    A marriage contract by telephone is a marriage contract that is held by telephone where the guardian pronounces his consent in one place and the prospective husband proposes to grant it in another place which is far apart. The occurrence of marriage using telecommunications equipment is input from the rapid technological advances. The above has the potential to present new problems that need more in-depth study to solve them. Therefore, this research tries to explore the validity of marriage through the telephone perspective of Imam Syafi'i and Hambali. Utilizing a literature review that is processed in a descriptive-analytic manner, in which primary sources come from books, books, journals. These primary sources are qualitatively narrated so that the findings can be described systematically. The results of this study indicate that according to Imam Syafi'i, a marriage contract via telephone cannot be considered valid because the conditions are not fulfilled, where Imam Syafi'i is more likely to view one assembly in the marriage contract in a physical sense, meaning that as a whole all that is part of the contract Marriage must be present, both the bride and groom, guardians, witnesses, while in the opinion of the Hambali school, the practice of marriage contracts by telephone can be considered valid because of the requirement that two people who are in contract must hear and know clearly each other's words, they can meet by telephone by interpreting "one assembly" in the non-physical sense

    Bound To Happen: The Insights Of Fresh Graduates During Undergraduate Thesis Writing Process

    This study was intended to describe the viewpoint of new graduates majoring in English Education while writing their undergraduate thesis. By employing a quantitative survey research design, this study used a Google form questionnaire. The seek objectives were gathered from five new graduates of the English Education Major of Tadris Bahasa Inggris study program in one Islamic university in Kabupaten Mempawah. The data were presented in frequencies and percentages and summarized in six categories representing the subjects' viewpoints. They are process-related, personal-related, language skills-related, family-related, supervisor-related, and classmates/friends-related, with the first three categories have appeared as the dominant category. Moreover, all subjects had tremendous support both from the family side and also from classmates' side. In addition, the results indicated that they had no difficulty during the consultation process with the supervisors; they could focus better in a quiet ambiance or atmosphere to write their undergraduate thesis. To conclude, all categories share a fair role in helping or obstacle the participants in writing the thesis. These results become great additional information for involved parties to reflect on and improvise ways to prepare following students to conduct research and write an undergraduate thesis of better quality

    Starting from the judge's decision on the hadhanah case which decided the custody of the child who had not been mumayyiz fell to his biological mother and the child's funding fell to his father. However, this is the opposite of the one in Sungai Kunyit Hulu village, where mothers go abroad as female workers (TKW) to meet the economic needs of children, seeing the reality of how Islamic Law views related to the above issue. This type of research is Empirical juridical with a qualitative approach complemented by interviews and observations in data collection techniques. The implementation of Hadhanah in Sungai Kunyit Village has not been maximized as stipulated in the concept of Islamic Law

    Grammatical functions are assigned directly to the underlying representation in a more or less across the board fashion, only taking into consideration the language dependent semantic function hierarchy. This approach bypasses a number of constraints on subject assignment that may be gathered from data, and observed from the actual behaviour of speakers. We propose a treatment of Subject assignment on the basis of a combination of semantic factors of the relevant referents and other functional aspects of underlying representations. In Subject (and Object) assignment are now located in the daily diologue, in Mackenzie, J (2004). Grammar instruction is one of of language teaching. Context-based grammar holds an important place for effective learning. It will be more motivating for learners if grammar is taught in context as students will have an opportunity to perceive how the new grammar structures work. Grammar rules are made easier if they are given in a context and teaching grammar in context provides accuracy in the target language. This article explains why we should teach grammar in context and Present Countinous Tense in teaching rocess. Language acquisition is very similar to the process students  use in acquiring first and second languages. It requires meaningful interaction in the target language natural communication--in which speakers are concerned not with the form of their utterances but with the messages they are conveying and understanding. Error correction and explicit teaching of rules are not relevant to language acquisition (Brown, 1970), native speakers can modify their utterances addressed to acquirers to help them understan

    Maqasid as syar'iyah or maqasid as shari’a’ is not a branch of science that was only raised in the last centuries of muta'akhhirin scholars or so-called contemporary scholars, but since the discussion of this issue receives more attention than other chapters in shari'a and other forms of ijtihad, it seems like a new product. This type of research is a type of Normative Juridical research, where Normative Juridical research is legal research that puts the law as a building system of norms. The norm system in question is about the principles, norms, rules of laws and regulations, covenants and doctrines (teachings). In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is a research approach directed towards achieving the goal of obtaining an in-depth explanation of the application of a theory. Maqasid in ijtihad classical scholars 'include' or as a branch of discussion of qiyas, is not a branch of science or method of ijtihad that stands alone, but in later times-contemporary scholars-the discussion of maqasid is a stand-alone science

    The concept of Islamic education is to make man a perfect being who can dework his duties as a kholifah in advance of the earth, but man is not yet fully aware of the pontinsi possessed by man also about the purpose of life is to hold the mandate as a kholifah in the face of this earth. This research uses an exsplorative qualitative approach using the Library risech method. The subject matter of this study is surat al-Baqarah verses 30-33 of the concept of Islamic education. This research is called primary source. Meanwhile, the data collection technique in the study was to collect verses from the Quran surah Al-Baqarah verses 30-33. Meanwhile, in analyzing data, this study uses technical content analysis with the stage: Data collection competition. Both classifications of data. Third data reduction Fourth data presentation. All five draw conclusions. The six checks of the validity of the data using reference adequacy are also normative evaluative. The values of Islamic education that are embodied in Sura Al-Baqarah verses 30-33 regarding educational materials, This complex dynamic of Adam's life from not knowing to knowing so that it can become a kholifah on earth, from disrespected to disrespected on the contrary from being respected not respected from having no problems to having problems so that there is conflict.     The Use Of Discovery Learning Technique In Teaching Reading Comprehension To The Students OfClass X Of Madrasah Aliyah Al Fathanah 2022/2023

    This study aims to determine the process of using discovery learning in learning reading comprehension and to find out students' perspectives after using discovery learning. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, namely research used to understand and explain phenomena in depth and detail. This method aims to understand the qualitative aspects of a problem or research question by exploring detailed descriptive data. The subjects of this study were class X students of Madrasah Aliyah Al Fathanah in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, with a total of 14 students. The observation results showed that there were 8 people whose reading comprehension was quite good after using discovery learning and there were still some students whose reading comprehension was still lacking. The results of research interviews about students' perspectives after using discovery learning in reading comprehension. Based on the results of interviews with students at MA Al Fathanah, it was found that there were students who did not like English lessons because it was difficult, especially in pronunciation, word processing, grammar and others. However, some of them also said that they did not quite understand the learning process through discovery learning techniques. Thus, this result brings up another note for the research itself to be more competent in the future and to suggest other English teachers explore more of this teaching technique to be used in better examination

    This study is an evaluation study of the Countenance model which aims to determine and describe the IDU Id Card program for students at Darul Ulum Kubu Raya Islamic Boarding School which focuses on antecedents (planning), transactions (processes), and outcomes (results or impacts). in the method used is the evaluation of the Countenance model the subject of research is the head of the foundation, the secretary of the foundation and staff as well as the guardians of students and students, the analysis technique is to use, observation, interviews and documentation, the results of the study are planning the head of the Islamic boarding school foundation to prepare all IDU Id Card programs in which there are several menus related to student activities so that it is easy to monitor remotely,  also the menu provided is many, from student bioda, parents, schools consisting of absences, achievements, violations, also finances, month infak, entrance allowance, initial entrance money (PSB) re-register for class increase, general shodaqoh, bank statements, receivables, munuh tahfiz consists of tahfidz, tahfidz data content, in santrian consists of akhlaq, language, worship, dormitory, student permit, consists of permission requests,  data, while in the implementation carried out by students and guardians, they can use the Santri IDU Id Card in the cottage, so that students are easier to carry out traction in mashops and cooperatives, also student guardians can ask permission from security with this Id Card

    The application of dhuha prayer and reading the Qur'an before the learning process at the Assyafiiyah Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah which is located in Tanjung Village, Mempawah Hilir District, Mempawah Regency is a program from the Principal to foster morals and discipline for students. Activities implementing dhuha prayer and reading Al-Quran This Qur'an has been going on for quite a long time, this activity is very supportive and successful in carrying out moral development for students, especially for fifth grade students, so that this activity can also make time discipline for all students. Forms of coaching on student morals in the application of dhuha prayers and reading the Qur'an in Assyafiiyah Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assyafiiyah Kelurahan Tanjung, Mempawah Hilir District, Mempawah Regency is like giving lectures or studies after performing Duha prayers and forms of moral development in Al-Qur'an reading activities moral development if there are students who make mistakes or delinquency. Before carrying out the teaching and learning process students carry out dhuha prayers and recite the Koran (reading the Qur'an), these activities are routinely carried out from Monday to Thursday which are attended by all students. This research was conducted at the Asyafiiyah Private Islamic Elementary School, Tanjung Village, Mempawah Hilir District, Mempawah Regency with a research focus on class V
