Studi Analisis Terhadap Pendapat Imam Syafi’i Tentang Kebolehan Menikahi Anak Biologis
Every human being born in this world does not want to be born from the consequences of adultery, even if every child born is not pregnant sin. Children born as a result of adultery cause problems and legal consequences in the legal status of the right to earn a living and inheritance. This research is a type of library research qualitative. All data is collected by reading and analyzing Data sources, both primary and secondary data, are analyzed thoroughly inductive and comparative.
First. According to Imam Syafi'i's opinion, marriage laws are divided into obligatory, sunnah, permissible, haram and makruh depending on the situation and circumstances of the person who wants to get married. Second. Women who are forbidden to marry according to Imam Syafi'i's opinion are sometimes forbidden forever, namely because of lineage, because of radha' (milk), and because of mushaharah (semanda). Meanwhile, those who are temporarily haram include aunts-in-law, other people's wives, sisters-in-law, women who are still in the iddah period, and wives who have been triple divorced. Third. According to Imam Syafi'i, children born as a result of adultery may be married by their biological father, accompanied by makruh as a reason to get away from the mistakes of the Hanafiyah ulama who forbid such marriages. Imam Syafi'i's reason that children resulting from adultery can marry their biological father is because there is no honor for the semen that comes out of adultery, because something that is haram (adultery) cannot forbid what is halal

There are many pros and cons to these systems, because they have their own advantages and disadvantages. However, the goal remains the same, namely to make the region prosperous. Meanwhile, Imam Al-Mawardi also has his own views on regional head elections. Of course, Al-Mawardi's view is more inclined to the Islamic state and the political situation at the time he lived, but it still has relevance to the regional head election system that applies in Indonesia
Peran Lingkungan Sekolah Terhadap Kedisiplinan Siswa Kelas X Di SMK IC Desa Kuala Secapah Kecamatan Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Mempawah
The aim of this research is to describe the role of the school environment, the factors that inhibit and support the formation of students' disciplinary character and responsibility at SMK IC Mempawah. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation of sources, methods and time, data analysis using interaction analysis of the role of the physical environment SMK IC Mempawah is able to make students disciplined and more responsible because of the availability of facilities such as student books. However, the availability of student books does not necessarily make students disciplined because they still need guidance. While the school environment still does not support the formation of a disciplined character that is different from the character of responsibility, the school's social environment supports the formation of a student's responsible character by guiding the completion of tasks given by the teacher. This is the same as friends who are able to make students work together so that they are responsible as students. fulfilled at school. Schools play an active role in forming student discipline by having a system of cooperation between students, teachers and the school environment to each have the awareness to carry out the rules that exist in the school to be carried out. Student Work Class (KKM) is a type of community service, and is one of the compulsory subjects in the Undergraduate study program at the Tarbiyah College of Science (STIT) Singkawang. Before students carry out the KKM in a predetermined place, students are given provisions that are expected to be useful when going to the field. By using the Kirkpatrick program evaluation model using 2 stages, namely the Reaction Evaluation stage and the Learning Evaluation Stage, researchers found that this debriefing activity was very necessary to become a provision for students who would carry out the KKM
Fenomena Sampah Plastik Dan Penanggulangannya Dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam
The paradigm of using plastic bags has become a necessity for some Indonesian people, the packaging is a practical alternative, easy to obtain compared to other types of materials. Even though it is a necessity in human life, the use of plastic bags is a problem in dealing with them because they are difficult to decompose.The aim of the research is to determine the phenomenon and efforts to deal with plastic waste which are studied from the perspective of Islamic law, through an empirical qualitative approach, namely a grouping of sciences that focuses on research on human behavior and the environment. Empirical is defined in philosophical terms to explain epistemological theories which consider experience as a source of knowledge. Then empirical research is a method that uses empirical evidence as information obtained through observation or experimentation.The results of the research obtained historical knowledge regarding the important need for plastic bags and the consequences they cause, which should be immediately addressed jointly between relevant stakeholders, including the community and business actors. From an Islamic legal perspective, religion has taught the importance of maintaining and safeguarding the environment, including the MUI through Fatwa Number 41 of 2014 concerning Waste Management to Prevent Environmental Damage, but it needs to be implemented further in the form of legal products as a guide for implementation
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih List Kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Al-Manshury
This research discusses the application of the problem based learning model in class X at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Manshury Sungai Bakau Besar Laut, this research uses a qualitative research approach and is included in the type of Classroom Action research.This research is based on QS An Nahl (16): 125, which explains the obligation to study and study as well as models and methods, and the efforts of a fiqh teacher to find solutions or appropriate teaching methods to overcome the problem of lesson hours. Consider it less, namely only around 25 minutes per 1 hour lesson. And finally, from several considerations, the problem based learning model was chosen And after carrying it out for approximately 4 months with two cycles. The application of this learning model shows decent results, where in cycle 1 it shows results with an average score of 67 and classical completeness of 43%. And after undergoing several evaluations and improvements in the second cycle the average score increases to 75 with classical completeness 86%
Strategi Pembelajaran Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Oleh Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Sekolah Inklusi SDN 16 Desa Sengkubang Kecamatan Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Mempawah
Children with special needs are children who have different characteristics from children in general. Apart from that, children with special needs are children who have limitations both mentally, emotionally and physically. Inclusion schools are schools that combine regular education units with education for children with special needs. Therefore education is very important for anyone. The research method used by this researcher is a descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research is an Islamic religious education teacher at the inclusive school SDN 16 Sengkubang Village. The data sources used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation.The results of this research show that 1) The strategy of Islamic religious education teachers does not have a special strategy for children with special needs, because Islamic religious education teachers collaborate with the four methods, namely the lecture method, question and answer, demonstration, and drill method. 2) The efforts made by Islamic religious education teachers can be achieved so that Islamic religious learning can run effectively. 3) Supporting factors: The school principal provides facilities in all forms of learning activities and discipline. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are inadequate facilities and infrastructure, namely a lack of training, especially in dealing with children with special needs and a lack of communication between the school and the students' parents
Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Menanamkan Sikap Toleransi Antar Umat Beragama Kepada Siswa Di Mempawah
The attitude of tolerance between religious communities from an early age must be trained in the space of human life, especially living in a pluralistic Indonesian country with a variety of ethnicities, cultures, races, ethnicities and religions. So that there will be a harmonious and harmonious life between religious adherents. This study aims to determine the role of Islamic religious education teachers in instilling an attitude of tolerance between religious communities to students in Mempawah. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study include the attitude of tolerance between religious communities to students is very high this is evident that there is no blasphemy, harassment between students both in the learning process and outside of class hours. Teachers provide material about tolerance and provide examples of practice in class and outside school. The supporting factors include self-awareness of students in maintaining an attitude of tolerance between religions, good attitudes reflected by teachers to their students and school regulations that require maintaining an attitude of tolerance between religions. The inhibiting factor is the lack of learning facilities in the Mushola such as tables for students to write if Muslim students are fewer than non-Muslim students

In an effort to educate students, developing teacher professionalism is a necessity that cannot be ignored, in other words, developing teacher professionalism is a step that needs to be taken by Madrasahs to increase teacher professionalism competence. This research aims to obtain information related to the Management of Madrasah Heads in Increasing Teacher Professionalism at MA Riyadhul Ulum Sungai Piyuh. The Application Of Storytelling Method In English Speaking Class To The 11th Mipa 3 Class Of SMAN 1 Sungai Pinyuh 2022/2023
This study aims to find out the process of applying the storytelling method in students speaking and to find out students' perspectives after using the story telling method. The subjects of this study were class XI students at SMAN 1 Sungai Pinyuh in the 2022/2023 school year, with a total of 37 students. The observation results showed that there were 32 students who spoke English quite well after using the storytelling method and there were still some of the students whose reading comprehension was still lacking.
Based on the results of interviews with students at SMAN 1 Sungai Pinyuh, it was found that there were students who still had not mastered speaking English and did not understand the meaning of the story. However, some students said they liked English using this method, because it was considered fun and interesting. This study describe the analysis of students' reading interest through narrative text at MA Al Fathaanah Pasir Panjang.
