat semua peluang ekonomi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Sumber Pendapatan PAD terdiri dari pendapatan pajak daerah, pendapatan retribusi daerah, pendapatan dari badan usaha milik daerah, dan pendapatan dari pengelolaan kekayaan daerah lainnya, serta pendapatan lain yang sah. Pengaturan terkait dengan pajak dan retribusi daerah telah mengalami beberapa kali perubahan hingga pada tahun 2022, disahkanlah Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 tentang Hubungan Keuangan Antara Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintahan Daerah, sebagai peraturan yang dimaksudkan untuk merevitalisasi regulasi pajak dan retribusi daerah.
