Get PDFapplication/pdftext本論の目的は、ある継続型ベーシック・エンカウンターグループのファシリテーター・スタッフ体験を通して筆者が経験したことについて、①グループの構造づくり、②グループプロセス、③数日後の３日目欠席メンバーへのフォローアップを記述し、その体験の意味を考察し、ファシリテーター・スタッフとしてグループから何を学びえたのかを検討することである。結果として、①グループの構造づくりにおいて、グループのセッションが始まる前から、グループプロセスが始まっていることが体験的に感じられた。②グループプロセスにおいて、Fac．が無理なくいられる体験に触発されて、メンバーの体験過程が促進されるより良い影響のし合いが起こる可能性が示唆された。③欠席メンバーへのフォローアップでは、欠席者が出たことに関して、あくまで心理的損傷としての仮説における欠席と捉えたならば、グループ構造やメンバーの特徴以外に、Fac．がグループプロセス、すなわちセッション以外に積極的に関わることの意義が改めて確かめられた。departmental bulletin pape
