ANALYSIS OF THE LEVEL OF HOUSEHOLD WELFARE OF HOME BUSINESS IN SOLOK CITY
Household business is a micro unit that continues to grow every year which affects the economy in the city of Solok. This study examines how the level of household welfare is a household business actor in Solok City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. This study uses primary data that is disseminated through questionnaires and deep interviews to domestic business actors and related stakeholders in the city of Solok. An analytical tool used with an objective and subjective approach and using SWOT. Study sample with 100 respondents. The results of research with objective and subjective approaches are already prosperous. The income of household entrepreneurs is 78%, above the provincial minimum wage. Household welfare of household entrepreneurs is also influenced by non-material variables. As well as from the results of the SWOT analysis it produced a strategy and policy direction that could be suggested to the government to improve the household welfare of household entrepreneurs in Solok Cit
PEMBIAYAAN MUDHARABAH DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP OMSET USAHA MIKRO DI KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM PEMBIAYAAN SYARIAH EL-UMMA
Micro Enterprise Sector is a sector that has an important role in the economy of the country. However the number of problems still felt by the sector, one of them is the problem of capital. Mudharabah financing can be an alternative for micro businesses to resolve the problem. KSPPS El-Umma is one of the institution that offer Mudharabah financing for micro business actors in developing their business. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of mudharabah financing and its impact on business turnover. The method that used in this research is descriptive analysis method using Likert scale to measure the effectiveness level of financing disbursed and to describe the impact of financing on business development also using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method to determine the factors that influence the business turnover. The result of analysis with Likert scale as a whole mudharabah financing distributed by KSPPS has been classified as effective, and there is business development after getting financing seen from the increase of business turnover. KETERKAITAN ANTARA MODAL SOSIAL DENGAN EFISIENSI KELEMBAGAAN PADA KOPERASI PONDOK PESANTREN SIDOGIRI, PASURUAN
Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School is one of the oldest Islamic boarding schools and is capable of being independent in its operational activities by having very rich resources and this institution is also an example of success in developing Islamic economics. The definition of "institution" in this article is how the rules are implemented in the pesantren's economic activities that are deeply tied to the social capital that they have. This study uses a case study qualitative approach. Data collection through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that social capital that is embedded in the pesantren environment can reduce transaction costs so that the institutional of Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School cooperative is more efficient. Network can reduce the cost of information, negotiation, coordination and supervision. Norms can decrease the occurrence of irregularities and the existence of trust. Shared vision can facilitate coordination and increase motivation. It is recommended that the application of social capital in the management of the Sidogiri kopontren be able to be transferred some other pesantren that are still lagging behind in economic development so that they are able to be independent and can help the economic problems of the community
ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN JERUK PASAMAN
This study aims to determine the strategies that should be carried out by Labuh Lurus II Farmers Group in carrying out their business by considering the internal and external conditions faced by the group. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research was Labuh Lurus II Farmer Group, Pasaman Subdistrict. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Collecting research data through documentation and interview methods. The results showed that the strengths were 1.95 and weakness 1.70 while the opportunity value was 1.80 and treats were 1.65. Then the suggested strategy is to be implemented by Labuh Lurus II Farmer Group, which is to support aggressive strategy policies by: 1) Filling and increasing available market opportunities and maintaining them by doing good promotion, 2) Utilizing technological advances for product development, 3) increasing product quality
PENGARUH BRAND IMAGE, REFERENCE GROUP, DAN RELIGIOSITY TERHADAP PURCHASE INTENTION (MAHASISWA) DALAM MENGGUNAKAN JASA PERBANKAN SYARIAH DI WILAYAH JAKARTA SELATAN
The desire of a consumer to buy a product or service is influenced by the attitude they have, because this will be felt by consumers when determining the purchase intention of the product or service and deciding whether to use it again or not. Thus, this study aims to examine the effect of brand image, reference group, and religiosity on college purchase intention (students) in South Jakarta. Data collection techniques used an online questionnaire with a sample of 103 respondents in the South Jakarta area and had never used the services of a Sharia Bank. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23 program. The conclusion of this study is that brand image has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, the reference group has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention, and religiosity has a significant positive effect on purchase intention
ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PENYALAHGUNAAN AKAD WAKALAH PADA PRODUK PEMBIAYAAN MURABAHAH DI BMT SE-KABUPATEN JEPARA
This study discusses to study the practices, strengths and weaknesses and solutions that support the wakalah contract on murabaha financing products in BMTs in Jepara Regency. The type of this research is field research by obtaining qualitative. Data collection by interview, observation and documentation. Data reduction analysis techniques, data display and drawing conclusions / verification. The results showed that the practice of wakalah on murabaha financing products in BMT in Jepara Regency was BMT and the agreement to negotiate using a wakalah agreement and the transfer of funds after discussing a two-sided agreement, then BMT provided the hands asking for buying and selling letters and letters in question, then to buy goods to the supplier then send the goods to the buyer to BMT, then send to the buyer at BMT in accordance with the initial agreement. The advantage of wakalah practice on murabaha financing products in BMT is to build high trust between BMT and funds to translate in financing. The disadvantage is that most that do not deserve to understand BMT financing products, lack of openness about the business conditions to be funded, need deviations from the agreed agreement. The fix is to stick to the principle 5C and consider three important aspects of financing, which are safe, efficient, and profitable
PENDAYAGUNAAN INDIKATOR KEDISIPLINAN BERBASIS NILAI-NILAI AGAMA ISLAM DI KENAGARIAN TALUK KECAMATAN BATANG KAPAS KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN
This article reveals that there is no disputing between the rules and rules that have been determined in religious rules as the values promised to be lived. One side, actions, actions, discipline, work ethic, development in accordance with the ability and thrust in other forms. While on the other hand, religious values are ignored and not a necessity to be followed that is inherent in actions, actions, discipline, work ethic in everyday life. Recognition of the speakers of this research, claiming to understand, understand and be proficient in expressing the values of their Islamic religion but in observing daily life need not be supportive in their actions. PESANTREN AS HALAL TOURISM CO-BRANDING: HALAL INDUSTRY FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
One of the sustainable development goals is to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all. Tourism industry has recently become one of the important aspects in the Indonesia's economic growth. Halal tourism is considered a plus value for the tourism industry in Indonesia. Pesantren, as one of the stakeholder institutions in Pentahelix system of halal tourism industry, plays an important role in many things, among others: identifying halal tourism destination, raising public-awareness in processing food, choosing travel services and concepts, determining the payment method of travel services. Pesantren is involved in the educational process about Islamic business ethics, formal or non-formal training for halal tourism industry practitioners, and also the syar'i daily life concept for the residents of halal tourism area. This study aims to identify the importance of Pesantren's role, socially and psychologically, as one of the main pillars of halal tourism development in Indonesia. The result of this qualitative research shows that Pesantren ought to participate holistically and comprehensively in the agenda of Indonesia's halal industry so that with maximal management makes a big contribution to achieve the internationalization program of Indonesian halal tourism and to succeed SDG’s agenda in supporting sustainable tourism and creates employment while supporting local cultures and products in 2030
KINERJA MANAJER INVESTASI REKSADANA SAHAM SYARIAH DI INDONESIA
The purpose of this study is to test the ability of investment managers in Islamic mutual funds in their ability to conduct stock selection and market timing. The model developed in this study uses the Henriksson-Merton model. With purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 31 mutual funds. After testing the results obtained, the performance of Islamic stock mutual funds in Indonesia underperformed compared to the ISSI market performance. The stock selection results contribute negatively to α = 5%, while the ability of market timing has a significant positive effect on mutual fund returns
ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI LIKUIDITAS BANK SYARIAH DI INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN METODE VECTOR ERROR CORRECTION MODEL (VECM)
This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the liquidity of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The analysis is carried out using sequential monthly data published by Bank Indonesia in the period 2010 to 2018. The variables used are internal factors (Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Assets (ROA)) and external factors (SBI Inflation and Interest Rates) ) The method used in this study is the Vector Error Corection Model (VECM). Based on the results of the study show that in the short term, the variable CAR, ROA, Inflation and SBI interest rates positively and significantly affect FDR. Whereas in the long term, the CAR variable and inflation have a significant positive effect on FDR, the ROA variable negatively influences FDR. And the variable SBI interest rate does not have a significant effect on FDR
